Tried this small and simple place for the first time. Located bang opposite the famous National Restaurant on station road in Bandra west between multiple shawarma joints this is a small gem. We had Schezwan Masala Dosa and Cheese Onion Sada Dosa. The dosas were brilliant and so was the chutney and sambar. It lacks in ambience but more than makes up with quality of food. Would go again for sure.
Local dosa Wala very famous among college Student it is nearby college so it's gets crowded at the rush hrs came here with group of college friends and had a masala dosa. It's was really delicious and crispy 😋 which is my fav part of dosa if dosa is not crispy (hard enough) I don't enjoy that much chutney was kinda normal since you are in bandra you probably expecting higher price but the price is very cheap and pocket friendly would highly recommend this place if you are low in buget. The only thing I don't like that it's gets crowded and you have to stand and eat
I had the following items just for ₹45/-
•Sada Butter Dosa: 5/5
Dosa was soft, buttery & delicious.
•Sabudana Wada: 5/5
Crispy from the outside and soft delicious sabudana inside. It also had boiled potatoes in small amounts which gave it a very good texture and taste. It wasn’t too oily. I enjoyed this with coconut chutney & Sambhar
A must visit place if you are in Bandra.
Anand dosa is always my favorite and never fails to fulfil my dosa cravings.
Anand dosa is a place situated near bandra station, it's a small place with no great ambience.
If matters to you a lot then you may not like the place.
But the dosa they serve you will definitely win your hearts.
My all time favorite dosa is Butter Cheese Mysore Masala Dosa. It is a combination of vegetables, beetroot, butter and cheese. Has pinkish red colour.
You must definitely try this place 👍👍👍
Good dosas, fast service.
They give you all dosas in nice washed played + butter paper on it to keep the hygiene standards high.
Dosas are tasty and can try all!
Price is good and reliable
Anand dosa is a little, store-like outlet situated at a walkable separation from stage no. 1 of Bandra railroad station. It offers a scope of dosas alongside idli, medu wada and Sabudana wada also.
The USP of the place is its evaluating which is to a great degree simple on the pocket. The sambar and chutney served alongside the nourishment is entirely alright. I found the idlis very dull without anyone else and it would be completely important to have it with sambar or chutney to get some of flavor doused into it! Best choice is adhere to the hot dosas here, since that is the thing that Anand Dosa is about!
All dosa's are good here but my favourite is butter paneer masala dosa and idli their chutney and sambhar is also very tasty.
Only my concern to this place is they dont have sitting area.I wish they have some in future.
Anand Dosa is located close to station. It's good for south Indian dishes breakfast. It's dosas taste awesome. The service is also fast......
My most favorite place for south Indian food ... great food at a really good price ... authentic south Indian food ... all praises fall short for this place.. this place is seriously underated on zomato.. don't go on the look of this restaurant... the food here will totally keep you hooked.. I love the food here to bits. ❤
Good food at a very good price. Thanks medu bass here is very good; other items are not bad either.
My office is nearby and hence I ordered from here very frequently; till my office shifted.
I Strongly feel this place is underrated on Zomato! If you enjoy eating good quality tasty dosas, dont care about the ambience then this place is definitely for you to visit. I tried the Butter Mysore Masala Dosa here and loved every bit of it!

Anand Dosa is a semi famous dosa Wala at bandra. It serves idlis, medu wada and sabudana wada but what they specialise is in dosas and uttapams.
I've had their Butter Masala Dosa and Mysore Cheese Uttapam. Both were fantastic, it was a special joy to see the Uttapam bring made in front of my eyes. And the taste, it's spectacular, definitely worthy of being on Zomato. The only flaw I'll say is in the chutney and sambhar, they're average.
Such great dosas require equally great chutney which sadly wasn't the case here. However you can totally enjoy dosas without chutney of they this good.
The service is also very courteous. The guy making the Uttapam kept informing me how much it'll take and asked me how much of what I needed in the dosa. It's feels lovely when someone cares this much.
Can't call authentic but giving a choice to have some good dosa's in this area which surely pick Anand Dosa.
Also has idli , Medu Vasa , Sabudana vada , but Dosa is his Forte.
Butter cheese sada - this is yum , generous portion of butter and cheese complimented well by the sambhar ( not so sweet and the chutney - liked it @ 50 worth it.
Butter Onion Uttappam - nicely done , good masala and sweetness of the onions balances well.
Butter Mysore sada - this tasted good as well .
If the Idli and the veda are hot go for it , or just stick to the Dosa , sure to get pipping hot.
I walk past it every day and its stand is always busy with customers, who then eat in front of its counter as there is no seating area, all looking so satisfied and concentrated on the food that today I decided to give it a try too, for take away. The owner patiently explained to me the menu is all about South Indian dishes as I was really clueless about what to order; some customers helped me out confirming their food is delicious. So I tried Butter Mysore Sada and I noticed that the preparation is lean and nice, with the pan being rinsed for every new order. It was indeed tasty and fresh and now I’m curious to try other items on the menu... any suggestion is welcome!
Reasonably priced, for a fresher like me a more explanatory menu (or with pics) would be great!
It has only veg food.
Located on the lane outside Bandra West railway station Anand dosa is a joint for quick South Indian snacks .
They serve a variety of dosas , idli and wadas .
Must have is shezwan cheese dosa and onion sada dosa here .
Wow. I dint know anand was listed here. Its a nice dosa joint with a very friendly anand who makes your dosas with a smile and would add some more extra cheese if you say please.
The dosas are super. But whats my favourute are the daal vada. They are the best i ve tasted.
Try the onion cheese dosa .. Very nice.
I am almost a regular here and would recomend you all to try this superb dosa joint whenever in bandra.
This is the quintessential staff breakfast and lunch spot for ppl working on the Bandra West Station Road. Open from almost 9 am to 9 pm, Anand's is a place where you can't go wrong with the Dosa's and Wadas and Idli. Quick lunch for 20 rs (you an choose either 3 idlis, 3 wadas or 3 dal wadas, topped off with sambhar and chatni) and you are sorted for lunch, breakfast or a late snack. The dosa's are rumoured to be good too. I have tried the schezuan dosa once, and it was about alright. nothing great, nothing wrong about it. Look out for it when you are really in the need for a pocket friendly lunch, in a jiffy!

Anand Dosa, Probably The Only South Indian Eatery Close To Bandra West Station Attracts Many People Wanting To Have Some Delicious Idlis, Mendu Vadas, Dosas For Breakfast!
Been Here Many Times, Tried Most Of The Things But Hot Mendu Vadas, Butter Sada Dosa, Mysore Dosa Stands Out Tall For Me. They Also Serve Sabudana Vada, Dal Vada Which Is Good Too But Not Always Served Hot Because Itz Already Made Earlier And Kept In A Dish!
There Is No Seating As Such Here, But There Is Enough Space Inside To Stand And Have Food.
Overall A Great Place To Hog On To Some Delicious Crispy Butter Dosas & Mendu Vadas. Rating- 3.5/5
Small eatery place that is located at mere distance from the bandra station, Anand Dosa serves quite a lot of south Indian delicacies!
Been there a lot of times n never has this place let me down as whatever anand dosa provides is made fresh and served hot with no compromises in the taste quotient.
From the wide varieties of dosas to the mendu vadas, sabudana vadas and chutney an and does leave u licking u your fingers with affection.
The quantity of cheese used in their dosas is a big plus unless u some calories conscious or something.
The pan is cleaned and refreshed by sprinkling water on it after the preparation of each dosa or uthapa.
Try out Mysore masala dosa for a good amount of stuffed dosa. For something lighter, there is the sabudana vada which is quite underrated and falls under the shadow of the ever tasty mendu vadas and idlis.

A 5 minute walk from the Bandra station, this is a nice South Indian joint for a quick bite, not heavy on your pockets, and hygienic too. The medu wadas are a must try, especially if they are hot and crisp. The idlis and dosas are good too, with a lot of variety, even in the chutneys.
Try this place out, esp for the medu wadas

Anand dosa is located in a small shop near the station. They serve delicious south indian dosas, Idlis, wadas and much more. The dosa will be made infront of you. They really hygienic. The dosa that we ordered was crisp and chutney and sambar that accompanied it was delicious. The mix wada and idli plate was crisp and warm. If in bandra and craving some street hygienic dosa do give them a try.
Awesome roadside dosas... Authentic south indian taste. One must try the vadas taste really good...
Amazing south indian breakfast!
One should just stop by and eat the chutney cheese dosa ...worth it!
Nice place to visit for the dosa and many more items of south dishes there are many types of dosa and utapams are available at reasonable price and the dishes are really tasty I loved the dosa of the restaurant
Great budget place for light food. Idli, wada, dosa and similar South Indian food is available. The food is top notch and quick. There is no seating place. Standing space is available. Takeaway is available too but they cannot deliver.
This place is walking distance from Bandra Station and has a really good and long list of dosa's on their menu... Well priced with good taste...
Seat is unavailable, basically you have to stand in front of heat stoves and eat. Taste is good.
Must try their Vada Pav. Perfect for college students because of its pocket friendly rates.
