Simple yet exuberant is how I would describe my experience here. Came with a friend and tried the Hot Chocolate and Chocolate berry cake. All amazing and great service too.
A warm cup of coffee with the perfectly balanced Almond Orange tea cake is the treat I look forward to every evening. Have tried a couple of other desserts as well but that’s got to be my favorite!
As if I needed another reason to love bandstand, this quaint little cafe just close by made a perfect place even more perfect. A view of the ocean, a mug of warm cappuccino and a piece of my favorite chocolate cookie and rose pistachio honey cake to go. What more can one ask for? Oh, and did I mention the warm welcome by this cat that loves this place just as much as I do?
I’ve always found what I needed at Provenance. And was extremely happy to see them serviceable during the lockdown as well. That plus their new range of pantry and grocery essentials made the lockdown extremely easy for us.
Recently ordered some croissant, spreads and sauces for our Sunday brunch and they were delicious. Specially the urban mom peanut butter and Provenance lavender jam.

As a tea person I love trying the different types and flavors they have to offer. The Satori Happy Birthday tea is one of my favorites and is complimented perfectly by their cacao nib cookies.

The most commendable team we’ve come across in a really long time. Got some hampers curated to sent across to friends and family for Rakhi and Ganesh Chathurthi. The team not only was prompt with their replies, they helped me choose products, gave packaging options and even made deliveries for us. The whole process was seamless and hastle-free thanks to the team!
I make sure to visit this place everytime i visit my sister in Mumbai. Couldn’t go to the store this time for their delicious food but we got some scrumptious pastries, the Caramel Sea Salt Cake, tons of chocolates and their infamous croissants delivered home for our Rakhi celebrations! We had the best time and hoping to be able to dine in again soon.
Really nice place to spend break time between office schedules in Lower Parel ! I miss going there for desserts and a coffee before the lockdown. Their wide range of chocolates always had me drooling. The Rose Pistachio Cake, is one of of my favourites.

I was browsing for a good dessert place in Lower Parel when I stumbled upon Provenance. We ordered the banoffee cchocolate cake, the salted caramel chocolate cake and the chia seed pudding. While we thoroughly enjoyed all the rich desserts, the salted caramel chocolate cake is a keeper!
They also take orders for full cakes. They also have products like apple caramel sauce, marshmallows, preserves and spreads. I am addicted to the apple caramel sauce and have it with almost everything.

This cafe is my new favorite pit stop while shopping while shopping in Palladium. Apart from the quick bites and beverages they also have really good quality of desserts. This small cosy coffee place in Palladium is truly a hidden gem. Their beans are fresh and have a great aroma. Must visit for all coffee lovers. They have a lot of gifting options as well!
Sometimes good things come in small packages! I stumbled upon Provenance when I was waiting for my cab outside St Regis. I love their brews and I want to try each one. I picked the Macchiato to go. Oh and they serve the best sweet and savoury treats bites as well. Will be back the next time I am in this part of town.

What a charming little cafe! Provenance transports you to a different dimension with it's unique offerings. Apart from amazing coffee and desserts they also retail alot of interesting teas, chocolates, books and more. I was very impressed with the Raspberry chocolate cake they serve. I will be back for more!
Where is the sixth review star when you need it? This cafe is absolutely awesomesauce! I enjoyed a danish along with my cold brew.The dessert options are just divine! The staff was very courteous and offered us tasters of chocolates from the ' chocolate library's as we waited for our order.

Great place to catch a quick and healthy lunch...they have a different menu on weekdays and weekends...I visited on a Saturday for a quick bate between a busy day of shopping....I ordered a Quinoa salad with beetroot and orange...It was really amazing...couldn't stop myself from indulging in the banoffee choclate cake....In all it was an amazing experience..will be back soon!!
My kinda gourmet cafe'! I make it a point to visit Provenance whenever I visit Palladium. Of course I go for their divine coffees, but invariably end up nibbling on unique tea cakes they offer- Almond orange and Rose pistachio are my all time favourites! Provenance is that cozy cozy corner i love to unwind at! The friendly and attentive staff ensure I get my coffee right everytime! I even carry the irresistible cakes home as I know my family is waiting to devaour them! :)
I came across Provenance when I was on a work trip in Mumbai. The coffee is amazing.The chia seed pudding is absolutely divine! It has been a texture of cocconut and hints of blueberry. They have a chocolate library with the chocolates from all over the world. I was looking for some gifts for my family back in Delhi and picked some chocolates from their curated library. They also have a wide variety of other products to choose from.

This place serves one of the best coffees in town. One must also try the Spiced carrot cake here, if not interested in the conventional flavours. The place has a classy and welcoming ambience.
Whenever I am in Palladium I stop by Provenance to get my sweet cravings fulfilled. If you have a sweet tooth Provenance is a must visit! I ordered the Banoffee chocolate cake on my first visit and keep coming back for more. I was pleasantly surprised by the fresh almond orange cake. Never had anything like it before.
I am experimenting with the different varieties of tea they have. So far Moroccan Mint is my favourite.

I visited the place on a lazy Sunday afternoon. I zeroed in on the Chamomile tea by TWG along with a cookie. It's a great place to chill with friends. The staff took us through the amazing range of honey, jams and preserves as we waited for our order. I am truly a fan of the Apple Cinnamon jam and picked a couple of jars for my family. The gifting consultant in store helped me curate the perfect Rakshabandhan hamper for my brother with Maxims chocolates and marshmallows among other things. Looking forward to the Diwali gifting collection too!

Provenance is housed in the cutest corner of Palladium. A cafe offering everything from coffee to chocolates, it is the best place to end your retail therapy on a high.
I ordered the Rose, Pistachio & Honey Cake, Spiced Cinnamon & Apple Streusel Cupcake and the Moroccan Mint Tea.
The rose tea cake was heavenly! It is rightly described as a fragrant and flavourful Persian Garden. You must try this one if you visit this cute cafe.
Apple lovers will love the apple cupcake. The brown butter frosting gives it an added taste.
Lastly, the green mint tea was aromatic, refreshing and to my pleasant surprise, tasty.
The tea cakes and pastries, courtesy Tiernom Patisserie, though a little steeply priced (₹395) are worth a try. I hope to try the tender coconut and banoffee cake the next time.
They also have a range of savoury offerings, of which I can’t wait to try the cheese.
Provenance has a range of other edibles- chocolates, tea leaves, coffee, sauces & mixes to name a few. It also makes for a great gift store. This one should be on your wishlist.

Cortado was hot and brewed perfectly. However, the hot chocolate was a little too frothy, but decent enough. The cake was appetizing.
We recommend you to try this place when around Lower Parel and want to enjoy good coffee and ambience at pocket friendly price.
A great selection of gourmet products, nice coffee, delicious dessert and pastries but my favourite here is the cheese. I found the cheddar a tad dry but the edamame pistachio was excellent.
So I’ve never been to provenance but I’ve ordered food from there a bunch of times. Raspberry and chocolate is an all time favorite combination of mine so when I saw a raspberry chocolate cake on their menu I decided to give it a shot. It didn’t disappoint. The cake was so soft and the filling incredible. On the savory front , the egg, onion and capers sandwich is delish.
Provence is the Cafe for people to chill at after they shop at the Gucci next door. It's a coffee shop cum gift shop. Exotic and foreign teas, coffees, chocolates and curios are all on display to purchase.
They have a menu for the day - a soup, salad, main dish. For food I'd suggest you skip Provenance because they don't seem to have a proper kitchen to serve freshly prepared meals. The dessert counter is gorgeous. The coffee and tea menu has a lot of unique options.

Provenance is a sweet and small coffee cum gift shop. The service there was very impressive and the prices of coffee were surprisingly good for a place like High Street Phoenix. The coffee didn’t not disappoint, it was good but it wasn’t exceptional either. They had a few cake options as well which was good. The premise is a little small but the interiors are good
They say fight fire with fire. I tried this exact strategy to fight sadness with sadness. The number of jockey basics I could’ve bought for the equivalent of how much this slice of cake cost seemed to do the trick. If money tasted like something it’d defiantly be along the lines of chocolate cookie crunch with sea salt caramel. Now we know why Gandhi’s always smiling.
I recently visited provenance in occasion of a business trip to Mumbai. My residence was close by and since breakfast was not provided by the management, I stepped out solo looking for a good coffee. Espresso is very nice, and the chocolate croissant I decided to go for was excellent too. What impressed me more has been the interior decor - design tables and benches in concrete, right lighting and happy energetic music 🎶: I will definitely come back for something more substantial!

When you go to palladium you always intend to go for starbucks for coffee but this time we actually found an inner gem located right at the end of all the expensive shops you will find a very simple classic and luxurious café named provenance . As you enter you will find gifting cards all over from Switzerland and many chocolates gift hampers miniature champagne expensive well know tea brands and many more things from all around the world 🌍. But when you sit and see the prices of the coffee it is very reasonable like it just starts from 100rs and goes to 250rs max but it is less price as compared to starbucks and it has very limited varieties of coffee and tea at this café . They also have delicious cakes and pastries 🍰😋. The cakes are made by just one single lady . The café latte and café mocha were really nice as it wasn’t so sweet and it tasted very smooth and delicious 😋. My experience was very delightful at this outlet.

Cafe Latte was served in a glass since it’s based in Milk. It was a classic Latte which did not disappoint and the Cappuccino was perfect too.

After a long day of shopping at Palladium, I was looking to grab a good cup of coffee and catch up with my sister in law who was visiting for the holidays. During our rounds across the mall, we happened to land up at this beautiful new café named Provenance which is next to the Tumi store; the other end of the lane that starts with the Gucci store.
They have a lot of offer in such a limited space from coffee/tea, desserts, chocolates to gift boxes with everything that one with a sweet tooth can possibly love.
We ordered for a Café latte, Macchiato and a hot chocolate with a slice of the banoffee cake on the side.
The coffee was hot and brewed perfectly – just what I had needed for a caffeine rush after hours of walking around the mall. However, the hot chocolate was a little too frothy, but decent enough.
The banoffee slice was scrumptious, it was so good that we had swiped the plate clean. The frosting wasn’t too heavy which made is easy to eat (I usually leave the frosting out as its always so artificial in taste), the toffee and everything in the slice was perfect.
The pricing of the beverages is decent approx. average of 150 INR; however, the cake slices are a little too steep approx. 450 INR per slice. The taste does make up for it, however, I personally feel it’s a little too high for a slick of cake.
The staff is well-trained and will help you with suggestions if you are unable to decide on what you want. The ambience is lovely for a quick cup of coffee while one side overlooks the St. Regis foyer. I absolutely loved the vibe and feel of this place while I was there, and I look forward to going back here again and trying much more on the menu (read: chocolates from Belgium and that chocolate cake slice!)
The pain au chocolat was tiny, inconsistently heated (also, I wasn't asked if I want it heated) and a bit stale. The cappuccino was DIVINE though, really phenomenal.
A rich little cafe situated at the corner of Palladium mall. It's basically a gift shop which serves coffee, teas and cakes. We ordered a croissant and a chocolate cappuccino and the drip coffee. The coffees were spot on with rich flavors and great taste. The croissant was also delectable. The staff is also very warm and helpful.
If you are looking for a quiet coffee shop with limited options. Provenance does a great job. Will be back to taste their renowned cakes, tea cakes and loads of gifting options.

Finally a place that has cakes by tier nom. The cafe is made very well and has other stuff too but tier nom cakes make it perfect for me. Can't wait to try their other stuff.

Located at the far end of Palladium at the entrance from the St Regis lobby, this café has its own cozy and charming ambience from the miniature chocolate varieties to the gifting hampers everything is simply adorable.
I tried their Banoffee and Chocolate cakes and they are just brilliant- with not too much creamy taste and a perfect blend of flavours.
Their freshly baked croissants and the french pour coffee are a perfect grab and go breakfast option before you begin your shopping spree in the mall.

I had an excellent experience at Provenance. The gifting cafe has a delectable selection of goodies. Maxim, Sustenance granola is good. One thing that stood out the most were the New Yorker cards and stationary.

Provenance Cafe has recently opened in the Palladium section of High Street Phoenix which also happens to be a retail store which sells imported chocolates from Switzerland (Organic Chocolates), France (Maxima), New Zealand (Whitaker’s), Greece (Dragees) and Belgium (Dolfin), Cakes by the famous Patissier Vashishta Zandbaf, Caviar, Honey, Imported Tea and Greeting Cards from the New York Magazine.
They also arrange the above retail items in a hamper option to gift during special occasions which can cost anything between 3,000 INR to 40,000 INR
Let’s talk about what we ordered:
• Cafe Latte and Cappuccino - 4/5
Cafe Latte was served in a glass since it’s based in Milk. It was a classic Latte which did not disappoint and the Cappuccino was perfect too.
This place has one of the most pocket friendly coffee considering the ambience and the place it is situated in.

I recommend you to try this place when around Lower Parel and want to enjoy good coffee and ambience at a pocket friendly price.

So over the weekend, I was waiting for a friend and was roaming in palladium mall, my eyes caught attention of this small but a quaint little place, it lies in the swanky corridor of the big brands like Michael Kors, Gucci , Bottega Veneta, to name a few.
It's the first home grown brand of burgundy hospitality which needs no introduction.
Provenance is a library of vivid stories, a chronicle of rich memories. Provenance is certainly not your normal coffee shop. It's an experience, a journey into the finest gourmet and lifestyle gifts from accross the world.

Cortado was hot and brewed perfectly. However, the hot chocolate was a little too frothy, but decent enough. The cake was appetizing.
