I used to visit this place but suddenly for many days it is closed down.
It was a nice tea lounge to hang out with friends and family !

Had heard a lot about this amazing new tea place in Juhu and was wanting to check it out. So the Saturday afternoon after valentines we went to The Kettlery Tea Bar on 2nd Floor in Horizon Hotel, Juhu. Unfortunately when we reached we found that the place was closed. ☹☹ The security guard told us that it had closed for a few weeks now. Was looking to buy some as well as I'd heard they have a vast collection of teas in retail but didn't see anything in their boutique area as well. Finally ordered some teas online through their website.

One can mix and match and make a pack for gifting or even chose it as corporate gifting. A place which has a bar, but just for tea. A menu, which is greener, healthier and vegetarian only, curated by the famous Chef Vicky Ratnani. And ambience, which is hip yet very classy.
The warm lighting and the choice of music here creates a very soothing atmosphere for a nice dinner accompanied with some free-flowing conversations.Pairing the right type of food with your favourite tea really elevates your experience and this is what makes Kettlery so special.

the pizza was the only thing that was about ok.. rest everything was more than excellent! we tried 6 different cocktails.. all were tea infused.. n all were flavourful n delicious! the starters were no less. full of aromatic herbs.. nothing but tasty! quantity was sufficient.. of all food and beverages.. staff was very courteous and speedy.. for 6 cocktails.. 3 starters.. 1 salad.. 2 pizzas and 1 rice bowl.. we paid a total of around 4600 between the 7 of us.. so it was not really expensive either! everything's mainly within 300-400 on an average. plus they have 2+1 (free) on cocktails.. and we got a 10% discount through dineout reservation as well. but overall.. our lunch experience was just ecstatic!! definitely going back here again!
Green Apple and Cinnamon Cake has been had. With a Hibiscus & Kiwi Cold Tea. Both were good.

Absolutely loved the place. The ambience, the teas, the tea cakes. Everything was great. We ordered the hibiscus signature tea and orange oolong tea cake. I want to go again to try their food this time. The staff was friendly too and were of great help in recommending the best blend.
If I've to state it in one word.. Awesome.... the ambience, the food, the staff, the music... & Yes the tea's...
Tried a lot of varieties of tea's over here & there are a still lot more to go... All in all its a complete experience for me.. the Malaysian rendang curry & the Bajra cake.. must try...

Kettlery is an very impressive place for teas and tea related food items. Chef Vicky has curated the menu, no doubt it just out standing. The Ambience is pretty cool. They have a separate tea wall which will impress you. A completely amazing vegetarian experience.

Omg! Trust me it was one of the bestest things kettlery serves. Basically I am not a beetroot fan. But these kebabs melted in my mouth. A masterpiece by the chef.
Chilli relenos:
It’s basically fried chill’s filled with cream cheese. It’s hot yet cheesy.
Chai puchka:
I landed in kettlery. Just to try these tea panipuri. It’s a very unique concept. It’s a must try if you would love to enjoy your golgappa’s and puckha’s with a twist.
Avacado toast:
I literally enjoyed every bite I had of this. Freshly used ingredients like radish, avacado.
Rendang curry with steamed rice:
This is a Malaysian famous dish served in a vegetarian context. For a vegetarian place, it was super yummy. Malaysian spices curry with a lot of exotic vegetables; was quiet filling too.
Mango cheesecake:
Cheesecake being was favourite. My reviews can be biased to them. But yes! This seems like a perfect way to end my meal.
This was by far one of the finest modern cuisines I have had. Everything was very flavorful and the service was extremely courteous and warm. Must visit .
Very refreshing place with more than 70 types of different teas with blends. I have tried there Signature white tea Grace of Monacco and Secret of the East green tea both were amazing.Bar menu is quite interesting since they have some tea infused cocktails which I haven't tried yet but will definitely try next time. Great food with elaborated vegetarian menu which covers all the option one look for.
Service was nice and quick......staffs were helpful and informative.

Went to kettlery on a Tuesday evening . The staff was extremely courteous and confidently suggested his recommendations. We called for the blueberry tea which was enough for 2 people along with the orange infused oolong tea cake. The cake was moist and delectable. Definitely coming back soon for the tea cakes and the wide variety of tea they have to offer!
A good veg place option in juhu...simply loved the menu and the ambience... The food is very nice and different.... One should try the different teas they have to offer also the pizza's.....

Teas are superb!! And the food choices here were amazing as well.
We tried the Parsi ice tea and a few of the hot tea blends. They were all served very well and tasted great!
In food we ordered the chai puchka, beetroot patty and oriental bajra starter (I forget the exact names). They were all brilliant! In mains, the Penang curry, 4 cheese pizza and lentil burger were very nice. However the wild rice khichadi and cauliflower bowl were average.
Dessert menu needs to be a little more elaborate. Currently they have mainly tea cakes. And we tried one of them and it was very average.
All in all, the place is really good. And I love how they have combined tea and a complete meal together. Service was also great.

A lot of Chai and tea cafes have come up serving Desi or Videsi teas.
But there are very few places that combine tea and food.
Cha or tea bars are those places which serve tea paired with food how you pair wine.
Kettlery is one such bar. They not only serve various kinds of tea but also infuse tea in the food served.
I've visited them twice already and fall in love more and more with the teas and food they offer.
The Menu is curated by Chef Vicky Ratnani and it's all about healthy Asian Indian fusion.
I've loved almost everything I've tried.
The tea infused puchka, Bajra cake, beetroot kebab, the quinoa hash, black rice khichdi, rendang curry, orange tea cake and more.
Love the Maldives and camomile tea too.
The service here is excellent.
This place is definitely worth a visit if you love tea blends.

They have a nice variety of teas, we loved whatever we tried. But the highlight was the avocado toast! One of the best I’ve ever tasted.
It’s a good place to chill with your friends over a cuppa tea or few drinks (yes they serve alcohol too). No loud music so you can actually have conversations without straining your voice.

First word that comes in mind is wow!!! What ambience and decor! Fantastic food. And can you imagine tea being used in all types of food and being tasty at the same time. Jain food in abundance and best part is it is purely vegetarian. It has great and innovative cocktails (of course with tea also). Must visit with family.
Beautiful ambience, the food is very well infused with tea and Indian culture. Nice experience with value for money. The best you can try is beetroot shikhampuri kebab and chai phuchka.

Visited for a family dinner. The place is great with good ambiance. The food is simply amazing. The choice is good & taste, flavor & portion size is perfect. A wide choice in the food menu. The starters were amazing. My favorites Asian Spice Bajra Cake, Silician Mushrooms & Beetroot Shikhampuri Kebab. The main course was equally good with good choice. Lastly the staff & service was amazing. A must go place.

We had such an amazing dining experience here.
Amazing tea + dining place. We went here for my Sisters Birthday and we had a great time. The owner Ms. Jagruti is so warm and hospitable. She helped us with the best recommendations. On her insistence we had the chef brew the tea in front of us to show us the entire brewing process! It was informative and nice to see the entire process.
we ordered the paneer harissa pizza and its one of the best pizza I have ever had. The crust was just perfect. The ramtang curry+tice was delectable. The cherry on the cake was the Cleopatra tea- it had flavours of passionfruit+mango+papaya. It is one if the best teas that I have had in my life.
We were also surprised with a chocolate cake for my sister and it was just amazing. I am surely coming back to this place. Its one of my favourite places in Juhu. Loved the ambience and the vibe. The music selection was nice and it was not too loud so the conversations were flowing.
My wife & I are tea enthusiasts and foodies. Kettlery was beyond expectations - great teas and food, amazing presentation and enthusiastic service. Our server spent quite a bit of time explaining the selection of teas (almost seemed like a wine sommelier but for tea) and food pairings. And then brewed the tea (vanilla with jasmine) at our table. Even the bathroom was spotless. Highly recommended!
Good vibe. It’s a quaint tea room nestled alongside Tippling Street and Studs on 2nd floor in the same building. We called for Hibiscus Kiwi and Masala Chai. Pretty decent. Did not eat anything since we got there post dinner. Overall - not a great one for the tea’s I’d say - strictly on a first try and visit. But would surely revisit for the vibe.
An absolute treat for the veggies!!! The menu is extremely well curated by chef Vicky Ratnani. We were a group of 8 people so we tried quiet a few things most of which were outstanding with brilliant service.

Nice ambience. Good teas....very refreshing ideas. Excellent service. Very impressed to see that Mangesh our server was very knowledgeable (very rare these days) and had good recommendations. Made us even smell the different teas before ordering them. Makes a huge difference in the decision. Food quality excellent to say the least! The thandai tea is a must have. Even the chai puchkas are highly recommended. Something as basic as penne alfredo was made to its perfection (after many years ive had this dish made this well).

I had been to this place the second day of its opening. Being a tea/coffee lover, I was extremely curious to try out this place. I must say it did not disappoint me at all! I visited the place with my buddies. We tried Burnt Garlic Tofu and Greens, and a Charcoal Grilled Pizza. The starter with tofu and greens was delicious! A very healthy option and extremely light on the stomach. Its uniqueness made it all the more worth savouring. *What I truly liked is that they have a recommendation of tea to go with each of the dishes they have to offer on the menu!* This allowed us to really relish and appreciate the taste and flavor of the food. Not to forget, do try the Baklava latte as a post dinner soothing drink.

New place, small though well done up. Courteous and attentive staff, they saw that one of our party of 4 was feeling a little cold at the seats assigned to us and offered to move us to another table, though that table was a table for 6. Extensive menu, not only a great selection of teas but plenty of options to choose from in the food sections as well - all vegetarian options. They had not yet received their liquor licence, but said they were expecting it shortly. Interesting spin on traditional food, different combinations. Warm, relaxing and welcoming ambience and a sense of calm and unhurried pace, we ended up spending a lot of time just chatting away. All in all, great place and I would certainly want to return!
Amazing place. I’ve already been here twice in the last three days. The staff is extremely polite and friendly. The food is a unique fusion of various cuisines - really interesting. The highlight is the amazing variety of teas - loved it. During my first visit, the owner’s mom was going around the restaurant and just having a nice chat with all the guests. She was really sweet and made sure we enjoyed our meals. This is how service should be. Just amazing.

This cosy tea cafe has a huge variety of green and black tea s. The staff is helpful and the person managing the place takes a keen interest to make sure you get what you want! The tea s are exquisite and the presentation is also lovely! The CheeseCake could be better! If you want to spend some relaxed time with friends or with a date this is the perfect place! The ambience is warm and cosy.

The best addition to the Juhu restaurant space. What's best is the elaborate food and tea menu on offer in addition to the excellent ambience. The management was extremely cordial when we went there and made us feel at home.
If you love their tea, you will love their teapots too (they sell those as well). I assume this place would be great for small to medium parties as well. Must go whether you are a tea lover or otherwise!

I have to make this short and Sweet. This place is one of its kind as far as teas are concerned! Tasted some of the best here, and the beauty is the way they Brew the tea at your table, reminds you of the tea ceremonies you get see at Japan and china. Now the food has some good fusion stuff. The tea Pani puri, Khachos( nochos made with khakhra) and asparagus starter were high on taste and presentation. Some other dishes missed the mark. And consistency needs to be looked into. The second round of Khachos lacked the flavour of the first one. Service definitely needs a boost. Too slow and absolutely unbriefed about the food and menu. Over all a good experience. I see myself going there again, once I am sure they are sorted of their teething blunders.

A new entrant to the super uber location in juhu is Kettlery - Tea Bar & Kitchen....
The interiors are well done and the vibes inside are very positive.... the staff is courteous, smiling and helpful... this is half the job done to impress ....
This was a lunch date with wife and kids and they were super hungry on a hot Friday afternoon ...
1) Parsi Iced Tea : low on sugar this one was refreshing and a really hot day
2) Fruit Tea : I don’t recall the exact name since wife ordered this but it was refreshing with kiwi and berry infused
3) Tea Puchkas : good ol street paani puri but the Paani ( Tea flavour ) ... it was good but nothing to rave about
4) Beetroot kebabs : must must have .... yummy
5) Mushroom Salad : the salad itself was tasty ( I love the balsamic ) ... however I and the kids would have loved more mushrooms ....
6) Malaysian Curry : outright winner this dish ..... coconut flavour curry with veggies with rice ... kids were longing for more ...
They were out of the Gulab Kheer so something to look for next visit ...

Been told they are awaiting the liquor license as well ...

I was going for lunch to tippling street but stopped here and decided to have the tea here. I love tea and was fascinated by the teas here. The teas are lovely 10/10. Still have to try the food here but the teas are beyond amazing. I've just tried the hummus which is greatttt.

I discovered this beautiful place recently. It is an upper-crust vegetarian theme dine-out. If you are looking for some nice finger food and tea to pair with, go ahead try this place.
The ambiance is peaceful with music at subtle levels, service is decent.
Try out the tea panipuri here. When I first visited here, it was the opening day and I could not try the different variety of teas except a very palatable moroccon mojito tea that Chef Vicky Ratnani hand me over. Loved the "bajra ki tikki" here. It was an absolute delight. I am planning to revisit this place for Sunday brunch or so.

The outlet is a little hard to find, inside Horizon Hotel building. The place has a great ambience, & serves a very large variety of teas (black, green, white) & some nice menu items as well.
I tried a few things including white tea, some tea based mocktails. My favorite thing on the menu had to be the chai puchkas, the tea based paani puri with both chutneys made with tea, it was pretty sublime.
Would definitely recommend the place for tea lovers or just people looking to try something new.

A really new place, the owners were at the restaurant when we got there I believe, and they really tried to make us feel at home - they gave up their seat so that we were more comfortable and really recommended some tea cakes. We didn't have any food but the tea was quite interesting and they had quite a variety - the menu also had a legend that helped make decisions. Good place overall.

the pizza was the only thing that was about ok.. rest everything was more than excellent! we tried 6 different cocktails.. all were tea infused.. n all were flavourful n delicious! the starters were no less. full of aromatic herbs.. nothing but tasty! quantity was sufficient.. of all food and beverages.. staff was very courteous and speedy.. for 6 cocktails.. 3 starters.. 1 salad.. 2 pizzas and 1 rice bowl.. we paid a total of around 4600 between the 7 of us.. so it was not really expensive either! everything's mainly within 300-400 on an average. plus they have 2+1 (free) on cocktails.. and we got a 10% discount through dineout reservation as well. but overall.. our lunch experience was just ecstatic!! definitely going back here again!
