While the price was super high for a 6hr stay, amenities were pretty decent. They had dinner pretty late in the night (2am) and breakfast starts at 4am. Nice! Fresh food and good service from the staff. Open 24 hours and timely food is always changed. Only thing is alcoholic beverages are not served here. This is the only Lounge open at the arrivals in Mumbai International Airport.

The lounge was such a blessing in disguise! My mother and I missed our connecting flight and we were exhausted. I bumped into pooja Singh at the water fountain who told me about the lounge. It was her first day at work and even then she provided such amazing hospitality!

This lounge is in the arrivals terminal and wasn't crowded at all unlike the Loyalty lounge in departure. It's a small lounge and don't have much apart from some decent food. It's decent if you have a connecting flight and want to grab a quick meal.

Nice place to be to rest and avoid night journey. Lounge was clean and well maintained. Toilet and shower area was also very clean. Had dinner and breakfast here. Quite a few choices.
While I didn't have a bad experience here but I'm rating this 4/5 as the cost didn't align with my expectations.
They could do a better job in guiding travellers to their lounge. The pods could accommodate me 6"1 ft tall comfortably. I could sleep well for an hour or so until a mosquito woke me up.
