with its excellent food quality and service makes it even better and worth for your money. I had ordered north indian food and it was Yumm. It was a great experience and I enjoyed myself at this place. It was my first time at this place and I loved it, so I recommend the vegetarian and alcoholics to experience this place

Utsav is a Veg restaurant and bar, located in the Juhu area near the Sahkari Bhandar and next to On Toes restaurant.
They have a wide variety of starters which you won't find anywhere else. It is a small restaurant so it gets full very fast. During weekends you may have to wait for your turn. I guess in the evening they also have seating arrangement outside the restaurant as we could see tables and chairs and also dim lights around. It was our first time at Utsav. The crowd was decent and mostly one will find families at the adjoining tables.
One look at the menu and we knew we were spoilt for choices. We knew that we will have to come here at least 3 to 4 times to try out most of the dishes.
For starters we ordered Cheese Chilly Seekh kebabs and Corn Cheese balls. Both had 8 pieces per dish. It is served with Chutney and ketchup along with salad. Both were really good. Specialy the Cheese Chilly Kebabs were delicious. The Corn Cheese Balls had stuffing of corn and cheese inside potato coating.
We also tried Paneer Patiyala along with Tandoori roti. The subzee was good but they had topped it with cream due to which it was a little sweet. The quantity was good enough for 3 people. The roti was soft and perfect.
Since it was closing time at 3:30, we didn't order anything else. But we had enough to fill our stomach. Although the price of each dish is on a little higher side, the quantity they provide is also more.
We would definitely visit this place again as we have to still try so many of the starters.

This is one of the legendary restaurants serving supreme quality Indian cuisine. Next to Boy London at VM road, one would normally have to wait for 20-30 min for a table here during dinner time.
So this time we decided to place a home delivery. Very nicely packed, enough quantity and maintained quality of food.
We ordered cheese corn balls, paneer achari tikkas and veg handi along with rotis.
Packed alongside was their famous coconut pudina chutni and mango aachar.
Very much satisfied with the order and would definitely recommend a dine-in or delivery from this Indian restaurant.

We ordered chilli milli kabab, barbeque stuffed mushroom, corn cheese Kurkure.
It was delicious and very well presented, the ambience was amazing, and the service was good too..

My dinner for tonight was very much good. Since we went to our favourite place for north indian food from Utsav at Juhu. The place is pretty nice and food was delicious.
We ordered for veg kababs and paneer butter masala with garlic naan. Food was extraordinary. For dessert we had gulab Jamun cheesecake it was my favorite I am definitely visiting this place again for the cheesecake.
Ambience is good and service is great and fast.

Utsav located at Juhu is located at the most prime place, the restaurant is 30 years old and it's known for its delicious food and courageous hospitality, we were a group of 5 people decided to go in the evening. We ordered corn cheese Tikka, kababs, dum biryani. The starters were my favorite and the biryani was extraordinary.

After having Back to back Delivery food at home. I too break from my outside food and made my own food but today for dinner I thought of going out with my school friends and have veg food with them, since we wanted to meet so decided to come here and have our dinner. They were veg so I told this place will be perfect.
We ordered 1 by 2 Veg Clear Soup and 1 Monchow Soup. Then for starters we had chilli Milli kebab, it was lit part of our dinner. Then we had veg Amritsari with roti and Naan for our main course. I loved the veg Amritsari the taste was good as per my favourite taste. Next time coming here with my parents for sure.

For Lunch we ordered Malai paneer Tikka as starter which was really so soft & good in taste😋. Main coarse butter paneer & cheese garlic naan was also good in taste.
I liked the biryani too . The best thing was the variety of mocktails they served here in which Mint Mojito it was very refreshing and the flavour of mint was really nice.😍. The ambience is spacious.

Utsav is a family restaurant, decent in size and serves authentic North Indian food with a twist. The dishes are unique and well curated by the head chef! Their gulab jamun cheesecake is unique and tastes delicious.
I really love the starters here, ordered kung pao patato and cheese chilly kabab.
In today’s time and age very few setups have stuck to old school methods and keep affordability in mind for large families. Utsav excels in that, its a 30 year old restaurant and the taste, service has just been better and better. The service is very prompt. We visited when the restaurant was packed but still the service was very fast and the food was hot and delicious.

Utasv is a simple and elegant restaurant for family and friends. This is a Veg restaurant. Just because it’s a veg restaurant they have introduce a lot of innovative dishes to the menu and all. This restaurant is small and cozy with around 7-8 tables with a total sitting capacity of 40 people. This is an old restaurant who has kept them self-updated with latest food trends and drinks. The Ambiance of the restaurant is also smile and plan with nothing much in designs.
The first dish I tried was Aloo Nazakat. This is a small appetizer with a good burst of flavors. It’s a small potato cut in half which is marinated with a spicy marination. Then it is topped with cheeses later baked in grill. I liked this dish mainly because of it size. I would say its like a small boom of flavors. I would recommend you to try this dish and pair it with a sweet mocktail.
The second dish was The Corn Cheese Kurkure. This is a very good veg starters and I would go for this dish over many non-veg starters. This is a crispy dish with a very creamy filling. The inner filling is made up of palak paste mixed with cheese and corn, which is wrapped around spring roll wrap and the entire thing is deep fried until golden brown. This dish is served in shot glasses filled in green chutney and garnished with cheese. You can eat this dish like a finger sticks and its really enjoyable dish.
The Next dish was the Falafal Pocket. This is a middle eastern dish which is prepared very nicely by the restaurant. Basically what this dish is a fluffy form of pita bread which is stuffed with a creamy salad. This restaurant fills the bread with very little salad and serves the rest as side dish so as to fill it more as per your individual needs. They also serve Humus sauce which is prepared by their chef to go along with this dish. The texture of the dish is very tempting wanting you to fill it with more of the salad. If you want something new to eat go for this dish.
Then I went for the Main course in which the first was Panner in Coriander Sauce. This was a nice pan Asian dish prepared with delicate sauce. The Texture of the dish was dark and thick whereas the aroma was very light on the nose. This is a stirred fried dish which is cooked along with spring onion , scallops and herbs. The panner is soft and tender and well submersed in the flavor of the Coriander sauce. A must try dish along with some drink.
Next up was the Dunger Panner Biriyani. This dish was more on presentation then its taste. The texture of the dish was rich and the aroma was very strong everyone in the hotel could smell the dish as it comes to your table. The dish is mixed with a creamy panners and aromatic rice. This dish is best suited to have it along with a group of people at the end.
The last dish was the Desert i.e. Gulab Jamun Cheese Cake. The cake is exactly as it sounds it to be. This is a cheese cake filled with Gulab Jamun throughout. The cake is light with a crummy base and filled with lots of Gulab Jamun. I really liked this dish and ended up eating 2 of it. I recommend you to try this dish for sure

French Onion Soup
Very relishing, It had a unique taste of onion, really liked it.
Cheese corn balls
Extremely delicious, the combimation of cheese and corn was amazing. Not really spicy which allows you to enjoy the taste. Quite relishable at every bite.
Paneer Patiyala (Recommended)
Tasty punjabi gravy with chunks of soft paneer alongside. The quantity was absolutely phenomenal.
It turned out to be a fulfilling meal for me. Some splendid north indian food after long. They also have varieties in chinese, italian and punjabi food. The order was delivered on time, the staff was very friendly and the ambience was perfect.
This place is a bliss for the vegetarians. The food, ambiance, staff everything is top notch here. When we visited the restaurant it was all packed, we thought we will be served late but still they manage not to keep us waiting and food arrived in no time. Very delicious food, I loved the biryani and corn cheese rolls.

Corn cheese kurkure was super delicious. It had a crispy exterior and inside was a beautiful combination of corn cheese and veggies.
Dum Biryani was good too really liked the quantity. We were 2 and it was enough for both of us. The service was very fast which made the biryani more enjoyable.

This place is heaven for all paneer lovers as I have had the best of paneer here all over Mumbai and noone can beat its softness n perfectly cooked n blended with spices....Utsav is located near Kala niketan n is serving us for a long tym....Its a family restraunt yet expensive as its taste is just fabulous...Try its sabzi roti, paneer chilly, manchurian, soup, cheese garlic naan to be precised as naan is their best item👌🏼

Best restaurant if want to eat Punjabi food. Absolutely no comparison. Most delicious Punjabi food in whole India.( Yes not only in vile parle). I have been to this restaurant 5_6 times. Restaurant closes at 12 in the night on Saturdays, but me and my wife called them at 11.50 pm and requested them that we will reach by 12.15 as have already crossed Jogeshwari , at first they said they will be closed by that time but upon request they allowed us and said ok please come, and we reached there at 12.15am and they welcomed us and took our order of one Jain Punjabi sabzi and 2 butter rotis, and it was their last order and just one family was sitting there and that too had already finished and were about to leave. The waiters served us well and with lots of patience allowed us to enjoy the food. Never experienced such a humble hospitality even though they don't need extra business. Thanks Utsav and the staff.

If you're looking for great authentic Punjabi food, Utsav is the finest place to be at! It's been there since many years probably the only place to have the same taste over the years. The staff waiting the tables is a bit slow, but truly understand the needs of their customers. Recommendations- ask for vegetable cheese begum bahar if they can make it specially for you. And most loved cheese pakoda.

Good family dining option in juhu, it's been there for sometime now and the food is consistently good. Locha nan is something to try. Their nibbles includes fried bindhi which is good and the big masala papad is something different and special . Good default option. It's very crowded in the weekends

We have been to Utsav restaurant with my friends last week and we ordered couple of things like
1.Rajasthani bhindi- very crispy and very unique really enjoyed it.
2.Crispy paneer- As the name suggests it was very crispy and tasty.
3.Paneet hazare tikka\Mix veg and paneer Amritsari - A typical North Indian dishes we loved it.
4.Roomali Masala papad and phulkas.
A must visit place and price wise also it was quite reasonable.
One of the best places to have veg meals and enjoy some alcohol. Food taste is unforgettable. Great place to have chinese and punjabi food. Best for family outing. They can try to include South Indian dishes as well. I am not a fan of dosa or idli, so, that’s ok for me 😜. It’s a destination for every food loving family!!

Though just had the Pan Fried Roll was one of the best thing in starters to have indeed. Was Crispy and Delicious to give it a short description. Stuffed with cottage cheese and chopped green beans and mozarella cheese. Good Taste and best quality. Not so oily and perfectly fried. Also the mayonaisses sauce added to the taste.

Had gone to Utsav Restaurant during the rice festival and it was an amazing experience.
Its a great initiative started by Utsav restaurant to keep various food festival.We order for dungaar biryani combo/rajma chawal combo/kofta biryani combo.
we were served with a starter, rice bowl, gravy and salad at a reasonable price of 399 which is totally worth it although a bit under charged compared to the rate thats going around.
I came here with my family in a group of 15 after I got a reference to visit this place. I am not a hardcore vegetarian but I wasn't disappointed and was fully satisfied with the quality of the food. some of the dishes i liked were Paneer Bullet, Aloo kurkure, Dungaar wali sabzi, Paneer Patiyala, Dal kichidi and you can also try Kung Pao potatoes A special mention to the Mint Mojito which is superb.

Have been going here since I was a child and nothing about the quality or staff has changed. Amazing service and amazing family punjabi food. A small cozy place and definitely required going early to book a table since they don't accept reservation over the phone. They've got a wide variety of Jain food as well.
Food - DO NOT forget to ask for round cut onions and have it with the green chutney. It's their main USP.

Most reliable North Indian food restaurant around Parle/ Juhu area. The Locha naan is something one should try. Veg amritsari is all time favourite, just they should do something about mosquitoes inside and outside of the restaurant.
If you have to wait there for over 20 mins, be rest assured, the mosquitoes will have their dinner for free. That's where they lose their marks from me.
Definately worth visiting ... They have a limited menu but the taste of the food is good .... Interiors are okay but the overall experience is nice ...

A very good restaurant offering delicious punjabi dishes at very affordable prices. It's menu consists of simple dishes but the taste is just yummy. Order manchow or minestrone soup, accompanied by their signature locha naan and u have ur unique starter. This delicious naan goes well as a healthy starter with drinks too. Then u have miloni sabzi, the dal and jeers rice and many other dishes . A pure veg treat with good quantity servings at a very reasonable price with no compromise on quality. Go there if u r really hungry for punjabi fare

This is the place you go to when you want punjabi and you just go and eat. It's a nice family restaurant with good food which will satiate your "i want to eat out but not dress up/spend a lot/ etc " needs. It's a good place to go with your family. The roomali rotis were soft and thin. The paneer was soft and fresh. The malai kofta was soft and sweet. Didn't dissapoint.

Had visited twice. First time the experience was bad as Ac was not working properly. But luckily the second experience was great. Liked the Punjabi dishes as well as paneer starters. I would recommend not to go in weekend as waiting time is huge.
Great Ambience, one of the best restaurants for vegetarian customers. One of the dishes I loved here is Garlic burned rice. However, service should be improved, and I hope it will get improved over a period of time.
A lovely restaurant with few uniqueness in its dishes. One thing standing out is the Fried Bhindi - which is a must try.
Overall food too is very good, with nice seating area, ambience and decor.

Its a typical family restaurant,with everyone talking at top of their voices. To begin, we ordered manchao and tomato soup, the former was perfect in taste while latter was a bit too sweet. Next up,3 starters: cheese corn balls(never order it), paneer tikka and cheese kurkure. Cheese corn balls was a big disappointment, paneer tikka was just normal perfect as you like, while cheese kurkure was an experiment, it turned out to be amazing. For main course paneer peshawari(spicy) and navratna kurma(sweet). All the breads too were nice. Reducing 0.5 rating just because the order took alot of time.

This place is situated 10 mins from my house...well coming to ambience...average ...u l see families or oldies...no way date spot...coming to food it's quality food...have tried punjabi ..Chinese. ..also they started Italian ( few items )which is decent...its out and out for punjabi food..my fav is babycorn mushroom brocolli chili starter...its kilerrr....also people who prefer jain food will like it for sure....over all good experience...even parcel they delivery v hot n well in time...!!

Good Family Place .. the sukhi bhindi chakna out here is superb.. i havnt seen any place serving that.. Dont forget to try the Lasooni Dal Khichdi!! The Management out here is also good...
Visited this place as it was recommended to me by a friend.They serve really good north indian food.Must try their locha naan and kofta. Its located in a complex in which there are some more good options for foodies.Value for money.
Love this place. Veg food is awesome. Its almost 10 years have been visiting this restaurant. Starters, main course everything is delicious.would recommend.We tried nachos but it was worst nachos ever. This thing (cheese ) which was thick tasteless was put below nachos. I felt it was something else than cheese. Melted cheese should be on nachos & not below nachos.

Utsav is like home. Paneer Makhani and Butter Roti are the basics to try. The Veg Amritsari is really good. The stuffed nans are a must try. I mean there is nothing that make is average. Oh, the Chinese is average. But try this place out for the North Indian stuff. Also, great staff.
Good place to visit once in a lifetime. Actually it's handy and near to my place. Try the minestrone soup here. Paneer starters are good here. Staff ia nice and the place is calm. Not that great also.
The staff was cordial and suggested good options for lunch.
Do try their vegetable makhmali which is available in jain too.
Their new entry is veg utranchali.. Also recommended but this one is not available in jain.
Their complimentry green chutney is very delicious.
For Rumali masala papad (must try) .. Do ask them to serve the masala separately.. as the papad is too big to finish soon so It becomes soggy..

Utasv is a simple and elegant restaurant for family and friends. This is a Veg restaurant. Just because it’s a veg restaurant they have introduce a lot of innovative dishes to the menu and all. This restaurant is small and cozy with around 7-8 tables with a total sitting capacity of 40 people. This is an old restaurant who has kept them self-updated with latest food trends and drinks. The Ambiance of the restaurant is also smile and plan with nothing much in designs.
The first dish I tried was Aloo Nazakat. This is a small appetizer with a good burst of flavors. It’s a small potato cut in half which is marinated with a spicy marination. Then it is topped with cheeses later baked in grill. I liked this dish mainly because of it size. I would say its like a small boom of flavors. I would recommend you to try this dish and pair it with a sweet mocktail.
The second dish was The Corn Cheese Kurkure. This is a very good veg starters and I would go for this dish over many non-veg starters. This is a crispy dish with a very creamy filling. The inner filling is made up of palak paste mixed with cheese and corn, which is wrapped around spring roll wrap and the entire thing is deep fried until golden brown. This dish is served in shot glasses filled in green chutney and garnished with cheese. You can eat this dish like a finger sticks and its really enjoyable dish.
The Next dish was the Falafal Pocket. This is a middle eastern dish which is prepared very nicely by the restaurant. Basically what this dish is a fluffy form of pita bread which is stuffed with a creamy salad. This restaurant fills the bread with very little salad and serves the rest as side dish so as to fill it more as per your individual needs. They also serve Humus sauce which is prepared by their chef to go along with this dish. The texture of the dish is very tempting wanting you to fill it with more of the salad. If you want something new to eat go for this dish.
Then I went for the Main course in which the first was Panner in Coriander Sauce. This was a nice pan Asian dish prepared with delicate sauce. The Texture of the dish was dark and thick whereas the aroma was very light on the nose. This is a stirred fried dish which is cooked along with spring onion , scallops and herbs. The panner is soft and tender and well submersed in the flavor of the Coriander sauce. A must try dish along with some drink.
Next up was the Dunger Panner Biriyani. This dish was more on presentation then its taste. The texture of the dish was rich and the aroma was very strong everyone in the hotel could smell the dish as it comes to your table. The dish is mixed with a creamy panners and aromatic rice. This dish is best suited to have it along with a group of people at the end.
The last dish was the Desert i.e. Gulab Jamun Cheese Cake. The cake is exactly as it sounds it to be. This is a cheese cake filled with Gulab Jamun throughout. The cake is light with a crummy base and filled with lots of Gulab Jamun. I really liked this dish and ended up eating 2 of it. I recommend you to try this dish for sure

The restaurant is a fine-dine with a warm & cozy ambience, sweet staff - always ready to assist you with your food choice. The food is simply too good, especially their Punjabi dishes. As far as the rotis are concerned, you may request them to make the tandoori butter roti softer, since that was a bit rubbery. Else the overall experience was delightful.
