I was quite impressed with the CBI Fort Branch service. I was experiencing some issue logging into my accounts on Net Banking so I called the CBI, Fort Branch and they sorted my issue rapidly without any back and forth calling. The Branch Manager, Mr. Shaquib Khan was very helpful and he himself assisted me in sorting out the issue. Thank you!

It is the greatest architecture among all the banks situated in churchgate. It has become a photographers atttraction. Now lets talk about the inside environment. The bank is fully air conditioned and there is a strong security force present in the bank which assures the safety of the customers. There are proper counters for cash deposits and cash withdrawals and the staff is really coordinating.
This is the main branch of the central bank of India and it's huge and vintage and very well maintained and managed.one can easily get here by walking from the churchgate station and it will hardly take about 5 minutes to reach there.
