One of the few random encounters I really appreciate. We happened to be in the vicinity and came upto this place which turned out to be a blast.
A cute lil cafe that gets less much attention than it deserves. There's rustic decor, and a friendly staff and overall a pretty charming atmosphere.
But the MVP is the food.
Supreme Nachos: To date, the best Nachos I've had in a cafe. Loaded with toppings and sauces (which are heavenly), these are the the prefect Chakhna (Much akin to the description).
Veg Thai curry (Red): A really creamy, indulgent thick gravy with aromatic flavours of lemongrass, exotic veggies and coconut milk. The taste and quantity were upto mark. Although it could've used a lil less cream and a few more spices in my book.
The presentation is upto mark. Will look forward to another visit once (if?) the lockdown situation ends.

Ambience - It is a small eatery meant for a good bite. Ambience is normal with iron chairs that lack lumbar support
Food - We ordered garlic bread , Farmers cove pizza, Burmese khowsey, malai chicken pan fry and special fried chicken platter.
Garlic bread - Nice and slight crisp serving 6 portions
Pizza - is nine inch , thin crust and has good quantity of baby corn ,mushrooms added.
Burmese Khowsey - It was very delicious especially the fried onions, garlic, peanuts etc that were served with it
Fried Chicken - It has 3 types of chicken with 4 portions each. 1 potion of chicken wings, 1 chicken chips and 1 chicken finger. The wings are really tasty , chips are spicy. It's coating is with corn flakes so gives a nice crispy taste
Service - We were the only ones around so can't comment much
The food here is really tasty with good portion size for the price being charged hence I would say that it is value for money

There was Woman's Day special where free drink was offered to my wife and daughter so appreciate that. We were also served complimentary dessert which was chocolate ganache with ice cream which was really delicious.

Bricks N Sand is cafe located in Malad West. It has wide variety of delicacies for Western Fast Food. The Famous Chimchangas were wonderfully served with the creamy and tangy dip made of tomatoes and onions. They were filled and freshly prepared. The space is cramped and not that comfortable but has several leisure options amongst it's picks from variety of board games. The Ambience is aesthetic and lives up to its name. Worth visiting!
Amazing all day diner...tried pizza during my last visit and it was amazing. Nice interiors and great ambience. Will surely visit soon to explore more items from the elaborate and interesting menu. Its also listed on ZOMATO gold.

The place is just perfect for friends to hang out and have fun over some good food. They've got board games and stuff to enjoy while you're hogging into their delicacies. They have quite a menu. Sadly, the new menu wasn't ready when I visited so I couldn't try much but I was pretty satisfied with what I had.
Tex-Mex Wrap : With a crunchy outer and flavors inside dipped in cheese sauce, this was particularly my favorite. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!
Melon Squash : I don't really know what they would call it but it was a melon based mocktail which is really soothing and a little different too. A typical summer cooler to sip on with your starters.
Oreo Shake : This one was customised and was more of a mix of Nutella and Oreo shake and was pretty amazing. A rich thick shake that you should definitely ask for. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!
Veg Khousuey : I wouldn't recommend this one at this place. Coconut dominated all the flavors in this one hence I didn't like it.
Triple Chocolate : Perfect dessert to end the meal. Witg brownie Chunks, ice creams and chocolate overall, every chocolate lover would like this.

The food overall tasted very good. Thai curry was good which was with red gravy and steamed rice.
Panner masala was veggie with 2 big laccha paratha . Paratha being too soft and good. Hot chocoate was goo. Dessert had icecream , brownie , chocolate chips , crumbs and chocolate sauce pure bliss. Hope they just deliver order a bit too fast as we had time in hand and we enjoyed the board games and all we din mind it but it can be a concern. The head Ms Tanvi was really good and suggested some good food to try.

Bricks and Sand had some of the Goan dishes in their Menu, which everyone should try. The ambience is very cool and attractive paintings are hanged around... The Staffs are very helpful and quick at service...

A crispy snacks was served "Fish and Chips" too tasty.

This is an all day cafe located near Link Road in Malad. The ambience is literally as the name suggests I won't describe it further as the pics show it all. They also have Zomato Gold available for the Gold members.

Talking about food, here's what we ordered :-
📍OPEN FACE PESTO SANDWICH
It had 2 pieces of grill sandwich stuffed with veggies and topped with melted cheese and was served with some fries. What I liked about it was the bread which they used.
📍 BROWNIE SHAKE
It was quite thick but something about I didn't seem right the taste of brownie wasn't there, just some small pieces.
📍PERI PERI PANEER PIZZA
This pizza was really good, it was spicy and had paneer pieces which were also marinated properly with spices.
📍BURMESE KHAOSUEY
The concept was really good, it had 3 portions - one with noodles and veggies, second had the Burmese gravy and third portion had sides like fried onion & garlic, peanut powder and some others. But the gravy was too sweet. Would have been better with a bit of spiciness.
📍CHOCOLATE EXPLOSION PANCAKE
This was a good dessert and a perfect way to end the meal. It had 8 pieces of mini pancakes.

Visited this cafe once and now it has become one of my favourite outlets in malad west. They have some of really succulent snack items which will tickle your taste buds. They have good quality Italian and Mexican items and special brownie which are freshly made in the kitchen itself...my personally preferred items here would be:

As the name suggests Bricks and Sand is definitely pointing to the Classic Rustic Culture of the corner! Definitely the restaurant is completely most themed on it and has amazing ambience with dim lights and rustic walls and stuff!
Our orders:
Spaghetti Kheemiza - really long spaghetti with desi sauce and chicken kheema all over mingling with the pasta, a good fusion but can do much better with more sauciness
Peri Peri Chicken Pizza - amazing topping of chicken with peri peri spice and wrapping cheesy blanket
Pesto Chicken Pizza - another fusion with the chicken wearing the pesto sauce and he'll lot of bell peppers and cheese, Do Try this!
Chef's special Chicken Pizza - a complete package with chicken chunks in Schezwan, pesto and tikka with equal amount of cheese and love!
All their pizzas were thin crust and worth the deal and tbh you cannot accept more as our deal was great as it was Zomato Gold on the table!!
The restaurant was best at its service and they have amazing board games and card games that will definitely keep your minds busy during the wait for your foood!

Bricks N Sand is one of the most ambient restaurants and pocket-friendly restaurants we've visited. We tried: A Matia, a Mexwich, a Halloween special Tandoori Chicken Burger, a Veg Burrito Bowl, and a Brownie Surprise as a dessert. The Matia was a double-layered drink with CocaCola on the top and a Green Apple drink at the bottom. It did not mix initially although later on, it was quite a delight. The Mexwich is a MUST TRY as the crispy pocket was generously filled with peppers, mozzarella, cottage cheese and the perfect blend of herbs and spices which complimented the salsa and the cheese sauce. It wasn't too dense and quite a perfect starter. The Halloween Special Tandoori Burger had well cooked juicy chicken and the theme made it interesting and new. The Burrito Bowl is for surely a yes for spicy-rice lovers. the rice was well made and incorporated with veggies topped with cheese. The Brownie Surprise dessert was a good end to this delicious meal. The brownie was rich with dry fruits and chocolate sauce. Two scoops of ice cream was rich too and paired well with the entire dish. We had ordered for Chefs special chicken Pizza and Royal breakfast. The food was good, however the service was a bit slow and Interiors of the place was a bit confusing to us. They have a couple games if you want to do Time pass. Overall an 1 time visit place.

On my quest to find amazing flavours across the town came across this little hidden gem and was totally awestruck at how creative people can be. With limited space utilized so smartly they have achieved to create the perfect spot to hit down our memory lane. Situated on the newest eatery stretch of Malad i.e. Evershine Nagar this little place stole my heart at the first glance. Rustic old style varnished wood and raw unpolished brickwalls to cute little old school style posters hung around, a nice little guitar hung on wall to moving mechanical gear chandeliers…it was simply beautiful. The staff is quite warm and attentive to every need of customer with their service. Overall this is our take on @BricksNSand:

Food we ordered:
1. Hummus Platter: This was something I wanted to try as suggested and definitely it was soo good. Two portions of Classic hummus served with Pita breads, Falafel bullets and some veggie sticks. Definitely on point and a must have
2. Mexwich: This was something unique and I wanted to try but it was a veg dish. So I checked if could be done in chicken and they totally got that done for me. How Sweet! Its basically a Tortilla Wrapped around delicious paneer stuffing(Chicken in my case) tossed in all the Mexican spices, then the wrap is deep fried to crisp perfection and topped with a generous load of cheese sauce, salsa, sourcream & all the goodness of Mexico. Definitely a must have if you like cheese sauce. Its like a burst of flavours, Definitely a hot selling thing in here.
3. Carribean Style Lamb Chops: OMG this was sooo amazing I would have licked my fingers. Tender meat chops and fine bell pepper strands cooked in authentic Jamaican flavours, this was the perfect starter to fall in love with. Highly recommended by me.
4. Classic Bruschetta: If you love light starters you can definitely try this. Unlike others, they have a very different take on this Italian side. Toasted breads lathered with pesto sauce for that fresh basil, topped with fresh tomatoes & cheese tossed in olive oil with seasonings. This was so simple & subtle, I wonder why did I never try this instead of the baked melted cheese bruschettas. This is served cold and perfectly complements the time while playing some fun Board Games.
5. Burrito Bowl: Another unique take on the traditional Burrito was this amazingly huge Burrito Bowl. Definitely meant for two this is a massive serving of Mexican rice topped with beans, sour cream, salsa, lettuce, nachos & cheese. The layers are so perfectly done they truly played well with the Mexican flavours well I must admit, A highly recommended dish.
6. Chicken Xacuti: This is a traditional Goan curry known for its spicy lingering taste, it was a spot on. All the spice lovers you can definitely give this a hit and it won’t fail to please you. Served with rice or laccha paratha, they have quite good options in goan curries and for spice lover this was their suggestion which I absolutely loved.
7. Chocolate Avalanche: For my sweet craving I tried their special, Chocolate avalanche and totally loved it. Based on biscuits crumbles, pieces of walnut brownie topped with some decadent dark chocolate mousse topped with 2 scoops of vanilla icecream and one scoop of chocolate ice cream, garnish of choco sticks & oodles of chocolate sauce on top. This was definitely a dessert I would’nt wanna share. The best show stopper indeed.
8. Beverages: We tried the thick brownie surprise and it truly justified the category thicker, thick rich and delicious. Secondly we went for the Sunset which was a beautiful concoction of Cranberry & Orange served in stunning layered look.
Overall this truly was like finding a hidden gem. They have a multi-cuisine menu ranging from Mexican, Italian, Indian, Continental, European, Thai, Burmese, All Day Breakfasts & the list goes on. I wonder how brilliantly they have managed to pull it off in such small space cause to be frank I was quite reluctant to visit first but going by the Zomato reviews I decided to give it a try. I am indeed glad I did visit. They also have some cool offers running throughout the year so definitely another plus point. Also the price too was quite good compared to the quantity and quality of food served. Definitely a Value for Money & highly recommended by me. Will visit again soon.
P.S. They are coming up with some special HALLOWEEN CELEBRATION with spooky theme, kids events, food challenges with cash prizes upto INR 10000 per challenge & so on. Definitely looking forward to this event.

The place is beautiful! The tucked away place for a quiet meal with bae. The walls are true to theme, there are games to play and funky art on the wall. The music played is just perfect. This is a newly opened outlet in evershine nagar. Consequently, everything seems so fresh. From the wooden interior, to the pages of the menu. An earthy fragrance all around which was delightful. The food is bang on too. I particularly enjoyed the veg burger and chocolate avalanche!! (it has alot of nuts, so incase you don't like nuts, you may ask them not to sprinkle it) There are board games too, which are free, unlike alot of stupid places that charge for it. I would definitely recommend this place. I had a great time!

This is really one of the best places I have ever visited..The ambience and the feel here is really unique and so amazing which is spiced up with some board and card games provided in-house..The staff is so lenient and sweet,really loved their behavior and service..The food is also just amazing worth every penny u pay for...
And I actually think this restaurant is actually cheaper at price,they actually provide very good food,service and ambience at a comparatively low price.

Merry melon ice tea : Refreshing, sweet, flavorful and tropical... Also there are quite a few options available in the ice tea section.
Kairi Panna : This raw mango drink was really good. Masaaledar and Khatta meetha... Sparkling and soothing to drink..
Hummus platter : I must say d classic hummus maintains its traditional taste and is very Tasty. Accompanied with pita bread, Falafel tikkis, cucumber, gherkins (pickled cucumber). Pita bread was very fresh.. Falafel tikkis very made of healthy green stuffing and we're stomach filling.. Gherkins were sour and tangy and went just perfect with d hummus dip.. Try d dish.

Thai Green Curry and Rice : This was our main course.. Light green in colour with exotic vegetables like broccoli, bell peppers, zucchini & baby corn. The gravy was creamy and scrumptious.. It felt Mmmm... in d mouth.. The texture and the feel of rice was also very nice.
Chocolate Avalanche : Last but not the least the dessert of the night highly chocholattyyy.... Crumbled Brownie wid dark chocolate mousse.. Very lucious and 😋... With chocolate and vanilla ice-cream scoops..

This was a brownie infused milkshake with brownies topped on it. The best part about the brownies was that they are blended with walnuts to give them a nutty taste. The milkshake had kind of a nutty taste too.
-Chocolate of the Day-
Supposedly chocolate of the day was KitKat. So we got the KitKat Milkshake. It was very delicious. KitKat pieces topped above added more to the chocolate flavour. It wasn't too thick, and too liquidy. The right milkshake at the best price.
-Chicien tikka Bruschetta-
Crispy bread Bruschettas topped with capsicums, chicken tikka pieces and melted cheese. The taste was just awesome. The recommended dish here. Chicken was perfectly marinated and the tikka taste added to the taste more. It was really delicious.
-BNS fried chicken special party-
This plate had huge Fried chicken pieces, some leg pieces as well. They were coated in oats covering, which made it crispy. They were served with mustard mayo sauce, which enhanced the taste of fried chicken. For chicken lovers, this dish is gonna be a delight at a slightly decent price.
-Arabic Falafel Salad-
Lettuce pieces with bellpeppers, tomatoes and lots of mayonnaise along with falafel pieces on top. It was delicious, light and yummy having the salad. This is the personal recommendation in salad section. The presentation too is very good.
-BNS special Chocolate Avalanche-
This dessert is extremely photogenic. It is topped with gooey brownies along with chocolate and vanilla ice cream scoops and chocolate waffer sticks. The taste is just heavenly and chocolate lovers, this is the ultimate dish you'll love here. Do not forget to try this here.

New place alert - Bricks N Sand is really new restaurant opened at the hub of food at everyshine nagar, Malad where a lot of known eateries are already there, but this stands apart because of cute entry of a bricks wall. As you enter you find a really nice decor with bricks, cute colorful chairs, guitar hanging on the wall and nice ambiance to spend some quality time with your friends and family.
We tried various dishes to try different tastes:
Carribean Style Lamb chops - This was juicy, soft, tender and delicious. Must try
Kungpao Chicken - Best one of the day. Chicken pieces were soft and tasty. Platting was also really nice and good looking - A must must try
Xacuti - is a Gaon dish which was spicy, made in coconut paste and lot of home made spices. So, if you cant handle spicy food, ask them to lower the spicy level
Burrito Bowl - A really good looking dish with a perfect mix of maxican rice, cheese and nachos
Classic Mojito - Need an improvement in this!
Special Chocolate Avalanche - This is their in-house made chocolate Avalanche and i would rather say 'One of the bestest dessert' I ever had. A must must must try!

To start with its a well put up place with soothing and cozy environment, with English numbers playing in the background yet totally blending in the aura without disturbing one's peace of mind. The varied colorful props have been established by the owners from the scratch. To make things more cheerful and vibrant a good variety of games make the look and feel more enticing. The cherry on the cake is the very humble and soft spoken owner and staff. I believe that more than the food itself the aura and customer treatment holds high importance and here they won my heart. Coming to the food everything was so promptly put across as per orders, timely cleaning of tables without the need to request or remind. They mentioned that Mousse is their speciality as it's prepared in their own kitchen which stands so true, it was so nice in taste. Every order I made made me feel so satisfied and elated with the good taste and hygiene maintained.

I ordered the Classic Arabiata Pasta which was really nice and filling.
The Peri Peri french fries were just perfect. Loved it.
I also had the Chef's Special Dark Chocolate Mousse which was amazing. I liked their presentation as well. I would definitely recommend the mousse.
They also have like a number of really cool board games and stuff which can help you pass time.

BNS Special Chocolate Avalanche: It's their specialty in dessert and it was recommended to us. Vanilla and chocolate icecream along with chocolate mousse. The combination of these was perfect. Totally loved the dessert. Sweet ending to our beautiful dinning at Bricks N Sand. If you're chocolate lover, you must try this one!

Really liked the food here. Had their burger with a side of peri peri fries and thick shakes. I have also tried their non-veg pizzas and they are delicious. Pastas are great too. The food is just Amazing, would love to try the whole menu. Went in thinking it would be the everyday overpriced cafe affair. Was pleasantly surprised with the menu. The place gives off the cosy vibes all over the moment you step in. For someone who doesn't like bright lights, the dim welcoming ambiance is a plus. Everyone must try this place. The Food takes a bit to arrive though cause they make everything from scratch, hence you know that your food has been freshly prepared .There are all kinds of board games available as well so it wasn't an issue. The staff is quite friendly and welcoming.

Located in the Evershine area of Malad which is becoming a hub for upscale restaurant with lot of big names setting up shop one after the other; I came across Bricks N Sand (BNS) – A cozy little place which opened barely a month ago and has quite a few things going great for them.
The vibe is welcoming which makes you want to never leave, lighting is dim to match the mood and the ambiance is quaint with colorful chairs and cute little painting hung all over the walls.
Menu is vast and offers everything from All Day Breakfast to Gourmet Meals while the cuisines offered are Continental, American, Italian, Mexican & Goan as well.
Our dining experience consisted of various cuisines and was a satiating experience!

- Corn Cheese Burger : Served along with crispy fries and mayo the portion size was huge and perfect for 1 person. The patty was juicy and fried to a crisp with ample filling of cheese and corn along with the regular add-ons of onion/lettuce placed neatly in a bun; the bun was soft too and not dry which added to the overall appeal of this burger.
- Caribbean Style lamb Chops : Cooked in Jamaican style this dish had 4 medium sized lamb chops (Soft & Well Marinated) came of the bones with ease and a side of spicy stew as dressing. One of the interesting dishes I have had lately and definitely a must have if fusion flavors entices you.
- Chicken Steak : A personal favorite and the BNS version was simply good. A whole chicken breast grilled to perfection accompanied with sautéed veggies & a generous helping of Herb rice, they also give fries along which I asked to be omitted from my dish. A wholesome meal to be had at BNS!
Desserts :
- Brownie Surprise : Thick shake of Brownie & Milk topped with Brownie crumbs & cashew nuts. Definitely rich in flavors and filling as well.
- BNS Special Chocolate Avalanche : In-house special and truly a chocolate lovers paradise. Scoops of Chocolate & Vanilla ice-cream with a side of chocolate mousse and cookie crumbs in the base gave this one some serious sweet tooth goals. The bitter mousse complimented the sweet ice-cream scoops and the crumbs gave this one a crunchy taste as well. Must Try!

I have been there with my buddies on this friendship's day. We enjoyed alot, played ludo, connect 4, jenga and yes some very delicious food we had. Do try green goblins pasta and peri peri wedges.
This is where you would find me if I had my college or home nearby! This place has such a cool rustic feel! Just call as many friends as you can and come here as they have stocked up some of the best games for you.
The food here is something which is going to make he come here again and again!
Highlight for me has to be their 7 deadly wings challenge which is still undefeated and has a cash price of 2500/-!

As the name suggests Bricks and Sand is definitely pointing to the Classic Rustic Culture of the corner! Definitely the restaurant is completely most themed on it and has amazing ambience with dim lights and rustic walls and stuff!
Our orders:
Spaghetti Kheemiza - really long spaghetti with desi sauce and chicken kheema all over mingling with the pasta, a good fusion but can do much better with more sauciness
Peri Peri Chicken Pizza - amazing topping of chicken with peri peri spice and wrapping cheesy blanket
Pesto Chicken Pizza - another fusion with the chicken wearing the pesto sauce and he'll lot of bell peppers and cheese, Do Try this!
Chef's special Chicken Pizza - a complete package with chicken chunks in Schezwan, pesto and tikka with equal amount of cheese and love!
All their pizzas were thin crust and worth the deal and tbh you cannot accept more as our deal was great as it was Zomato Gold on the table!!

This is really one of the best places I have ever visited..The ambience and the feel here is really unique and so amazing which is spiced up with some board and card games provided in-house..The staff is so lenient and sweet,really loved their behavior and service..The food is also just amazing worth every penny u pay for...

It's just a superb bistro cafe I have ever visited.It's located in Malad west near Movietime Cinema.I visited this place with one of my special close friend Avinash Bait.I now feel I will visit it again soon.

1.Chicken Exotica Sandwich:As the name suggests exotica,it was really very interesting and something out of the box.It was stuffed with huge chunks of meat as well chicken.It was well wrapped with veggies loaded with cheese.It is the best sandwich I have ever had till date.

3.Kungpao Chicken BNS SPECIAL:It is a good starter for all chicken lovers since it is sufficient for 2 people.There are 8 pieces which makes your stomach full easily.It is medium spicy and garnished with cashews.

📍OPEN FACE PESTO SANDWICH
It had 2 pieces of grill sandwich stuffed with veggies and topped with melted cheese and was served with some fries. What I liked about it was the bread which they used.
📍 BROWNIE SHAKE
It was quite thick but something about I didn't seem right the taste of brownie wasn't there, just some small pieces.
📍PERI PERI PANEER PIZZA
This pizza was really good, it was spicy and had paneer pieces which were also marinated properly with spices.

The concept was really good, it had 3 portions - one with noodles and veggies, second had the Burmese gravy and third portion had sides like fried onion & garlic, peanut powder and some others. But the gravy was too sweet. Would have been better with a bit of spiciness.
