This place is located near borivali station. Went to try their unlimited veg buffet which is only for Rs. 199 on weekends and 225 on weekends. They hav decent spread serving soup, starters, main course,dessert,chaas and this has been the most inexpensive buffet i have ever had. 10/10 on value for money and food was also good. Must visit and try their buffet!!!

The food was good especially the three different sabji absolutely loved the gulab jamun they were hot and soft.
Dahi wada were sweet and chaas was sour so they were little disappointing. But all in all it's a must visit place.

This place is close to Borivali station on the west side. Just opposite to the station you will find this restaurant. Here you even have a option of Buffet system. You need to purchase a token and submit it at the counter for the buffet meal. Apart from buffet, they have lot many things to offer on the table. I have tried idli , dhosa uttapa .. everything is good. On my recent visit I tried Mexican Sizzler , Hara bhara Kabab , Cheese garlic Bread. Their service has improved than before..

Good news! Goragandhi now has lunch and dinner buffet for 180 rupees flat inclusive of taxes. I was thoroughly impressed by the quality of the food and it was unlimited. Paniyaram, dhokla, tomato soup, naan, roti, 4 types of sabzis 2 jain sabzis dal rice kesar shrikhand and dahi vada! It's a total steal for 180 rupees guys! Try it.

The pure veg outlet is big enough, has comfortable seating.. usually a busy place in the morning as most of the people come here to have their Nashta..so masala dosa, idli sambhar, medu vada, dahi vada are running items in the morning..they do have main course items too.. we tried masala dosa and medu vada...the masala dosa was fairly big that it would completely fulfill your morning hunger..bhaji in it was tasty and absolutely upto the mark.. medu vada was very crisp and joy to eat with sambhar and coconut chutney..

Especially while in Borivali west if one wants to enjoy vegetarian food then visit to this restaurant is must. I have tried moong dosa, neer dosa, uttapa, set dosa, dahi wada, sabudana vada and coffee here. And i always loved eating here.

Goragandhi is located bang opposite Borivali west railway station. I recently visited this place for breakfast with a friend. We tried the sada dosa and filter coffee. The dosa was crisp and fresh. Also the coffee was good. Will definitely visit this place again to try some other dishes.

We were actually keen on trying some really good vegetarian lunch and hence we visited this restaurant being located at a stone's throw away from Borivali railway station.
We tried their buffet lunch that they have every day and it did turn out to be amazing. The variety is good. They had this lemon coriander soup which was really nice and served hot. Coming to the appetizers they have the Chinese bhel nicely made in schezwan sauce but not too spicy. The salad was really good with freshly cut cucumbers, tomatoes, beetroots etc.
Now coming to the main course the vegetables were paneer makhni, cabbage green peas, and veg. lazeez. The paneer makhni was awesome just the perfect combination of thick gravy cooked with small cubes of paneer. They also had the Idli sweet chilly and it was one of the finest Idli chilies I have ever eaten. The dahi pakoda kadhi was really good with thick kadhi and nice pakoda. The pakoda was slightly spicier. The Dal fry was really nice and tasted very good.
Coming to the Indian Bread variety, They had Butter roti and Butter Kulcha. I tried both but liked Butter Kulcha the most. Was perfect, soft and overflowing with butter. In the sweet, they had dahi wada and gulab jamun.
The Dahi Wada was nice soft wada's with nice and thick sweet dahi's made for a perfect combination. The Gulab Jamun was slightly over sweet but they were nice and hot. Lastly, the buttermilk was the best part and it was the finest I have ever. A perfect end to the buffet.
The best part was the entire buffet cost us just Rs. 200 per person which is amazingly pocket-friendly considering the variety of food and the taste. Try once and surely come back for more. Highly recommended.
Around 4pm we reached this restaurant and we ordered Lemon coriander soup one by two and the soup was excellent we have never tasted such soup anywhere and we saw people having buffet lunch, so we asked the waiter ' the unlimited masala chaas which you are serving to the customers is that chargeable?' He said 'No' you can get it with the unlimited buffet, so we paid for the two tokens and had the unlimited lunch. The buffet consisted of
Soup, salad, papad, pickles, variety of two vegetables in normal and Jain, sweet (Gulab Jamun, moong halwa, Sweet Dahi wada) was superb along with that Jeera rice, dal, tandoori roti, tandoori kulcha, tandoori naan and chapati, Masala chaas was amazing (I drank 3 glasses) still the waiter was willing to give me the 4th glass too.
Really worth eating there. You should experience once.
This place is heaven for vegetarians which I am not but still I simply love the food here... I have visited this place several times with my friends n not a single time I have been dissapointed... I find this place expensive for veg food as once I ordered french fries and fresh lime water for which I had to pay 280rs... Whereas they have this unlimited buffet with several items just for 180... As I pass by this hotel everyday I see the rates for buffet fluctuate... At first it was 150 then 168 n now 180 in a month ,no doubt this buffet is a steal at this rate so enjoy the buffet if you are in borivali 👍
My experience was really awesome of ordering food from this restaurant. I am really very very satisfied with the quality. I think all the restaurants should learn from this place how to keep the packing perfectly presentable, how to give hygienic, tasty and quality food.

It's been a decade I have been visiting place. If you wish to satisfy your cravings for some amazing south indian breakfast, this is the place to be. Not only is their food presentation upto the mark but also is the taste. The only thing I miss at the restaurant everytime I come here are the fruits suspended from the top of the hotel all around it, just like it used to be in the early days at any juice corner.
I visit it frequent . their sizzler is remarkable specially in heavy rain . Also their dishes are very tasty like manchow soup ,Manchurian, matka rice , etc .ac room is also good they hav television most of time I visited ac room was full that popular it is

Located just opposite the Borivali station ticket counter , the location of this restaurant couldn't get any better . Visited this place and tried out their newly started buffet which is really affordable and tasty too . The items at the buffet included
1. Tomato basil soup
2. Creamy roll
3. Pasta massoli ( my personal favourite , surprisingly the taste of the pasta at this place was better than a lot of Italian restaurants and cafes too )
4. Masoor sukkha ( the only dish at the buffet that didn't really please me all that much )

The prices of the dishes are a lil pricey on a la carte basis . So I'd suggest that if you're giving this place a try , surely opt for the buffet .

Amazing food quality and fulfilling quantity with mouth watering taste. I always come here to have Pav Bhaji which is moderate spicy but super delicious served with freshly garnished butter pav but once I found the buffet which was amazingly delicious. It had so many options and that too at such a low cost. The quality wasn't compromised at all. The buffet if from 2 pm - 4 pm everyday. So if you are at Borivali station and need to fulfill your noon hunger than nothing can be better than this.

Idli Chutney and Italian Grilled Sandwich. I had gone for timepass and my friend ordered idli and this sandwich they both were delicious. The idli were soft and tasty and taste of chutney was too good. And sandwich was also awesome there are green,yellow,red bell peppers and cottage cheese was there in stuffing and served with jalapeno dip it tastes awesome. So guyzzzz must try this sandwich. I'm damn sure you will like it!!

Nice place for a quick bite as well as typical vegetarian lunch. The ambience is not appreciable because it is very close to SV Road and Railway Station which makes the surrounding very noisy. Elsewise the food is great except that it is very highly priced.
Whenever we come across this joint we always make it a point to have a bite over there.

It has that good old charm and consistent taste. Be it South Indian food or North Indian tadka this place never disappoints.
Once, my cards were not working ( imagine! No cards ) due to some technical error. Since it’s not my area the manager sent a waiter with me to locate ATM and took utmost care of my valuables at the table. He even gave me an option to pay later. In short, they know how to treat their customer.

Been here on numerous occasions and have ordered quite a few items from the menu here.
The ambience is what you get from a decent restaurant. Not shabby and the place is hygienic and hence a good option from all the places and options nearby.

The options here include Indian, Italian and Mexican food and I would say I've found their Indian menu much better.
The idli, dosas and uttapam here are good and it's a good place for breakfast and the fact that you can have a quick meet with someone over coffee here is an add-on benefit. Recommend you to try something south Indian if you may.
The place is spacious enough with an AC seating and a non AC One. Since it's located right outside the Borivali West Station, probably an AC seating would be a wise choice if you're in need of some quality time.
Decent food and I wouldn't say it's quite the best in taste and also it's pricier definitely when it comes to South Indian breakfast but still, it's a good choice to have and wouldn't burn a hole in your pocket with their dishes
This place is not as bad as people make it to be with the ratings and it's a place that has quite a lot of meets and memories attached to it so gonna be a bit biased that way perhaps :p

Food 4.6/5: I ordered onion uttapam and water melon juice for lunch. Uttappam made in ghee reminded me of Udipi style food. Sambhar and coconut chutney were fresh and tasty. Water melon juice was average as it wasn’t that thick with no melon pieces in it.
Ambience 4.2/5: I sat in non ac section and you get option of AC room too. Some beggers & rag pickers were roaming around which wasn’t making a good ambience.

I had visited this place in September 23 after getting off from a long train journey at Borivali.
It's very close to the Borivali station with just a 5 min brisk walk.
It was late in the night at about 11 PM so a quick snack seemed like..
I tried two chats...Dahi puri was made with very rich and thick curd and a twist of both sweet and salt.
Thereafter tried the papadi chat too and was okayish.
Environment is nice around here and they served ice creams too.
This is a good place situated near Borivali Railway Station. They have a variety of cuisine available including South Indian, North Indian foods. It takes time if you order some juice or sandwiches, but you get south Indian foods quickly. Overall it's a nice place.
Fresh Udupi Taste still exists in Mumbai. Authentic chutney and sambar. Also the chaat items like shev dahi puri has been pulling in crowds since it's inception. Perfect food for Mumbai Monsoon.

Its near to Borivali railway station, its a open dinning area , food are below average, but you can have a South Indian food is good , fresh juice are available but always asked them to do not add sugar , mostly they add sugar in every fresh juices, also tables are usually available not that much crowded.

The food packaging was very good and it was delivered to us in a short amount of time. The quantity was nice for both of them.
