We called for, Bombil Fry... Absolutely crispy and yummmmmy... 6 deboned piecesππππ
Then came Chicken Sukka and Chicken Ghee Roast (we had ordered Prawns ghee roast but the chef goofed up) ... Heavenly dishes cooked in Mangalorean Masala.. Absolutely spot on and both went well with the appams and butter rotis πππππ

Harish is a little gem hidden away in a two-lane street in Ballard Estate, the street that has Cafe Universal at the start. The service is excellent, everyone greets you with s warm smile. Seating is on three levels, two being air-conditioned. Everything is clean, including toilets. Prices are reasonable. Food is good, and the variety in fish is worth noting. This is the only place I've ever had Sole, and it was fantastic! Must visit place whenever I'm in this part of town.
Lovely place that serves excellent seafood dishes in Mangalore style. We went there for lunch on a Sunday.
Among the various varieties of seafood including prawns, fishes, crabs and squid, we settled for the Bombil fry and Pomfret tandoori.
Both were beautifully prepared - the Bombil fry being crispy on the outside and buttery soft on the inside. The pomfret tandoori was definitely fresh and had a lovely masala.
Ambience is pleasant with seating spread across two floors. We had the services of an excellent head server Sharat who was friendly, helpful, well informed and willing to even show us the fresh fish pieces before frying them.
Would definitely recommend.
We had been here yesterday. Food is awesome. We had tried prawns fry, squid rava fry, bombil fry, rawas gassi, neer dosa. Desserts are always gud. We tried casata and butterscotch ice creams and caramel custard. Must try
Best seafood and manglorian style food taste. The seating arrangement is a bit congested but the food and price is worth it. Though it serves seafood in air-conditioned restaurant, not the smell of a fish.
Staff behaviour was so helpfull Personally i have to appreciate SANTOSH who has made all easy to us and the quality of the food was awesome i would recommend you guys dish called KORI ROTI you will love it

Nice place with tasty food and beverage. Not expensive but food is tasty. They just need to fasten their services. It may cost βΉβΉβΉ for two persons. Overall **** for Harish.
Great restaurant to eat seafood. Waiters are also very knowledgeable and they will recommend you good options. You will enjoy the food if you are a hard core sea food lover !!!

This place serves good veg and non-vegetarian dishes. Food tastes better than other local bar and restaurants.

We wanted to find a nice place to have vegetarian lunch today and tried this place. We ordered paneer tikka masala and roti ki tokri, every single bite was worth it....price is extremely affordable, ambience is 10/10 dinners will be amazing too, we chose AC section because of the heat but otherwise too the place is a overall 10/10. No hidden charges, waiters are quick to assist, you will love the experience. Because i loved it too.....being vegetarian we don't have many places worth exploring near csmt, but this place is worth a chance.

I am just overwhelmed after my visit to Harish Restaurant , and cudnt stop myself from writting review just after my return from enjoying delicious food. This is our 2nd visit in 1 day as our hotel is just opposite the restaurant. Manager Anand was so so so helpful and full of patience and calm
He was so helpful whilst taking my orders, I am allergic to spicy food, so I asked him if he can customise few food items for me.. and he made sure that I get what i asked for! Non spicy and delicious! The fish is just mind blowing here, so fresh and tasty! Mr Anand is an asset to the business I feel he should be appreciated for the brilliant service he provided us and I'm preety sure Mr.Anand must be continuing his best service to all the guests at the restaurant. 10/10 for the service.
I had ordered pomfret, I feel whilst ordering fresh fish, the price should have been told to us by the waiters. in the end I had to pay Rs.1450 for a medium sized haldi pomfret. So this should be improved and guests should be told price before order is being placed.
