Finding a place which serves lip smacking food at a nominal price is a tough job in Mumbai. Hardev Kripa is one such place, where we coming back. Their kulchas are just amazing which reminds you of home cooked food. Definitely a must try
Best khulchas available here which takes you to North India😍😍😍 Full Makhaan Maarke Khulcha available at reasonable rates...small Dabba with not much space to sit but worth spending here because of the taste they provide💓💓....I am in love with their khulchas specially Pizza Khulcha😋
This place is a hidden gem in chembur and perfect example of don’t judge a book by its cover. The place is not very hygienic but still deserves your visit. You can get here by taking an auto from the station which will take around 30 rupees. Place is small and There’s only one table inside to sit.
We ordered
Cheese Paneer Kulcha.
Paneer stuffed inside the kulcha topped with grated cheese. Served with chole and onions. You can also have extra chole and onion free of cost. The kulcha was really really good. The taste will remind you of home. Highly recommended. Taste 5/5
Cheese Aloo Kulcha.
Aloo stuffed inside kulcha topped with cheese and served with chole and onion. This one is for all the aloo lovers and a real treat to your belly. Taste 4.5/5
Uncle ji makes fresh and hot kulchas right in front of you in tandoor. Within no time your kulcha will be served.
Serving the best Amritsari kulchas in town!!
Freshly made dough, with finely chopped vegetables, and the filling of your choice!
The spices which they add gives an amazing taste to the kulchae served with chole , chutney and some chopped onions!!
They don't have a big seating area, but then the food is amazing!
My fav reccomandation is Pizza kulcha 😍
Prices are very affordable that everyone can spend! A must visit place ♥️
I ordered an Amritsari kulcha and a butter cheese garlic kulcha. Well the unit is quite small and one might not prefer sitting and eating here so ZOMATO it but dont miss it. 😁 Highly recommended and definately coming back for more.
Very small place, but amazing kulchas. I would rate this place as best place serving kulchas in Mumbai. I wish and hope they get a bigger place and let the customer have a bigger better experience.
The best Amritsari Kulcha in Mumbai! I am having these kulchas for many years now.
The kulchas are freshly prepared and you can see the whole process live. There are many varieties of Kulchas they offer & prices are pocket friendly.
Each item on that menu is fulfilling.
You have to wait for sitting on busy days as the place is small but it's worth that wait.
The kulchas are seasoned beautiful with masalas and the chole that goes with it is simply awesome.
Bestseller here is Amritsari Kulcha.
A very small place in chembur, but serving authentic amritsari kuchas. I would rate their kulchas as the best kulchas in the town. Amritsari Special kulcha is one of the best in the menu.

Heard about this Kulcha place from a friend and it came highly recommended. It is famous for 60+ varieties of kulchas and ordered the Pizza Kulcha at home for dinner and I loved it! The chole were a little bland in terms of spice for my liking but tasty nevertheless.

Best amritsari kulcha in town located at Chembur Camp near golf club location available on Google map best from menu amritsari special kulcha, cheese garlic
They have Truly delectable kulchas.
This place is right next to Sainath Kulcha which is another amazing place for kulchas im Chembur.
We tried Special Amritsari Kulcha, Aloo Kulcha, Cheese Garlic Kulcha and plain cheese Kulcha. Each one of them was finger licking good. But the Amritsari Special Kulcha was the best one hands down.
My only complain is that the chhole they serve is not hot and hence doesnt go along well with the piping hot kulchas.
Good place to kill some chhole kulcha craving.
It is said that good food takes one places..
I Agree with it 😁 it did take us all the way from santacruz to Chembur Camp area. I had been reading about the yummy kulchas available in Chembur since quite sometime so on a Sunday we decided to try it. We went to the famous 'Hardev Kripa Dhaba' in Chembur.
Location - chembur camp. Gps will help u reach there perfectly.
What we ordered -
1. Their famous Amritsari Kulcha. It was a mix of aloo, onion, spring onion, paneer and lots of masala and cheese. It was topped with more cheese.
2. Cheese Onion Garlic Kulcha. It was stuffed with cheese, loads of onions and garlic and topped with cheese.
Both the kulchas were served with amritsari dark brown colored Chole, sirkewale pyaz ki chutney and green mirchi achaar. The accompaniments are unlimited so make sure you ask for more if you like them.
Taste - A big dollop of butter ensures anything tastes good. However this amritsari Kulcha was really very very tasty and it was not just because of the butter in too. It was not too spicy and not too bland; but perfect in taste. Kulcha was also perfectly crisp and cooked well in the tandoor. Chole were mildly spiced and average in taste. We have had better Chole at lot of north indian restaurants. The onion chutney and green mirchi achaar was excellent.
Cost - Rs. 90 for Amritsari Kulcha, Rs. 70 for Cheese onion garlic one
Ambience & Hygiene - It's a small little gala with no frills. There is cramped up seating for 6 ppl inside. As the place is on a main road, everything can be quite dusty - spoons, plates etc. The tandoor and seating are side by side and I guess during summer it would be very hot to sit there and eat.
This can qualify for Streetfood experience due to limited seating and lot of ppl standing and eating outside the joint. What we didn't really like was the attitude of the owner/person making the kulchas. Not sure if it was just a bad day for him or he is always like that. He was a little rude, not really keen to suggest new customers and not serving Chole and onions happily when asked for more.
All in all, one of the many places in Mumbai which has no ambience but great food.
Hearty and Authentic meal ends here!
This place is famous for Amritsari kulchas and I have been going here since long.
So today I was here again and ordered Aloo cheese kulcha and Paneer kulcha served with chole and chopped onions.
It’s a must try place specially who loves North Indian food.
It’s a very small place and don’t have much seating.
Overall experience is always great.
And it’s a pocket friendly place.
Do visit once’s.
Kulcha is one of the most popular bread from Northern cuisine with makes perfect combo with tangy-zesty dried peas.
They are freshly made in tandoor, it is the most popular and favourite among all after butter naan.
They serve super delectable kulchas with amritsari chole and chopped onions topped with butter.
They have been remarkably running their business since 1964. You can easily locate this outlet in Chembur Camp.
The food served is extremely delightful the varities of kulcha is total bliss.
I have tried wide range of kulcha’s.
Aloo cheese kulcha, Paneer Cheese kulcha, Amritsari special kulcha, Mix veg kulcha.
But, I highly recommend their aloo cheese kulcha
with extra cheese which is something to die for.
The only drawback is they don’t have much seating arrangement and should take care of sanitary.
Overall the place is great, budget friendly. I have been visting this place since 3 years and will be keep doing.
A tiny place that will take you back to the holy city of Amritsar. Tried kulchas from the place next to it also, but these were the authentic ones. A must visit place for the kulcha seeking souls from Punjab.
If you want to have the authentic taste of Punjab then you must try their kulche once.
I visited this place and tried 2 stuffs.
First one was Pizza Kulcha, i personally loved it without chole but ky friend liked it more with chole, it is filled with Mexican stuffings inside.(4/5)
Second i tried Chocolate Kulcha, it is one of a kind, has got all the three flavours- sweet, Spicy and salty and a 5/5 from my side
This kulcha shop is a perfect example of 'Never judge a book by it's cover'. Serving from such a small shop(outlet) sends a couple of warning to your conscious regarding the hygiene and credibility of the food. But just shut your human tendecny of overthinking and go for it.
The kulchas are a mere size smaller than a normal chapati, with a number of stuffing options available on the menu. They are served hotter than priyanka chopra and much tastier than hritik roshan *pun intended*. The kulchas can be crispy as well as soft according to your instructions, to the cook. There are plentynof options to explore on the menu, but the Cheese garlic and the Amritasri kulcha are one of the best. The place is pocket friendly as each of them merely cost around 100 odd bucks. If you are able to eat more than 3 for dinner, you have entered the great Indian contest of world's hungry lads.
The place is a little cluttered making it impossible to accomodation more than 5 people inside the shop. So if you don't have a car, you need to wait a little longer to eat comfortably OR if you have a habit of standing and eating, nothing better than that. A couple of fans , a little more hygine would catch more eyes along the lane.
A complete hidden gem, Hardev Kripa Dhaba in Chembur serves AMAZING Kulchas! With over 50 kinda of authentic Kulchas made by hand, this is a must visit.
Variety of kulcha options .
Best thing is that you get jain options too 😋
Cheese chilly & paneer chilly kulcha was the best 💯
There is no sitting so that's the only disadvantage. You can sit in your car and enjoy the meal or else will have to stand and eat.
Their special Amritsari kulcha is a must have and highly recommended. This one truely is a hidden gem, it's dhaba style basic look may not inviting but trust me give it a try. I personally enjoyed this place a lot more than Sainath's Kulchas
Recently we visited Chembur's famous authentic Kulchas.
This one has been on the list for so long. It was definitely worth the wait & hype for this place is totally justified by the awesome taste of the chole kulchas.
Jain Kulchas in Chembur at Hardev
Kripa won’t make a hole in your pocket as it starts at just Rs 80.
They have so many varieties in jain Kulchas.
We tried their Jain Paneer cheese Kulcha priced at Rs 120 was served with delicious chole & mirchi achar.
This place is not only pocket friendly but definitely loaded with authentic flavours as well .
They have very limited seating only 4 people can sit & eat at a time.
This is truly a hidden gem and we would definitely recommend you guys to visit it.
This outlet is situated just next to Sainath kulcha.i tried the aloo cheese paneer kulcha and it was very nice. Although quantity is bit less and there isn't proper seating available due to the small area.
During this ganpati festival I along with my childhood buddy often explore hidden gems as we both foddie by nature. This place is situated in the bylanes of chembur camp .Once we were there we orderd for dal makhni and aaloo paratha followed by jeera rice .dal makhni was just yum , parathas were very nice and jeera rice had a decent quantity being half plate.
This place I must say is a value for money .To conclude my review if one is hunting for a delicious north Indian food this is a place to watch for
I was craving Amritsari Kulchas and decided to visit Hardev kripa kulcha point in Chembur.
Kulchas made with a mix of onion, potato, cheese and spices. They are cooked in a tandoor and served with chole. And then loaded with lots and lots of butter and cheese.
What all I had was.
1) methi phudina kulcha ₹50/-
2) amritsari special kulcha ₹80/-
3) cheese garlic kulcha ₹70/-
Cheese garlic is my personal favourite.
Absolutely loved this place.
Let me know your favorite places in the city to eat kulchas and I would love to visit them!

Do not worry about the hygiene here. if you are a Punjabi food fan like me this place will just blow out your mind with the butter dripping kulchas, please do not count calories and try to fit in as many kulchas you can in your appetite as they have a huge variety of kulchas served with pickled onion and Chole.
This place is not as famous as its counterpart but Its worth much more. the rates are really cheap and as I mentioned the hygiene is not a issue, I have been eating here for like more than 15 years and never had any issue with the quality
Most delicious food and proper Punjabi taste just remembered Amritsar 😋😋😋
Good old place serving traditional amritsari kulchas. Value for money. Excellent taste.
The best and authentic chole kulche available in town. Hardev Kripa Amritsari Kulcha serve a large variety. We ordered Cheese Garlic Kulcha, and trust me, it was Finger-licking. On top of that the onion salad was tasty too. Visit the place if you want to taste the original flavours of Punjab!
Great experience for Kulcha lovers. Kulcha accompanied by chole and pickled onions. Do not go on its external appearance. Cleanliness is maintained with authentic flavours. Only negative point is seating arrangement is only for 3 person.
This is not your regular fine dining. It's a tiny hole in the wall that you might even miss if you're not particularly looking for it. But probably get confused by the crowd that it gathers. The kulchas might look heavy, but they aren't. They're fluffy and crumble in your mouth. The best part is that they are fresh out of the tandoor and piping hot when served. Excuse the waiting time, since it's usually just one guy making the kulchas and taking the orders. But it's worth the wait.
Only two words khake dekho
Must try dish -
cheese garlic kultcha,
aloo onion kultcha,
aloo pudina kultcha,
amritsari kuktcha
Chole is very tasty, thick in consistency just loved it.
But only one bad experience about its sitting only 3 people's can eat at a time inside if you want to seat and eat . If you are not ready for wait stand outside and eat your dish so my suggestion is to go there with a capacity to wait for minimum 20 min.
Place is very small. Don't expect dining luxury. But the food is awesome. Aalu kulche is amazing. It's a small minimalist dhaba.
