Superbb samosas, crispy and delicious, quality filling. Great gulab jamuns too.
Best sweets I've had till date.
The prices are bit high, so found it to be bit heavier on pocket
But the quality stands strong. I just enjoy having Jalebi and fafdas from here every Sunday
Who doesn't like jalebi fafda. All the sweets including jalebi fafda are good. Rasmalai and kaju katli here are my fav.
Last Year on Diwali, one of our relative gave us sweets from Purshottam. Kaaju Katli is my fav sweet. The quality of the sweet was damn amazing. I really love the sweets. We then gifted sweets froms purshottam to all our relatives!
Food is fresh and tasty but there is only one chatni added, sweet and green one, also khandvi is bit way oiler.
Purshottam kandoi is the go to place for Jalebis in Ghatkopar. If you are craving for some warm syrupy crispy jalebis then do head out here. They are probably to best in the business of making jalebis. Once there do try their fafda ghatiya and the varieties of shrikhand. All are awesome. If you are on a diet but have a cheat day to spare this is where you need to head.
You can go out with your friends and have dinner lunch breakfast it’s quite enough for parties birthday parties wedding anniversary is much like family partyYou can enjoy a date with your girlfriend food is very cheap and best quality
Harai bhai kandoi Best known for its service , serving with happiness and inviting to try varities of there sweets and farshan. Each time u visit them they have some thing new to offer to try.
Location 📍 Ghatkopar East. Multiple locations , 5 outlets around city.
Sweets and farshan are simply amazing but then bit pricey. Jalebis are served fresh but then gathiya are made and kept prior.
Recommended to try Bangali sweets , Jalebi gathiya and hot fresh farshan.
Purshottam Kandoi Haribhai Damodar Mithaiwala.......
Purshottam Kandoi is the Best place for Gujarati snacks and sweets. Quality products are made with perfection. The Main branch is at Ghatkopar East. Store is always full with people buying sweets and snacks. Sunday morning you can see huge que outside the shop of people waiting for their turn yo come and they can buy the Sweets & Snacks. My favourite at Purshottam Kandoi is the Jalebi fafda which is popular among Gujratis. Jalebi is thin and its prepared in Desi Ghee and the Aroma of Kesar (Saffron) its awesome and Fafd is so soft that it just gets melt in the mouth. Some other items that i like at Purshottam Kandoi are Khandvi, Khaman Dhokla, Srikhand and much more. It's a good place where you can get many varietys of Gujarati snacks and Indian sweets.

Purshottam kandoi is a famous place in Ghatkopar East for sweets and namkeens. They have people's trust for their quality of product. Also their packaging is of fine quality. There is great variety of sweets available over here. You can also have gujarati dishes. You can try their dhoklas , fafdas, and my personal favourite is the Chinese samosa which comes with sweet and spicy chutneys. In packed food items you can have bhaavnagri papdi. They also provide dry fruits. You can also have some Bengali temptations like rasgulla , rajbhog , rasmalai and malai sandwich. Malai sandwich is a very great combination with rasgulla type bread and sweet stuffing inside it. It is indeed a very great sweet.
If you want to try some in small quantities , they also have sample menu which includes mango sandwich, rasgulla , matka rabdi , masala khakra , ghee jeera ,etc
------------- HIGHLY RECOMMENDED -------------

I had their MOTICHUR LADDU and ICE-HALWA. ICE-HALWA was the best in the town. I prefer Ice-halwa soft and not much crispy....and their halwa was soft.
Best place in ghatkopar for delicious sweets and mouth watering bangali mithai. A must visit for every Gujarati in and around ghatkopar. Also hot samosas and kachori are also worth tasting.
I love their samosas. They are tiny abut they are worth the price . The samosas are crispy with lots of finely cooked potatoes in it and the taste is awesome with sweet chutney and tikki chutney. Boondis are also awesome and now I had the mix farsan from here for the first time and it was good

Overall, my experience in Purshottam Kandoi Haribhai Damodar Mithaiwala has been Wonderful!
A variety of Gujarati snacks, farsan and sweets. This is perhaps the best place I have been in two years. They happily let you try each and every sweet or farsan before you decide to buy them.
Things to try:
Chinese samosa
Malai sandwich
Angoori basundi
Kaju katri
Farali chiwda
Teel methi khakhra
Badam halwa
The place to go to for mithai. Purshottam Kandoi Haribhai Damodardas Mithaiwala is quite a mouthful, with the name of the store, but, so is their variety.
Mithai (Indian, Bengali, Shrikhand, sugar free dry fruits based), farsan, snacks and packaged snacks. "Haribhai" as its most commonly referred to is a one stop shop for all your not so healthy, cheat meal binging needs.
Haribhai has been consistent with their quality for decades. I can say this so confidently, because my family has been visiting them for at least 2 decades.
#CogentRecommendations: kaju katli, malai pedha, shrikhand, boondi laddu, and the entire cham cham section. More than recommendations, these are my preferences. It's difficult to find something at Haribhai that's not good.
#ProTip: Haribhai/ Damodardas family has a couple of branches in and around Ghatkopar suburb. This is the real deal. Beware, you've been warned.
Can't go wrong with this place. Guess one of the best when it comes to sweets and some Namkin.
Masala Khajli is just amazing.
Pakwan wow.
Rasgulla ( try the big ones ) if fresh , its heavenly.
Mathura Peda ( can't come close but very good )
last but not the least BUNDI ( Pure Ghee ) love it.
Overall a great place.
Festive season is ON.
Make the most of it.
Have been there several times. Many types of tasty sweets and namkeen are available there. Always fresh and worth for money. Prepared in fine ingredients.
The sweets they sell are pure in nature. They taste awesome. It sells at a premium owing to its quality and reputation. Their Jalebi Fafda is an absolute treat. I do not thing they make the best jalebis but they make it good enough to set your Sunday.
Apart from the sweets they serve excellent farsans. Their sandwich dhokla will easily beat any other dhokla across Mumbai
Must Try:
Jalebis
Ras Malais
Sandwich Dhoklas
Awesome sweet meat shop in the east. This is one of my favourite sweet shop.
This shop is right down of my coaching institution- kalrashukla classes. So used to hang out with friends having samosa,, jalebis, fafda Chinese samosa, dhoklas, rasgullas, etc. Feeling nostalgic!!!!
Lot of sweet & snack items. Have still maintained the quality and standard.... The service is also good. Cost wise is expensive, but too good.
Snacking Awesomeness, a legendary sweet meat shop of Ghatkopar East
Limited options in the snack zone but every item is drool worthy
Punjabi samosa, khaman dhokla, Chinese samosa, patties, Patti samosa & moong dal kachori being all time favorites
Coming to sweets, jalebi's rasmalai & besan laado are my picks
Kandoi is a popular sweet shop in ghatkopar which has a huge variety of sweets and snacks..Their most popular sweets are the basundi and kaju kaltli..in the evening time , you can try out their freshly made dhoklas and kachoris..while on sunday mornings..their jalebis and fafda gets sold out before you blink..lovely food..tad expensive..however worth it
Being a north Indian, I was craving good jalebis in the city of Bombay, when I heard about this amazing sweet shop. It has a huge variety of sweets from different Indian regions, alongwtih basic snacking items like samosa, kachori etc. I tried shreekhand, cham cham and jalebi (of course!) In sweets and samosas of different types in snacks. And well, easy to guess, it was delicious.
This is a great place when you don't want to have your holiday breakfast at home. The sweets and the farsan are amazing. I still remember my first samosa I had was here and from then till now, I don't prefer having it somewhere else. Such a clean place with seating arrangements. The types of shrikhand they have simply blows my mind. And the wonderful thing is they let us try everything irrespective of whether we buy or not. 😂
The God of Mithais especially for the gujju crowd across Mumbai. Number one in
GHATKOPAR. Their got samosas are delicious. Farari Pattice during the month of Shravan is to die for. Basundi...heaven. Majority of their sweets are made from Pure Ghee and they vouch for their quality. Their dry kachoris are even famous abroad!!!
If you want to taste awesome Gujarati snacks/sweets then this is the place to be. Everything tasted superbly amazing. Jalebi is made hot in the shop itself. We had breakfast - jalebi, fafda, patti samosa (my first n wow), mung dal kachori, patra, farsan.
Yummy. Cant wait to visit again.
The quality of the products are 100% good and the product's are always fresh and good. The price of the product are fair. All the sweet product are always fresh and good. The price compare to the normal sweet and farshan shop is little more ,but it is worth because the quality they provide is superb.
I have grown eating sweets at this place. They serve awesome jalebi and fafda and there is always a queue on weekends. But i love the rasmalai here. However their other specialities like mumbai halwa. Chikno halwo and badam kaju puri.
Every gujju's dream destination - Haribhai Kandoi Damodarwala is the destination for for those ghatiya Jalebi cravings! Their fafda ghatiya are super soft and tasty and the jalebi is very crisp. They also have some great gujju style Kachori.
This place forever has people jostling to buy their food especially on Holi when it's customary to buy jalebi ghatiya!
Their papaya pickle (served with ghatiya) is phenomenal!
Not expensive and super tasty - Haribhai Kandoi has many loyal patrons and it's a must try.
Well this sweet shop is very famous and very gud in serving quality products.
I personally love
Bundi ladoo
Jalebi
Fafda gathiya
and other products are also superb...
Must visit the store and experience quality with taste.
The sweets are awesome....especially the shrikhand and the jalebi.....also the patra and khandvi are amazing.....the sunday breakfast with becomes just amazing !!
This place is a Wonderful one for gujarati snacks...the most amazing samosas with chutney...amazing sweets...the kachori is the best I have ever eaten!
There are many reasons I shifted back from Navi Mumbai to Mumbai. One of them is Kandoi HDM. It gives such a comfort to have an authentic place serving the essential Gujarati snacks. Fafda jalebi always tops the mind, however the luscious khamans, crispy samosas, hearty patras and delicate khandavis makes me skip my lunch on Sunday. Winter brings in another delicacy of Undhiyo. Never miss that. And since it's a sweet shop, I'm a fan of the Bengali spread over here. The rotund gulab jamuns and rosogullas are perfect to balance the spicy snacks.
Authentic Gujarati snacks!! Loved the fafda and jalebi along with the papaya!
Decent kachoris and awesome sweets! A definite try for all the Gujarati folks!

I like this place for Gujrati snacks. They make it as authentic as they come to be honest. I like the swwets specially motichoor laddo and Mohanthal. This would again put it to Gujju/Marawari sweets. Mawa Mithais did not earn a fan from me. However, fresh snacks like kachori, khama, fafada lalebi are really good. One advantage is, its 5-7 min walk from station and opens around 7.00 in morning to like the place and have been a regular for Gujju snacks, farsans and Motichoor laddoos (I love them)..
Was a regular customer of this sweet shop. Though bit expensive, but the sweets have heavenly taste. The shrikhands are also worth a try. Also snacks items like samosa, khandvi, khaman are delicious.
Good sweets, over expensive.
This place is ever crowded and such huge volume of sales actually gives you confidence about their freshness. And they are. But these are not the best sweets that you can get. There are better options as well. In the same area, if u happen to find them ;)
The staff is nice. And the place has a good level of proximity to the railways as well.
Price wise its high. Now if you are okay to spend a grand for a purpose of a random occasion then yes.
Went over here to get Modaks. I thought they served the Marathi kind(fried/steamed), which they don't. But it turned out to a blessing in disguise as I tried out their Samosas and it was the best Samosa I've had in Mumbai! The outer shell(papdi) was amazingly crisp and yet light! And the filling was very good. Don't know if they are this consistent as this was the first time I was here. However, I will surely visit them again. I also tried their bengali mithais which were very good. Overall a good sweet shop. Need to go again and try more! Samosas man! Amazing! :D Next time- jalebi fafda and shrikhand!
Have here doodhi ka halwa its mouth watering. Tastes so yummy
1. The Srikhands- Mouth watering, whole heartedly made Srikhands. One of the best you can find in the city. ( Malai, Kesar, Dry Fruit & Mango- Amrakhand)
2. Jalebi & Fafdas- of course these have to go together. They are of top quality! During Dasserah and similar occasions, they actually open a separate counter for it outside the shop!
3. Samosas, Kachoris, Khandvis, Dhoklas, Chivdas, and a variety of sweets You will find anytime.
the very best khandoi....yummy!!!!
This is one place which every Gujarati in Mumbai will swear by for their morning breakfast on special occasions.
This is the place one must visit if you love Ganthia's a tradional gujarati namkeen The Ganthia's made by this place is beyond doubt the best in Mumbai with only Trupti at C.P.Tank a close second. One should buy the Fafda which is a type of Ganthia long in lenght. The Fafda's are always fresh, crisp and just the perfect foil for the Jalebi which is thie second item of their which is amust buy. Any Gujarati will vouch for the fact that Jalebi- Ganthia is the best Sunday morning breakfast and this fact can be vouched by the long queue's which starts from 7am in the morning and remains there till noon. The other variety of Ganthia which is equally good is " DOuble Vannela Mari na Ganthia". This one can have on daily basis with their morning cup of tea. Not to be missed delicacy. One should also try their Khajli and Kutchi pakwaan which is a savoury similar to Khaari biscuit.
Coming to rest of the items available, all their farsans are of superb quality which includes Khandvi, Khaman, Khatta Dhokla, Moong Dal kachori(Favourite),Farali Pattice (Just superb) and Punjabi Samosa(okay).
The variety os sweets is mind boggling with their Shrikhand absolutely delight especially their kesar Shrikhand and basundi. What is really good is their tradional gujarati sweets like Mohanthaal, adaduyo (available in winter along with gundar pak), boondi laddu, and kesar saathha.
All said and done a great place to buy good stuff and only place which serves both Jalebi and fafda of highest quality unlike Swati and Jalebi House in Zaveri bazaar where the jalebi is superb abd Trupti where the fafda is great. So the ideal place to pick up the Sunday morning breakfast and yes have patronizing this place for last 40 years and the taste and quality is as consistent as ever.
One may find the price a little on the higher side but then quality is always expensive and one will appreciate that after trying out their delicacies
