This place was well decorated for Xmas and new year !
Seemed very festive.
Always buzzing with activities.
Security check was managed well despite the crowd.
However a bit more efficiency, orderliness and cleanliness can be added to make it even better !
Mumbai T2 terminal It's among India's top international airports, with top-notch security.
The building area features an extensive representation of Indian culture and tradition. Every facility you can imagine is provided. Cleaning personnel maintains the area neat and clean. incredibly well-run airport,Every time one will experience different theme at airport it’s goes with Indian festivals,Diwali Christmas so on.
A truly wonderful shopping experience with every top-tier brand you could want.
International security check is differentiated for business class and economy class. Adani Lounge is reserved for business class; Loyalty Lounge is for economy class.
I did come across certain areas that needed improvement, though. Delays in baggage claims have been a major issue. The wait for bags took an hour.
Most beautiful and we'll
The Netaji terminal is a masterpiece. It has got all the Indian rich heritage and culture displayed over the building area. All facilities are available you can think.
Stepping into Mumbai Airport is like entering a sanctuary of calm amidst the city's vibrant chaos. Plush seating areas invite you to unwind after a long journey😄✈️ while expansive windows offer breathtaking views of the cityscape. The gentle hum of air conditioning and the soft trickle of water fountains create a symphony of tranquility, washing away the travel fatigue and leaving you feeling refreshed and ready to explore 🫶🏻
Very huge and beautiful international airport in Mumbai. Terminal 1 has domestic flights management and Terminal 2 has international flight management. The departure parking is very difficult and security keeps whistling all the time and does not give sufficient time to unload the luggage.
Mumbai Airport, also known as Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj International Airport, is praised for its modern facilities, efficient services, and a wide range of amenities. Travelers appreciate the cleanliness, organized layout, and friendly staff. The airport's diverse dining and shopping options add to the overall positive experience. Additionally, the airport's connectivity and transportation services contribute to its reputation as a major hub.
I lately traveled through your airport and wanted to share my precise comments. Firstly, the check-in method turned into commendable—green and supported by way of useful body of workers. The airport's cleanliness and protection had been additionally noteworthy, contributing to a nice common influence. Security methods were nicely-treated, and the availability of records offerings made navigation easy. Additionally, the range of eating alternatives become favored.
However, I encountered some areas for development. Baggage claim delays have been a huge problem, inflicting inconvenience. While well-known signage changed into precise, there were instances of confusion. Seating inside the departure living room turned into uncomfortable, and investing in extra ergonomic options might be useful. Furthermore, efforts towards environmental sustainability, along with extended recycling tasks, should beautify the airport's popularity.
One of the most beautiful stunning and amazing airport. T2 terminal has so so much to offer. The washrooms are so clean and well maintained. I had a long layover at t2 terminal but time passed really quick. The only thing cumbersome is the transportation between T1 and T2 but they have free shuttle for that too, overall an amazing experience.
One of the best Airports in India. It has many options and 2 lounges to check in. The logistics of the airport are good!
The infrastructure is at par. The airport has close to 60 gates, so effectively, 60 flights parallel operations, which is very efficient. I’m only reviewing the domestic side of the airport.
Unlike terminal 1, they have only an aerobridge to board/depart and arrival/arrive, which is, in a way, efficient to exit if you don’t have check-in luggage.
About the internal setup, the airport has many charging points, free papers to read and take away, and enough washrooms and drinking water tabs. The restrooms are immaculate; it has been around 7 years, and to date, I have never had any pungent stink in any airport area. I have posted a washroom video as well.
First things first it's one of the biggest airports in India. The T2 terminal is really big. It takes quite a time to get out from the airline to the bag pick up area. And then from the bag pickup area to get out of the airport. The one thing I felt is that the airport is really congested. And parking and things are not that easy. I think bangalore airport is still better maintained than this Airport. Terminal 1 looks really old and needs a little bit of refurbishment.
