I ordered a pack of 200ml of pan masala and mango ice-cream. The mango ice-cream was refreshing and good. But the one that I am in love with was the pan masala ice cream. The taste was so good. It wasn't pricy. I cannot recommend this place more.

We r so used to the industrial made packaged ice creams that once we come acoss a place like kamaths its like finding a hidden treasure.
Generally i keep away from tasting the ice cream. I buy and i eat. But sometimes rules have to be broken cos i knew i wud not be visiting kamaths soon.

I bottomed down to raj bhog which was packed with dry fruits and the best i must have ever tasted. The waffle cone was crisp.

A tough fight to a big brand like naturals for sure.
I would say it's similar to the Naturals ice-cream but not exactly of the same quality. I have tried some of their flavours and they were pretty good. But Naturals is always my preferred one.
Went here today as the Zomato menu list seemed pocket friendly.
Tried their guava ice cream, over which they sprinkled some red chili powder. The guava tasted like the real fruit.
I also tried their blueberry ice cream. It seemed okayish.

Visited the place at 9 pm, while walking I couldn't resist the ice cream that I had seen in a small store. And finally, I ordered the chocolate chip ice cream, which tasted extremely awesome. The price is reasonable, too. I like the fact that it is not too pricy.

Nice place to have a refreshing ice-cream after a meal. The owners and staff are very courteous and likes you to try and taste most of their ice-creams on display. Home delivery from this place is also pretty fast.

Going to this place since a long time. It's my always go to place. It is one of the oldest icecream parlour located in veera desai serving so many yet no change over so many years. They serve some amazing flavours like Jamun, Sita phal and Guava. A perfect after dinner place. Interiors are simple and plain and staff is super friendly!👍

Nothing fancy. It's a tiny hangout place yet serves some good flavors. My favorites were Jelly Top, Chocochip, Sitaphal and Kiwi (which Aayushi loves binging). I'd recommend this place for a casual ice cream treat you wanna have. But not for some one who wants a sugar rush.
They serve pretty good ice-creams,the best flavour is irish coffee,it has an alcoholic flavour to it, tastes a bit like rum.I suppose they use certain amount of alcohol to get the flavour,and it tastes truly amazing.People fond of rum balls do give it a try, I'm sure you'll love it.This place is a 4 according to me,the extra 0.5 is just for the irish coffee flavour.

I have tried their chocolate flavours. Choco chip is a classic. Bitter Chocolate is pretty amazing, it's not as bitter as the name says, just a little. It's simply delicious dark chocolate. Irish and German chocolate also quite tasty.

Yet for other trials tried out the kaju gulkand and was satisfied with the taste but chocolate being my favourite ordered for "German chocolate" which is true heaven.
You can have it in cups or else in cone for an upgrade price of ₹10.

Tried 3 flavors till now- Irish coffee, pan, Sitaphal.
Pan- Is the most interesting flavor which does resemble pan and tastes good too. I would highly recommend it all.
Sitaphal- seasonal flavor , I loved it and to be tried. They have real Sitaphal chunks in it too not just flavored.
Irish coffee- I liked the taste however the texture was a big odd and kept coating my mouth which was off.
Kamath's ice cream is superb it's quality is good and taste is mind blowing. The service is also fast and the staff are also good. It's value for money.

They offer variety of flavors but pan ice cream is my pick most of the time. I love the flavor and the way it has those pan elements blended into it. I bought the 500gm box from them, the one issue I had was that over a couple of days ( say 4-5 days) the after-taste of the ice cream is quite greasy...not sure what goes wrong here but that was a put off...
Naturals and Kamath's Ice Cream are two of my favourite ice cream parlours in India. They promise you ice creams made from fruits and dry fruits which give your taste buds a run for its money. The thing I love the most about Kamath's ice cream is the encounter with chunky pieces of fresh fruits after every bite. It makes an ice cream seem healthy.
Kamath's spoils me for choices. I love almost all their flavours but Chickoo, Black Jamun, Mulberry Banana, Black Grapes, Tender Coconut and Roasted Almond are my favourites.
Kamath's is a small place on a busy Veera Desai Road. Even thought it's small, the place has a lot of heart and it guarantees you a warm feeling in the heart every time you have a scoop of their natural ice cream. Must visit! Spoil yourself some times!!!
When your in Mumbai, every icecream place is compared to naturals! The bar is high for kamaths and it does fair well in its chocolate flavours. A 15 mins walk from our college, it was the much needed late night walk with the dessert in hand.

Surprisingly good; quality ingredients, good flavors, and very well made ice creams; I tried chico chips and roasted almond, both were really good; if the packaging and presentation is improved, they can easily compete with the bigger brands; they also have some innovative choices in the menu.
This place is quite close to my house and hence I have had a LOT of ice cream from here! They have some really good flavours but the traditional ones. You won't find fusions and sundaes here! But, it's worth the money. Love their anjeer, chocochip, citaphal and pan flavoured ice cream! Give it a try. And oh, the seasonal mango ice cream as well!

Chocho chips - very creamy, not so bitter, not so sweet; jus perfect with its chocolate chips in between..
Kaju gulkand - please do not go by name.. it was very good, even for someone like me who would rarely venture out of chocolate base.. just taste it!!
Rajbhog - nice creamy yet again..
Amazing service.. Had clearly told manager that I don't want to buy, but if it's ok would like to taste rajbhog flavour.. not only did he say yes, he insisted on tasting even1 extra flavour of kaju gulkand - to his benefit of course.. I ended up buying2 more scoops - 1 to have then n other for next day.. 😁

The variety of flavours will surprise you. My personal favourite is the 'Paan Wali Ice-Cream.' Yes, there are the traditional Vanilla, Choc-Chips, Butterscotch and others, but why not go for something new and be dazzled. You can take it in a cup, Waffle Cone or even a Family Pack. And that's not all, the pricing is very moderate and you'll not regret spending your money on the ice-cream here. If you are unsure about the taste, ask them to give you a spoon for tasting.

Nicely located on the main road with number of restaurants located around it. Every time I am in this area, I give desserts in the restaurants a miss and head over to Kamath's. It has some sitting area inside and outside.
So, next time you think of Ice-cream, give them a chance. You'll not be disappointed.
This place is like heaven to me, ohh their fruit ice cream taste real good. My favorite from the chart is tender coconut and mango. In mango ice cream you will get mango pieces in your mouth extreme soft and delicious. In Tender coconut you will feel like eating a real coconut with delicious cream. Their pan ice cream is Damn good and gives refreshing feeling. Their sitafal flavor which is seasonal is also yummy. Concept wise it is line natural ice cream but more fresh and good. My husband always easy their roasted almond which is really good. Anjeer ice cream is Damn good and gulkand also. Overall most of their flavor is good and yummy. Must try this place!!

Kamaths is located at Veera desai in the corner of a lane... The ice cream is better than the Natural outlets across mumbai.. The natural flavours are bang on.. The bitter chocolate is very good and the Irish flavour actually has a shot of baileys in it.. Pleasant delight and the taste of cream after relishing these.. Yummie.. Hands down the best custom made ice cream flavours in Andheri west.. I don't know if this is the only outlet in this area.. Head to Veera desai after your dinner in Andheri west.. Worth it

Decided to try out Kamath's Ice cream one evening. Tried the Tender Coconut, Irish Coffee, German Chocolate and the Bitter Chocolate Ice creams. I must say that they serve some really good quality Ice Creams. And I liked all of them with Bitter Chocolate being my favourite.
Good taste for the price charged. Very courteous man delivered less than minimum qty.
Choco chip- normal. Better than naturals chips melt in mouth.. Small flakes and chips
Bitter chocolate-dark chocolate with chips!! surprise surprise.. Loved it..
Jackfruit- little icy particles but good to taste.

This place and the quality as well as variety of delicious ice creams served by it makes it quite a 'must-not-miss'.
Pan ice cream, Irish coffee ice cream and their jelly ice cream are the three flavour I got home. (They also provide free home delivery in the vicinity)
The parlor itself at both andheri east and west is quite a small place with not much space to sit. I haven't visited their outlet at bandra. The staff is very warm and hospitable and frankly nothing much can go wrong when the owner sits at the counter and makes sure everything is perfect to the t.
As of the flavour, one of the best home made natural flavoured ice creams I have had in quite some time. Has almost all flavours served by naturals, gokul and tender fresh. But what put this place far ahead is their Pan ice cream. Very well prepared and hitting quite a mark by incorporating every single ingredients that a pan has and further refining it into an ice cream... Wow! Their jelly ice cream that the guy at the counter very proudly recommended post their known pan and Irish, contained pieces of jelly with ice cream, of which the former was imported specially, as I was informed. It was also very tasty. But the Irish coffee ice cream was also an amazing high note which, in case have tasted and relished the original coffee, will be enjoyed thoroughly. Thankfully it's not some coffee essence mixture but has actual liquor blended in it that can be tasted in abundance through the ice cream.
Pocket wise it is around the same price as around naturals. A must, must try!!
Pan Masala Ice-cream for life. Just buy that. Nothing else. No chocolate, no berry, nothing. Only Pan Masala Ice-cream. What other ice cream are they selling? I don't know. But they should rename their store name itself with 'pan masala Ice-cream wale'
I tried the mulberry ice cream, very delicious. Warm service, the person in charge explained the flavors patiently and even had an interesting nugget of information on the history of 'black currant' as a flavor! Cool!
We had some nice ice cream here. It was rather busy, with people outside too, a good sign. They have some chairs outside, inside it's too small for that. So you have to eat your ice cream outside or on the road.
Kamath's is a family favorite, and within walking distance from home. The fact that it is located in a quiet lane (after dinner time it is usually almost deserted), adds to the charm, as it allows us to enjoy a leisurely walk back home too. We all have our favorites here, but the ones we unanimously like are the German chocolate, tender coconut, and anjeer flavors (I like the roast almond flavor at Sancha's better). For the adventurous, they also have unique flavors like pan.
Where do you go when you want something that tastes like home made Natural Ice Cream? You go to Kamath's. The ice creams have a grainy texture and made-at-home sloppy eat-if-you-want-to feel about them that makes you go back to them. They let you taste all the options before you pick one.
The Irish Coffee smells of alcohol and tastes of alcohol and is a bitter non-ice cream ice-cream. The pan masala (which is their special!) is like real pan masala but ice cream! Jeez. You find actual bits and pieces of the fruit in your ice cream which makes it adorable.
My personal favourite is the sitaphal. Do you know how awesome it is to chew on sitaphal while eating sitaphal icecream which genuinely tastes like sitaphal? Go find out! :)
We went here in very very happy spirits after a particularly special evening. A random decision coz it was late and this was the only place that was open at that time. It is a tiny place that whips out some of the yummiest icecream ever. The Irish Coffee ice cream makes your mouth water. Though it was close to midnight when we landed up here and they were to shut down once we were done, the staff was extremely polite and courteous and patiently waited till my friend and I finished our ice creams, without betraying any sign of urgency to shut down. Great experience, definitely going here again.

Best thing about their ice creams is u can actually enjoy both ice cream and fruit at the same time. If you are going there for first time u will definitely not have just one scoop.

Kamath's was like discovering a hidden treasure trove of exotic flavours. The pan masala flavour was simply awesome! People were friendly and welcoming, the seating seemed adequate. Surely the ambience could have been better, but these things really pale to insignificance after the first lick on those yummy flavours.
It's a bit out of the way from where I stay, but definitely tops my list when I am in that part of town. Till then the cravings persist!
