It is a double whammy when you are lucky to have not drilled a hole into your pocket whilst you savoured every bit & bites of your dinner .
Ps: an Advice if they could cut down on the oil content , there is absolutely everything in the food you can expect a drool worthy experience.

Quite Tasty Food.Had Order once Malai Kofta & later ordered Dal khichdi & Veg Fried Rice.Taste was good only bit of salt was less.The food delivered was hot and Yummy 😋
Had a great fun there's a list of varities which makes it difficult for the customers to choose. From the cuisines and beverages served are quite tasty enough which makes customers refreshing
I have ordered Dal Khichdi. I am giving them 4 starts because of the quantity they provide is less. Taste wise its awesome and a must try food from Cafe Amar.

The food here is top notch for a reasonable price. I've been a regular customer as i live in a hostel and the food has never disappointed me. The dal khichdi is way too good.
Always has an offer on Zomato so do try.

Good food with affordable prices. One who is lazy to cook at home can order daily from here in very affordable price...quantity is also enough for single person...need to improve quality of rotis only...sometimes it need to be take effort to cut it.But overall it’s good..thanks

We had a get together at a friend's house and we needed some naan. We ordered the naan from Cafe Amar. The naan was reasonably price, cheaper than the comparable outlets that are located in the vicinity. The naan was good tasted great too.
I am so happy this restaurant but I am order full chicken tandoori but quantity is very low I think so some items is missing please check and update me

It was midnight and I was craving for Biryani in a low budget. Ordered Hyderabadi Biryani from Cafe Amar.

The texture of the biryani was green real good, it had perfect amount of masala and was rightly cooked as well.
Biryani tasted yummy at the price of 110rs which was definitely worth it.
With biryani some onion rings and lemon was provided.
Delivery through zomato was also on time.
Overall had a great experience. Will definitely try other items too.

It was the one of the first cafe we've visited after shifting to our new accommodation in chembur from powai. It's quite a good and economical kind of restaurant. They are serving for what they take! But all the non vegetarian dishes are bit oily. People who are hailing from south may feel a little bit uncomfortable with the oily stuff. But the taste is good.
The food was so tasty. I am in love with this Restaurant. First, ordered Misal Pav, it was finger licking and The Butter chicken is mind blowing delicious. Also, the food gets delivered before the time.

This is the first time I ordered food from here. I have a fixed restaurant food, but I was on a low budget this time so had to look for other options.
I ordered paneer mutter masala and rotis. The gravy was really nice, had soft pieces of paneer. I was not expecting this good bhaji for the price.
The delivery was on time. The packing wasn't so good but the food was nice.
Decent tandoori chicken and butter chicken. Mutton keema can be better though

I ordered Chicken Lahori which arrived in just 25 minutes. The packaging was good and I had planned to eat this with homemade roti. Quantity wise it was decent and contained 5 medium sized pieces of Chicken. The gravy was thick, orange in color, medium in spice levels and taste wise it was delicious. Chicken pieces were tender and easy to eat. Overall, I can say it was a good experience and it has definitely motivated me to order again from them.
