Gugil’s has been around here for a long long time. Earlier it was a long drive away from Dombivli on the Kalyan Shil road. Albeit the drive being a long one, the food would always make up for it and make the drive worth it. All the office parties we always held here and we used to love the chicken available here.
The perfect garden open roof party place as it was in the olden days made it a beautiful place for a good time. Even for New Year Parties. The old faithful chicken tandoori, chicken lollypop, chicken manchow soup and Butter Chicken still leave a nostalgia in our minds and leave us drooling over the delicious food. Although I haven’t been there for some time now, after the demolition, I hope it has restored its glory.
I would love to revisit this place sometime and give it another shot. The sheer amount of memories related to this place makes me want to go there time and again.
Gugil’s has and always will be close to my heart when it comes to delicious chicken!

Gugils is a very old dhabba. I have been visiting here a very long time. They have lawn eating and also indoor seating. Weekend evenings are very crowded and would keep you waiting. But as this is a huge place the waiting time is less.
Fish is served really delicious. Go for the dhabba style main course. Too good and very nice.
Service was okay and one should not expect anything beyond that in this locality. Food is also not overpriced.
Good place for Sheesha (Huqqa) lovers around Palava. Sheesha served here are less expensive compared to nearby locations. Special Huqqa comes with Mirinda base and chilled pipe for a different experience. When it comes to starters, And if we are not looking for something spicy then Chicken Malai Kebab is a good option which is slightly creamy and sugary which really goes well if we consume it with raita served. Chicken white tangdi kebab is also another good option to try here. For main course, Rawas fish Biryani tastes decent enough. So overall, if you want to enjoy Huqqa in a open space with a huge screen followed by some tikka kebabs and sprite, then this is the right place for you.

Reached Gugils while straying on highway for good family dhabas , ambience was attractive with two separated air conditioned halls with decent lighting and clean seating area with fine dine like feel, icing on the cake was food, moreover open space seating arrangement also gives feeling of being at dhabas. food was amazingly delicious and hygienic as well..most importantly reasonably priced..washrooms were clean and play area for kids as well..sometimes cricket matches are also shown on big screen placed in open space..overall experience great...

Been here quite a few times. I wont say that this place is one of the best I have been to. But the food tastes good and one can try any thing without hesitating.
This is a good place to chill out with your gang and have booze and sheesha at one place. They have separate sitting for the families and a garden restaurant too. The quantity of the food served is pretty good. All the starters we had tasted delicious. The service boys were quick on their feet. The only thing that they lack is the atmosphere and music. They said they play music but not in the afternoon. Didn't make sense that too on a sunday afternoon.
Overall a pretty decent place to have fun and spent time.
I like the ambience and food. A little highly priced cuisines. A good place overall for a garden restaurant and to hangout for couple of drinks. Must say better places are available nearby.
Nice place overall. Food is above average and ambience is too good. But it is too costly as compared to Shalu. The menu shown here is an old one.

This is like a proper road side dhaba cum restaurant in the outskirts away from the chaotic life.
You can spend good time with friends and family anyway but please avoid weekends.
It's heavily crowded on the weekends.
I visit here specially for the sea food they offer.
They have that typical rural Maharashtrian taste....to be specific the taste somewhat is inspired by agri food culture.

Nice food and ambiance. We have been their quite a few times. Every time we experienced fast service, tasty food and a happy evening. Good food for 2 with light drink will cost around 1200 - 1400.
A nice place for family on the outskirts (if I may call for people living in Navi Mumbai or the "Mainland").
The place is nicely located on Dombivali kalyan highway. Has park and space for kids to enjoy. They have an outdoor seating with a live screen and a AC section. We preferred to be in AC since it was a bit humid but outdoor was more appealing and attractive. The food prices are comparatively cheap to say the least. For starters we had lollipop chicken which was ok, I am not a fan of lollipop anyway. But tandoori chicken was good. Nicely marinated, juicy and right spices. Main course, murg laziz was very good, boneless and tasty. It's actually a cousin of cream chicken in cashew gravy. Mutton rogan josh was also good but I kinda dont like thing gravy so may be that puts me off just a wee bit. Breads were good too, especially missi. All i nall a good experience, just a bit far off. Very good for family get together. For 4 people a bill of 1500 was a pretty good deal eh?

gugils also known as Google has a great WIFI connection... waiter over here suggest u food before completing ur order.. ask for extra basan ka ladoos. You can hangout with your friends or visit with your family.

A restro and bar along with sheesha lounge thats its speciality. Starting with the sheesha lounge its good, comfortable staff is also good nd well trained. Just 1 drawback i.e. time limit of 45 mins. Now coming to the restro section it has both indoor sitting and outdoor sitting facility. It was a sunday evening so damn crowded. Service was bit slow maybe due to too much rush. Food was good. Chicken biryani was great good quantity good taste but outdoor sitting is bit uncomfortable. Overall worth visiting this place.
It's a very good place for both vegetarians too. The place is very close to Palava City and very accessible from Shilphata on the Kalyan-Shil road.
Gugil's used to be a great place for Outdoor Seating option on Kalyan Shil road just ahead of the Katai toll. But the food quality is slightly inconsistent and I find it easy to avoid on weekends when there is an army of diners and a place as big as Gugil's gets difficult to manage.
They find it easy to offer the run of mill dishes that are painstakingly simple to make but struggle to serve anything out of their comfort zone. I have regretted ordering a Murg Shorba but they find their niche in dishes like Chicken Handi and Butter chicken.

It was pretty much different experience than the cliche dombivali hotels such as modern cafes, amul etc. Ambience was nice and soothing including the play park for children. We took manchow and sweet corn soup along with paneer tikka for starters which were tasty. Main course was also not bad. The only lacking thing was the service which needs to be good when it comes to the maintaining the reputation of the hotel. Waiters need to show more attentiveness towards customers. Small things such as refilling the water glasses, cleaning the table, asking about the food etc can be really positive for the hotel.

The place is huge with sitting places indoors as well as lawn on the outside. We went on a pleasant night and the climate was really cool.
We decided to sit in the lawns . The plates and the table were wet due to dew. The staff should have taken care about this lapse .

We moved to the area a few months back and we have to cross this place, each time. On the outside, this placed initially looked a little shady, but one day, we finally decided to take a chance, simply because of the crowds that we had seen flocking to this place. The start was not a good one, because the moment our car entered the parking lot, three obviously drunk and slightly creepy parking attendants rushed to us. While I wanted to get back into the car immediately, my husband immediately flocked me and our little one inside. Once inside the entire scenario changed - there are several types of areas, including one with air-conditioning and meant only for families, which is where we sat. What impressed me a lot was the fact that two men walked in, with the intention of drinking and the wait staff, showed them to the room on the other side, as they insisted that this area was exclusively for families. The food was nice and arrived within a reasonable time frame - you should most certainly try the Murg Sonhari Kabab. Will we go back here..........maybe.....but then we will most certainly be ordering in!!
I started goin to this place for Sheesha especially. Nice ambience The Sheesha lounge is sort of copied from Rain Forests decor. After some time we started yo sit outside yoo they have good lawn. Food ia decent you may say some of their signature dishes like Prawns Fry or Masala is good. We tried Jitada but was ok it was not wow. Order takers are well informed but stewards looked confused all the time. Overall we do enjoy the place now n then.

Good restaurant with variety options. The restaurant at open area is really nice and they have a family section as well.
The price is ok in comparison to other restaurant. The plastic chairs are not that comfortable outside

Nice place to chill out. A good place for family too. Youth's can have a wonderful time as they offer hookah. There's open garden tables where hookahs are served. Family tables have a different section to sit.
Good place... Lawn seating also available.. Can be a bit expensive.. Food is ok..v had ordered butter chicken but it was not that great.. Since hookah is banned.. U won't find it anywhere... The staff is cool.. There were delays though in service but it was ok since we were not in a hurry..
