A pretty familiar place for Kohinoor and don bosco people in vidyavihar very crowded the quantity is great quality is okay a chicken triple rice costs you 120 n u need to people to finish it ... Starters are okay not great ... A super fast food joint quick service too ...
small very crowded place in front of kohinoor tower. they are famous for their Chinese food. food is very reasonable here especially when you see the serving amount. 1 full plate of rice is good enough for two people. have tried all of their Chinese items but i am really fond of their triple schezwan rice/noodles which they serve with sunny side egg and chicken gravy.

The closest fastest Chinese fast food hotel from Kohinoor city, Kurla!
That's how my friends described it to me while inviting me there.
At first, I had my doubts regarding the place. But I decided to tag along. It looked like a no frills Udupi restaurant & made me question my friend who had marketed it to me as a Chinese food restaurant. He quietly pointed out the big bowl in which they were cooking fried rice. Very soon, I could notice that most people were ordering for schezwan fried rice. Couldn't order that as my friends didn't wanna have anything too spicy. So we ordered for 3 plates of chicken Manchurian fried rice for 6 of us. Our order was ready within 5 to 7 minutes. The portion size of each plate was good enough for two. The food was very oily but it was tasty & at a very reasonable price of Rs 120/plate.
All in all, it was a decent experience. Couldn't have asked for anything more in that price range. I can say that hotel Darshan can serve as a modest backup plan in case if you work/study near kohinoor city, you are squeezed for time and you really can't make it to Phoenix Kurla.
Its a good restaurant with tasty dishes..specially the chinese ones..order delivery is quick..and it is pocket friendly...with renovation and safety arrangements..it is back on track

I used to eat here quite often with my friends as well as order take aways until it was shut down a couple of months ago after the City Kinara fire incident. However, it reopened earlier this month and I couldn't be happier, although I hope they have installed proper fire fighting equipment to avoid another such disaster.
The Indian style chinese food here is simply amazing and pocket friendly, a college kids' dream come true. Its worth a try if you don't mine consuming oily. spicy, asafoetida infused and slightly unhygienic food. The ambiance is quite small and simple but not bad. Service has been off beat since the reopening and I hope they start home delivery soon.
Pros : Tasty food, pocket friendly.
Cons : Unhealthy, unhygienic food, the Indian food here lacks taste.
P.s : I really hope things get back to normal in this area and all these small restaurants abide by the safety norms and avoid a future disaster.
Also do try out the Triple Schezawan and Manchurian Rice.

The very small Outlet near to the phoenix market city,Kurla.This outlet serves authentic chinese food.My favourite food at this restaurant is combo rice with chicken Lollipop.If this restaurant is modernized & branded.I'm sure that this will one of the best restaurant of Kurla region
Not very well known not very porche ok for a college students to hang around b coz food is reasonable.only good for chinises food.
Indian food does not have any flavour it tastes very blank.

People might think that I am crazy to give this place a 5 rating. But I still believe in it. Just beside my office area I eat here almost everyday. Bad lunch at office? Let's go to darshan. No did at home for dinner? Pack it from darshan. Feeling like getting a heavy snack during the evening? Go to darshan! Screw the ambience, the food here is cheap, affordable, very tasty and is prepared like that without any time delays no matter how much crowded it is. The Chinese Chicken items have so much chicken in them that you wonder how are they giving it for such a less cost. It is very safe also from a hygienic point of view. Will keep on going there many more times.
Great place for fast food and Chinese. Located near my college (Don Bosco ) and Phoenix mall has been number one priority for Chinese food. Good in taste and quantity and feasible for college goers as well. We'll known for lung-fung soup and Triple schezwan noodles.

You have to,HAVE TO visit this place or atleast know this place if you are a DBIT student/alumni. Darshan has been a part of heart and soul and stomach of almost every DBIT student. The expression "Darshan chalo" seemed like an independence movement march slogan from the clutches of the college.
Darshan is famous amongst the college students as well as the office goers in the neighbouring area for the good,tasty,cheap chinese food.
I still remember paying 30 bucks for half plate hakka noodles during my first year though the cost has risen now.
You can order anything and everything in the chinese section and you would not be disappinted The triple schzewan with "the andar upar" is like a cake with the cherry on the top. A half serving would completely fill your stomach. Personally, im a huge fan of the "Anda Schzewan Noodles aur anda upar daalke".
The misal pav here is too delicious and comes in a good quantity that you may not be able to complete it.The bhurji is good too which you can have with the rotis. The omlette can be avoided as he overloads it with a lot of turmeric.
Overall Darshan is a decent chinese restaurant minus the interiors and loaded with an overdose of college memories.
The heart and soul of don bosco kurla students.You know what I'm saying if you belong from the alumni.I can't cease to express my gratitude for serving mouth watering meals and if you've been here you'd agree.Wont say much about the ambience but the food compensates for it.The indian cuisine not upto the mark but the Chinese food leaves ones craving for more.Try anything from the Chinese section and I guarantee you will come back for more :)
Seats are less so you'll probably have to wait some time to get seats during the rush hours. Quality of food is great no excess oil in the Chinese foods. Favourite place for nearby college students and corporate staffs. They increased the cost of every food Item recently but still it can be considered as cheap compared to other restaurants and the quantity and quality is great. You will be served within 10 min from the time of your order depending upon the amount of food items you order.
