A housing society with decent residents. A and B side of Mangal orchids have many shops as well as opposite to this is Versova Dmart. Recently this building is getting famous due to a new joint started by name Sultanate of Shawarma, an Authentic Arabic Shawarma. They even have Hummus and Falafel .

Advocate Davinder Singh Marwah was the secretary of Mangal Orchid B Wing for around 20 years. Marwah Sahab recently passed away but development of this building was his brainchild. Hats off to Sir!
Nice And Famous Society In Yari Road Versova
Quite a big housing society. Very open and Ona prime location. Nice greenery with beautiful garden and jogging track, cctv, 24 hrs security and was really surprised to see rabbits roaming freely.
Is OKAY, not the best building to live in the vicinity. Though they provide good spacious flats. It smells heavily of unwanted Nitrogen based perfumes (if you get what I mean) during the monsoons.
Nice society in Versova nice flats big parking place normal lift in building some TV actor and actress are in this complex like Asif Sheikh
