I have been visiting this restaurant since a decade now. Been here with my friends and family. The one specific thing I love about this restaurant is the quantity they offer on deliveries. 3 people can easily have 1 plate of chicken fried rice. Apart from the quantity, the quality of the food is also pretty nice.
This restaurant has moved to another location (Esa Ali building, 100-200 metres of original location). Zomato should have changed their address, but they created new listing instead. Hope those 2 restaurants are merged.
Best place to give parties if your budget is low. Amazing food with reasonable price. If you're Chinese lover and stay nearby then must visit this place. You would never have eaten such a delicious food. Quantity and quality of food is great.
Mom's kitchen this restaurant is located in byculla opp to gloria church. It is for casual dining and good for kids. The restaurant was good and they serves Chinese food with great variety in vegetarian and non-vegetarian. Ambience was also good whereas the staff also good in communication but service was little bit late.
We had here the thread chicken and chicken sezwan fried rice.
Thread chicken was perfectly cooked and crispy whereas fried rice was excellent and good in quantity.
Totally i loved this place and you think you go somewhere for lunch or dinner i recommend this place for a change.
Best suited for home delivery.
Quantity is very generous.
If your a average foodie one portion is more then enough for two people.

So we have ordered
1. Chicken schezwan finger as a starter ! It was quite spicy as they told it is trending dishes u can order. Taste was okay not that great i would prefer chicken thread chicken rather than this.
2. Momโs Special chicken noodles and prawns rice, which was mixture of chicken n prawns, it was fried rice wid prawns only different was they have made dry noodles mixed with chicken & schezwan sauce and served above the rice.

We ordered thread chicken, which outer layer was crunchy & inside it was soft and perfectly spicy.
To be honest wasnโt expecting them to be good, but these were amazing, never had such from a small hotel
This place has remained my favorite since ages. The Chinese here is just to delicious to make you keep coming back to them. On time delivery is one good thing that you can opt for if you don't wish to sit in d crowd . A must try here are their Dragon Chicken Shezwan Fried Rice , Dragon Chicken , Chicken Manchow soup and Dragon Chicken .

Mom's kitchen is one of the places where u get desi Chinese at good quality and quantity which is tummy filling... I still remember my group savoring at this place up to their hearts content... A good place for a casual dine. Really enjoyed the golden chicken fingers and mauritian dragon rice. Service is decent and the food is delicious. However, would request to ask before ordering regarding the level of spice as most products are high on spice and chillies.

Mom's kitchen is a convenient Chinese restaurant because they send deliveries at the fastest speed. Have hardly ever been disappointed by their food or quantity. Ofcourse the quality isn't consistent and can sometimes make u wonder if they even bothered to change receipes between 2 dishes.
But for the prices and the rate of delivery this place is definitely tops!!
One of the places o stop by whenever I'm passing from byculla. It's fast food chindian joint with average food but the portion size is huge .

The threaded chicken is also a lovely dish to order it's crisp and juicy chicken inside with the sauce dip is just amazing. Would recommend it for a one time try. It's not bad but with the prices they offer this food you can't expect much of a service out there As I mentioned in the beginning it's a fast food joint .

Superb quantity and good quality food..I love the fried rice and the caramel custard. A Bunch of youngsters who want to hog noodles, fried rice and much more can come here and eat... They should expand a bit more as sometimes there is a long que in waiting

Serves great authentic Chinese cuisine. My favourite here is dragon chicken & chickn wings. Ambience need to be modernised and enhanced. It states it opens at 7pm but please do kindly go after 8 only. :p

Mom's Kitchen At Byculla, Ive Had A Roller Coaster Experience From This Place. My First Visit Was A Year Back, Had An Awful Experience Back Then. But Then Maybe I Think Choice Of Dishes Which I Ordered Werent Great. I Was Scared To Enter This Place Aftr Last Experience But Since It Was Late Midnight Had Little Money To Spend And With Expensive Restaurants Around, Decided To Enter Moms Kitchen.
Ordered Schezwan Chicken Fingers As Starters Which Was Amazing. Great Quantity. Big Chicken Pieces & Spicy Gravy.
Egg Fried Rice Was Good. Nothing Extraordinary. Seating Here Is Decent. 4-5 Tables. Dim Lights. Staff Is Great & Very Humble.
Overall Fine Experience From My Recent Visit Made Me Forget About Past Nightmare From Here. Quantity Is Big Plus Point. Cheers!

Just gone after a long tym to have a Chinese but I like the Mauritius Noddle's then the rice n the soup was kkk but I really like the tread chicken I was nicely cook n delicious n the atmosphere was also gud....

Has a small place. But a very wide variety to choose from. Place is always very much crowded. Provides the best Chinese in byculla region. Only drawback is that the home delivery service takes about an hour to deliver ur food.

Situated near the Byculla station, right next to the traffic signal..(Junction of Rustombagh's 1st gate that you get from the bridge end)..
The restaurant's just fine..Ambience is not so good..enough space for 5-6 tables I guess?! Oh! Wait, they have a A/C section upstairs too
The food available on the menu is only Chinese..But different Chinese this..!!

Tried Chicken Lollypop, Chicken Crispy, Dragon Chicken, Chicken Schezwan Fingers, Butter Garlic Chicken on different occasions..Lollypop had a little smelly Chicken the day we tried it out & we didn't really like it..Chicken Crispy was really crispy with each bite..The Dragon Chicken too was classy! Schezwan Fingers were a little spicy but were fried nicely & had a good taste..Butter Garlic Chicken was Crispy & was a good dish..
In main course, I have tried Chicken Chopper Rice, Dragon Rice, Tsangja Rice was amazing..Chopper rice had a taste which I had never ever tasted before..totally different than all Chinese restos I've had chopper rice in..1 rice had quantity that could suffice 3 of us..With that quality & quantity, we made a pact that whenever the 3 of us partied together & wanted to eat Chinese, we would only think of moving to Mom's for sure..
We also tasted their Sanjya Mauritius Rice..It had a few fried Prawns here-n-there, but were the smelly sort..The Fried Rice was nice & the gravy toped was amazing..
Many more treats & short parties await..
As for the Service, it is somewhat quick..nice staff though..
Big issue is that there is no parking space for 4 wheelers, since its on the main road..Bikes can be parked though..

The quantity of the food here is good. As they claim this to be Chinese restaraunt you can very much imagine the type of food on the menu. The place is quite small which only makes it ideal for Home-deliveries. Only problem i had here is that the quality of some dishes seems average. They can work on the quality of the food being offered. The prices are reasonable and ideal for ordering at home for dining with family.
Just next to byculla station is Moms kitchen, you get best Chinese food out here, chicken crispy, chicken or prawns dragon and chicken lollypop are good starters, you get awesome chicken fried rice and noodles alone with chicken chilly and chicken dragon this is what we tasted, nice stuff and nice place to go to, enjoy
I haven't ever been to this place, but ordered in from there quite often. The food tastes amazing and is priced economically. The quantity suprised me, since one portion could easily feed 3 adults fully! *(more, if ur calling for other dishes)
Bear in mind the dragon rice, which is very flavourful! If u decide to order in like me, be stern while giving the order, addresses and be particular about timings. However, as the principle of Byculla goes, later the better.
I fell in love with Chinese right here. Such a massive variety. For the starters, chicken crispy, drangon prawns, chicken lollipop, spring rolls and what not. All of it tastes nice. In the main course I recommend you chopper rice, drangon rice, chicken Manchurian rice the variety of noodles is also great. There's the regular Hakka noodles then there is mom's special noodles. If you are a soup guy, variety of soups are there in the menu. I've been eating @ here since I was in 3rd grade. I've been hearing a lot of bad reviews about the place. Maybe they went on the wrong day and time.

We generally didn't felt the restaurant will be so good in taste. It only serves Chinese food and food they served was really very good and yummy.

Mom's Kitchen is a complete value for money. The Chinese is upto the mark. I would highly recommend thread chicken, for sure 4 people can eat in one. We did try chopper rice, Singapore rice it was all worth the money & taste was amazing. Any Foodie will definitely love this place.

One waiter who was serving us was not very approachable...though he was not rude....we can make out that he was least interested in serving us. At least they should be taught to have smile on their faces at work irrespective of their interests.
