Ordered Paneer vegetables. It was good in taste and quantity. However not ideal for diet conscious people since it was oily. Restaurant needs to take care of the oil content.

Udipi Shree Krishna pure veg restaurant in Malad West is really good. We ordered food for dinner and it was first time we ordered from this restaurant to try how food could be!
We ordered one Paneer Kofta and some rotis which was really good. Paneer was really soft and gravy was not too spicy and delicious. Rotis were soft too which made it easy to make our dinner more delicious.

Ohhh I love their Kolhapuri Biryani! It's the best! Perfectly spicy and it comes with an extra curry! It's just delicious! If you like spicy food. You just have to try it!

Don't go by their restaurant interiors but this is one of the most affordable place to have one of the best pav-bhaji in Mumbai but what I like and apparently order frequently is Misal fry... Trust me they have given an awesome culinary twist to misal-pav...

Udupi Shri Krishna is located on the main SV Road just after Malad Subway and beside N L College. The restaurant is easy to locate however parking is the biggest issue here.
The place has decent seating available with a different section for families inside however the ambiance gives a very local feel and I don’t have any complain about it.
The staff is efficient and the service is quick.
The menu is huge with dishes ranging from south Indian, north Indian, Maharashtrian, Punjabi and Chinese too. Price wise it is supremely pocket friendly and the quality of the food is also great.
I have had lunch here many times so I would recommend trying missal pav, pav bhaji, tawa pulav here as they taste really good.
So if you want to have good food without spending much and you are near Malad so this is the place to go. But do remember parking is an issue here.

I am sure there is a Udipi in every nook and corner of the city. While some eventually turn into fancy restaurants with time, this one stays in its era. The same staff still serving the tables and they don't always greet you with a smile. But they make up for the lack of customer courtesy with the lovely and consistent quality of food. A major attraction for agents and brokers and types whom you'll find sitting here, discussing business and sipping on chai. Also, a hangout joint for the next door college kids to sit and share one cold drink amongst four ppl.
Recommend : misal pav (don't forget to ask for the chutney on the side)
Oh and I love their bottle of buttermilk for 55 bucks... Absolutely refreshing.

Have been here not less than 50 times in just 3 years of my college. All the sabzis are lovely. Pav bhaji, masala pav, rava dosa and some chinese preparations are 'must-haves' here. The butter naan that these people offer is incomparable. I have been to some decent and comparatively famous and costly restaurants too but never got butter naan that could beat the same available here. Too good. Best food indeed!!!
I was very hungry when i located this restaurant and My first impression was that food be just okay. However this place exceeded all my expectations.
They have tremendously utilized space at their disposal.
Tawa mushroom and naan were amazing and was a treat !
Sizzling brownie was bit hard but presentation compensated.
