As the name suggests, this place is good for people who love sea food, specially konkan coastal sea food. They serve 4-5 types of thali and since its a small place don't expect menu card and ambiance factor etc and yaa they serve veg thali also which is not good at all, trust me being a vegeterian I
Best home cooked meal ever. I rather spend the money here (which is too little anyways) then any other restaurants. Absolutely authentic and ever smiling staff. Things to try - fry fish,fry prawns,dry prawn pickle and fish curry
Small place, easy to miss but offers excellent Goan food. One must try King Fish (rawa fry) & gravy with steamed rice - it's heavenly. Food here is reasonably priced & one gets good value for money.
Actually i would give them 4.5/5, didn't have the heart to give them 4*.

He sprung 3 versions of seafood ( Pomphret fry n pomhpret curry & a prawn curry).

Dead-simple canteen inside a Goan state government building serving a variety of daily home-cooked thalis on the cheap (veg, chicken, fish etc), with no other tourists in sight. It's clean, friendly and the owner even douses the room with incense as you eat.
Homely Fresh Sea Food, if you are looking for this, Goa Bhavan is the place, food wise, value for money, service bit slow, compact sitting, if you go keeping this in mind, you will not be disappointed, recommend it for sea food lovers.
Simple restaurant with respect to ambiance but the seafood here is really really good. A restaurant you must visit if you love simple but tasty food😋
