Nice Fast Food, A places for a quick grab if you're driving along the road. Its located on Santacruz Sv road and is quite compact. No seating is available but you can just pick and have it along. The Kebab option is very good and the prices range from 100-200 INR.
Loved their "Mutton Seekh Kebab", which ultimately juicy and yummy. A plate has 4 seekhs and will cost you 100 bucks, which is a steal deal I feel.
Even the "Baida Roti" is really worth having.

You should try out their chicken baida roti , mutton / chicken seekh kebabs and chicken tikka. Almost all the dishes are for ₹100 except a few of them. Non- vegetarians you’ll shouldn’t miss out food from here!

Nice fast food corner is a tiny little take away joint serving one of the most delicious kebabs in the city. The food is reasonably priced, and is heavenly taste wise. It opens in the evening and is perfect for a quick hunger fix. I recently went there on a rainy evening to satisfy my kebab craving and oh boy I wasn’t disappointed at all. I ordered the Chicken baida roti and a plate of chicken tikka. The baida roti was perfectly flaky, light, had a delicious minced chicken filling and was served with sliced onions and mint chutney on the side. The chicken tikka was just beautiful, marinated in classic red masala, juicy and perfectly cooked again served with sliced onions and chutney.

They do not have a comfy seating or is not crafter with awesome interiors.. The place is just famous for it mind blowing food at super rates.

First up sorry no photos for this review. The food was going in at the flash of an eye. You can only imagine how fantastic it was. The mutton baida roti was sublime so to the mutton sheikh kebabs.
The kiri baida roll and and kiri with paratha was pure sin. If you want the best of kebabs and more this is the ultimate place. The service is prompt polite and ever smiling.

It's been 4 years I have been shifted to Santa Cruz west, and I get food delivered from here or pick up the order myself at least once a week.
Minimum order should be of 500rs if you need it to get the food delivered.
Everything served over here is great. They have the perfect tandoor menu. Both the chicken and mutton items are great.
My favorite is the chicken tandoori, mutton Tikka and the seekh kebabs. The mutton seekh kebabs are the best and they melt in your mouth. The chatni they serve really goes good with all the dishes they offer.
It's a small outlet without seating arrangements, but one of the best tandoor places in suburbs.

A perfect place for non veg street food lovers. Must visit for cheap & best street food on tandoor & fried items. Seekh are deliciously tasty as well as the rolls & baida roti. The tandoor are items are fresh & have the aroma of jsut smoked coal. The sitting can be a challenge but they do hv adequately fast service in vehicles too.
This is my favorite place and ever since I have tried chicken biryani here I have just loved it...This place has become my weekly going place now... Without having biryani here once a week becomes really tough for me...Must try...You will really love the food...

A small joint on SV road Santa Cruz west. Awesome, fresh and tasty food with proper hygiene. The only drawback is there is no place to sit. One must have a car to keep the food and eat properly. But I guess taste compensates for that.

Nice Fast Food Corners located on S V road Santacruz (west) and exactly on given map.
Nice Fast Food Corners give you good smell of tandooriiiss dishesh with his good clean neat outlets and magical tastes in comparisons to lots of other similar places between Andheri to Bandra.
Ambiance for this road side outlets no need because they serves the best quality food and I think the all dishesh textures compete with many south Mumbai's iconic outlets and hotel's servings the Sheek Kebabs. The staff give you a prompt and quick services in your car because of no table no chairs no seating arrangements but the crowed still enjoeing and chow thouse godly foods.

Mutton Seekh and Mutton Tikka well roasted, soft & juice amazingly tender and melt in mouth showing the good coocking art of chef vs red meat. Gr8 textured Chicken Tikka give you the another equly taste and and tempting, and you guy's complete you food with happy belly. Baida Roti give us short of disappointment because the egg was not properly coocked and smelling wired but the outer layer covers the rest with spices and tasty chicken.
Next time will sure try the Khiri Kaleji the must try dish its shortage because of high demands by crowed. A service staff Shanawaz suggest us he gave some extra crispy roast (kadak ) for mutton dish and it's work result in good smell and taste.

This is a small outlet on SV Road. Went there one evening as I could smell the tandoor flavours during my evening walk.
I ordered Chicken as well as mutton baida rotis, chicken tikka, mutton seekh kabab and chicken malai kababs. You have to either have it standing there or you can carry it home.
Baida rotis were good, tikka was very soft, but the show stopper was the mutton seekh kababs- they were amongst the best I have had.

The only place in the suburbs that can challenge the legendary outlets in town like Bade Miyan, Ayub's etc. It looks very unassuming, close to Yoko Sizzlers at Santacruz S.V. Road. The best things to order there:
Mutton Tikka - small pieces of pulled mutton in a thickish dry masala - superb with pav
Mutton Seekh kebab - really slim seekh kebabs which seem to be on a diet, but one can give up all diets for them. With the green chutney and onion, a delight
Baida Roti - Superb taste & consistency

I think this one's a bit hyped.. Had heard abt this place long ago so visited today. Ordered a few things seekh kebab, seekh kathi roll, reshmi tikka, khiri kaleji, chicken roll, baida roti. Reshmi tikka was not that good. Others were good.
If you want to eat tikka, just in the lane behind there is hot seekh, you can check it on Zomato. After eating here my friend recommended their shwarma and tikkas.. So went there. So check my rewiew of that place as well..

Good place if you are around santacruz station and want a quick bite. If there aren't a lot of ppl the service is very fast. Reasonable pricing. No seating per se, but some stools if you gave to sit. We ordered mutton seekh kabab and chicken baida roti. The baida roti was very tasty. Seekh was decent.
A regular with chicken baida roti in starter and hitting on those juicy kebabs will definitely bring u back here time and again. Chicken roll is another delicacy to try your mouth on.

Amazing starters to have. This one is a sure shot winner in terms of food quality, taste, price and service. The seekh kababs are just too good and melt in your mouth. Chicken tikka is kind of ok. The chicken baida roti is awesome.
Tip: take your car as there is no sitting available.

Finally a place that made me get back to reviewing, Needed to put the word out. My stay in mumbai was spent trying to find that legendary roll and kebabs this city is so famous for. And after numerous (rather middling) visits to all sorts of Bade-chotte and medium miyans. I finally found this one through serendipity, as i strolled around linking road searching for a place to grab some quick grub.
The scene: Its a rather small hole in the wall, with a couple of hands to serve cars that drive up-to it. Right next to Dynasty on SV Road.
The Grub:- Since i dint have huge expectations I ordered up a Mutton roll. It turned out to be spiced very nice, with a thin layer of egg and a few onions. I needed the chutney to add some bit of sourness to it and the chutney hit the spot right away. After chomping down on these, I immediately ordered up a seekh kebab roll, and finally i had hit the kebab mecca I was looking for. That kebab was firstly soft and yet held up nice without crumbling. The problem I have with the other places is that they grill-the-life outta the kebabs, but not here. Here it was juicy and frankly i did not really need the chutney at all.
I was so blown away that a week later, I found my self sitting at office craving for these and rushed out of office like a kid-who-heard-a-recess-bell at 6. Catching an auto to the place and devoured a couple of platefuls of the seekh.
The drinks:- dint really need any, had bottled water. Guess you can grab a pesti or choke withe the roll. Never needed it though.
Verdict:- For now this remains my go to king of kebabs in this city, till i find a worthy successor.
The food is awesome as always. Had mutton seekh n Kathi roll which was mouth watering and tasted delicious. Served on time and d guys der even asked about the food n it's quality which was d best as always. It's a must visit place for seekh lovers.

SEEKH KEBABS (INR 70) were mildly spiced yet flavourful and tender but some more moisture and juicy tenderness would have simply nailed them to perfection.
The succulent texture and the robustness of the Indian spices imparting the MUTTON TIKKA (INR 70) a rich and spicy flavour ensured us a mouth-watering treat indeed!
While the rest thoroughly enjoyed devouring the charcoal-grilled chunks of goat's liver and udders called KHIRI KALEJI (INR 65), I didn't like it. It's safe to say that it's quite an acquired taste.

As name says it .. NICE ! Best seekh kebabs, tandoori, tikkas and everything under their roof is simply mind blowing. Let me exaggerate a little. Nice is the worlds best place which give the richest delight to your stomach and tongue. Call it a hidden gem of Santacruz or rather the world.. go for it .. give my regards to "Bhura bhai " the oldest staff they have. He is fair guy who with his amazing sense of humour and great service will surely leave a smile on your face. Be nice go to nice !!!

If you actually ask me to pick between BadeMiyan and Nice, I would opt for Nice any day. This boutique meat-lovers place is situated on SV Road in Santacruz and is consistently delivery great taste and quality meat varieties. I have tried their tandoori leg, Tikka, their Chicken and Mutton baida roti which I swear by. They serve it along with cut onions and mint chutney. Their seekh kebab will get you clean bowled. Make sure you ask for their small Naan along with it. I like their mutton tikka which I cannot find in restaurants like Shalimar and Delhi Darbar. I kinda loved their Kheeri-Kaleji if you are fan of offals. They have rolls and biryani which are okayish. Only problem is that they do not have sitting space and if you can drive your car, they do take orders and deliver it there. They have increased price over two years but still continue to deliver quality and consistency. I just cant get enough of this place. Also, I am such berserk foodie that I always forget to click pictures in anticipation of food and I understand it will help fellow foodies with some piks. I will make sure I cultivate habit for the same.

Finally I visited this place on easter. Took that long for me to reach here. I ordered the sheikh kebab & Chicken Tandoori. The kebabs were nice & soft. The tandoori was well marinated.
We recently discovered this tiny hole in the wall in Santacruz around 3 weeks ago and we've visited them 4- 5 times already. Yessss that's how much we love this place.
Dishing up some pretty fine tikkas and kebabs and probably the crispiest and most delicious bhaida roti I've ever tasted. Our favourites from here are the Sheekh Kebabs, Kiri and both Chicken and Mutton Bhaida Roti🍗
They're super reasonable with most of their stuff priced at around 100 bucks a plate. They open shop at around 7 pm and even have a little bench on the footpath itself for you to sit and gobble down their smoking hot food! The place gets packed quite quickly but service is quick.

If you are searching for a pocket friendly food joint near Santacruz area , this is the place where you should go. I have visited this place several times. There are no proper seating arrangement at this place so if you don't have your private vehicle then maybe you'll have to stand and eat. But I tell you what this place is worth it.Try their Chicken Reshmi tikka, Seekh, Kheeri kaleji with Parathas which are fried with an egg layer that makes it even more delicious. Chicken Kaati roll, Chicken and Mutton Baida roti are also worth a try. In short you can try anything on the menu and it tastes flawless.

There were literally only 2 things on the menu in veg. Paneer tikkas and the paneer kathi roll. I opted for the kathi roll. It was a small sized roll....not too big. But it was really tasty. Paneer was soft and nice tandoori flavours were oozing out of it. It was served with some awesome green chutney n onions.
Wish they would have some more options in veg as i love this kind of food. Overall experience was good.

The menu of this place is short but exclusively for non-vegetarian as there is hardly anything for the vegetarian. We ordered Chicken Reshmi Tikka, Mutton Seekh Kebab, Chicken Baida Roti, Mutton Baida Roti, Khiri Kaleji. All dishes are served with mint chutney and onions. Both chicken and mutton kebab's are soft and juicy which will surely make you eat more. As an addition you can opt for pav(bread) to have with kebab's.

I have watched Nice transform from a humble make shift shack to what it is today. Passing this place without a quick bite is absolutely impossible. The aromas coming from the grilled meats can make anyone weak in their knees.
The seekh kebab, Kiri & baida rotis are must haves.
They are best enjoyed hot along with the lipsmacking mint chutney. Service is prompt, the food leaves you satiated & the wallets smiling too.
The baida roti is to die for........
Would also recommend "Hot seekh" which is also nearby.

Whenever I passed from this food joint, the aromas always attracted me towards this place. One fine day, while returning from office, I finally decided to try out this place. Getting a good Baida Roti and Khiri in Bandra/Santacruz is a big task. These guys are really good at it.
Have tried their Chicken Baida Roti, Seekh Kebab, Khiri and Chicken Tikka, and I must say, they all were good and value for money. The chutney that they serve is also good.
Overall, a good place for a quick bite, if you are missing the lanes of Mohammed Ali Road.
I haven't tried this place as im a vegetarian but as per my husband its the best place for him to have Seekh Kebeb and Baida Roti. Do try if ur a non veg food lover.

Personal favourite - Chicken baida roti
While the tikka, tandoori and biryani are good, none of them will blow you away. There's plenty of restaurants making as good and better tikka/tandoori/biryani.
However the baida roti and the boti kebabs are next level. Easily my favourite baida roti/kebabs in the city, ensuring that I eat here atleast once a week.
Skip everything else and just order those two dishes, guaranteed to be blown away.
Sasta sundar tikao! Yumm kebabs and probably the best baita roti and chicken rolls in that side of town. Don't except a fancy restaurant. Nice Fast Food Corner is a hole in the wall operating from 6.00 pm or so in the evening till stocks last. Stand and eat to eat in your car. Service is prompt and the owner is a sweet man. He allowed me to enter the kitchen and see the preparations too.
Food is fresh and delicious and a must try for kebab lovers. Vegetarians please don't waste your time here.
Delicious awesome yummy kya bolu yaar yaha ki seekh kabab bohat mast hai doosre items bhi acheh hai magar yaha ka mera favourite seekh kabab hai aur hari spicy chatni with small naan aur naan garam kar ke dene bolna.
Ambience-A small road side shop with no seating arrangement, but wasn't not inconvenient
Food- Really good taste but since I like spicy starter I was bit disappointed. Also baida roti was not that good

Local meat hogging corner for the non vegetarians. Chicken tikka, seekh, chicken baida, kaleji keeri are my favorite. It's like chaat corner for non vegetarians.
It's street food, so can't expect great ambience, but the stall seems super clean and the cooking area looks professional.
Their Kebabs are definitely one of the best around Mumbai considering the hygiene factors.Also the serve food in the car, and mostly there is enough parking.Bang on S.V. Road so I think they open late.
Their pudding is mentally awesome....must try, I have to say, they mostly sell out though.

Nice Fast Food Corner is a real revelation .Sumptuous food at real affordable prices .Their dishes are really tasty and worth it .Would highly recommend the Mutton Seekh Kebab ,Chicken Roll ,Chicken Baida Roti ,Chicken Tikka and Chicken Reshmi Tikka .Their chicken biryani is not that good and quite overrated frankly .The service is a bit slow but totally worth the wait .Have visited this place 3 times in 2 weeks already .Also does home delivery.Superb .Reminds me of the tikkas in Bhendi bazaar and Mohammed Ali Road .⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I have been visiting this place from its start many, many years ago and must say they have maintained the quality and most importantly the taste/flavors of their spices in their various items over tge years. Believe me, myself and brothers stay in Orlem, Malad West but still tske the trouble to visit their place all the way to Santacruz and return back home with a lot of tske away stuff for entire family.
We have also called them home for our family parties several times catering to around 160 to 180 guests.
The stuff we buy alwsys from them Mutton bothi, Chicken Tikka, Mutton Seekh kebab, Khiri and Chicken Kati roll. Visit to Nice Fast Food Corner in Santacruz is highly recommended by me.
Good quality street side non veg food. Kebabs, Paratha, baida roti r extremely good and tasty. One should try it.
Exists as a small counter by the roadside on SV Road and been here since ages..
If you take your Car along, get the server to put a small stand between your Car Bonnet to keep it flat that will serve as a table for you..

4 star only because a little inconvenience in eating, they do not have table chair you have to eat on your vehicle. During rush hours parking can be a problem.
