This place is lit from the ambience, decor to the food everything is absolutely amazing and if you're looking for a place to party hard then this club should definitely be in your list. It's super spacious with a huge dance floor, comfortable seating area and an outdoor seating too. A great mix of exotic food, sinful desserts and courteous staff.
Situated in the heart of mumbai. The club is a amazing plc for nightout with a big dance floor in the middle and sitting area around. The music and lighting will make you jump on the floor. Try out for some unique dishes. However the rukes are strict.

Went there for a evening and was amazed by the interior and the overall feel. I wish we had something like this in Kolkata. We ordered shisha and for food we went with nibbles like risotto balls and pizza. Nothing special about it but would love to visit this place again when it's bubbling with night life.😎

The place is filled with energy and has a powerful vibe. Service is usually an issue at clubs, well this one was an exception!! Kudos to the staff !
It’s divided into 2 sections -
1 Open terrace where food, alcohol and sheesha is served. This is for those who wants to chill.
2 A proper dance section with tables on the sides and dance area in centre facing the DJ booth.
Being a media Launch event the music was by Celebrity DJ Ali Merchant.
No matter if you’ve worn the dancing shoes or not, the trippy lights and the music will force you to shake a leg !!
The whole event was managed by Mr Ravi !!
He was a wonderful host to us and you could see what great work he was doing on the floor !!

Succulent basa fish marinated with lemon, pepper and olive grilled to perfection. Absolute delight !!

Potato mash mixed with corn and deep fried. The potato felt a bit to sticky and undercooked. The taste was a bit bland.

A twist to our normal sev puri. It has paneer mash added to usual chutney and potatoes. It gave a burst of flavours with its spiceness, tangyness and
sweetness. A must try!!

Surprisingly the Biryani was well made. You won’t expect such places to make good main courses.

Carouse has an amazing ambience. Their service is up to the mark too.
When it comes to sheesha, it is exceptionally good. When it comes to food, I found it average.
My food experience here:
Chicken bao: Chicken bao is delicious. The only difference I found was that baos are little thicker than usual ones but taste good.
Lamb flat bread: It is a thin crust bread with pullled lamb, caramelized onions & cheese. It tastes good but could have tasted better.
Watermelon juice: Exceptionally pure and delicious.
Tabbouleh salad: You should have a taste for it to like it. It is quite different from the normal salad. I relished it as I like like the ingredients used in it.
Overall, ambience and sheesha is amazing and food is decent.

Carouse- Contemporary Bar n Kitchen is now a club. Went here for the Grand Re-opening Party.
This one is in Raghuvanshi Mill Compound just next to Pheonix Mall, easy to locate.
This is one of those clubs where you will find celebs partying very often. You enter through the Red Carpeted Entry and colourful lightings.The time you enter you can feel the buzz. The place is so spacious with a huge dance floor in center and comfortable couch seatings all around the corners. They also have outside seating for the sheesha lovers and ofcorse it’s mandatory for smoking as well. A Perfect Party Place it is!
Staff here is very polite and courteous. One gets impressed with their hospitality. They have some really innovative cocktails and amazing food.

Carouse is now a Club. Had been for the launch party which was just the perfect one to relaunch a place. This place is located in lower parel, also easy to locate & well bright at the entrance. The interior is beautifully done with great lightings at the sealing & indeed a large area for seating, dancing also an open area.
The food served here is delicious, good at quantity & well plated.
Their service is way above up to make & raises their standards too high. We loved the service part the most & that totally changed our complete experience.
Carouse club has been totally revamped and I guess words can't descrive it enough. You have to visit the place to soak the amazing atmosphere, with some mind blowing cocktails and awesome food.

The ambiance will just blow away you mind. The music is just on point to make you groove every night of the week.

While lower parel is flooded with fancy restaurants for all purpose and times, I experienced an amazing time spending an evening with friends at Carouse club. Right from the entry inside the club which has colorful lights, a real spacious dance floor, comfortable seating ensuring good privacy for every group to the open space roof top seating on the outer space everything was mesmerizing.
We were settled in one corner section which had sofas lined up for comfortable seating. The service team here doesn't makes you feel helpless like in many other clubs I witnessed but the service team here is indeed helpful and serves the best with a smile. Items I loved here was black pepper fish tikka which has fresh catch Rawas grilled to softness with just right amount of dry spices. Any creative dish here was paneer cheese sev puri which was much loved by veg lovers. You definitely cannot miss on the biryani here which was superb.
Team here is very polite and professional. The crowd is very well filtered to ensure the guests an amazing experience. You will often witness celebs partying here too.

Carouse. A contemporary kitchen and bar, they have recently re-launched. I had the privilege to attend the Media Launch for the place.
The entrance is mesmerizing, you are literally transported to another land. Seating is luxurious with a mix of velvet and leather in the furnishings.
The Djs keep changing there but the sound system is to die for. They have a huge dancing floor right in the middle which is the best part as they wont disturb any tables.
They have drinks, food and sheesha too. All of my favorites under 1 roof.
What i ate that day..
Paneer Chaat :
A twist on the regular sev puri, this had paneer in it. I loved the burst of flavors in mouth wkth sweet, tangy and spicy sauces. A must try here.
Lemon Olive Fish Tikka :
This is my absolutely favorite. I am in love with this dish and still drooling by the thought of it. Chunk of Basa Fish marinated in herbs and lemon and olives, then cooked on grill. It's like heaven on a plate.
HIGHLY RECOMMENDED
Corn Aloo Tikki :
For the vegeterian delights, corn aloo tikki is the best. It's like homemade tikki but with a restaurant twist. Loved the sweet corn kernels in it that provided the crunchy texture to it.
Vegetable Biryani :
Biryani is truly Bae. I loved the biryani. They use long grain basmati flavored rice and the vegetables were perfectly cooked and the raita served with it was delicious. Do try this biryani.
The staff and the hospitality is very good. Service is quick.
As it was a media launch, the menu was very limited. But I am sure I am going back for more.
For more food, more drinks, more sheesha and more dancing.

The place is a fine dining place till like 11 and then goes crazy and turns into a proper lounge. There are many events which keep happening here. Sadly their outside section is closed. So it is only indoors now. Commenting on the pocket friendly, as we were two of us who went for dinner and both had zomato gold, it turned out to be dirt cheap. Food is good, filing. Portions are good.
This unheard place has delectable food. With a variety of food options, all of them live up to the expectation of flavours and presentation. You must definitely try the food here. Only drawback is that the prices are towards the higher side

Surrounded by plush velvet couches and a pumped up sound system, Carouse is all that a person can ask for in a party place. The place has a beautiful bar and a huge dance floor. The good part about the place is that it easily doubles up as a nice dine-in restaurant on a weekday and serves as a decent place with some great music.
Our meal started with the Carouse Mezze Platter. It is a signature dish here, which is pretty huge. Lavash and pita breads along with seven different types of Lebanese dips, it was Lebanon on a plate. All of their dips were really good and had an authentic taste. Garlic hummus, babaganoush, harissa sauce, salsa and moutabel, all of them had a distinct taste with delicious flavour. We loved it. They even served a breadbasket along with spicy mayonnaise and garlic butter. Breadsticks, French baguette, braided buns and foccacia are a great way to start your meal especially when you are up for a long night of drinking.
Paneer Croquettes were next on our list. They were spicy and tasted really good. The paneer was mixed well and coated with breadcrumbs. It was an amazing one. The Carouse Tacos Flair was a great one. The tacos were stuffed with veggies and topped with cottage cheese and a load of spicy sauces. Chipotle sauce topped it with perfection and it was a great meal.
The Chimichurri Corn Tempura were next in queue and they were absolutely brilliant. Crispy and corny, it was drizzled with mayonnaise and was really good. The chimichurri mayonnaise had a great taste, which went even well with the tempura. We even tried a portion of their Potato wedges, which were absolutely delicious.
Our starters were accompanied with the Mad king and the Traveller's drink. The Mad King was basically their version of old fashioned whiskey. It had a bitter and tangy taste to it along with the essentials of whiskey. We loved this one. The traveller was another bright coloured drink with a base of rum and had a touch of berries to them. It was pretty great too. The Jump and Kiss Me was a cranberry, cucumber and litchi mocktail with a fruity flavour and a tangy touch of delight. We totally loved slurping on this.
For our mains, we tried the Mushroom Ravioli and the Spinach Risotto. The food was soulful and completely delicious. The ravioli tasted authentic, luscious and juicy along with the parmesan and caramelized onions. It had a delicious taste. Even the spinach risotto was warm, good and soulful. It had a creamy taste with the cheesy texture of bocconcini and a tangy olive relish. It was beautiful.
Our meal ended with the Peanut Butter pie and the White Chocolate Fondant. The peanut butter pie was a peanut butter lover's wet dream. It had a proper taste of the same along with chocolate mousse on a cracker base. It was delightful.
The white chocolate fondant was gooey with a white chocolate centre over a berry compote and it was a mix of chocolate and berries. It was absolute love. It was a beautiful dessert and even a rare one.
The place is fabulous and has a range of Lebanese food to offer. Not just the meal, but even drinks here are pretty great. Head here to set your weekends straight with your squad!

Walk in through the strikingly lit passageway as you are taken in by the large dining area, colourful lights, well stocked bar and upbeat music.

Their VIP section comes with a personal butler and impeccable service.
Their menu consists of a blend of modern contemporary cuisines at the same time pleasing the Indian palette.
We started off with their cheese poppers that made for a burst of flavours on your palate. Perfectly crisp on the outside and gooey on the inside they make for a great accompaniment to your cocktails.
Bite into their freshly baked flatbreads and get transported to the streets of Italy. We loved the Carpaccio Mozarella Cheese Flatbread topped with exotic veggies and cheese, baked together to perfection.
Their Spaghetti too, was well balanced with the right amount of cream, sauces and herbs.
Pair up your food with some beautiful cocktails like ‘Bloggers Choice’ and ‘Take me to church’. Well blended with fresh concoctions, liqueur and more, these will tingle your taste buds.
What we also loved about this place was the fact that they have a lot of healthy food options too! From grilled tandoori broccoli to sautéed asparagus to zucchini paneer rolls, they have it all for the health conscious.

Spread across an abundant area in lower Parel. The atmosphere in the area is lively and happening and at the same time pleasant for a family outing too.

DRINKS: 1.BLOGGERS CHOICE- lemongrass infused vodka mixed with homemade reduction of Thai ginger, touch of orange and pineapple. What an appetizing drink. Must have
2. FALLEN ANGEL- Gin mixed with forbidden fruit, homemade rosemary, and galangal reduction, smoked rosemary. Unique combination loved it.
3.MR.Smart – fresh orange mixed with kafir lime leaves, touch of vanilla. Refreshing drink
Starter: 1. Roast pumpkin and walnut samosa: what an unique combination, I was really reluctant of how this combination would taste, but they proved me wrong along with the sweet dip went really great together.
2. Nachos- classic nachos one can’t really go wrong with this dish. Very tasty and cheesy.
3.Carouse MEEZE platter – it consists of our traditional hummus, babaganoush,sundried tomato,pesto, achari harissa, and tomato basil harissa, moutabel served with pita bread and black seasame seed lavash- what an rollercoaster ride for ones taste buds. YOU absolutely have to have this dish when you are with a large group of friends since its taste and also tummy filling. Huge thumbs up from my side.
Main Course- 1.Chevre log Gnocchi- I am a huge fan of mushroom and gnocchi the combination was just out of this world so well cooked gnocchi and the sauce was lip smacking good.
2. We tried a live pasta counter where the chef made pasta on a huge cheese block cheesy and yummy.
OVERALL I loved the ambience food and the drinks this place is a must try and they even have the live screening of IPL going on right now, good place to go and visit.

So Carouse is certainly not just a contemporary kitchen and bar.
The minute you walk into Carouse ,its like being escorted into an exclusive nightclub. Dim lights, mirrors , purple and silver being the predominant colours around,you just need an entourage of friends and an excuse for a party.
However,today we'd gone only for the food.
The food was good, but its because of the two cocktails I tried,I think they should be rated a 5*.
They were playing great music. Music from the 90s.
All my favourites.
So we started with a cocktail, Traveller. That was a beetroot infused vodka based,lemon grass flavoured cocktail
Different but nice. Not excessively sweet like most cocktails are. Also well blended coz I couldnt tatse the earthiness of the beetroot .
Then I tried the Bloggers Choice. It was served in that Moscow Mule Copper mug. And it was crazy yum. I love lemon grass. And there was a party on in that mug. Lemon grass, galangal and vodka. Not too sweet.
We started with The Chicken soup with dumplings. Amazing. The sphere as an accompaniment is pretty, but has not much to offer when the soup is warm in the bowl. Compliments to Chef Hanouz for such an amazing soup. The bread basket had fresh bread. And garlic butter.
The tacos and barbecue wings were nice.
We tried Spaghetti in the parmesan cheese wheel with the flambe and all. Not too fond of spaghetti,but this was good.
Gnochhi and mushrooms were nice, but the mushrooms were a bit chunky for me.
The lemon and pepper rubber roast chicken with the biryani rice and red wne jus was the last thing we ate. The jus was awesome . So was the chicken.
So I was pleasantly surprised by the meal. I generally avoid continental menus. This kept its integrity with the spices mild and yet the flavours bang on.
I was too stuffed, or I would have atleast tried a dessert.
Well, next time ,I'll start with dessert.
I just wish I could have taken better pictures. The servers were attentive and super helpful.

Spacious place with an inside and outside sitting.. We choose to sit out due to the temperature inside being very cold.. It gets a little warm to sit out but the soft pillow seating is comfortable.. They have a limited menu with the place being a better visit in groups all out to party and enjoy a dance floor.. We ordered the grilled squid, pan seared duck breast, crab tortellini and fenugreek pesto rubbed grilled chicken which were all cooked to perfection with a delightful savory taste.. We ended our meal with the mousse whose filling was surely more tasty than the chocolate crust..
Went to this newly opened joint with a couple of friends. The classy ambience immediately catches your eye. The space is pretty huge and can easily accommodate and entertain large groups.
The food is really good. The mezze platter was one of the best I have had in a long time. It is a must eat.
It was ladies night and thus unlimited Sangrias for us girls. The staff made sure our glasses were never empty. The service is on point.
We had issues at the end with the billing against zomato gold. Though an argument followed but I couldn’t let that hamper my review as the place really did impress me.
So definitely try it out once!

I had gone to this place on a Wednesday night. It was ladies night. Food was good, music and the ambiance was perfect. The place was quite good provided it was more crowded. There was a separate roof top place for smoking as well. The bartender was really sweet to us, there was unlimited sangria for girls till 12. Nice place , you must try it

• Area – AssPados – The south of Mumbai’s mecca of restaurants habitats yet another place to rave about at the Raghuvanshi mills which is this.
• Feel – KhushiDukhi – WOW yes that’s exactly how this place feels right from the entry as the door opens, till you reach the dining area, to the lounge seating’s, the lovely bar and to top it all up the beautiful Al fresco area its just WOW.
• Ambience - NainSukh - As the door opens you know you are in for a visual treat the beautiful wall to wall include ceiling and mirror flooring leds light gives you a feel of a London night club, the lounge seating with sofas are the best in comfort I have seen to date, the place is humongous to well define each and every section separately, each lounge area seating gives you enough to-your-self space even for a large group. You have the DG playing on one side of the resto with the dance floor right in front, the dining seating just adjoining the dance flow-r makes your food more romantic, you cant give the bar amiss as its large enough to catch attention and enchanting enough for you to lapup your favourite drink or just admire the well displayed bottles, the al-fresco just takes your breath away and at the same time gives it back to you with some fresh oxygen and romantic setting for drinks and dinner. The mezzanine floor holds the private area looking in to the whole resto thru a large huge glass partition which makes you be in the crowd privately , and of course you don’t need to go down to the bar as the bar comes up to you right on your floor Richie rich feel.
• Food – BukkadJiwa – One of those amazing places where food-drink-party all converge to be fantastic, frozen drink, roasted wild soup, poached pear fennel salad, honey & anise rubbed chicken, deep fried mushroom, double chocolate fudge dessert, (just making me hungry while typing this), these are just a few but the topping on the cake would definitely be the cheese wheel pasta, made on request is the house special where the chef prepares the same on a special table mixing the pasta with literally a bucket of cheese and adding a bit of brandy to it, just watching it being made would double your money for all its worth. Can this get!! any better.

Let's start with the ambience - his place makes you feel really royal with the velvet sofas and lounge chairs. The interiors have a fantastic color combination of purple and black. Mirrors and dim lights make you feel like you are in a palace. Wait for it till the food arrives you feel you are feasting in the palace sharing a meal with the king and queen.
Cocktails have innovative names and I enjoyed trying out take me to church lol, yes that's the name of the cocktail that has red wine and a mixed fruit blend, really very refreshing to beat the summer heat. Peach margarita was also very well prepared and loved the way its served in a huge goblet, felt royal once again.
Being an Irani, we come from the land of bakers of bakeries with fresh bread baked and eaten while it's hot. The bread basket was the perfect dish for me, A variety of bread served with butter while we waited for our next order to arrive
Roast pumpkin and walnut samosas - I really love samosas but was amazed with the stuffing of pumpkin and walnuts and what a perfect taste it had, The chutney served along with it was delicious too. I will surely be trying out these samosas once again. Kudos to the chef.
Calling all my Bao fans here, you must try the chicken Bao here I'm letting the Bao picture speak for itself. The bread is soft and you will love the flavorful and tender chicken.
Korean Chicken Satay, the chicken was well cooked and it has a different and sweet and spicy Korean sauce. We liked the plate clean. The Korean sauce is finger locking good.
My favourite part is yet to come. You guessed it right peeps, it's now time for desserts.
I was sure its like saving the nest for the last and yes that's exactly what happened.
Mocha mousse Pannacotta and green apple ice cream. Styled so beautifully on a plate. Not too sweet and I loved the flavor of green apple.
The service here is beyond expectations and they make you feel like you're dining in a palace. The staff is courteous and I was explained the dishes well before ordering. They even told me that if we didn't like it they will replace it for us.
Thanks for the wonderful dining experience and will definitely visit again. This time to try out something different.

So my dream came partly true and I visited on Tuesday evening with a friend. The place has an appealing pleasant look. With interiors done in black and purple. Larger than life velvet sofas and lounge chairs. A sprawling place with a high ceiling, also a private party room on the first floor. There are lights placed in the staircase and pillars. Mirrors make it look more grand. My first impression was Royal and that stuck in my head.
What we ordered off the menu.
****Drinks****
1. Bloggers Choice - This was a lemon grass infused Vodka cocktail. Enjoyed the hint of ginger and tangy orange touch to it. Sipping it though the Lemongrass straw took me higher to another level.
2. Take me to Church - An innovative red wine cocktail I tasted for the first time. It was kinda fruity and different. The best part was the royal cut glass goblet it was served in.
3. Peach Margarita - Best drink of the day, so refreshing and cooling. Right level of alcohol potency. Took me to Iceland in every sip. What better way to beat the Mumbai heat.
4. Mojito - Prepared exactly how I like it. Lime, lots of ice and mint. Kudos to the bartender.
***Starter and more***
1. Bread Basket - As we waited the bread basket arrived with butter and a dip.
2. Roast pumpkin and walnut samosas - Cocktail samosas were stuffed with pumpkin chutney and crushed walnuts. Sweet and tangy flavours here. The beetroot marmalade was delicious too.
3. Chicken Bao - Soft bao stuffed with pulled chicken and oozing with sauces. iIt was very yummy.
4. Lamb Flat bread - Paper thin crispy flat bread topped with beautifully sauteed pulled lamb and caramelized onions. Very enjoyable.
5. Korean Chicken Satay - The dish of the day for me. The chicken was juicy and succulent. Only with some sort of dip was provided along with the dish.
6. Cheese Wheel - So this was a really great experience. Whiskey was torched with a flame, added to the white sauce cooking at a live station. Noodles were added and tossed. And then added to this huge Parmesan cheese wheel. The noodles soaked up the delicious fragranced cheese and served with a dash of parsley. Wow. Must try for every Foodie. I finished the entire dish.
****Desserts****
We had Mocha Mouse Pannacotta and Green apple ice cream. - However stuffed I am, sweetannu has to have some sweet. So we ordered these. They dramatically arrived at the table in a cloud of dry ice. Both desserts were moderately sweet and well done. I must add that Carouse has some beautiful glass ware, posh cutlery and serving plates.
So now to get my dream come true and party real hard through the night coz they are open till 1-30 Am. I will visit on a Thursday with my gang of girls. Thanks to the staff and management of Carouse for extending this invitation.

Adding to the constantly magnifying food and nightlife scene of Lower Parel, Carouse Kitchen & Bar, having opened up in Raghuvanshi Mills (Lower Parel) is the newest addition to the area. Though the name of this place suggests that it is a comtemporary bar and kitchen, my experience here was a perfect mix of contemporary, classic and chic!
The signature cocktails at Carouse have been designed and executed with precision, perfection and love! Do try their in house specials and my favorites have to be the Use Me and the Take Me To Church.
We started our meal with the Chicken Soup with Chicken Dumplings which is a fabulous mix of Cream of Chicken Soup and Steamed Wanton Soup. Loved each and every soulful spoonful!
The Grilled Squid, Korean Chicken Satay and the Citrus and Chilli Rawas are a must have in the appetizers! So is the Spicy Tuna Tartare!
The Smoke Salmon Flatbread however is avoidable.
The Chevre Log Gnocchi was my favorite main, with the texture and the taste of the Gnocchi being absolutely fantastic.
The Grilled Chicken and the Sea Bass are the must have non vegetarian mains.
Though the taste of the Crab Tortellini was brilliant, the thickness of the Tortellini was too much and the tortellini tasted too grainy and thick!
All in all, Carouse is definitely here to stay with their grandeur, class and the amazing food that they are serving here!

This newly opened hangout is initially a little difficult to locate. But once you enter the place it’s awesome. The interiors are too plush. Service is quick. Staff is very warm. Music is great. We ordered a seafood soup in coconut which turned out the best seafood soup ever. Mazze platter wasn’t all that great. Pita bread should be softer n warm. Not too overpriced. Overall a nice experience.
Probably one of the great night i had. The ambiance is fantastic with the dance floor in the middle. Vibes were so positive up and the place is too good. There are luxury sofa seatings for people. Food was amazing. I had ordered up nachos, mushroom gnocchi, broccoli and panner kathi roll, cheese pasta wheel, double chocolate fudge and mocha mousse pannacota. I really liked up the gnocchi as well as the nachos. A must have. Cheese wheel pasta was amazing too like pasta mixed up in the whole wheel of cheese. Double chocolate fugde was amazing. The food everything was amazing. My friend did order non veg appetizer and she found it good. The staff was friendly. Loved the experience there.

A lavish and spacious PUB located at Raghuvanshi Mills is the best place to hangout with your corporate circle and friends whether its weekday or weekend..Dance Floor, Great Mix of Hollywood/Bollywood Music, Exotic Food, Sinful Dessert and Courteous staff what else is expected.
The atmosphere turned into party place completely post 10p.m. the DJ was spinning the best music and the crowd was crazily dancing on the tune. Spent a great night having dinner at this comfortable and luxurious place with my partner on one of the weekday.
Let's Talk about FOOD:-
Once we were seated on the sofas, the warm welcome was done with Bread Basket.
Chicken Soup with Dumpling - This was thick soup with rich flavor, the dumpling was bit hard but overall fantastic.
Cheese Poppers - Mozzarella Lovers must not miss this superb appetizer. Totally worth to spend every penny on this.
Tandoor Grilled Thyme Scented Prawns - The plating was done nicely but this was disappointment.The grilled prawns were half burnt and this lost the flavor/taste.
Korean Chicken Satay - This Chicken appetizer is must try. this was made to perfection and refreshing flavor.. Lovely presentable dish in skewers.
In mocktails, we tried Mr.Smart and Spicy Thoughts both were decent.
In Dessert, we tried Mocha Mousse pancotta and double chocolate fudge, liked both, less sweet and perfect.
Captain Chetan made our experience lovely and memorable with his promptness, he was very quick in his job with smiling face..Overall, This place is bestest to enjoy, relax, drink and dance.

Let’s Carouse ourselves out of the mundane stressful life, as life is all about being caroused until you ran out of drinks, which will never happen here ;-). Carouse Contemporary Kitchen & Bar is another happening and party hub for people wanting to have a lively time, while staying close to the workplace. This 4 months old place is located in Raghuvanshi Mills, just about 1.7 kms away from the Lower Parel Station.
There is a full lighted entry, leading to the live DJ on the right, and the fully stocked bar on the extreme right, with huge couches for a gang of friends on the corners and normal seating in the middle. The place turns into a pub post 9:30-10 PM, when the music gets louder and people start to dance.
We were welcomed with a bread basket on our table; it was served hot with a variety of option to choose from very thoughtful, I must say.
We started with Take me to the Church, as my friend here loves wine, and this wine base cocktail had a perfect blend of fruits and herbs, which is just perfect to set your mood right
Mr. Smart, for Orange lovers, as this orange mixed mocktail has a dash of vanilla touch and garnished with Kaffir lime leaf, quite refreshing for sure.
In appetizers, we started with Grilled Prawns Salad: On the base of lettuce, fennels tossed in Raspberry Coulis served with perfectly grilled Prawns; it was fresh and delicious for sure.
Kasuri Methi Chicken Tikka: The perfectly marinated tender chicken in Kasuri Methi, were served piping hot, whose aroma just fills the room and will definitely make you hungry If you’re not. Highly recommended.
In mains, we had Sea Bass: The European bass is truly a delicacy, served with Shrimps, coriander salad, and delicious curry leaf potatoes, for the first time, the sides were equally delicious as the sea bass, perfect for Sea bass lovers.
Crab Tortellini, the tortellini were a little thick stuffed with the crab meat, whose flavours were a bit off, served on the bed of lemongrass sauce, would suggest skipping this one.
For dessert, we called Mocha Mousse Pannacotta: A perfect blend of coffee and chocolate mousse, bang on taste and served with liquid Nitrogen to make the presentation worth clicking. The dessert tasted equally good as it looks.
Overall, Carouse Contemporary Kitchen & Bar is perfect to be enjoyed with a gang of friends or for having a peaceful dinner with your partner, just choose your mood and time right to get caroused.

Carouse literally meaning of noisy, lively drinking party. Carouse is a Contemporary bar & kitchen located at Lower Parel Mumbai. The place is located in raghuvanshi mills.
The well-stocked bar plus nice & pretty ambience with finger licking food, what else you want.The place is huge. They have Dining area, comfortable sofa seating and a private room for the large family. I’ve noticed servers are well trained and polite. Know the basic things about each and every dish from the menu.

Cocktails:
Mad King: Bourbon with fresh homemade rosemary reduction, whiskey infused burnt oranges, egg white & bitters. The mixologist has made fabulous job. You will get the strong punch of this drink.
Bloggers Choice: Lemongrass infused vodka with homemade thai ginger reduction with the touch of orange & pineapple. This drink will surely give you happy high moment.
Use Me: White Rum with fresh cucumber juice, lemongrass sticks with touch of coconut. Too sweet drink for my palate.
Take me to church: A red wine cocktail with a mix of herbs and fruits. Sorry I didn’t like the taste.
Food:
Grilled Prawns Salad: One of the best salad I have tried in recent time. The dressing was perfect. Prawn was perfectly grilled. Had the flavor and Punch. Just a suggestion if you have add a little tabasco sauce for the taste, so it will make wonders.
Kasumi Methi Chicken Tikka: Wow. So perfect. The presentation was fab with garlic yogurt dressing and tikka was really yummy. Nicely balanced the spices. Good hit of kasturi methi. Must try dish.
Lamb Cigars: Minced mutton in cigar. Super tasty filling dish. Good balance of spices. Overall perfect.
Citrus & Chilly Rawas: Rawas fish topped with roasted peppers and pickled ginger. Balance of ginger, green chilies, lime and other spices. The texture was fantastic. Don’t miss this one.
Lemon & Pepper Rubbed Grilled Chicken Breast: Again a winner dish. On the bed of biryani rice juicy chicken breast was served. The sides has broccoli florets.
Double Chocolate Fudge: Simple yet mouthwatering. Lovely. Must try. Really loved the presentation.
Overall, had a great time here. Loved the ambience and the place. Pricing is reasonable as I feel. Cocktails (Except One) are really nice. Cheers!!!

Carouse- Contemporary Bar n Kitchen is now a club. Went here for the Grand Re-opening Party.
This one is in Raghuvanshi Mill Compound just next to Pheonix Mall, easy to locate.
This is one of those clubs where you will find celebs partying very often. You enter through the Red Carpeted Entry and colourful lightings.The time you enter you can feel the buzz. The place is so spacious with a huge dance floor in center and comfortable couch seatings all around the corners. They also have outside seating for the sheesha lovers and ofcorse it’s mandatory for smoking as well. A Perfect Party Place it is!
Staff here is very polite and courteous. One gets impressed with their hospitality. They have some really innovative cocktails and amazing food.

The Dj plays good music through out,They do weekly bollywood nights .According to me Fridays-Saturdays are the days to visit Carouse to experience the magic ,music,party,drinks and food.
Staff is very friendly,polite .The staff taking orders directly punch them on their apps which is directly connected to their kitchen.Quite impressive .A special mention for their bar .
They have plenty of food options.Infact a seperate veg/jain menu which is outstanding and appreciated by a vegetarian like me

Courgette and basil soup - This had a very different taste.Strictly for people who wish to try something out of the box.Soup with olive tapenade and warm courgette fritters .Courgette is a kind of zucchini with green colour ,its tender and easy to prepare.

Apricot and cheese fafda - A popular gujarati dish with a modern twist.Deepfried and served with apricot and cheese fillings.I loved it.

Roasted pumkin and walnut samosa -Delicious.crispy samosas served with roasted pumkpin and walnut stuffings.The beetroot dip served along with the samosa takes it to higher level.Highly recommended by me .Worth trying
Shitake ,chestnut and tofu wontons - A popular fried chinese dish served with a twist of mushrooms.chestnut and tofu stuffings and served along with tamraring dip.Decent preparation.Another out of the box prepearation.Am glad that restaurants are trying these experiments and they are coming out so well

Cheese wheel Spaghetti - This is mindblowing.Just to see the preparation of this dish in front of your eyes is an experience in itself.
Use of cheese wheel to prepare pasta.They put pasta in cheese and toss to coat the pasta.Sliced asparagus,olive,pepper and brandy was added to it.
Eat it when freshly served and its piping hot.

Mushroom ravioli - An italian dish .Its a type of dumpling prepared with fillings between thin layeers of pasta dough .Strewed mushrooms served with caramalized onions and parmesan cheese .

Hazelnut mousse -Extremely fresh hazelnut mousse served in cylinderical form of chocolate.A cute little cherry came along with it.Sinfully delicious.
Mocha mousse panacotta - Sweetened cream thickened and aromized with Layer upon layer of chocolate,coffee and cream .Presentation ,plating of this dessert was top notch
Overall i had a good time.Carouse is all about partying,enjoying music with alcohol and having fun with friends and family.It lives up to its hype and name.

Carouse.
Carouse is a contemporary Kitchen and Bar located in Raghuvanshi mills at Lower Parel.
They have DJ nights on some evenings for entertainment.
The place is massive and very plush. Comfortable seating is what I liked here as they have ample tables as well as luxurious sofa seats to relax back. The interiors are richly extravagant. They've got an impressive bar.
Carouse can be described as a posh eatery/drinkery which is lately very famous amongst youth. The vibe of this place is very exciting because dining here will undoubtedly give you a stunning experience.
I have visited Carouse twice. One was a review and the other was just a visit. Below are the dishes combined from both my visits.

CHOCOLATE FREAKSHAKE
STRAWBERRY FREAKSHAKE
The presentation of both the shakes is almost similar. It's a thick shake with whichever base you choose either Chocolate/ Strawberry, they decorate the glass with colorful sprinklers and top it either with kitkat or a flavoured roll. The best part are the caramelised marshmallows which I'm a fan of.
Yes you can definitely try these.
COCKTAILS
TAKE ME TO CHURCH
A red wine cocktail with a perfect mix of herbs, plants and fruits with instant infusion. This drink says that you will feel the happy high and not behave the silly and dramatic. Get sober kicks with Take Me To Church.
THE FALLEN ANGEL
This drink comprises of smoked rosemary, gin, fruit. The bartender had done a really great job here.

Its the best glass I saw here, infact the most photogenic glass I must say !
It is basically lemongrass infused with vodka and mixed with homemade thai ginger and a touch of orange & pineapple.

JUMP AND KISS ME
After sweet kicks, it was time to balance out. So we tried this mocktail and it is indeed a perfect mix of cucumber which is not very dominating here. The strongest is litchi combined with pineapple and cranberry.

CHICKEN SOUP WITH CHICKEN DUMPLING
One of the most best soups i have recently had. This is a very creamy soup with 2 chicken dumplings in them. A must order to begin your meal with.
COURGETTE & BASIL SOUP
This is a cold soup with courgette fritters and an olive paste. Though I preferred the dumpling soup more.
STARTERS
AMRITSARI BROCCOLI
This is a signature dish and my personal recommendation too. How well chef is managing to bring the perfect Amritsari taste to this chargrilled broccoli. It's a platter of broccoli with well coated marination and indeed flavorful.
CHEESE POPPERS BAO
A unique bao this is. We all have chicken and paneer but the idea of cheese poppers is great. A very saucy bao with almost 4-5 poppers in each bao. This too is recommended dish.
KOREAN SATAY CHICKEN
Chicken skewers with sweet-spicy balanced saucy juicy soft chicken pieces garnished with peppers.
COTTAGE CHEESE KATHI ROLL
This has veggies and cottage cheese wrapped and glazed with tamarind chutney.
ZUCCHINI WRAP WITH COTTAGE CHEESE AND SALSA
Zucchini wrapped with cottage cheese and prunes. A very fancy dish and also an appetising one with impressive taste. Go for it.
KASURI METHI CHICKEN TIKKA
For those sipping liquor, this is the best starter for you. Its boneless chicken tikka pieces spiced with kasuri methi and Indian mix and served with a garlic yogurt dressing.

GRILLED CHICKEN
It's fenugreek and pesto coated grilled chicken. Probably the best potato mash i ever had was served with this juicy chicken breast. perfectly grilled and the sauce? Oh it was amazing. The sides had broccoli florets.
DESSERT
MOCHA MOUSSE
Dessert i ordered for this mocha mousse. It looks very fancy as it comes in this glass with the trending dry ice concept so you see all smoke around but this was the only dish that did not satisfy me. Looked good to the eyes but wasn't equally good for my stomach.
Good place with great lighting. Zomato gold works perfectly fine here. Good music as well. Ample space to dance.

The pub is good... But they should arrange sitting system as well, but they do have sitting arrangements which attract cost of 20000.

Great food. Great ambience. Great drinks. And a dance floor with a DJ!! What else do you need in a place for a perfect way to spend your weekend with your friends and colleagues? Also, it has rooftop dining area if you're into open spaces. Service is quick, staff is quite polite and suggest great dishes. Zomato Gold available so that's a great plus.
It is not easy to spot from the road, and the building is going under some sort of renovation. A fine dining that serves Jain food as well. Food is good but quantity is too small. Staff is really friendly, and has comfortable seating. It also provide live sports streaming and DJ as well. Average cost is 1500₹ for 2 with alcohol.
Great ambiance, new lounge bar.. Excellent settings and music.. Best crowd.

Located just nearby phoenix mall in lower parel Mumbai. Although u have to go inside main road to enter premises, it's located on first floor. Spacious DJ hall to accommodate 50-100 guys, adjacent open food court. Food was avg, but service good.

While lower parel is flooded with fancy restaurants for all purpose and times, I experienced an amazing time spending an evening with friends at Carouse club. Right from the entry inside the club which has colorful lights, a real spacious dance floor, comfortable seating ensuring good privacy for every group to the open space roof top seating on the outer space everything was mesmerizing.
We were settled in one corner section which had sofas lined up for comfortable seating. The service team here doesn't makes you feel helpless like in many other clubs I witnessed but the service team here is indeed helpful and serves the best with a smile. Items I loved here was black pepper fish tikka which has fresh catch Rawas grilled to softness with just right amount of dry spices. Any creative dish here was paneer cheese sev puri which was much loved by veg lovers. You definitely cannot miss on the biryani here which was superb.
Team here is very polite and professional. The crowd is very well filtered to ensure the guests an amazing experience. You will often witness celebs partying here too.
