Best chicken fried rice ever!!!
Excellent khichdi. Tastes better than any so far.
I have always loved to visit this place , good quality food fast servings , non veg at its best perfectly cooked at resonable price , drinks also perfectly served as well . a great place for quick party only with friends , not a place to be visited by families . typical mens place
The food never disappointed here, the chicken China town is good, the chicken fried rice, the tandoori chicken lollypop, the egg fried rice, the chicken biryani. Next to my house, quick delivery. Just not a family place though to not give a better rating.
The usual bar and restaurant, normally frequented by locals, this place is a hotel u wud go with friends for a drink. Not a family place, but good food, good alcohol and good service make this place a weekend drink hangout.
Excellent food , great quantity , friendly staff .
Not a place to be here with family . (Order home) guys can chill out here , get drunk, smoke and enjoy together . No music .
The best Bar ever in Mulund.. If I wanna visit a Bar Mamta is the place I go.. Chicken Omlette Roti,Chicken Tandoori,Chicken Sathe and Chicken Lamba things to try out for sure :)
Good, cheap watering hole. Butter chicken a must try.
this place is so good enough, but best for me kind of people, as I went with a group, so I suggest U to go for this place because its good to hangouts with group.
Mamta Bar is the kind of place that would come to your mind when you hear the phrase "my regular"! This is an unassuming bar tucked away in an area that is very accessible from anywhere in Mulund but is also secluded enough to give you the feeling of stepping away from it all once you are in.
The bar itself is massive considering its unobtrusive little entrance. There are a total of 4 "halls" spread over 2 floors. The first floor housing two halls - one at the front and one at the back - is air conditioned. The ground floor is not.
Prices for drinks are as you would expect in any "Udipi bar" as I like to call such bars (funnily enough most of them seem to be named after women - Mamta, Pooja, Sneha, Preeti, Anjali - :P) You can eat and drink the night away at less than the price of a 12" pizza! And the food is amazing. I daresay the bigger draw for me and my mates is the food here - the alcohol is only an accompaniment. For starters, the must have dish is their Channa Garlic Fry. This is the mother of all starters - expect to be addicted to this once you try it! Everything else we've tried so far has been similarly exemplary. And since we often order the food along with the first drink, my appraisal of the food is mine alone and not complemented by the alcohol :)
Do give this place a shot if you like an old world bar to hangout with close friends over a few beers at old world prices. If you want thumping music and teeny boppers with your music then you'll have to look for advise elsewhere!
I've given this place a rating of 5 inspite of the slightly musty ambiance because . . . well, lets say I've given this place a rating of 5 because of the slightly musty ambiance!
