Have been a fan of their chicken burger, chicken and veg puffs, croissant, chocolate ball and of course their cakes. Their cakes are totally worth the price. Recently ordered a rasmalai cake which is definitely a must try.

I have been ordering from them from last few years and I find there cakes among the best and very reasonable. Their fruit cake gateaux is super soft and moist and is an excellent dessert option. I like most of the cakes on their menu as they are freshly baked and very tasty
this is one of the best places to have pastries.i am in love with their strawberry chocolate and butterscotch caramel pastry.they even serve few savory snacks and their veg puff is to die for.prices are quite affordable as per quality and quantity.

All of their cakes our amazing. They also serve all kinds of other food like biryani, pulao, butter chicken etc.
My personal favorite is the mix fruit fresh cream cake. The fresh cream is perfect and freshly whipped and the fruits are very fresh and sweet. You can feel the sweetness and freshness of the fruits. Bits of the fruits are layered in the cake as well which makes it absolutely delicious and finger licking good.
This place is known for its cakes and puffs. We usually order cakes and chicken n veg puffs from this place during our house parties. The cake is always moist n fresh, perfectly baked and with lots of flavors. The puffs as well are very tasty. They also provide pick up and home delivery of their food items with a lil extra travel cost.

So now i know if i want to get a fresh soft cake Pastries or croissants this is one of the place i can visit in mahim hats off to their products especially the croissants ordered for a paneer croissants or veg croissants very fresh and soft bread filled with capsicum and fresh soft fresh panner not a sliĺght of bitterness or sourness in paneer and the order was for 1 kg mix blackforest cake i would say i personally dint like the taste of it much as the proper black forest would have been better but someone else might like it rest about the cake the cake was awesome soft and freshly baked with proper sweetness not too high or low overall if ur looking for a fresh croissants in mahim this is the one u should try for
Live very close by to this place and planned to order snacks from here for the first time. Haven't tried any cakes or pastries yet. Dad and I ordered a Chicken Salami sandwich, Chicken puff & a Chicken Mayo roll. Puff and the roll was strictly okay. Loved the Chicken Salami sandwich where the layers are packed with generous servings of the salami slices and mayo. Will post another review once I try their cakes! :)
They have variety of cake options at an average cost. Have tried most of it and each time we have been satisfied with the cake and flavours. Some of the best ones are:

Earlier have had biryani here, which was nice. This time ordered a bday cake. Wanted to try something different other than chocolate. So got orange cake. This flavour is rare to find. And we loved it. The sponge was really soft and the orange flavour was subtle. Would definitely try other things here very soon.
This place serves the best chicken club sandwich. This cute little bakery hidden in the streets of Mahim is a perfect option for a Friday or a Saturday evening when you just want to sit back at home and relax. They kheema roll is another delicious thing on their menu. They deliver within 15-20 minutes of the order placed! Never tried their desserts but I'll definitely recommend this place for its sandwiches and rolls
Not a dine in place. But they do have lunch and dinner options with a small seating space made available outside the place. The food is decent. The croissants - Ok, sandwiches - Decent and burgers - Sad. However, the cakes are really good. Almost as good as the ones at ovenfresh.
This place is awesome for ordering cakes for party they have many varieties of cakes and rather then cakes don't forget to try their puff,pizza,rolls and Chicken biryani and sandwich great taste French fries are also crispy and awesome.....!!!

This is my tiny friendly neighbourhood bakery. Snacks, dessert, lunch options, you name it and they have something different every day of thw week. Almost everything here is good and reasonably priced. Expect a full tummy in 150 rupees max. Favourites to order are the mango and red velvet cups, mini cheesecakes, choco lava cakes and pineapple turnovers. Apart from this, i love their schezwan rice, chicken puff and ham sandwich. All in all, anything you try is a safe bet. It's a small place, but once you visit, you'll find yourself coming back.

Kudos to the owner because this place is one of the best example of 'menu planning' according to the location. There are hundreds of offices around & Bake's House perfectly caters their needs.
Its obvious that the cakes are good.
At the same time I tried other dishes:
Thursday's Special ie - Chicken Masala + Jeera Rice, gravy tasted really nice.
2nd best was Aloo Paratha that accompanied with nicely made tangy chole, Paratha was nice & crisp.
Kheema Paav was tasty, the kheema was filled inside the paav, quantity should have been better.
Veg Grill, Club Sandwich & Chicken Salami sandwich were OK as I am not fond of mayonnaise that we get in market.
Lemon Juice was refreshing.
This is a take away place. There are around four tables & chairs outside where food is served in disposable plates & parcel containers.
However I less appreciate the puffs & rolls.

While known primarily for their cakes, snacks and meals are nice as well. Sandwiches, burgers and quiches are filling as a snack. Chicken Burger is yummy. Amongst meal options, Butter Chicken/ Chicken Masala with Jeera Rice/ Chapatis is delicious, so is Chinese Fried Rice with Manchurian (chicken or veg, either). Stuffed Parathas used to be really good, but now with minimum stuffing they are not exactly VFM. Another dish to have is Chicken Kheema (spicy). There is a lot to choose from when it comes to pastries: any chocolate-based pastry is recommended. Great outlet for ordering as the food always arrives hot.
SERVICE – 3.5/5. Delivery hardly takes any time, so it’s go-to outlet for last minute lunch orders.
VFM – 4/5. Pricing is attractive, whether you opt for a meal or snack or even a pastry.
AMBIENCE – 2.5/5. It’s a small place with seating for about 15 people. Would have given higher rating had it not been for those flies making frequent appearance as that raises questions about hygiene standards.

I got their contact via a friend couple of years ago...and they have been a part of my son's birthday celebrations ever since....their choco strawberry cake is yummilicious:)... Bake's House is our regular shop for getting birthday cakes from. They are really quick and are able to prepare cakes of choice at a short notice.
Among the various cakes available here, Choco mousse and Choco hazelnut cakes are my favourites. The hazelnut one, I feel, uses just the flavour and not real hazelnuts, but is still well executed and delicious.
Among the snacks I would recommend the veg quiche which has a perfectly baked pastry filled with creamy paneer, onion and cheese sauce.
Their croissants here are nice, buttery, crisp and flaky. However, they really need to improve upon the quantity of the stuffing in the croissants.
I would any day recommend the place for the great cakes they make.

I first heard about this place barely a month ago but now it has become almost my top 3 default place to call in to for a quick snack/lunch when I'm busy.
I'm not much of a sweets person so I can't say much about their cakes/pastries. I did try their walnut and something cupcake. It was dry. Meh.
I like their sandwiches and I believe I've tried quite a few of them but their Junglee Chicken sandwich (ask for it grilled) is the best. The name doesn't quite describe it. It's more a chicken salad sandwich with cole slaw mixed into the sandwich mix. Grilling it gives it a very interesting dimension. Grilled chicken sandwich is a similar mix with bell pepper and onion in the salad mix.
They make a good chicken burger too (definitely prefer it to the crap McD turns out!). The manager suggested I try that grilled as well. Took him up on the suggestion and I think it tastes better than the same burger not grilled. Go figure!
Tried the pahadi chicken wrap. Was OK. In the future, I'd stick with their sandwiches and burger(s).
Not very expensive either. Most sandwiches range 50-70 bucks (ditto the wraps and burgers). 20 bucks more for the grilled ver. Hence VFM

Discovered this family-run Bakery on the web and is a 15 minute walk from work. As you approach this place from around the corner, the smell of freshly baked bread overwhelms you.
Ambiance:
About 3 tables outside the bake shop to seat around 10 people. The items on display are absolutely Y.U.M! One section is purely for their desserts and the other one is for their quick bites like rolls/puffs, etc. There are more desserts on top of the dessert counter and is full of muffins, cookies, home made chocolates and brownies.
A huge whiteboard menu confuses you on what to get. They have daily special lunches ranging from Biryanis to Paratha-Sabzi to Daal Chawal to Butter Chicken. I'd recommend going for the daily lunch special, followed by desserts
Service:
Quick! The really nice lady behind the counter helps you decide if you cannot. And seldom does she go wrong. They make fresh sandwiches right after you place your order and the service is really good. You ask for any dip (from ketchup to Mustard to Mayo), and there is no fuss about it.
Food:
I haven't come across any item on the menu that I've had which is even average. I'd highly recommend their Roast Chicken Roll, Chicken Junglee Sandwich and their Butter Chicken-Jeera Rice combo. They had Kheema-Pav which was presented in an unusual manner. The really spicy kheema was inside the huge grilled pav (as opposed to on the side). The Chicken in their biryani is good, but maybe a little dry to my liking. They serve their Biryanis in disposable bowls with a side of fresh Raita.
The desserts deserve a separate mention. We've devoured their Chocolate Mousse with Brownie bottom and their Choco-Strawberry pastry and it was Oh-Dear-God-That's-Heaven good! The Apple pie we had was good, but a little on the dry side. The dark chocolate pastries somehow were not bitter enough for me, but good nonetheless.
Damages:
Expect to pay about 150 bucks per head if you have not had anything in the last 24 hours. Maybe about 200 per head with desserts.
Verdict:
If you are hungry and you cannot decide what you want to eat, go here and let the lady help you out in ordering.

They have the best Burgers. Not at all hyped like the sweet burgers of Hearsch Bakery, Bandra.
They have maintained their standards. The cakes are moist and fresh.
This place will never disappoint you.
The prices are reasonable.
They have a 250g cake incase you are too strong a sweet-tooth to be satisfied with a pastry.
Parking might be an issue.
Dining is available.
The staff is friendly.
No queue. The waiting time is almost nil.
It is at a walking distance from Mahim Station.
