They serve the best frankies. Especially chilly chicken! Must try :)
18 December 2018. Had cheese veg masala frankie. Good taste. Well packed. Decent quality. Made in front of you. Had at the food court table itself. Quick service. Good staff.
Chugs out nice Frankies.. One is enough for a snack and 2 to fill your stomach.. the choices have varied over a period of time which is really appreciated..
Best option for quick snack after shopping. We had veg schewan frankie. It's is delicious with the perfect tangy sauce. It's quite filling. The pricing is also within budget.its a self service place.
Tibbs Frankie is an ever reliable option for quick, delicious bites. The masalas they use in their frankies are on point, almost always. Their Chicken Schezwan frankie is my favorite, and a go to order every time I go to Inorbit. The ambience is that of a food court, it is a self service outlet. The pricing is more or less a winner as well.
Tibbs Frankie - years passed, everything changed, one thing constant Tibbs Frankie. They have maintained there quality, prices. One thing they should bring in change is from maida to wheat Frankie. Rest everything is yummy. Keep up the good work team
😊
For all the frankie lovers...tibbs frankie is a must try..you will get different varieties of frankie ...
Cheese frankie is my personal favourite
Visited this place over weekend in search of quick bite. Their frankies are good in taste. Service was quick and price is decent. Its in the food court area so finding seats in weekends is sometimes difficult
Overall nice place for quick bites
I always love eating tibs tawa chiken frankie.. other frankies also taste good. Dey hav a specific spicy taste, wich i never get in other frankies. Ill definitely rate 5 on 5!
If you want a fulfilling snack in a quite affordable price, have a Tibb's Frankie. I have always loved their Frankies. I gave a try to the Chicken and Cheese Frankie which was full of flavour and the best part was that the chicken was tender and juicy and not dry. It made me and my tummy happy.
Yes!
It is that good. It deserves a 5!
For keeping something the same for over 2 decades. For being able to teleport a grown man to his childhood so easily, they deserve every point there is to offer!
I have the Chicken Frankie, always, minimum 2. I also ask them to make it spicy and they make is spicy, without asking me for extra money - Burger King, pay attention!
Also, the old surdy fellow is a delight. He now remembers and knows what my order will be!
oh, almost forgot, value fo money like none other!
Dear foodies,
One thing is sure this brand knows to retain the taste for so many years.
It is complete mixture of a desi taste
When u get hungry in this kind of rainy climate this garma garam frankey really completes and makes your day.
People who dont like spicy foods better ask for a less spicy one.
I usually have chicken frankey because of the quality and taste.
Today first time tried mutton frankey it was completely worth it.

In Mumbai, frankies are synonymous with Tibb's Frankies. My sister is a big fan of theirs,so I picked up a Tandoori Paneer frankie for her on my way back home after an official meeting nearby. I am just amazed at how the size of the frankie has decreased over the years :D Even my sister agrees that over last decade, the size and stuffing in the frankie have decreased (and if you have a sibling, you know how painful it is for them to agree with anything you say :P) but taste is good enough. The masala they put in is what gives it a special touch I think. Had a great smokey and rustic paneer flavor and can be called pocket friendly (I need 3 of these to have a good lunch). Very oily and calorie-filled so dieting people stay away :P
This place certainly has varieties of frankies to serve... Tried the plain chicken Frankie here.It was good but I wished for more stuffing. Would want to try a different frankie during my next visit. ,
There are now many wraps, rolls and Frankie brands in Mumbai but I continue to remain a Tibbs loyalist. Present all over the city as small shacks, sometimes just a tiny counter in the corner of a store or a street, Tibbs is the original Mumbai Frankie. My favourite is their Tandoori Paneer, a parantha filled with paneer gravy, onions and their special Frankie masala. I always find it a good idea to tell them to go easy on the gravy as it stops your parantha getting too soggy by the time you finish eating it.
They serve good variety of frankies. Veg and non veg both. But they hav 2 different preparation platform for veg and non veg which is v good. The staff is good, hygiene and knowledgeable. But on Sunday's most of their items are sold by 9. Should think about it. Overall nice experience

Tibbs used to be available only in south mumbai earlier, now a days they have franchises all over but the one at churchgate wasnt good. I bought a veg frankie there and the potatoes used were rotten.
The inorbit franchise was good though.
Anyone from Mumbai knows that it was Tibb's that created the Frankie! It is now part of the culture and legend of the city and has become as generic as Pav Bhaji, with many people offering 'frankies'. Unlike Pav Bhaji, however, which has been successfully replicated at many restaurants across Mumbai, the taste of Tibb's remains unique!
To the uninitiated, a Frankie is a maida roti roasted on a tawa, layered with thin beaten egg (if you're having a Non Veg/Egg Frankie) that fuses with it, then a dollop of Veg/Chicken/Mutton filling followed by diced onion, some Amchur powder, and a splash of Chilli infused vinegar, all rolled up. The result is something that has many flavours and textures - Soft (roti), Succulent (filling), Crispy (the diced onion and egg), Tangy (the Amchur and Vinegar) that is just incredible to taste.
Tibb's began with a Veg, Egg, Chicken and Mutton Frankie, but, in keeping with the times there is a laundry list of Veg and Non Veg options including Paneer and even Schezwan!
My picks: Egg, Veg, Chicken, Chicken Tikka and Tawa Chicken Frankie!
Frankie is known by Tibbs. Although you have a number joints across but still a Tibbs Frankie is a Tibbs Frankie. I still remember when I used to have Frankie at Tibbs inorbit mall Malad back when the mall was new and when I taste it now, there is no difference. BTW, these guys were not operating at Inorbit Malad for few years in between. Everything remains same except the price. The price obviously has gone up but compared to some other local joints like Breadkraft at Andheri the quantity is less but then Tibbs is a brand and that is what differs here. We had Chicken Barbecue and chicken Tikka and it was like always, Nice.
Numerous options for the veggie, the non veggie and the pseudo veggie. Perennial favourite at Tibbs has been the Mutton Frankie which has remained the same in taste and filling quotient over the years. Rightly priced and quite filling for a quick bite.
There's nothing like an original, they say. And they're absolutely right too. Tibbs Frankie brought a revolution with them way back around 1996. The simple, no riff raff cuisine soon got popular with the young Mumbai crowd. The really neatly wrapped chapatti rolls, tangy sauce and hot, wholesome curry filling is heaven in every bite. My favorite is the chicken flavor with extra chaat masala and vinegar, I occasionally savor the veg frankies too, which are equally tangy and satisfying. Although these days they have tough competition from newer chains, Tibbs Frankie still rocks. After all, original, original hota hai!
Frankie is very simple but very tricky food. Its doesn't require anything extra ordinary but it needs basic things to be in perfect quantity. Tibbs's Frankie has managed to do it very well. Good food worth a try...
Been eating Tibbs frankies since the past few years and the 3 basic frankies Veg, Chicken and Mutton are still the same. However they have also started various new options. Still the most reasonably priced of all the Frankie/rolls shops. The specialty of tibbs is the unique and finger licking good franky masala they use which makes their franky one of the best in Bombay!
Tibbs Frankies has always been an old favorite of mine for safe and tasty food. The InOrbit stall is no different. Being run under the guidance of the store's owner himself the shop ensures decent food, good time and hygienic qualities.
I tried a chilly chicken with cheese Frankie. Although, I felt that the taste had been Indianized a bit - It still tasted great and tasty. Filling, tasty and cheap - that is a good way to describe Tibbs frankies.
The best thing about Tibbs is that they sell at a price that suits the Indian pockets and they serve food that meets our expectations. Despite being a small fry as compared to many bigger places in the food court - This one stands its ground.
Bored with Shawarmas, Rolls and McDonalds ? Have a good Ol'Frankie to fill you up.

Tibbs Frankie is the original Frankie chain. I have savoured their Frankie at various outlets and enjoyed the authentic Veg Frankie (or Roll or Wrap or whatever you want to call it).
This outlet is located at infiniti mall malad at the food court. The service was prompt and pleasant. The Frankie options are all value for money.
Coming to food, we ordered Veg Frankie and Veg & Cheese Frankie. Both were served fresh and hot, packed nicely, and tasted good. This outlet is a must visit if you are at infiniti mall malad and the veg frankie is a must try.
Good looking store inside hypercity. I had chicken tandoori tadka Frankie. It was fabulous. Will visit again.
If u r in goregoan west and u r hungry u must try this plc... Good fresh frankies compared to Inorbit and Infiniti Tibbs outlet..
Yummy frankies, super fast service, will visit again soon!
