Good food but no seating arrangements whatsoever!
Thier chilli garlic noodles is sooooooo good!!!
Ordered Chinese food from here and it was delicious.
Nice one to try out so I guess it is must try
This is a wonderful place to hang out as the ambience is simply amazing specially for those who love food with Indian and regional accents. Some of the food which is served here seems to just melt in the mouth. The staff at this place is extremely polite and courteous. They are dressed neatly so you actually get a very good feel once you step in here. The waiters and the kitchen staff are quite in sync so the waiting time for a meal is not too much.
WOK IN THE BOX has successfully established quite few outlets across the city. This place is famous for Asian and Chinese cuisine. The service provided by them is quite fast. Wok in the box mostly famous for the home delivery service. Indoor seating arrangement available in their restaurant. Bkc is one of commercial hub area it prefect for all the working people order and grab some tasty and delightful Asian cuisine at their office or to take way at home after tiring day. I personally feel that this place is overall average. The quality and quantity of food is undoubtedly pretty but still when it comes overall taste it is pretty average. If you are Chinese cuisine lover then you can definitely try out this place.
This review is strictly base on my personal experience.
The food was great. The spicy coefficient of the food was a little less as I was expecting it to be really spicy.
However the live cooking of the food and chef asking to taste the food before eating the whole is innovative.
Keep it up
The best wok I have ever had you get to choose the sauces, type of vegetables, weather want rice, noodles
Have tasted veg wok only
Had ordered
Flat noodle wok with sauce and vegetables u can see live wok making and select vegetables according to your choice the quantity is too good had gone with my friends so had shared a wok with my friend 2 people can share a single wok filles the stomach completly and is super yummy
Quality-10/10
Packing-10/10
Taste-10/10
The staff is quite polite worth the price they offer
Even though this is primarily a delivery joint we tend to stop here after work for a shared wok box. There are no tables any more but it s got some open space to the right of the outlet where you can sit. The staff here is very polite and friendly. We like to experiment with the make your own wok and add a frizzy bubble tea alongside. As someone who prefers eating vegan food, I'm sad that they've taken away broccoli from the vegetables section.
Another day and pretty confused where to order lunch from. Finally decided to get a Meal from these guys. So yeah, i ordered the personal size chicken wok, with flat wheat noodles, and the customisable options were,
Pepper mix, Baby Corn, Pak Choy, Spring Onion, topped with burnt garlic, chilli flakes and fried onions.
Turned out to be pretty good combination. The sauce, in which the noodles was stir fried was amazing to be honest.
What I liked the most was the paper container in which the food was delivered. Good to see you guys doing something for the nature.
All in all, good food, and yeah, the mango basil bubble tea is surely worth a try.
Peace ✌️
For people working in BKC, definitely try this one. Just letting you know the box quantity can be a little heavy for one, but that also depends on how hangry you are at the moment. You get to choose all the veggies by yourself, I mean you literally put everything together and hand it over to the guy with frypan. Don't get confused, enjoy the silliness of creating a weird combo and maybe add a little more butter garlic sauce :D
A go to chinese cuisine place! There are many options to choose from and create your own wok! Had the teriyaki noodles and must say it was soo delicious and filling ! Its a great take away and the quality and quantity both are great !
So after some puzzled search and help of Google maps we reached wok in the box in the capital building in bkc ..
The building had quite a lot of options to eat but I was pretty much prepared to eat in wok in a box so went ahead to the same..
The ambience was good and the sitting arrangements were shared between wok in the box and one more food chain..
I ordered a veg wok with customised add ons ..particularly adding some corn, onions, bell pepper, spring onions, baby corn, sprouts, carrots and some butter garlic sauce and schezuan sauce into the white rice..
The rice box turned out to be quite good and the quantity was also appreciable..
The meal overall was quite tummy filling and delicious..they made it infront of us and with the vegetables we hand picked from their selections..and the self customisation as well as tasting before serving was a add on..service was pretty quick too..
No problem with the food but the management...
I had some issue with the cash payment where I was pretty sure if having paid extra cash and not having collected the same in a hurry ..however on enquiry I was told there wasn't excess cash ..and when I told that I was revisiting for a peace of mind the person in charge told me to come when it was 6.45 pm and I had to go there crossing a harsh traffic to see a closed hotel by 7.00 pm ..
The idea of choosing the ingredients of your meal and adjusting them as per you choice is a very amazing concept that WOK has got into our cuisine
Me.Ishant of the same branch recommended me hot crispy garlic sauce for my WOK and recommended me a Milo Tella Bubble tea to go with it and the combination was wonderful
Overall a great place to eat and value for money with great service.
A good place with great food
Team is good and is highly courteous and well mannered
The food was hot and taste was good
Can have here if in the capital
Absolutely loved the concept of choosing your own Wok ingredients. In terms of taste, the sauces were more or less the same, retaining the warmth of garlic and chilli. The portions of the meal and heart-friendly and the prices are pocket-friendly.
Taste: 7.5/10
Ambience: 7/10
Service: 8/10
Value For Money: 8/10
Went with my friends , the food was awesome. They have so many options you can select from. I'd like to go again. Loved it...........................
I quite liked the concept of choosing your own Wok ingredients. In terms of taste the sauces were more or less the same, retaining warmth of garlic and chilli. We also called for Momos, full of veggies and light on pocket. These momos can be ordered for quick bites without bothering about the money. Overall it was a good food experience during office lunch time (gives you Sunday meal feels). The Wok in the Box concept worked for me.

Visited this place a year back, still could recall the name correctly because such was this place's influence on me.
A small shop where you would not expect much but are awestruck when you have the first bite! A place where you can customise the type of noodle you want, the kind of toppings and veggies that you like and the flavours as well. I also saw the owner helping customers with deciding the menu.. They have many options for both veg and non veg items.
Had the garlic noodles and they were simply amazing. The wontons were crisp and tasty!
Loved the place alot!!
I loved this concept, like its so different from others.
The taste of the food is good too and plus you can customise you own food with your own hand thats the best part, i mean its a full on 'paisa vasool' kind of thing. The quality of the vegetables and other material is also good for the price and the quantity is also very good
Noodles, soup, wok everything is too yummlicious and healthy here. A box of wok full of veggies can make a healthy lunch. This place has great food.
The staff is kind and cooperative.

A food option that can be explored anytime. I love the concept of giving control of taste and ingredients in customer's hands. This place is definitely a safe heaven for a noodle lover. I being a veggie love lot of vegetables and this is probably the only place where i can stuff my bowl to the full.
I just love the place and can eat here anytime. I have been here atleast 20 times but never get bored. According to me 4.5 for taste and 4.5 for the concept.
A great place for small quick bites...
Pocket friendly, Asian non vegetarian dishes with make your own way options.
Open place with view of the capital ground.
A good place in middle of city
Located in the iconic Capital Building, It is a small outlet in BKC with limited food court type seating. All ingredients are placed in front of you and you get to customize you entire dish, the selection of vegetables have been reducing over the years but nonetheless the taste still remains brilliant. This is a mainstay for the elite BKC corporate crowd and I have always left this place with a smile on face.
The selections of sauces are best left to the chef, you just instruct him how mild or how spicy you want your wok and he will do a good job of it for you. The quantity is more than sufficient and finishing it is a challenge even for a heavy eater like me.
The ambience is limited and so is the seating so it’s best to head there in non-peak office lunch hours as both their “wok” stations is bound to be occupied.
This place tick all the right boxes in terms of food, quantity and pricing and is better than any other Wok joint in the city.
The number of wok places opening in Mumbai suddenly seems to have skyrocketed. This one, located in bkc at the Capital is one that is frequented by the corporate crowd looking for a quick meal. The concept is easy to understand.
Pay for a bowl, fill it with whatever veggies and meat you feel like, choose between rice and noodles and take it to the counter where they cook it in front of you along with your choice of sauces. In and out in about 10 minutes. While there is seating there, about 5-6 tables, it's shared by 2-3 quick service restaurants so it's unlikely you'll get place during lunch hours. The food is decent, nothing spectacular but not bad either. I head here if I haven't carried lunch but don't want to waste too much time on it on a busy day
Just been to this place awesome service nd food...Thanks to Daniel and Manager Ashish for their service and personal visit on each table...The ambience and surrounding was really good
My friends took me to this place and initially I was not so much into the idea of choosing our own veggies. However, the food was just awesome and I have to say that it was one of the best chinese food that i have ever had.
If you like playing with your food, this place is theeeee place for you. you can choose from different condiments to sauces. Just that they dont give you extra chilli if you want. I liked this place its that place where you can just chill with your friends & its reasonably priced

Good thing put up all together in the form of a small menu yet more than 300 wok permutations and combinations and then a few additions like special noodles and rice dishes!
What I tried was the chicken kothe momos, pretty much liked them , flavour being a bit spicy, I enjoyed very smooth bite of this dish!
From among so many different choices for the base, additions and the flavour, I tried the wheat flat noodles which is my all time favourite, with some corn, onions and mushrooms with a combination of three different sauces - sweet chilly, oyster and kung pao.
Finally what I tried was the Rice tossed in medium spicy pepper garlic flavour, Good, decent must say.
OKay Overall a 3.5!
Thanks! Cheers!
WOK, I love the concept. Many have started with the name WOK
I went to this Outlet as I had to meet a collage friend who
wanted to start a new venture , just discuss & catchup.
Honestly speaking it was a good discussion, to catch up over WOK
CHICKEN KOTHE MOMOS - These were really well made and a bit spicy. Really good
CHCICKEN SESAME MOMOS - After having the spiccy once these may feel a bit bland to you, but if you
dont have the prior, you may just love this
BOMBAY MASALA (Chicken) (Rice base) - Great spicy. I really loved it and highly recommended.
BUDDHA'S DELIGHT (Chicken) (Noodles Base) - If you dont like spicty , this is it for you
THAI SWEET & SPICY (Veg)(Flat Noodles base) - Took a Veg too just to try it. The name stands correct for this one
SUPER SPICY. Yummy it was
Peach Iced Tea - needs no introduction
Coke - needs no introduction
If you are a WOK fan do visit this outlet
you get a free view of the RELIANCE JIO GARDENS , great ambiance & friendly staff
The building is an office building so during lunch hour its a bit crowded , But as the
service is quick, not much waiting here.
Thanks to a long client meet in Capital, it eclipsed my lunch time and my tummy was rumbling and i needed FOOOOOOOOOOD!
Thanks to the ever-growing wok culture, I found WITB in the corporate jail.
Since i was alone, I had only the Chicken Kothe Momos and Thai Sweet & Spicy Wok.
I absolutely love WITB's momos be it the spicy veg, the regular chicken ones or these ones. Do put these on your list if you wish to chomp on these soft delights. The schezwan sauce/dip, whatever you call, is lovely too.
The Wok was a delightful blend of sweet and spicy flavors. The chicken was well cooked and the textures and flavors were oh so balanced!
I'd also recommend you'll to try their Bombay Masala Wok and the Buddha's Delight. Beautiful stuff!
Go figure!
Good choice for a quick yet filling meal- wholesome quantities, the staff is more than ready to prepare it as per your requirement- a must try for sure:)
Though we don't share good tie up with our neighbor China, it is widely known that we love their Cuisine.Chinese food and it's demand in the market has increased since last decade. Wok food is the latest addition to it. Wok food is a concept where you get a chance to choose ingredients as per you choices (veggies & protein). Wok in the box have 3 outlets and I was invited to sample few dishes from wok in the box (bandra Kurla outlet) The Capital building and overall liked the offerings.
Appetizers :-
1. Veg Momos...... It was steamy hot stuffed with spinach, cheese. Spinach felt fresh and the blend with cheese was mouth watering. Though momos are thick when it comes to coating but these were thin, however tasted superb.
2. Chicken Momos...... Thin coating of flour, filled with minced chicken was delectable. I loved both veg and non veg momos so much that I ordered few more of them. However, make sure to eat it when it is hot.
Wok :-
1. Veg flat noodles..... There are two options hakka and flat noddles. I chose flat noddles and selected veggies available kept open near the cooking counter. Selected Tofu as protein. Requested chef to prepare it with spicy sauces. The best part is that it is cooked in front of you and within 3 to maximum 5 minutes. The weight is 500 gram per wok box and taste wise it was decent.
2. Brown Rice Chicken Wok..... I selected corn, onions, mushroom, green fresh leafy veggies, brown rice (you have two option white and brown rice) and protein as chicken. Spicy sauce, veggies, protein and nicely cooked small brown rice wok was delicious. The best part about wok food is quantity which is 500 mg sufficient for a meal.
Hygiene is an improvement area.
1. Food 4/5 - Flat noddles were decent but Momos and brown rice wok were delicious.
2. Value for money 5/5 - When you compare quality and quantity, pricing is absolutely spot on.
3. Ambiance 4/5 - Decent seating but beautiful view.
4. Location 5/5 - Third floor in The Capital building, Bandra Kurla Complex. It is within the hub of cooperate offices.
Overall, wok in the box is a restaurant which can satisfy your Chinese cravings within small budget.
Now there has been a burst in the number of wok-based eateries in our city for sure. And not all of them live up the hype frankly. I have always been underwhelmed by wok eateries. That's where Wok in the Box shines. I'd take their taste any day over the other wok places. We happened to be in the Capital building at BKC, and came across Wok in the Box tucked away on the top floor. They were almost done for the day and therefore we were lucky we could place our orders before they'd close shop. We wentfor the pre-set Wok items, namely the Bombay Masala (noodles)and Buddha's Delight (brown rice). As the name suggests, Bombay Masala was nice and spicy, very different than any others we have had. The Buddha's Delight was very aromatic, could get a whiff of lemon grass from it too. This was more subtle than the noodles. We also went with a plate of mixed momos , veg and non veg. I think the momos were the weaker of the lot. We have had better. The outside coating was soggy, while the inside didn't really impress. Can skip. But the noodles and the rice are the main draws here. Don;t go by the size of the box. It can really fill you up! Value for money stuff.
Wok at its best and with smart quality. I have tried the same thing at a number of places, and WITB has been the best so far.
It is a small outlet in BKC with limited food court type seating and everything is right in front of you where you play a significant part in preparing your meal. Staff is good and will guide you best, even if you are new to wok concept.
We started with Chicken Momos and Chicken Kothe Momos, which were great with very nice fillings. Simple chicken ones had a very subtle and standard taste of filling and the Kothe ones were flavored with some spicy sauce which i could not figure out. But personally I liked the simple ones more.
Now coming to the main thing, The Wok, we tried Bombay Masala and Buddha Delight with base of Rice and Noodles respectively. We picked our own veggies and gave it to the chef who tossed then in wok and made wonderful meal for us with chicken and seasoning in them as per out choice. Bombay Masala had sauce which tasted totally like indian streets with chatakdaar masala fused with spiciness and flavor of garlic. Highly recommended for people who can't resist street food. Other one was Buddha Delight which was a very elegant mix and tasted wonderful with noodles. It had hunan and kung pao sauce in it which mixed with sweet chilly gave it a beautiful blend. And for me it clearly won over Bombay Masala.
In all a very nice place for quality woks and impressive preparation quality at very reasonable prices.
My Rating:
1. Food: 4/5
2. Service: 4/5
3. Value of Money: 4/5
Been here multiple times.
Never disappointed, love their customise your box feature.
Reach there early, mostly the food gets over by 2pm on weekdays specially Fridays
Casual Chinese eatery located @ BKC. Love the concept of selecting the veges and the protein of your choice and the quantity of the same. The flat noodles here are absolutely awesome, plus the fact that you could customise your box with the amount of sauces you need depending on your taste buds. Friendlier staff would have added the extra .5 to the rating - No complains though, "Itne Paise main itna hi Milega" :-p
Very spacious outlet. The woks are so fresh. Its healthy and tasty at the same time. They have a lot of options for Protein, and dressings as well. Its very good for takeaways as well, as its just a compact paper-bag box package.
Ordered my lunch from here.. My own wok in box...
I had flat noodle (whole wheat) with baby corn, in Schezwan- sauce.... And Paneer... :) ;)
Quantity is real good..
Plenty of baby corn....
Flat noodle were awesome...
And in this rain, it was served hot!!!!
Loved it.... Though sauce was lil less than wat I prefer....Garnishing was missing too.... :(
Overall it was good.... Can b tried once.
Jut know that it's not economic....
A different concept place where u get to chose your own veggies sauces etc and guide the chef how u want the wok to be..A reasonable option especially in BKC where u have majorly all fine dining restaurant

I'm gonna keep this very short . The momos were pretty good and the wok's could have been a lot better just by the addition of some garnishes like peanuts or fried onions. Please do something.
Wok places are ruling the city! I love chinese cuisine and especially love my food to be spicy, saucy, full of flavors and here we can get food the way we want. Assemble noodles, all kinds of veggies (my favs mushrooms, bell peppers, broccoli, corn) and sauces (my favorites are kung pao and hunan) and just munch on the fresh & tasty, value for money concoctions!
This is one place I can never give up on.
Been to this place everytime they are closing.:p
Always had a good experience with them and the staff. (they actually understand how to make the wok they way I tell them.)
Good points - quality, quantity, fresh, seats available.
Bad points - no water, no sea food available. Just chicken.
So yeah.. Overall good experience
Wok in the Box. 👍 One of the best mumbai little street shop food I had on my last visit. My bestfriend took me there for breakfast and I loved how it was so filling to the stomach and healthy at the same time. 😄😄
And the best part, its customised. Yay! 💃You can have it made according to your own preferences. Its for both vegetarian and non-vegetarian.
And pocket pinch so reasonable. 😊
Step by step you keep adding what all the yummy which can also turn into a healthy meal if you wang , flat noodles options is superb , variety in sauces , the option of choosing your ingredients and seing it made in front of you is exciting .
I treated my friends over here on my birthday
This place is inside a corporate office
Follow navigation or check with security
Take care of their timings as they are closed on sundays and open only till 6
Now this place has really cool environment huge windows at site with great park view
You can even see the skyline
Coming towards food
The best thing is you can make it according to your choice
its healthy and hygienic and total value for money
If you are in the BKC vicinity you got to try this place
It's amazing.
The concept is very good for health cautious people also.
I just love it the way the customise everything the way u want. It's like having a chef of ur own.
Beautiful place n good food
Choose your own veggies, sauces and base (rice or noodles). Can get confusing while selecting sauces. Wrong combinations can turn the dish bad. Economical and easy to carry. Constraint is only 2 woks made at a time so place gets crowded during lunch hours. Seating is shared with other outlet and seats difficult to get during peak hours.
It was THE CAPITAL time! Meetings in the morning can make you hungry. In my case, make it a lot hungry! #Vamaship.com can deliver your shipments really well and #wokinthebox can serve food very well. Let's start with the place..
It's coooool... With the seating (canteen) area having a JIO garden view.. It's a different level.
These ppl use different utensils for every customer. That's another added level of good services.
They allow you to pick your own veggies, fill it in a bowl, which they use to cook. Awesome!
Uses cash and card as payment options..
Now parking.. Since its BKC you cannot park your vehicle anywhere. But, there is pay and park space just besides this corporate building. Minimal charges.
You should definitely try this place.
The food quantity is good matched to the prices. This one is better than the fort outlet It is totally value for money! The quantity is very good for the prices. I had a good time here.
This is a pocket friendly place and the quantity is amazing!!! They have a really cool concept where we can choose the ingredients and hand them over at the counter, add the sauces of your choice and voila! You have your super yum Wok in your hand!! The sauces I feel are the best part here... They have sweet, sour, hot, spicy, buttery and every other sauce that will please your taste buds!!! My personal favourite is the teriyaki and the butter garlic sauce! They have lots and lots of veggies and all the weight watchers can have a great meal here without consuming too many calories!! They have a variety of noodles that one can select from.. They have flat whole wheat noodles, spinach noodles, tomato noodles and the regular noodles. A word of caution though, all those who know nothing about sauces and other ingredients please ask someone for help or you’ll have a disastrous Wok!!!
Really good, customised oriental food. The make-it-your-way wok is excellent if you know what sauces to pick. I've tried the Hunan, Schezwan, butter garlic and black bean sauces (in separate woks, of course). Out of all of the above, the butter garlic is one I could easily do without. It doesn't do much for the palate.
My only complaint: The service is slow during lunch hour.
This place is amazing! Specially those whole wheat flat noodles. First time i had been with my friends. I did knew also what this place is like. But it was amazing! Selecting our fav veggies.... nice it was. I liked their butter garlic and hunan sauce. Today took the same as parcel and enjoyed :D
1. Innovative and new style...
2. Totally customized
3. Pocket friendly
4. Loads of quantity
5. Good sitting space and overlooks beautiful jio garden
In short a must try....
The flexibility in choosing from a variety of greens, noodle types/rice, non-veg options and the spices make this place a must try. The calorie conscious ones can always trade carbs with the greens/proteins! The only disadvantage is the serpentine queue during rush hours.
Want to satisfy your hunger and have just 200 to 250 bucks in your pocket? Oh just to add to your woes you are in BKC... Don't worry... This place will not just satisfy your hunger but ensure you visit again and again.
You choose your ingredients(vegetables) and a chef cooks it to perfection. Definitely have chicken and prawns with brown rice. You can add any of the 10 sauces available... Don't miss the butter garlic sauce. And it doesn't end it here... You have fried onion, peanuts and fried garlic to top up the WOK!
A great experience of selecting and making your own Chinese dish! An innovative idea. The chicken hakka noodles were simply amazing. It all depends on how you make it individually.

I have been to WIB twice..once at carter rd and the other tym at BKC.It is located at The Capital in BKC and thankfully there are seating options available here.(Alas, the carter rd branch does not give u that luxury.)
WIB is a DIY meal place and that is exactly why I love it.I get to choose my veggies(including the quantity of each!),noodle type, proteins, garnishes and sauces(The guy at the counter was patient enough to let me taste a bit of every sauce).I had a mixed wok(butter garlic, sichaun and Black Bean sauces) garnished with fried garlic.Overall,it tasted great and all of this in flat 15 mins.A must try if ur in bkc for a quick bite.
Made to order Wok..@ Capital !!!! Fabulous:))
The best part about this place is that.....it is made just the way u like it .....choosing what ever veggies... meat and sauces u want .....
Though the sauce used to prepare the wok do not have the wow factor but still taste decent....
Other than that.... good quantity is offered at decent prices ....
We wanted to grab something quick to eat around BKC and hence decided on wok in the box.
To find parking around the Place is a task.
This particular outlet has ample sitting area. We were two of us and we called for two veg box.
The best part was we could select the veggies in the quantity we want.
We tried tofu and paneer both. I personally found tofu better.
Their sauces were a let down for me. It didn't bring out the flavour that I was expecting. May be I selected wrong sauce . ( I tried butter garlic and hot chilli and Hunan sauce) also few sauces were not available.
Overall I think it's a nice concept. But gotta select the right sauce
