Have been here many time with family and friends ..like the decor of restaurant very much ..it's a very good place to enjoy with nice and delicious food and good service ...
Well, the best part was the service here, the waiter and everyone else were on their toes to guide and serve us. They have a separate kitchen for veg and non veg food which is a plus for many pure vegetarians. What you can see in the post is the sizzling chocolate vanilla ice cream brownie, and yes it was awesome!!
The desserts are really taste worthy...like brownie and chocolate cocoon.
The chicken dum biryani is all time favorite and it is must try thing...😍

I had been here on a dry day. Even on a dry day there was a lot of crowd in there. It was too noisy. And the staff was great and even the service was great . The food was amazing though. Their Punjabi food is great to go with and hara bhara kebabs are great too. I totally recommend this place for food. But not for when you need some break and some peace. That's not the place or the spot you could go to on a bad day.
It's a good restaurant with lots of stuffs and varieties in food that tastes amazing. Ambience is also good and the cost is also reasonable. Must visit with family and friends.
My favourites were triple schezwan rice, panner amritsari masala with garlic naan and lassagne.

On a hot sweltering afternoon walking past the Spring Fields Restaurant near the National Park intersection in Borivli, the entrance to the establishment was very beckoning, much to be said about the street appeal. The security person and the greeter by the entrance were rather tenuous with their welcome; they were perhaps not sure whether I was purposefully walking in. Notwithstanding, the interiors were welcoming at so many levels: the appropriate lighting, the functional, contemporary furniture, the optimal airconditioning. Ambience is top shelf.
After a quick orientation with the menu, I was ready to order. I went for a familiar Asian theme. I went for the Shrimp Tom Yum Soup and the Chicken in Black Bean Sauce. The captain, who had the look and demeanor of a school headmaster, through a series of questions and suggestive remarks like: the chicken dish is a main dish and the chicken dish has ‘gravy’ conveyed to me that my order was incomplete. My sixth sense stepped in and I realised that the dish came without a side staple. I overruled his bread suggestion and went for the Steamed Rice. I got a nod of approval from the ‘headmaster’.
While I waited from my order, I got myself a chilled fresh lime soda with loads of ice. That was really refreshing.
The Shrimp Tom Yom Soup was served in short order. The visual was not exactly superlative. However, from the first sip, I sensed the key players of the soup: lemongrass, galangal and kefir lime leaves. The flavor was unmistakable. The veggies in the soup were a bonus: broccoli, scallions, carrot, onions and the like. The Shrimp was fresh and enhanced the overall taste. Looking back, a sprig of coriander or any cilantro as garnish would have added to the freshness of the flavor.
Next was the Chicken in Black Bean Sauce. It was served over a bed of steamed rice. First off, the sauce was bursting with flavours. The veggies were abundant and crunchy: bell peppers, broccoli, Indian basil (tulsi) and a whole bunch of others. The chicken was cooked to perfection but the size of the chicken pieces could have been a bit more bite sized to match the veggie cuts. This would have allowed each morsel to have a good mix of the chicken and the veggies. Nevertheless, a really good dish.
I was in culinary heaven at this point. I indulged a bit more: I went for the Lychee pudding. It consisted of a sponge cake at the bottom, a good helping of whipped cream, dressed with slivers of crunchy almonds and topped with a juicy, fleshy piece of Lychee. What was outstanding about this dessert was the contrasting mix of textures and flavors and also that it was, mercifully, not ungodly sweet. This was, literally, the icing on the cake!
There is clearly room for improvement on the plating and presentation: like a garnish on the soup and also simple detail like wiping the edge of the serving dish to give that clean look.
On taste alone, food gets a two thumbs up.
After my dodgy welcome, I was ready for more of that trend. The headmaster-like order taker had me say to myself: here we go! After my initial run in (sort of) with the ‘headmaster’, he turned out to be pretty helpful. The waitperson was the nicest ever, so obliging and attentive. Like they say, never judge a book by its cover, here too, my initial experience was no way reflective of the remainder of my experience. Service too, gets a two thumbs up.
My overall experience at Spring Fields was surprisingly pleasant on all counts. For the many times I remember passing by the restaurant, I wondered why I did not check it out before. Now, I have one more worthy option when i am in the area next. Check it out!

Spring fields was such a great experience that I'll visit there again. The taste of food is just amazing and service was superb. Ambience is also amazing and feels like someone is arranging everything for you before asking.
Restaurant got a good location and ambience is good as well. Little costly for 3-4 people. Taste is as good as other restaurants. Cocktails is also good. Will definitely come for cocktails and no deserts is kind of a let down. Overall experience is above good.

We tried Spring field's for the first time and the food was great and to be precised tasty. The waiters were attentive and service overall was excellent. Overall a good meal we will be certainly going back.
Awsum Ambience and excellent service. Staff service is prompt. Delicious food with good quality. Tried Broccoli soup, Paneer Amritsari Kabab, Mix Khaman Masala vegetable...for dessert it was Lichi 🍮 and of course sizzling brownie ☺

They also have wide ranges of varities in cuisine like chinese, south Indian, north Indian, italian and fast food.... They so many opinions of food to choose.... So go for the North Indian dishes..... There food were so so yummy and delicious..... Must visit this place....

A great multi-cuisine restaurant located just off the highway at Borivali, Spring Fields is mighty popular on all days. I'm just coming back from a meal here in fact! Sundays are jam packed and full of action, so I suggest you book a table in advance, especially if it is a big group!
Their chicken lollipops are crispy and the perfect starter while the seafood equivalent is the prawn koliwada, which was so fresh and succulent that they would just melt in your mouth!
Their onion kulcha is very flavourful, but was slightly low on salt, while the butter garlic naan is always a delight in most places.
For main course we ordered Mutton handi (red gravy) and murgh hari mirchiwali (yellow gravy). To end this great meal we ordered the Dal khichdi, which had just the right amount of garlic tadka and was so very tasty!
No meal such as this can end without dessert! So when the server brought the platter around to us, we chose the chocolate pudding, which is a firmer form of the mousse, a black forest and a complimentary dessert handed by our server.
The indian Mexican items are superb never miss it it also has a good and supportive staff must visit place all kind of varietes of food at its best taste enjoyable😋😋
I celebrated my grandfathers 75th birthday @springfields hall and it was awesome we had fun the staff is hard working polite and humble sufficient for 100-120 people and the food is excellent if anyone intrested in hosting any event

Had been for dinner this Sunday evening with my family while returning from Nasik. We had baggage and the guard told us to keep them at the door to avoid congestion but kept a good watch on it👍 Our table was away from where we kept our bags. Place was crowded and quite noisy😟 Moreover it looks a bit congested. Food was decent. We started off with Veg. Sweet Corn Soup which was nicely made followed by Aloo Gobi Mutter with Tandoor Rotis which were hot and tender👌 Aloo Gobi Mutter was good and quite enough for 4 people having 2 rotis each✌ Veg Dum Biryani was tasty and quantity was enough. Ambience and cleanliness was ok. Service was good. Suitable to visit this restaurant on the go if you are heading somewhere and seeking an easily accessible place besides highway😊

The starter was a delight. I have not tasted such soft & delicious paneer till date. The dish 'paneer mohini' was a great treat. Cheese sandwiched between similarly soft paneer, just melts down in your mouth making you close your eyes.

One of the good non veg restaurant in borivali east. The food quality is good but quantity bit less compared to the price. The ambience is nice. I like their Chinese biryani a totally different preparation. They have good desserts too.
Quality of ingredients is very good. Fish and Chicken was tender and fresh. Platter was neither over cooked nor burnt. Mutton dum biryani was better than Chicken biryani.

Despite the average rating on zomato I've loved visiting this place more than a couple of times!
It's located right off western express highway and so is very easy to locate.
The ambience is so great with a lot of seating provided. Parking is available, although limited I assume.
There is a desserts counter at the entrance out of which I have tried some kind of pudding which was litchi flavor. It was really tasty and was suggested by one of the staff members.
Of all the food I've tried here, some items stand out so distinctly!
Chicken Chinese Biryani - This is such a good combination of Chinese and North Indian. If you are fond of both, you must try this! It has a sort of Hyderabadi Chicken Biryani topped with the tastiest Chinese Chicken thick gravy! Both together, taste amazing. 😍
Chicken in Five Spices - This is a chicken starter that I loved. It definitely had the best amount of spices and tasted really good. It was suggested by one the staff members. 😋
Fish Finger with Basa fish - I guess this dish along with tartar sauce is something I'd love everywhere. It's really not specific to this place 😝
Tandoori Chicken - Although perfectly cooked, it lacked taste and was filled with artificial colour 🙄
Besides these, I've tried Chicken Lasagna, Tandoori Chicken Lollypop, Fish Tawa Fry, Pasta, etc..
And of these ones, I would not prefer to order next time would be tandoori chicken lollypop for it's incredibly tiny size 😓 and Pasta with crispy chicken for it's really expensive price and not finding anything 'CRISPY' in it.. 😅
Yes the pricing is on the higher side but I really don't mind it "for the specific dishes". And also won't mind visiting the place again! :)

Service staff is very gud and polite but manager at desk have no concern about customer. Person will not even listen to you and he only concern abt payment.

Been here last evening. Thought of going for a veg starter instead. On recommendation of Sandeepji ordered Paneer Teriyaki with Corn. The dish was so much refreshing. Spicy-tangy gravy and may be one of the juciest and softest Paneer I had ever.
Later on Main course, ordered the Chicken Amritsari gravy. It does sound a total Punjabi, however, the flavours were more like Goan. you could smell the coconut before you bite. A little attention needed here. Otherwise, an enjoyable place and good staff.

The food is great. We tried a lot of starters- mainly the seafood category- and it was all tasty, though a bit expensive. The ambience is nice. The service was also good. We were a group of 12 people and even though it was Sunday afternoon it wasn't very crowded, so we had a great time.

Food was excellent. Loved the chocolate cocoon as well as the mixed fried rice. The ingredients were fresh and delicious. I had dinner on my birthday here. It was wonderful . I have a feedback to share about the chicken lasagna. Though it was cheesy and tasty , it had too little pasta sheets. It was more like a gravy and not layered as the lasagna is supposed to be. So i will not recommend anyone to order this dish here.

Wallet parking facility is available. It's most of crowded in the evening. Better to be there up to 7:30 to have smooth experience. Overall it was good experience.

Ambience is nice. Starters have great taste as compared to main course. In main course you need to ask staff to make little spicy. One captain there need to learn some basic manners. Rest staff is cooperative. Liquors are expensive.
