Receive good and delicious food 💯
My favorite hotel for online delivery.. Very tastey food.. But packing should be better.. U can use aluminium foils for porrotta packing.. That's why iam not giving five stars..
Great place for authentic Kerala food. Affordable and nicely packed for home deliveries.
As a Malayalee, I can vouch for the food at Sneha. Have enjoyed their wonderfully delicious food for many years. They serve both vegetarian and non-vegetarian Kerala cuisine. Try Puttu with accompaniments like "Kadala" curry (veg) or Fish Curry for breakfast. For lunch or dinner, you cannot go wrong with Parrotta and your choice of veg or non-veg curries. They also serve Kerala sweets like Ada, Payasam (Kheer) etc. Happy dining!
A place that every Malayali needs to visit as it make you feel closer to the God's own , Kerala, from their interior to their exterior, everything tends to connect us altogether and for the special dishes they offer. :P
What I've ordered here ,
Meat Chilly Fry - You just can't miss this one , it was so good in taste and also they prepared it so well, that it made us to order this one again because the flavors it had was true to its roots , if i may say so. ❤️
I would rate this , 4.5 / 5 .
Meat Roast - The dish had very decent amount of masala as compare to MEAT CHILLY FRY, if someone who love their food with less of masala , one should surely go with this one.
I have liked this one but it isn't impressive to me as chilly fry bcs i love MASALAA BRO and why not ? :P
Rating : 3.5/5
Porotta - They were best ever porotta , I have eaten all over the Mumbai. Period.
This was so good in texture , the perfect combination of crisp and softness.
Rating : 5/5.
A must visit or got to place for all the Malayalis out there or the one who wants to make their friends taste something authentic from Kerala. Thank you.
Simple and authentic malabari food.
I went there yesterday, just to taste Dosa.
It was really tasty and quantity was good at a reasonable price.
I ordered the Prawn Biryani which was succulent though a tad spicy. The prawns were fresh and the portion generous. Their pazham pori is super. The biryani was cooked well and was not oily and therefore easy on the stomach.
Had the Chicken varattiyathu and parotha, all I can say is wow!
The chicken was absolutely delicious and the parotha was crispy and flaky. A must try!!
This place is located at Mahim.
A small joint where you can find lunch at a very affordable price. It is not one of those fancy place to visit but the taste of the food is just amazing.
Visited this place after college hours, and tried the beef chilli with paratha (recommend by one of my college mate).
The beef chilli which was served with the salna(gravy) and paratha. The beef was so tendered and well cooked, and the paratha complimented the beef so well.
First impression seeing the place was not great, but having such wonderful food at this place I would definately recommend this place to all the beef lovers in mumbai to try out this dish, its definately worth trying within a very affordable price.
This is definately one of my favourite place to have beef with paratha.

The authentic Malabari cuisine. Beef is a must try here.
I’ve been eating the Beef Fry & Parathas here for over 20 years. I’ve tried many others - in Goa, in Kerala, in Pondicherry - but nothing can beat theirs.
Add some sambar-rice and you’ve got yourself an absolutely super meal.

Always a fan of nice South Indian food. Sneha restaurant dint disappoint. Beef roast and beef Fry was just yum. Fish dint meet our expectations though.
Small little joint serving amazing Kerala food! Their parotta is to die for! Had it with the moong curry.
Filter coffee is pretty great too. Definitely recommend it to all!
A very cost efficient place with good taste. This place should be your place if you are on a trip got budget, and you intend to have a stomach full of meal. Must try items: beef chilly fry, beef biryani.
Sneha hotel is good for lunch when you are hungry at noon. The foods iver here is tastes good and ambience over is also good. The south indian dish is really good. The rice plate and all south indian feast is available here.
Totally regret not being able to try their beef fry before the ban, because the beef fry substitute that they have now is still amazing! Being a mallu myself, id rate the porottas 4/5 only cause they weren't the best I have had. The gravy they give along has a tangy tomato flavour that had a good kick. The place may be a little hard to find, but if you dont find yourself around mahim, do try their beef fry and masala fry with the porottas! 👌🏼

Located on the main street of Mahim opposite Paradise cinema . Due to the metro work construction its kind of hidden . But if its good Kerala food your looking for this is the right place . There is no ambiance and the service is minimal . After the Wednesday novena my mom used to always get us a feed from here . The same thing this time instead I chose to eat there . I ordered the Chilly Beef which is one of my favorites ,the texture has changed of the meat ever since the beef ban but the spice and taste is just the same . Along with that the chicken gravy which comes with a large thigh and leg piece along with the Kerala porota . And as usual the food did not disappoint . Well spiced and the porota flaky . Should definitely visit this hidden gem and try it for the food that is the only reason for the high rating

An oft' frequented place that serves great south-indian fare. Usually crowded at lunch-time, Sneha's Fish-curry-rice makes for a filling meal. Another favourite is the Prawn Masala & Buff' Chilly that tastes best wth some hot Parothas. Sneha is also one of the few places that prepares authentic Kappa Biryani.
Once done with the meal, be sure to ask what's for dessert. They usually prepare a particular dessert on any given day of the week. My favorite is the Banana Roast - a sweet, batter fried banana stuffed with a mixture of fresh, grated coconut & jaggery.
There's more on the reasonably priced menu & service is quite brisk.
The place is located right in the heart of Mahim, at walkable distance from Mahim (W). The current experience with dining in can largely be impacted by the Metro works that are going on.
The space is mainly focused on people who love authentic Kerala food. Please don't expect much of fine dine experience and all. This place is as raw as a local restaurant in Kerala, and that is its beauty. Price is very cost effective too.
Things to go for - Kerala snacks called Boli/Pazhampori, which is my personal favourite. Porotta and if you are a Keralite, you know what to order along with it.
It's been a while since I've paid a visit. Looking forward to visit them pretty soon.
Pocket Friendly restaurant serving day to day food items from dal to fish and also Chinese. The food is tasty . I mostly order thalis and dal rice and I m satisfied with the service provided by the restaurant. Recommended.
An iconic south indian restaurant located near Paradise cinema. No wonder the ratings of this eatery are quite high. I come to this restaurant mostly to have breakfast. But I recently had lunch here with my friend.
I ordered Dal Fry and Special Bhaji which comprised of vegetables such as carrots, beans, cauliflower and soya chunks. Also ordered some chapatis to have it along with the dal and bhaji.
Taste: Well the Best dal fry I have had in decades. The tadka to the dal just took it to another level. And the special bhaji was mildly spicy and I wanted more of it. I found the chapatis a bit dry but that did not matter a lot.
Ambience: Well with all the metro work going on nearby the noise might affect you a bit, but that is hardly and issue.
Cost: A group of two can enjoy a hearty lunch @ ₹200

The SURMAI FRY had a moderately spicy and crispy exterior with a firm yet moist and fresh core that so effortlessly separated into tender flakes; undoubtedly cooked to perfection!
Their PRAWN BIRYANI was delicately and adequately spiced so as to render it a savoury taste and not make it excessively and unnecessarily spicy. Moreover, the rice grains didn't stick to each other, which was another good sign. The prawns were adequately springy and juicy, i.e. not over-cooked. This was served with a crispy-crunchy APPALAM on top.
Their BEEF FRY comprising of tender chunks of beef slow-roasted with curry leaves, mustard seeds, coconut bits, browned onions and aromatic spices was oh-so delicious! This is a MUST HAVE!
MALABAR PAROTTA was adequately supple and layered texture-wise with a faint yet vivid flavour of coconut and could easily be manipulated into bite sized morsels.
Their BANANA ROAST (which is traditionally a specialty from Kerala called PAZHAM NIRACHATHU, i.e. Stuffed & fried banana) made using ripe bananas stuffed with coconut, sugar and dry fruits mixture and then batter fried (batter made using Maida/all purpose flour) was simply amazing a treat for it had just the right amount of sweetness with crispy-crunchy-moist-nutty goodness, all packed into one.
SEMIYA PAYASAM, a kheer made of vermicelli, milk and sugar further ensured us a perfectly sweet ending to our thoroughly delightful and satiating meal.
We asked them to parcel BANANA FRY (or PAZHAM PORI, i.e. Banana fritters as they call it down south) which again had a crisp fried exterior, only didn’t have any stuffing unlike the Banana Roast.
We also parceled some SAMBAR RICE and APPALAM for a friend at the end of our meal.
VERDICT:
Food Quality – 4.5/5
Food Quantity – 4.5/5
Ambience – 3/5 (very simple interiors, clean nevertheless)
Service - 4/5 (fast)
Packaging – 3/5 (Neat)
Pricing – 4.5/5 (Very reasonably priced; ensures that your wallet stays as happy as your tummy after the meal)

Dear Foodies,
If you are a mutton lover than this is a place you should give a try.
Quality of the mutton masala fry was superb and was tender and juicy.
Also order for surmai fry was fresh and was good in taste.
Over all experience was superb and spending money here was worth.
Thanks to the waiter who was doing is job with sincerity.
P.s- due to the ongoing Mumbai metro work the place will be difficult to find it is covered with front barricade.
If you want a long blissful nap on over the weekend, this is the place to go. Cuisine will expand horizons and waistlines. Serves you know what can't be named. Or eaten. Or run over on the road.
Sneha is a restaurant serving authentic kerala cuisines. This restaurant is located in mahim. You can reach this restaurant from mahim station by walking in 15min or by taxi in 5 mins. They restaurant is big enough for seating around 30 to 40 people. The ambience is of a regular restaurant. The staff is very kind and will help in selecting the dishes.
The main dish to be ordered is the regular porotta..this can be accompanied by chicken...fish..or any veg cury of your choice. The nadan chicken curry is the perfect match for porotta. They also have kappa and kappa biryani. The chicken biryani they serve is also the typical nadan biryani. They also have Oon..meals available with them which has pre determined dishes which they serve with rice.
Apart from this they also have regular north indian dishes.. chapati and bhajis available.
They also have kerala snacks available with them like..
Pazham pozhi
Pazham Nirachatu
Uzhunu Vada..
For tea lovers they serve Adicha chaya of the same nadan style..bt then the nadan milk and the milk available here is different so the taste also differs...
For mallu peeps who hoggs in for Poth....dnt hesitate to ask for PothRoast...or Poth fry...
Even the kappa biryani is served with poth...
Happy Meal...
This eatery is literally a hidden gem. This mallu joint, located in Mahim opposite Paradise theatre, one must not go with the expectation of a fine dining experience. The place is non-ac, but the food compensates so much for it!
We actually went for the beef chilli fry because someone recommended it to us. One plate of the dish is perfect for one person. It is easily the best beef chilli fry you will get in Mumbai. The best way to eat it, is with a Kerala parotta and some chilled Thums Up.
They really focus on the food and us super pocket friendly. The staff is super quick and genuinely look happy to serve you!
Because of constructions on the road, you may or may not get parking so we suggest you take the uber/ola or a kaali peeli taxi to get here :)
Absolutely loved it!

Just feel like a Malayali and Eat ..
Situated on busy street of Mahim .. Awesome place with Awesome Food
Please dont go on the Ambience as it doesn't give justice to the Food..
Awesome Keralite Food with Helpful Staff .. it would be a Bit Oily though
Chicken and Mutton were perfectly spiced with masala's and was served hot
The quantity is also quite enough and very easy on your pockets ..
A place where you dont feel like following tables
ethics ;)
Food taste is Awesome so just have a visit to the place and come back with a heavy stomach
Enjoy .. !!!!
Appams! Appams! More Appams! One of the best places for appam stew in Mumbai. Definitely the only one in Mahim!
Their curries are the bomb dot com and so are their stir fry items. Also recommend their parottas. Yummy food and very economical.
Just hard to find right now thanks to the metro construction. You'll have to walk through a narrow lane made behind the construction but once you get there the weird walk is well worth it! 😊
Hidden Gem and Local Favorite
A small restaurant at the end of the road which serves tasty Kerala style food
Food - 10 on 10
Pricing- 9 on 10
Ambiance - 7 on 10
Place is known for mutton masala , Malabar parotha, mutton chilly fry , prawns masala and prawns thali .
Great food and must visit in Mahim west
One Wednesday after visiting Mahim.church I decided to try a new joint in the vicinity. However due to metro work couldn't really get something very close but as I was about to give up found this small humble place that served awesome Keral cuisine.
We ordered for Appam with Kadla curry excellent combo. Absolutely authentic taste reminded me of my keral trip.
Then we tried the Fried Banana that was a pleasant.
surprise .Inspire of being stuffed with jaggery & coconut & then batter fried it was not obnoxiously sweet .However let me warn u its super heavy .
The ElleAppam / Rice dessert stuffed with jaggery & coconut& steamed in Banana leaf was such perfect just perfect.
We also took some Mutton gravy & Kappa Biryani Parcel as we were stuffed but had to try these delicacies.
The mutton gravy was par excellence & finger licking good .
The Kappa beef Biryani/ Sweet potato beef Biryani was superb just like Kerala.Authentic ,delicious and 1 portion can easily suffice 2 people it so heavy.
The place is moderately priced or rather super cheap for the quality of food it serves & worth many more vists .
We tried their amazing beef chilli fry and Malabar paratha and it was so tasty ! To try some of the best malwani food in Dadar and pocket friendly too , we suggest this place as a must try. 😄😄
This small restaurant located in Mahim is a true gem that serves authentic Kerala food. Being a South Indian, you can take my word and visit this place for some great mallu food. Starting with the humble Malabari Parota , the crisp but soft Parota are a delight to eat with the multiple layers present. You can accompany this with chicken masala, chicken sukka or chicken roast. The chicken in all these dishes are super tender and just fall off the bone. The chicken sukka(in picture) has dry chicken but is served along with a curry on the side. You could also order some appam to go with these curries.
I would also recommend going to Sneha if you want to have a good dosa with an amazing Dal sambar.
Also, you could try your luck and ask for beef fry which is a dish that is served but isn't on the menu.
The restaurant has a simple, no nonsense ambience but is hygienic and the food is priced very reasonably. The staff are nice and will recommend dishes if asked.
Definitely a must visit if you are in the vicinity.
Good place to have quick meals...
Ordered mutton fry masala which was well prepared with optimum spices and tender mutton cubes.
Paranthas were crispy and to my surprise, they serve delicious beef too which wasn't mentioned in its menu. The meat in beef fry well cooked, boneless but with lots of fats portion...
Overall good place for mutton lovers!!
Beef fry... Must try
That's all I really wanna say but Zomato is asking me to write more so that I can move to the next step... Why Zomato why
I go here every time i visit the mahim church. They serve amazing authentic keralite food. Its a delite for the mallus in mumbai. Food i would recommend is the biryani and the malabar paratha with curry. A meal for two would cost around 600
Sneha is a small joint in front of Paradise Theater in Mahim. They serve breakfast to lunch and snacks. I have had their idlis and dosas sometimes. Other times, I have tried their Surmai Fry, Chicken Sukka and Crab Curry. It is a Kerala Style restaurant to offer you good Non-vegetarian food. They also serve traditional Kerala snacks like Appam and Stew, Banana Fritter and Sweet potato items. It's a nice budget friendly place.
Amazing place with good taist... Worth spending, reasonable price too.. kappa biriyaani and pazham pori, both have been the best to get in mumbai for malluuus
Great small keralite restaurant situates at mahim.... Can't explain the taste of food👌👌😋 ordered chicken sukka 4.5/5 minus 1/2 point as it wasnt boneless, prawns masala4/5 with malabari paratha 5/5, egg masala 4/5, chicken biryani 5/5, soft drinks and end up with buttermilk. Must go restaurant👍👍 will try their desserts next time for sure 😍😍
Budget kerala comfort food. And when I say budget, I mean it. The crispy porottas are a treat by itself.
But like everyone before me said, the must try dish is the beef double fry coupled with a couple of porottas.
The roast is also good, but found it a tad too tangy.
You wouldn't find things like ambience or mood in this hole in a wall restaurant, but that's not what you'll be looking for if you walk into Sneha. Go there for the food and you won't be disappointed.
Those who Serious about taste and value for money..this restaurant is to bet on it!had a fish thali and kappa biryani..and both touched high on my taste bud!! Don't know when I had such meaty piece of surmai fry though the taste was quite ok but rest of items-parottas, rasam,Dal,shambar, chana masala, brown rice and papadam never let me down and about kappa biryani awesome is the word! I will definitely visit this place again!!
If you are looking for casual dinning it's great but if you are really hungry then don't visit it. It's just like canteen with awesome casual dinnning. Else look for another hotel or order online.
Best Malyalee food in Mumbai.
When searching for this place head to Our lady of Victories church Sneha is nearby.
The...ahem..."Fry"(see pic)is a must have but when you ask for it the staff place an order for "Mutton Sukka"(wink wink, hint hint). The gravy is served separate(see pic)so you can strip and dip your Parotta(yes that is the correct way to eat it). The place is tiny so it gets packed early.
Also try their spicy and brilliant Kappa Biryani(see pic). Its a biryani without rice!!! tapoica is used and it absorbs all the spice making it explosive!!!
Decor: nothing as such
Service: great
VFM: absolutely
Decent chicks sukha and biryani. Saw everyone order the beef fry. Couldn't as I was too full.
I would give this a pass for now. Take the general consensus and stick to the beef. Cheers
So I wanted to go to this restaurant from the time there was the article on the best mutton fry.. Very small no frills restaurant.. But the food and the value for money is top notch.. Had the mutton masala, chicken masala, beef chilly, chapati, kerela paratha.. The chicken and mutton masala was very tasty and home cooked types. The beef chilly was so yum. The kerela paratha is made continuously and served so it's fresh and crisp and not too heavy. I loved it and all of the food and soft drinks only for 598rs..made my pocket and tummy superrrr happy.. Can go there with family and have a complete meal without burning a hole in your pocket.. A hidden gem indeed.
I read about this place in Mahim through an article published on Facebook. Being an absolute foodie I decided to try out the place. I live in Andheri so I took an Uber from Andheri to Mahim. Taking a cab is the best option because the restaurant is situated opposite paradise cinema in Mahim and is located on the main road with metro work going on, so there is a certain build up of traffic and finding a parking spot is difficult.
The restaurant itself is a simple place with basic ambience but is clean and the crowd is decent. You can take your female friends/family members along.
I ordered a Beef Chilly fry and the Kerala Parotha. The beef chilly fry was excellent and had well cooked pieces of meat. I don’t like over spicy food so had instructed the dish to be less spicy and it was made perfectly. The Kerala Parotha is made of maida but is tasty and goes well with the dish. I finished the meal with a lime black tea which was refreshing and complimented the meal.
The food quantity is enough for two light eaters. The pricing is extremely reasonable and my total bill was just Rupees 190. And yes they accept debit cards too 😀.
Overall an excellent place for a reasonable and tasty meal. Totally recommended.
The food is excellent at a very good rate, service is good and quick.
The fried fish and prawn thalis are the best I've had in a long time. The other dishes on the menu are also vary tasty and definitely worth going back for.
Meen- Curry-choor-more
If you like Kerala food then only step in this restaurant.
Must try surmai fry and sweets main banana bhaiya and payasam
Finally checked this one off from our list (have many more to go, I hope my partner-in-crime is reading)! We had ordered Prawns fry, Mutton fry, Surmai fry and Kerala parota! So the prawns and mutton fry are not dry preparations, like the usual starters as the name suggests, but with medium gravy and therefore have to be eaten with the parota or chapati. The mutton was juicy, fresh and tasty, though it could have been lil spicier (review by the better half as I am not a mutton eater). Prawns prep was one of the best I have ever had! Though lil oily, it had very distinct flavours of coconut, green chillies and curry leaves which were out-of-this-world! Must have! Even the surmai fry was very fresh, not very oily and nicely marinated giving it some typical flavours of all the spices!
Revisiting soon!
The heavenly combination of malabari porotha with beef and to top it all a tea. Guys do try this .it's heavenly abode ..you must definitely give it a try

In line with their motto serve quality food, Sneha brings Onam Sadya on 04-Sep-2017, The tradition Vegan Meal will be prepared by renowned Chefs from Kerala.
Try it to feel the taste of Kerala...
"dude dude you got to go to this restaurant". Very prompt service, friendly staff, delicious non veg food, very limited veg options. Order double fry and paratha. Enjoy!
If you're craving for authentic Kerala food, then this is the place to be at! Must try the chicken sukha with porota! Fish dishes are pretty good too!
Someone told me this place was voted to have the best beef dish in Asia - not sure ho true that was but was definitely ready to try it.
I'ma beefy and I love to try beef dishes so this place got me excited.
We ordered only beef based dishes. Some dry beef, some beef with a bit of gravy, some beef based biryani and 1 other dish.
Now, this food was spicy. We asked them not to make it too spicy but sadly it was.
However, the beef chunks were magnificent and tasty. Dishes were spicy but atleast I got to have some beef.
I've given it a low rating cause even after telling them not to make it too spicy, it was. But really good food.
A big shout-out to this local joint for serving authentic kerala food. The appam and egg cury/ kappa is worth every bit. If you are looking for original kerala food at a very cheap price and ambiance does not matter, then have no two thoughts. Head straight to this restaurant and you will not be disappointed !
Restaurant serving true Keralite delicacy.... Must try for Kerala Cuisine "food-cravers".
Clean and neat restaurant. Fairly good amount of seating.
Recommend the perfectly cooked beef fry, coconut fish curry, avial with Kerala rice for lunch and for dinner.
Light snacking could be the appam, banana roast and ada.
Knock yourselves out. Worth every bite!!!
Small and no frills place but the food and oh the food.
The Kappa biryani is the best I've had across Mumbai and the Malabar parotta.
It's a must visit if you love kerala food
The right place to have an amazing Malayali Meal. No music, No Ambience, No sophistication, it's all about the food .
Beef and Porota -- a must try meal at Sneha !
Had food for the 1st time and just luved it. Veg food is awesum and the quality and quantity is also very good. I am in luv with this place now. Vegitariens do try the food out here.
Mutton dum biryani , kerala rice and banana fry. Any time for lunch. A Simple small restaurant but rich with quality kerala style food items.
Absolutely love the chicken sukka, surmai fry, fish gravy and rice! That's my go-to order and, it's heavenly!
Light on the pocket but rich in flavour
The most epic carnivorous experience! Period. Head here for the most tastiest carabeef chilly and parottas (as they spell it in Kerala), the chicken roast, the prawn masala and the top of the list, the kappa biryani (a biryani-like dish, with meat and tapioca, no rice)! Kerala on a plate, and no messing around. Quick service, value for money and yumfood, what more would you want? They also have lunch thalis veg and non veg, but if you headed there, go for what I recommend, and you'll thank me later ;)
This place is nothing short of epic! Ask for the beef double fry (off the menu) to have your mind blown. Authentic amazing mallu food done simply and with class. I love Sneha!!!
It has been 6 months since I have moved to Mumbai and I have not had any Malayali food till now. To be fair Malvani and Mangalorean joints do a rather fine job in not making me miss home food and also the fact that I didn't know of any mallu joint nearby contributed to this. So when I read Kunal Vijaykar's article about his favorite seafood joints in Mumbai, Sneha Restaurant in Mahim immediately grabbed my attention. So this fine Sunday morning, I started walking from my home and after a quick Puttu theeyal fix at Medina, I went to Sneha . To my absolute joy , they had Kerala's or possibly even Gelf's national food , Porotta and Beef fry. So these guys have a code word for it when they tell the kitchen , Mutton Sukha. Now all these tiny mallu joints have their way of protecting themselves from the right wing, so you will never find beef fry written in the menu. In INA market Delhi, only beef items will be written in Malayalam. Likewise in Madiwala, Bengaluru.Coming to beef fry, it was spot on. All of caramelised ,onion and tomato spicy goodness. They also serve a complimentary roasted coconut , pepper and tomato curry to dip those huge flaky porottas. With some fine coffee, this Sunday has started on a fabulous note indeed ! #foodloose
Beef double fry or go home. Beef double fry or go home. Beef double fry or go home. Beef double fry or go home. Beef double fry or go home. Everything else is good. Beef double fry is great.
This is the only restaurant that comes to our mind if we think of some south Indian food and the PAROTHA to die for since our college times.
The menu has variety from thali to fish and chicken and sweets too.
The ambience is nothing fancy and has not been changed since ages and so the food.
The chicken and the fish dishesh served here is mouth watering and the sweet dishes too sorry I couldn't name them now but was so tempting that we had 2 of them.
The service is quick and parothas are best when served hot.
Sneha Restaurant is a nice place to have food if you want to try Malayali dishes. A must visit place in Mahim...Vegetarians paradise. Worth every penny...Its Beef fry has got it famous in Mumbai

Great place to go if you want to eat authentic Kerala food.
The only reason I go there is for the paratha and some non veg curry.
It tastes really good.
Very pocket friendly as well.
The must-go-to-place if you have been partying all night and fancy an awesome and quick morning meal! The options early morning are quite limited but we always got the one thing that Sneha is uniquely famous for - Beef Fry and Parota. I can swear by it. Definitely the best beef I have had in Mumbai. Also try the Fish Fry and the Chicken. Actually everything is just bloody amazing, try anything you want to! Don't expect 5* service... but the food can definitely be considered as 5*-ish!
Excellent malayali food... meat lovers don't forget to ask for the forbidden "hint hint".
Pocket friendly.
Must have is chicken curry and rice ♡
Great place to go with family for lunch or dinner and have some amazing Kerala stuff.......the porota and beef fry and Kapa Biryani are the must try items.....too yummmm!!!!
Authentic Malayali food in mumbai!! U will never stop coming once u taste here. My favorite is parota with chicken curry, surmai tava fry and mutton paya curry. For breakfast u will get proper kerala food like puttu, idiyappam. Employees also very polite and decent and respective.
A South Indian restaurant opposite Paradise cinema in Mahim, Sneha was once the go to place if you wanted to have beef curry and paratha. However after the beef ban, I have tried the other items from the menu and they are equally good. The prawns curry, chicken biryani, surmai fry are excellent. Typically a lunch time place, Sneha is greatly underrated and a must try. A meal for two should not be more than 600-800 here.
Visited Sneha upon my visit to Mumbai recently. It's a small place and quite easy to miss.
The owner of Sneha are Malayalis and that's why you get a good authentic menu to try from. We decided to go for Chicken Chili, which we initially thought would be an Indo-Chinese dish; a Chicken Masala and Parathas. While placing the order we asked our server if Chicken Chili was indeed an Indo-Chinese dish, and to our surprise, he said no, which made us furthermore curious about it.
The food came in quick and piping hot. Every thing was fresh and delicious but the chicken could have been more tender. It was sort of overcooked I guess. Nevertheless, we enjoyed our lunch very much.
The ambiance is not at all fancy. Don't expect a lot of hygiene either. It's not that bad but average.
Sneha is a pocket-friendly place and I would certainly stop by if I ever find myself in Mahim again.
famous for its kerala cuisine serve exact same like its neighbor madina hotel plus point is they have huge space for seating. food is served quick within 5 mins of your order, taste and quantity is good . must try there pysam (kheer).
If you are looking for some good food from God's own country, Sneha restaurant is the place to be. It's is not a fancy place with basic seating space available, but you can rest assured that the food is not oily, masalas are balanced and it tastes just yum!
We tried Kerala Parrata, Appam, Mutton masala and Chicken Sukka. All of that was topped off with some filter coffee and Suleimani Chai.
The service was quick but not rushed. Will try to visit again soon.
Really Good Food.
Tried this place after much hesitation but to my surprise the food was absolutely amazing.
Don't go on packaging it's just basic but the food quality was just great.
Tried the Buff roast and Buff biryani both very tasty.
This was our first meal here in India this past July! (First time in India traveling from America)And it became a favorite. It was nearby to where we were staying, so it was walkable. Had delicious food at good prices! And the staff was very friendly, helpful and patient with us! Would recommend! Good honest people that made it feel cozy and comfortable!
I tried Chicken roast with porotha also surmai and bangda fry!!! They're one of the best one's I have tried. Chicken roast has a curry leaves flavour which has added into my favourites food list ❤️ MUST TRY!!!
Positive:
-Variety of sea foods
-Not too much crowded
Negative:
-Parking is not available
-large sitting is not available
-Don't expect suggestions from waiter
Love this place for its Kerala cuisine and especially for its beef chilly fry which is really delicious. My favourite place for fish curry and red rice. Love their payasam as well. Snacks at tea time are great too.
Authentic Kerala cuisine is available! I’ve been coming here since 8 years and never have I left disappointed!
Good Kerala restaurant.Must visit if you miss homely Kerala food.I tried Banana fry(പഴം നിറച്ചത് 😃),tea n the special porotta beef fry. Believe me both the combinations were awesome ❤️Bill was around 200( Reasonable I hope).Place is not that great n construction goes around so that parking is an issue.Walking distance from Mahim railway station (700 m).Staff's nicely behaved.Hotel is not that big but comfortable.Go once u will love it if you are a mallu especially , n thank me later ❤️😀
A value for money place serving Keralite cuisine catering to most of Mahim! Their fish thali, fish fry and buff roast or masala (comes with a side of gravy) with a helping of Puttu or Tapioca.
You might want to try their lime juice as an accompaniment.
Good place to enjoy the Kerala Style Food.
If you love Keralite food and are living in Mumbai, this is the place to be, amazing food, good quality of ingredients are used... appams, parathas, meat fry🙂 Chicken fry, fish fry and curries are all available here. The food is also reasonably priced and the portions are generous, God bless the owner of this establishment for serving such delicious food at a price that the common man can afford.
Best place for authentic Kerala style food🤗
The food is very tasty, and fresh. All kerala style and lovely kerala banana.
Prawns and buff suka are very good.
Parking is a problem.
Authentic Keralite food at a reasonable price. Very old outlet, I visited basis one youtube vlog. ‘Ghar jaisa khana’ is what I would define this place to be. Courteous staff with good quality food and quick service. When it comes to parking, there isn’t any available in front of the restaurent, one needs to find it opposite side of it. Very close to Mahim’s Sitaladevi temple and 2 mins walk from Jolly Wines. This time I went alone, but surely planning to go with family next time. Don’t forget to have a chai post your meal. 😃
Please do share/like the review if helpful. 😊
Great place in Mumbai to enjoy some Kerala style food, Very soft made pharottas, Pazham puri is also amazing. Overall very happy with their service.
