The cake crafted by Chef Mehernosh Khajotia is outstanding! It is a melt-in-the-mouth creation, with a rich taste of rum-soaked raisins & nuts, and flavoured to perfection. While it is pricier than the regular Christmas cakes, it is far ahead of the competition...and Christmas comes just once a year, so it is worth the splurge!

These cakes were the perfect discovery jus before our bdays arrived, a friend of mine suggested that I must try Chef Mehernosh’s cakes in a span of 1week we had the opportunity to try 3 of his beautiful cakes. Zubin (the friend who suggest ) the cake to us had us over for dinner we ate the chocolate truffle cake covered with beautiful chocolate coated strawberries🤤. It was beautiful and we loved it so much that we actually carried a piece home for the fam to taste, mom being an ex pasty chef(who’s being complaining for years now that I never order a good gateau) was very very pleasantly pleased. So we decided to order this for my bday. The Chocoholic is what we ordered available with Whiskey/Rum/Cointreau we ordered the one with Cointreau since I love the choc-orange combo. cutting into the cake was an experience itself the sponge was super soft and the cake was amazing. If u at too much of the cake and too a breath analyser test you would be caught for drink and drive. It’s drenched with alcohol. It was an amazing experience. 3people demolished half the cake by the time my husband and I returned from my bday dinner.
Cake number 3 : Choco delicious cake an eggless cake that needs to be warmed for 20-30seconds and then eaten. Which we initially were not aware of, we ate the cake as is and did not like and and left us disappointed, spoke to chef next day and told him about or experience. He were calmly said I will have it picked up tasked and if u want replaced. This was before I told him what cake it was. After I told him that it was the Choco delicious cake he said even more calmly, go home take a slice warm it for 20-30secs and then eat it it’s a beautiful cake, & BOY HE WAS RIGHT ONCE WARM IT WAS JUS MELTING EVERYWHERE ON THE PLATE IN OUR MOUTH.

A perfect blend of smooth silky chocolate with just the right amount of coffee and stuffed with walnuts. A must try for all chocolate lovers. Lastly perfectly packed and ideal for gifting.
I have ordered multiple times from here and every time the cake has been really good. Not once have I got a bad cake. Favourite cake to order is the double chocolate nut torte with cracked toffee cake.

I was so impressed with their special fruit bomb chocolates, that I got them delivered in Delhi. They arrived in perfect packing. Mehernosh is one of the finest and most innovative chocolatier in Mumbai. The chocolates were divine - real fruit, mixed with 55% dark chocolate filled in a choco bomb. They had the right amount of sweetness, heavenly in mouth and left the perfect after taste. A master piece, I must say. It did light up our festive moods:-) cheers.
My friend Gaurav Arora ordered apricot orange and choco chip cake for me. I took them home to Hyderabad. We loved them; the best cakes I a have ever tasted by far. Without a doubt they make the BEST cakes in the city. I adore their very simple but extremely delicious Apricot and Orange Tea cake. They make insanely good chocolate cakes I had one made with whisky and it was such a hit at our party. The Dark Chocolate and Orange cake is another super hit but my families personal favourite is their traditional Christmas Pudcake. Omg it's to die for ! Mehernosh and his team are just super and what's really nice is they help you customise even if you ask them. Really top notch quality and taste.

I’ve been ordering cakes from Mehernosh for the past 15 years. My daughter has a lot of allergies but he’s always made amazing cakes keeping in mind her allergies. He’s made cakes from Barbie doll cakes to chocolate cakes with almond crunch and they’ve all been fresh, incredibly tasty and a celebration in the true essence. Have had many wonderful cakes from Celebrations before but have to specially share what it felt like spooning up the mango cheese cake. The freshly cut, choicest Alphonso sitting on a divine bed of mascarpone and the buttery
crunchy biscuit is a great mix of textures and flavours you want to hold in your mouth. It's surprising light too.

I would say that the best cakes in the city are made here! I'm always a fan of my usual gateaux chocoholic, a cake I've been ordering for my birthday for years now. Recently tried the fresh cream pineapple, although never been a fan of pineapple cake, this one however was really was excellent, was made using decadent fresh cream (not that horrible vegetable fat cream) and the sponge was lovely as well not oversoaked in syrup. If these cakes didn't contribute to calories id order one every month! Thank you and please continue the great work!

So Keroo and I.... Seems like only yesterday that we were just friends, when I, with a lot of mustered up courage, popped the question to her... Do you have any feelings for me and she said I do and the rest is history.... Our luv never stopped growing and we are what we are.. Completely in luv with each other😍😍😍. Yesterday we clocked 38 years but then as I always say.. These are just numbers and they don't mean anything, when you enjoy every moment of every day that you spend together and cherish.
But then this post is not about us but about food as always 😜
Kainaz, my daughter, knowing us as she does, ordered these two absolutely amazing dessert cakes. She knows my weakness for chocolate and she also knows that Keroo only likes Nougat cakes, so she got in touch with this Master of all chefs and the king of bakers Mehernosh Khajotia, who owns and has been successfully running "Celebrations" for years. Amazing place that caters to the Who's who of the country and specializes in uniquely yummmmy desserts extraordinaire and fine chocolates.
This was an absolute surprise and two beautifully packed boxes of sheer delight landed up hand-delivered at my home.
You cannot believe the expression of delight and awe that spread through my mind when I saw these boxes and I knew that within lies my ultimate fantasy of ecstasy.
The first box was a Belgian Chocolate Truffle cake with layers upon layers of thick chocolate ganache and topped with loads of light as feather profiteroles filled with the typically sweet and moist whipped cream. Ooooh I was in heaven. Guys just stare at the pictures and drooooool as I'm not sharing this with anyone 😜😍😂😂😂
The next box was an elegant Nougat cake in pure white cream, very delicately adorned with a message and Chocolate dipped Strawberries. I was not expecting much when I saw this one.. Hah the usual nougat it must be, was the thought in my mind.. Plus I'm not a fan of fresh cream cakes... But lo behold, one bite of this beauty and..l realised... This was no ordinary nougat cake.. This was a verrrrrry subtly, orange flavoured whipped beauty of a cream. Ever so light and the taste of orange lingers between every bite of that crunchy nougat and I must admit that for once I could not decide if I liked the chocolate cake or this heavenly beauty.
Tizu, my grandson, thankfully takes after me and loves chocolate only 😜😂😂😂😍😍😍🙏He kept coming back for more.. He's the only one with whom I share my desserts 🙄😘😍🤣
Mehernosh this brings back some great memories of what amazing desserts you have exposed us to.. You are truly a Master Chef and none can remotely come close to what you create... Simply superb... I'm totally ecstatic 😍😍😍hats off to you 😍🙏👍

I wanted to celebrate my parents' 38th wedding anniversary with them in spite of being so so far away from them all the way in the UK. So thought of the best way to do it and I contacted Chef Mehernosh who I follow on Facebook and have known about for years since the launch of his first little Celebrations outlet at Breach Candy. I remember him opening his doors to a few of his friends for a tasting evening and I remember my dad and I being invited by his friend to try out all his desserts and try we did and how. I've always been a big fan of his desserts but I don't know why for a long time I had not ordered any cakes from there. I have been following his creations on Facebook and the cake he had created so lovingly for his own mum caught my eye as my mum loves profiteroles and my dad loves anything chocolate (like me😉) but then I thought that it wouldn't be fair to leave my mum out as she loves a good nougat cake and so I asked Chef Mehernosh if he would oblige and he did but he suggested that a plain nougat cake is boring and suggested I go for orange n nougat. I was a little skeptical at first but I agreed as I thought any cake by him is going to be nice and to my surprise both my parents LOVED the orange nougat cake. My dad's exact words were, "This is the first time I've loved something that's not chocolate so much".
Chef Mehernosh also went a step further and included a lovely little card and a rose for my parents which I thought was very thoughtful.
Both cakes were super and I wish I could have been there to try them myself. Will surely do next time I go to Mumbai.

This cake is not just Christmas Plum Cake/ Christmas Pud Cake as they call it. It's something that can not be put into words, you need to have it to know how exactly the cake is.
It's a simple looking cake with all the goodness & richness of dried fruits, perfectly spongy, soft, melt in mouth, with a wonderful mouth feel & such good after taste. It's very difficult to keep your hands off the cake, once you bite into it. Thanks Chef Mehernosh Khajotia for creating one such master piece. This is called a cake. We ordered the 'nutty and nice' and the 'fresh pineapple with caramelized almonds'. The pineapple cake had oodles or pineapple and crunchy almonds in it. It ain't just put on top of the cake like other cheaper places while the inside is full of sponge or cream. The pineapple cake was COMPLETELY stuffed with pineapple and almonds throughout the cake while the nutty and nice was entirely stuffed with nougat and crunchy chocolate balls. Every layer and every bite of the cake results in an explosion of crunch, fruit, chocolate crunch balls and flavour in your mouth.
This guy is a Master Chief. This is called a cake. Zero cost cutting. 100 percent quality. Arrived on time and was so fresh you could smell the aroma of the pineapple and nougat. Though we ordered a 1kg cake I am sure it was much larger than the usual 1kg cake. Guys this is the Rolls Royce of cakes. Go for it. Celebrate!
So this is an add on review. We once again ordered from Celebrations and were not disappointed. The Christmas cake was superb. Almost every bite was filled with flavour. It was juicy, aromatic, texture was just right and filled with cherry and other flavors. Not the run off the mill dry Christmas cake. This was something special.

Last month I took home the Amul Butter Almonds Tea cakes and our family just enjoyed them with breakfast and evening tea. And yesterday I picked up one kg of their Mango Jalebi Cake which was just marvellous as desert after the family dinner.
I think Mehernosh creates cakes with a lot of passion. The results are there to see in terms of taste, quality ingredients and presentation.

What a super cake we ate, for a friend a Birthday! The Belgian Orange Gateaux was perfect. With a thing chocolate sponge and ganache , topped with orange cream and garnished with orange bobs and chocolate. Perfect and divine !
We were delighted with the Strawberry Liquor Chocolates. They explode in your mouth with a heavenly sensation and taste. Even the packaging was very professional, celebratory and creative.
One would think anyone with a half baked (excuse the pun) knowledge of baking would be able to bake a decent Christmas cake. Alas, no I have been disappointed several times- till I was introduced to Mehernosh and literally his “Celebration collections “. I have been ordering his Christmas cake for the last 3 years and have never been disappointed. Ordering a Christmas cake from him has become a tradition as much as Christmas. Be warned, you may think a half kg cake will suffice till you begin eating and before you can say Santa Claus it is gone. Best to splurge and go for the 1 kg to be on the safe side. Okay so I have always loved cakes from Celebrations FC and my all time favourite is the Choco Delicious cake. The cake is super smooth, super soft and super delicious ❤. So it was my Mom & Dad's 25th Anniversary and I planned of ordering a cake for them and when I contacted Mehernosh Uncle he told me I'll bake a special cake for you and the cake he baked was a Strawberry-Butterscotch-Chocolate cake. The cake was just too good. My mom dad were equally happy and so were my other family members. This cake is definitely worth too many tries. The strawberry jam layers of the cake when you take a bite it feels like you just got a foodgasn ☺. I would really recommend anyone reading this review to try out his cakes.

It was a last minute order for us and the team was very cooperative in accepting the delivery time of 2 hours. We ordered the choco delicious cake and it was truly delicious. Chef Mehernosh does wickedly delicious things with Belgian caramel and Orange curd on top of chocolate chip brownies. No one makes Orange curd like this. I remember eating the orange curd cinnamon buns he no longer makes. There are days I feel like leading a mob to picket outside his bakery until he relents and puts them back on the menu.
Recently ordered the Orange cream cake with Butterscotch from Mehernosh Khajotia for my birthday. Highly recommended cake for its unique combination of orange which tingles along with the butterscotch. Lots of whipped cream makes it an awesome confection. Price is a steal for a 1kg variant. Definitely a must try!

There are bakers, and there is Mehernosh. I dont think we should confuse the two. We ordered the fresh cream cake with pineapple and caramelised walnuts. Gosh it was absolutely delicious. The texture perfect, the icing just spot on, the fruit absolutely fresh. I thought the caramelised walnut was delightfully whimsical. Then we ordered the tea-cake. Oh god. This one beats Kayani from Poona. That says everything. Just to add. Though I am posting this review now...I think the first time we had Mehernosh's creations was way back in 2004/2005.
Celebrations is the best cake and confectionary shop of Mumbai. We have ordered cakes for all our birthdays, family functions, my wedding and now even my spouse's family functions from here. The best part about Chef Mehernosh is that we have never needed to look at his menu and only tell him what we have in mind e.g. Chocolate , caramel, mousse etc, the rest we leave to him and he always manages to whip up something entirely different each time and always outdoes the previous one! His cakes are the highlight at every occasion and we love his creativity and always take his suggestions. He often recommends certain options like fresh fruits depending on the season like mango/ strawberry toppings and we enjoy going with whatever he recommends Coz he makes sure he puts the best and juiciest fruits on those cakes as well. No cake in the world can beat his chocolate cake topped with chocolate-dipped strawberries !
The place to go if you want the most delicious cakes which are just yummm ... My Favourite has always been the Chocoholic cake which is just divine. But other must haves are also the chocolate with butter crunchies, the chocolate net cake or the strawberry tiramisu. Mehernosh also often customises the cake just for you if you call him and tell him all your preferences and he delivers just what was on your mind :-)
Mehernosh is such a pleasure to order desserts from. I've never been disappointed. All his creations are superb! Recently ordered the Chocolicious for a friend's birthday and it was yum. Mehernosh even suggested how best to serve it.
Among the best chocolates I've had in India! Their almond rocks are absolutely the best! Also love the tea cakes. My favorite is the apricot orange one . Yet to try out their newer ones. Looking forward to ordering. Even their cakes are fabulous! My favorite is the Imperial Torte! Truly imperial! The budget office cake is suprisingly great as well! One of my favourite go to places for all things yumm in Mumbai!
I ordered the chocoholic and requested for a dash of coffee flavour..the creation was simply awesome with a combination of macarpone and fresh cream 👌thanks for taking the special effort to put together all the ingredients and making it so special 👍👏👌
I ordered the hazel love cake and it was delicious.
All my guests loved the cake and even the ones who do not generally eat cake ... Could not resist it.

Unbelievable cakes! I have posted a photo of the last one we ordered. This was Cherry caramelized walnuts with stewed pineapples and fresh cream. Incredible. The other was dark chocolate with strawberries and cream. Polished off in a matter of minutes. Also got some fantastic coffee chocolates and champagne spiked orange marmalade. Highly recommend!
Let me start by saying thanks to Mehernosh for his lovely cakes he's been sending my family over 15 years .. The consistency remains till date .. I'm not a fan of whipped cream but the CHOCOLATE NUTCRACKER CAKE was to die for thank you so much ..

I was so tempted with the cake pictures Mr.Chef Mehernosh used to upload on Facebook and as usual a Foodie was keen to taste it .
I had 2 cakes made by him that includes ,
Choco delicious cake with orange curd ( a different type of cake heard of and also tasted , in between soft cake sponge and spread of orange curd )
Chocolate cake with stewed strawberries , mascarpone mousse , milk chocolate and butterscotch balls ( Again a different one with different concept , felt it juicy this time with almond macroons on the side and each bite had strawberries and butterscotch balls )
I think it's a must try cake , don't go on the price because the quality and quantity he gives in return is incomparable to any other cake.
Salute to Mr. Chef Mehernosh because he makes such awesome cakes alone.

This is the most awesome, moist as cotton, the exact amount of sweetness, dry fruits & loaded with many more goodies...
The melt in mouth pudding plum cake is simply keeps u wanting more & more of it, can't stop having the delicious cake...
Its taste n its feel in the mouth is irresistible & cannot be described (falling short of words or adjectives to describe the cake)!!
This is the best plum pudding cake I ever had in my life....
The credit for this goes to one of the best Pastry Chef of Mumbai or should I say my favourite Pastry Chef Mehernosh Kersi Khajotia thank you sir for the lovely cake & making my Christmas the most memorable one. What a lovely moist, chocolaty cake with a perfect crunch of butterscotch in it, Hats off to you Chef Mehernosh Kersi Khajotia one could sense that you made the cake with all your heart, love & affection. Your passion truly reflects in every cake out from your bakery. Thanks a tons for making my Dad's B'Day special with your lovely cake. I wish I would have order more of it, it is a kind of cake so moist with a perfect balance of sweetness, the chocolate ganache is just perfect not too sweet nor too bitter, the fresh cream layer with butter scotch crunch was really surprising as the cream was cutting down the the chocolaty taste while making the cake feel smooth while the butterscotch balls gave a nice surprising crunch & the cherry on the cake was the butterscotch crunches on it used for garnish & presentation (looked like small chocolate pearl balls). It's a kind of a cake can make me skip my food, while I could sit eating this cake the whole day.

We ordered almost 50 odd boxes of chocolates for our client this Diwali , sheer luck that through Zomato we landed up here , genuine stuff , excellent chocolates and good varieties , I found them to be quite passionate about what they do , and that reflects in the way they present , explain , guide and deliver . I sincerely vouch for their competency in what they are best known to do " confectionaries " , with my overall experience with Celebrations is like a customer for life . I have been a patron of Celebrations since the time it began. I find Mr. Khajotia
a man who understands his cakes and desserts. He uses imported ingredients in his cakes and desserts and the results are there to taste. I recently ordered a coffee hazelnut chocolate cake with praline. It was absolutely delectable. It kept me sanguine for the rest of the day!
I just ordered the day and night chocolate cake and it was a birthday cake, the taste was as high as my expectations, it was so fresh, the staff and service provided is excellent. Would love to try more cakes in the future
Everytime I visit here, I buy tea time cakes, they are delicious. I love the variety of cakes available here for different occasions. We had also got ourselves company logo chocolates made from Celebrations Fine Confections.

Big Occasion and the best way to order a sinful cake is to talk to the Mehernosh. All his goodies are awesome, But a big occasion requires you to trust the chef. So there I go and ask. And i get "A fallen Souffle Chocolate Cake with a Chocolate Mousse topping with Butter crunch Milk Chocolate Balls. " T'is not for the ordinary. Flourless. An absolute amazing feeling. A Chocolate dancing with a Chocolate in the mouth. The Mousse is dreamy and creamy and then you hit the Souffle. Wham!! just blows you mind out. But be careful once you get used to cakes here, you would be always be disappointed elsewhere!
All at my home love the cakes from celebrations ... Must try are gateau chocoholic with roasted caramelised almonds, strawberry chocolate cake, Choco fudge cubes, all tea time bar cakes ....
Their Christmas cake are the best I have had so far and the marzipan log was just too good ....
The sugar-free cakes are not only without sugar but are also healthy as they are prepared with low carb ingredients ..

The best taste I have experienced in Mumbai ...... Back in srinagar I barely had an option to try such symptoms taste ......I didn't get to try must but I tried their milk chocolates which are very reasonable priced and very tasty with the taste preferred by me . It's been a while since I tried some really good and not to forget authentic and absolutely delicious cakes and chocolates . For a while I wondered that we had forgotten what the originals were but for those who have tried celebrations it revives those amazing taste of the smooth hazelnut chocolates , zesty orange chocolates , the beachy banana cake . Being a food critic its a thumps up for celebrations . Been a fan and will always continue to be one . Your deprived if you haven't tried their new range of chocolates and don't forget to ask for their new creation the banana cake
Have had a 3 tiered chocolate strawberry wedding engagement cake for my daughter and had very hi fi people running up with their empty plates asking to more ! Like in a kiddy party ! That's when you know its superbbbb ! The huge strawberries, explosion of individual flavors, presentation, classy ingredients....and its a night to remember. Also had Italian dream with coffee and macaroon and orange choc cakes......and I sincerely advise people NOT to go any further but to try out MKs various chocolates, pastries etc..... They are very reasonably priced, and whats more, your suggestions are incorporated in prior orders. He does a very personal job, and with all his heart, love and soul into his Art; resulting in an orgasmic experience. Simply call him up. NIKE (Just do it) !!

I ve been eating celebrations cakes for over 15 years , the cakes r just superb especially the strawberry cake with choc , black forrest my all time favourite and ofcourse the pineapple cake.He does not compromise with quality that for sure.Just too GOOD🤪
