Beautiful and relaxing place to have good meals. Had the opportunity to visit with my family. We were opened for a buffet and there were many varieties in the dishes from starters to meals to desserts. Each time different varieties in the food menu. Outstanding in the taste quality and cooked well. Fresh salads which is refreshing which served a good greens to the dish and desserts too good not very sweet just perfect. Friendly and courteous staff. In fact for live counters v had chefs coming to tables to take opinion on how v want a dish to be aftr cook. Would really recommend for. Come back chance again.
What can I say about this one. It's heaven for foodies. The ambience, the lighting, the food ,the variety and the cozy place. All can just let you forget your worries. I cannot speak about any one dish in particular as everything was just perfect. I hope I get to visit more often .. I miss it..
Highly recommended to people who have lots n lots of money and don't know what to do with it!!

Citrus is a multi cuisine restaurant located on lobby level of Hotel Leela. The decor and interiors are simply beautiful. The buffet spread for lunch was also really good. Loved the variety of desserts as well. Food quality was excellent. Service was very prompt and warm
My experience-
>Quality - 4/5
>Taste - 4/5
>Ambience -4.5 /5

Enjoy eating and follow us for more reviews:)
I visited this awesome place today with my school friends for breakfast and I must tell you, that we were warmly welcomed by the staff at Citrus. They looked after our needs and we felt very warm and accepted. The ambience is awesome. I enjoyed the Mushroom and Pepper Omlette which was yummy. You must try the Masala Dosa which is truly flawless. You guys deserve a bow. 5 stars for this awesome place. I look forward to visit this splendid restaurant very soon.
A great place to enjoy buffets! Had been here for lunch and was so happy seeing the varieties in their spread. I mostly tried Indian food and liked it very much. They also have a great cheese platter , displaying chese from different parts of the world. Needless to speak about the service because Leela's hospitality has always been great. Definitely recommend this for lunch .
We had checked in here on our first night after marriage. We had their buffet breakfast and I was quite happy with their spread. It was nice to see them stock up on different flavours of Epigamia yogurt and also the cheeses.
Both my husband and I were happy with the food and the ambience, but my husband thought the flavours of the Indian dishes could have been better. The Western fare was very nice.
Well we were here for our anniversary dinner with prior reservation . Since it's a luxurious hotel one can expect great ambience and this place does not disappoint. We chose the veg dinner buffet and the spread was quite good with options of thai, continental and Indian food. The food was well placed with ample place to walk around and pick the food. Well lit place . The food was quite finger licking. The only thing that was missing is the quality of service. The service did not meet my expectations. If the service would have up to the mark I would have given a 5 star rating. These guys will have to lift their service level.

One of the best dining experience we had after a long time thanks to @theleelamumbai for having the amazing buffet spread.
To start with the ambience of this hotel is really amazing and its really quiet atmosphere.
@theleelamumbai have total 6 restaurant yes u heard correct 6 restaurant and CITRUS restaurant offers you buffet.
Me and my friends went for sunday dinner, the buffet spread was huge which includes the chinese, indian , continental food.
Have attached pictures for better understanding.
I love the ambience and the service of these people.

Been there on a lunch after an Event, The ambience is great for formal lunch, dinner and meetings. We tried their Buffet, which had Indian dishes served well. Tried their tandoor and chutney, did not disappointed us. Their soups and fast food range were delicious too. The dissapointing part were their dessert. They were okayish. They could've added more varieties.
Great food and service by citrus, the views from the restaurant are absolutely breathtaking. The seafood was a delicacy ranging from smoked salmon, oysters, a good choice of sushi and a great variety of dessert as well
I visited this awesome place on Mothers Day and we were warmly welcomed by Mr. Vivek Sukhija. He made us feel very comfortable and gave reserved the best table with a good view. Mr. Tushar took us around and explained the buffet in detail and we were looked after very well. The icing on top, was the wine and the gift that was presented to all Mothers on this special day. A very nice way of appreciating all the Mothers, very well planned and executed. I really enjoyed the live counter of sea food. I was fascinated with the different counters and the food was also very tasty and very neatly presented. I have been to many of the 5 star restaurants but Citrus needs a bow, as I have never seen such a massive spread with such good decor and planning. Well Done Team. A special mention to both these guys (Vivek and Tushar) who made us feel at ease and looked after all our needs. Hats off to Citrus and I look forward to visit you soon.
Tuesday evening attended this place for buffet dinner. The food they were presented in the buffet is extremely fresh and best in quality. Broad varieties of dishes. Must visit citrus for the evening buffet. They have everything including a live kitchen to satisfy your taste buds.
Con: Please work on the dessert section. Agreed with varieties but not with taste.
Lovely ambience and classy decor,as expected from a 5 star facility.
The buffet was a good spread with equal number of veg and non veg options, coincidentally the day we went vishu festival was going on, the menu was designed according to that with majority of the kerela and south inspired cuisine. The food was decent along with they starters and they had a good mix of cheese and desserts. Very filling meal.
The service was excellent, staff very polite and friendly- a mr.tushar made sure we were comfortable and kept explaining us the various dishes which were prepared specially for the vishu festival.
A good experience overall.
Cost for 2- ₹5000
Excellent food and ambiance. food variety was great and service was prompt and courteous salad selection was good Arabic mezze was perfect which I was missing for long after my visit to Middle East 8 months ago. live grill had a variety of Chicken skewer 🍢 and Fresh king fish 🐠 steaks.. fish was absolutely fresh as it's was not tasting fishy but fresh caught... to conclude apple pie was divine.
Been a long time favourite. Their buffet has an excellent spread of live counters and laid out food. A very courteous and friendly staff just adds to the overall experience at the Citrus. I have visited this place over the years and the experience continues to be consistent. Kid friendly too, so go on take your kids over. Recent addition has been an a la carte Sushi counter.
Citrus is one of the few café who give equal justice to the vegetarians in their buffet spread. Hence I never order ala carte and directly jump for the buffet. Apart from their perfect pizzas which they generously pour cheese on and well cooked pastas one should definitely not miss the starters over here, their kebabs are just too good. They use to have bharwan aloo in their buffet earlier which I totally hogged on but in my past 2 visits (including brunch) this starter was not included anymore, really miss it. In the brunch they often include guju farsans like dhokla, kachori and all. I am not too fond of the main course here, most of the food placed there is highly ok, however I must say I prefer their dal fry over dal makhani which is usually reverse in my case. It goes without saying but one should always keep space for the deserts which are binge worthy, again here also they ensure that they give equal weight age to indian as well as western deserts, you will find halwa, rasamalai, pedas along with tons of pastries (eggless as well) … go hogg !
Like other restaurants at The Leela, this one is also very good. Specially, the Sunday brunch. Since it is in The Leela, ambience is obviously good.
This restaurant is always a delight to visit. Not just during my stays, but I visit here casually as well. The staff is very curteous and the food is absolutely delicious. They have one of the most elaborate buffet Menu, with assortments of breads (I love the tandoor roti here). The desserts are plentiful as well. In all, a great place for any meal.
If you are hungry and want to enjoy the luxury dining experience with a variety of choice in the menu while sitting by the natural looking artificial waterfall, this is the place to be. Must visit if you are in suburb and get yourself pampered.
One of the best buffets in the city. Hands down! Sumptuous selection of appetisers as well as the continental main course. The array of desserts will leave you salivating by itself

We stayed at the Leela for one night which included access to the breakfast buffet via the Royal Club. Service was phenomenal. Manager Deepak suggested which items to get and each dish was prepared fresh rather than from the buffet. Food was hit or miss. I really enjoyed their dosa and chutneys. Aloo and Methi Paratha were just ok. Filter coffee was delicious. Will definitely return back next time I’m in town.
Buffet at citrus is perfect . Ambience is calming, if u get a table near the outside view . Extensive buffet. Pizza was crisp and yum.Lot of variety of salads and main courses . Desserts were 10/10 . Pasta was a bit undercooked but taste Alfredo sauce was perfect . Very good service given by the team. Buffet worth trying. Will be here again soon
Had buffet lunch at the multi cuisine restaurant of the Leela Hotel, Mumbai called Citrus.
Received a very warm welcome at the reception and were well guided about the overall spread and menu of the buffet by Mr. Tushar Singh, F&B Executive. Buffet included live counters like dosa, grilled veg and meat, wood-fired pizzas. They also had some nice cold and warm salads as well as freshly baked breads. Deserts were best part of the buffet here, had some of the amazing Indian sweets, cakes, mousse, etc. A lavish spread for all those with a sweet tooth craving:)
During my usual stay at The Leela, I got a chance to try their breakfast buffet at Citrus. The restaurant is present at the lobby level and very nicely done. Looking out from the window gives you immensely beautiful view as they usually keep the blinds open during breakfast time. You can see artificial water bodies and Lotus flowers blooming in those which makes your morning perfect.
The Breakfast buffet has a very nice spread to satisfy the tastebuds of everyone. It was a very pleasant to see one the largest breakfast buffets, I have encountered with. On top of that, the executives are ready to take any feedback and prepare delicacies as per your taste. The spread offers regular north and south India items, continental and English breakfast with variety of salads, fresh fruit, juices, cerals, greek yogurt etc. They are also ready to go out of menu if you have the urge to taste something different.
What I liked most there was Mango milk shake among shakes on offer. Their spring rolls were perfectly crisp and not to miss at all. F&B executive Mr Tushar was of great help to offer me Eggs Florentine and some very yummy special Dosa. The hospitality and experience at The Leela is never questionable and the whole staff are making every possible efforts to keep it up.
I would recommend to try it.
What a majestic property. Ambience is lavish and gives a good feeling of eleganace. Food was good specially the spread was enormous. Enjoyed with family and is among my favorites now. Staff were very courtious and gave a lot of comfort while dining. Will visit again.

Had been for dinner here with my friend on Friday night. The food was very good and the service was also very nice.. definitely recommend it. It's open for 24 hours. They serve drinks and the buffet is really good. The ambience in Leela is very beautiful. Go there to pamper yourself.
We booked a lunch buffet during October end to celebrate a birthday in the family. Our reservation was for 12.10 pm so the staff was busy giving finishing touches as we went it towards our tables.
The views are very pleasant especially if you happen to face the watefall. The buffet spread was sumptuous to say in the least, the wide array of salads, the freshly cooked options, the selection of cheese, infact we even loved the traditional curd rice , the restaurant got fully booked in the next hour creating a wonderful atmosphere, the stay were attentive & friendly, I must thank my friend Prashant for recommending the Citrus , I dined at the Leela after many years.
We have fond memories of the Leela having dropped in there during the window between our marriage mass and the marriage reception. A great family day.
Wonderful - Excellent - full of variety Sunday brunch!! Enough options for both veg and non vegetarians. Courteous staff ready to help you when you need any thing. They have left nothing to comment much less complaint. Three hours of lunch is also not enough. Team, pl maintain this reputation of The Leela!!!!!
Went there for a buffet lunch.
First of all the staff there was so warming and welcoming that you get that feel good thing.
There was variety of salads, starters, drinks, main course, sweet dish and everything was so perfect and worth trying. I loved the Thai food to be specific.
The ambiance is calm, with natural views outside and staff also was so courteous.
In desserts the things that I loved was there fruit cake, it was so soft, fluffy and mouth melting plus the carrot halwa and lemon barfi.
We really had a good day there. 😀😀
Citrus is one of my favourite buffet places in the city. They have a huge variety in salads and desserts apart from a good number of Indian mains, soups, a couple of chinese/thai dishes and a few continental mains and grills. There is also a live pizza counter.
Most things taste well and there is no compromise on quality. They also have an option of only salads or only dessert buffet which works great if you are not too hungry but still want to enjoy some variety. One thing i find missing is variety in asian food especially sushi. If you are looking for an asian oriented buffet then you would probably be disappointed.
Service is quick and the staff is friendly. Overall, one of the better coffee shop buffets in Mumbai. Would recommend a visit.
The leela mumbai is amongst the oldest and finest luxury hotels and even though i used to stay in the suburbs never got a chance to visit this magnificent property.
The opportunity came out of the blue when we decided to visit the place on a whim.
Had heard some rave reviews about the citrus 24*7 restaurant and knew that they offer some mimd boggling array of food.
We visited on a weekend eve and were transported to a beautiful charming place straight out of a dream. Now this place being old has got the advantage of a huge premises and it shows in the grandeur way compared to the newer luxury hotels.
I am not a huge fan of gourmet five buffets, feel its just like a food factory doolling out factory style food items.
However the experience at citrus changed my perception.
Everything except the table service was excellent. Had to literally beg for water refills.
The spread though was a treat to the senses.
Most of the stuff was well prepared and there was just too much of food. Not that i would complain. Liked the Indian stuff and cold cuts section. The grilled meat was excellent. The Seafood counter had some very nice stuff.
The main course was excellent with the manglorean fish curry an absolute winner. The thai section though was like a clog in the buffet wheel. It just was too unappealing and tasteless.
Also the pizza was ordinary and chewy however what took our breath away was the dessert counter.
This was the most elaborate and well spread dessert counter i had ever seen. They had everything a dessert lover would crave for. From Indian sweets to low sugar based sweets they had everything on the platter. It was just a never ending burst of dessert joy and this coming from a person who is not high on desserts.
Now nothing here was very extraordinary however the overall food experience is ethereal. If you are a true foodie no such buffet will tire you out. Your gut will be overwhelmed but your taste buds wont. Truly this placed is to be experienced once.
Staying at the Leela and have to say was impressed with the buffet spread. The food was excellent. Highlight was the onion chutney. Just yum.
Everything I tried seem to enlighten my palette so it was a treat.
Good ambience as well topped with friendly staff
I went for the dinner buffet, great selection of both Indian and continental options. Some surprises like malabari fish curry and curd rice. Thoroughly enjoyed the evening. The end of the restaurant is quieter and they have a great selection of spirits too. Enjoyed with my teammates .
The 24-hour coffee shop/ restaurant is buzzing with people every morning with breakfast eaters having to queue up, despite high seating capacity at various nooks and corners. The breakfast has an excellent variety starting with fruits to various coffees and teas. Several possible cuisines are available. Lunch time buffet has the same atmosphere. The quality does not seem to go down with hordes. Again several cuisines/dishes are available. What is noteworthy is the staff meandering around willing to help you get what you like. Value for money, surely.
Had been here in September second week to try the Sri Lankan food festival. 😄 Tried majority of the spread. Favourite being batter fried fish and mutton kebabs. The Leela has an amazing ambience and the staff was very courteous.
Overall it was a good experience.
One of best Indian food available on buffet in 5 star hotel.
Ambience, interiors and everything you look around is amazingly great because obviously you’re in the BEST in the arena or its own created league.
Have tried almost every 5 star buffet but citrus food and presentation is different and it tastes just too good specially in the north Indian style food.
Staff was very polite and manager incharge was very friendly and helpful...
Went for lunch buffet . They ahve a real lavish spread and everything is upto the mark. And their deserts is a mix of Indian and E.uropean . All in all total Paisa wasool.
Amazing food
Amazing service
Great ambience
Look for tushar to help you with anything
Reasonably priced as well as per international standards
Hamachi carpaccio amazing
Yellow tail Taco amazing
Chilean seabass amazing
Whether it is the exhaustive À la carte menu or the vast array of dishes at the lunch or dinner buffet, the food here is palate pleasing and varied. The bar menu is impressive. Fresh ingredients and innovative dishes across cuisines characterise the food here. The simple but chic décor lends a stylish vibe to this place. From Indian specialities to wood fired pizza and from sushi and sashimi to burgers and wraps, this place offers them all. Although the global dishes are an absolute treat, the South Indian dishes here are a must-try. The grills section on the menu is another highlight. The baked lasagne with spinach, ricotta and mozzarella cheese is as delightful as the grilled lamb chops. Appam with lamb stew is comforting while the Mangalorean fish curry perks up your taste buds with the right amount of spice. The breakfast here is extremely popular and sought after by guests. The presentation of the desserts is appealing, and the variety is mind-boggling. The service staff is helpful and ever willing to assist.

I visited Citrus recently for their Sunday brunch and the theme for this great Indian brunch was south India. Loved the spread and the attention to minute details in dishes.
From kerala’s appam and stew to Tamil Basu’s dal vada which has the perfect texture which is so difficult to find in commercial kitchens. The Malabar parottas were done to perfection too with each layer visible and crisp.
I also tasted their pizzas which were quite nice and done exactly the way I had ordered for it to be. Slightly disappointed with the pasta preparation as it wasn’t up to the mark taste wise, but that can be forgiven as there was everything else that max up for it.
I quite liked their ambience as well with natural light seeping in through the glass windows and a beautiful green view outside of the fountain and tree side.
A must visit.
I stayed at Leela during my visit to Mumbai so got an opportunity to lay my hands on the wide spread buffet that the place has to offer. The Restaurant is on the ground floor and passage from the lobby leads you directly to this place.
The ambiance is pleasing and the place has a good seating capacity. With the blinds open during the morning hours, the lush green outdoors were soothing to eyes. I suppose the back section gives a poolside view as well (not very sure though).
The spread was huge and had ample items to cater to all the tastebuds. English breakfast, North Indian, south Indian, continental with variety of salads, fresh fruit, juices, cerals, freshly baked breads and what not.
Juices were fresh and without sugar. They also served few milkshakes and mango was the top pick amongst them
Loved the scrambled eggs with croissant, Fresh Allo Paratha with butter, Bedami Poori with Aloo ki sabzi. There was another variety of vada which was also yum.
Food: 4/5
Ambience: 4.5/5
Service: 5/5
Value for Money: 4/5
Overall Verdict: Recomended
The citrus at the leela strikes you with its openness and gives you a relaxed feeling the moment you enter the place. Last Sunday when we were there, was perhaps dedicated to the North east and bengali cusine. The citrus serves a mix of authentic local cuisine and a good spread of salads and Mediterranean grills and roast. The bengali style mutton curry was spicy, succulent and quite amazing. The desert offer was quite varied and the Indian desert section was quite nice. The citrus truly maintains the Leela signature of friendliness, great but subtle decor and ofcourse some amazing food.
It was my first visit to The Leela, Mumbai. No wonders as our Breakfast was included in the Room tariff. But the quality of Citrus at the Ground Level is used for Breakfast at The Leela.
After my visit at The Lalit, Mumbai, this is the place where I found quite good quantity and quality of breakfast served. Normally they prepared English, American, South East Asian and obviously not be missed our own Indian which basically contained South Indian & Punjabi food in Breakfast. Quality of their Baking is truly superb as their Breads seems to be freshly baked including their French breads, Cakes, Pastries, Croissants 🥐 Muffins, cereals etc. etc. Severed with international section of Cheeses and fruits.
Service is truly good and prompt, cleanliness is always good compared to my previous stay at The Sahara Star.
A Celebration of Food, at Citrus- The Leela- unofficial ambassador of Indian hospitality!!!
Being from California and from a family of globetrotters have experienced 5 star service all over.. Citrus has changed all that for us... By far the best service, food, atmosphere- a complete 3D experience that can be matched by none!! Citrus sets the standard that other restaurants in Mumbai strive to follow. The modern European creations to the chaats, the never ending dessert bar- everything cooked up by the chefs are breathtaking – one of the top 60 'hot tables' in the world. It's set in a stylishly modernised ambience , and the innovative food is matched by the service, atmosphere and the thought-provoking festivals...This is hotel dining at its most refined, and the setting – in a modernist dining room full of Flavors of Monsoon- be it the table settings or freshly popped popcorn or the special chaiwala in its complete attire n artifacts – is perfect for an exceptional dining experience..
Yet the best thing about Citrus is the perfect hospitality- the finest service in whole of Mumbai( Taj better watch out)... Tushar, Kaustubh and the entire team must definitely be awarded the “Best hospitality award”!
A great meal-experience of mine, a warm welcome till valet parking person's greeting gesture during exit. Superb sense of hospitality of the staff, classy & spacious interior, mood-elevating, pleasant aromatic ambience bundled with delicious Phad Thai, Sushi Rice, Akami accompanied by smooth Ballantine's & Bellini. Thanks Leela-staff for making our evening memorable.
The first thing you notice once you enter the Citurs is the size of buffet. It is one of the largest buffet in a coffee shop that the City has to offer. It's not just big it's also well presented and tasty food. There is never a dought about the quality and taste of Indian food of Leela but the western food and dessert spread was really appealing and mouthwatering. From the time you enter the gate to the receipt to the restaurant you experience the warm Indian hospitality. The servers and chefs are very professional and they really look after you. Unfortunately I have erroneously deleted the photo hence could not updated any picture on this post.
Leela has always been a beautiful experience. They never disappoint us. Always love to come back here. We had from the buffet menu.
We had-
1)pepper chicken pizza
2)Veg fried starters
3)Non veg fried starters
4)Caramel custard
5)Watermelon juice
6)Different types of hummus
7) A plate of
Grilled fish with tomato and fennel sauce
Vegetable dolmas
Chicken burger
Pita bread
Hummus
Jagaimo- Japanese salad
Focaccia
8) desserts
9) Prawns cocktail
Their ambience is exquisite.
Had been her for sunday night dinner on account of my 1st marriage anniversary. The staff is very polite n frinedly. U ask for something n u gt it ri8 on your table. Buffet is full of varieties. Good options for vegetarians. So need not worry.
Thanku so much...
Absolutely loved our time at Citrus! We opted for À La Carte and Mr. Tushar Singh was extremely fluent in guiding us through the menu, making our dinner memorable! We ordered a couple of Veg pizzas, pasta, thai curry and dal rice! Every dish was very authentic and was served in the best possible way.
Would really appreciate Mr. Tushar for his services!
Located at the leela mumbai andheri, CITRUS is basically a coffee shop which is 24hrs open, serving buffets as well as ala carte for breakfast, lunch, dinner and midnight breakfast.
Must visit is the lavish buffet for sunday brunch.
We had buffet for dinner.... The variety was good but lil bit lacking in taste which i guess they shud work upon.
Salad and dessert section if good
Rest ambience... "jaise 5star ka hota hai" sparkling and shining.
Recommended for families and dinner date.
Perfect coffee shop. Wide variety in buffet. Try out the Sunday brunch. Good ambiance. Prompt service. Book table in advance on Saturday and sunday.
Citrus at Leela is one of my favourite place for breakfast....wde buffet spread and total value for money....reception staff is a bit arrogant and rude and gives seating preference only to their in house guests.. we were given one corner table inspite of the restaurant being empty.....repeatedly the lady staff kept asking if we were walking in customers and made us feel that we would be eating for free...
customer care needs to be improved otherwise no complain for food...
A good place for your weekend lunch or dinner. Their buffet menu is so full of varieties from Indian to Italian, they've got us covered. I lpved the Indian dishes they served. Specially with Cottage cheese. Nice ambience and yes their desserts are super amazing!
Good and quick service!!!!
This rating is for the Sakura Saga-The Cherry Blossom festival
Am a sucker for sushi and when Everything On A Plate ( EOAP ) invited me for a review I was ecstatic!
The ambience is just beautiful, I highly recommend one of the tables which has the view of the waterfall.. perfect place to enjoy a nice authentic Japanese meal.
We started the meal with some chilled Japanese sake. It had the most amazing aroma.
I absolutely loved the concept of the Bentobox and it's a very reasonable price for a good quantity of food. Ordering the box will give you a beautifully flavoured miso soup (now I don't usually like tofu but the one in this soup was silky smooth), 8 pieces of sushi rice roll which had avocado and crab peppered with caviar which popped in ur mouth, crunchy veg and prawn tempura and what I loved was the thin tempura costing, chicken katsu cutlet which was crispy and the sweet katsu sauce was perfect with it, and what I have never had before was the interesting Japanese curry which was veg but available in chicken and pork and even the veg one was very flavourful and went perfectly with the rice and cured radish and carrot. So as you can see it's a lot of food at 1550+taxes for the non veg bentobox... I couldn't fault anything in the box.
The chef took us to this table where he made us the Citrus platter and mad it's a perfect platter to wow anyone you wanna take to dinner. He made this amazing rainbow sushi roll which had everything - eel, yellow fish tail, tuna and crab. To add to that there was sashimi - octopus, yellow fishtail, salmon and crab and all this Sat on a bed of ice and was decorated with sea weed. A piece of art!
We finished the meal with some Japanese jasmine tea, a perfect end to our amazing meal.
Highly recommended.. do go check out the Japanese food at citrus!
Being an Indian and the one who cooks, I want my food to be tasty. I was disappointed as the food was tasteless except kaju katri, Gulab jamun and chocolate ice cream. Usually at least one gravy has taste but even that was not the case. Salt seems to not flow out of the closet. The marinated fish which was supposed to be spicy was not and didn’t have salt either. The pasta again had no salt and despite specific request to make it spicy was not at all spicy . Same was the case with pizza. Must say a very disappointing experience after a fantastic one at the Great Wall. Do not intend to visit this place again.
201018 - visited Citrus again and was not disappointed at all. Right from Salad to the main course to the dessert everything was perfect. The pasta in red sauce and spaghetti in white complemented each other pretty well. Hats off to the chef for the remarkable improvement. I hope that the taste remains as that would make it a place to visit.
Good food, service and ambience. Pricing is right. Hotel staff is very courteous and alert. Overall a fine dining experience. Well recommended.
Wonderful buffet. Great taste. Beautiful setting. I was looking forward to more chocolate dessert options though! Gorgeous desserts. Taste wasn't great though! The salad options won me over ❤️❤️
I also tried their breakfast spread which is extremely delicious and healthy! Watermelon juice was quite fresh and tasty without any added sugars.
Probably the best fine dining multi cuisine (Japanese, Indian, Italian) restaurant in Mumbai ! The à la carte menu has really good choices !
They have got all bases covered from South Indian delicacies to healthy options like sprouts in the breakfast buffet. One of the finest restaurants in Chalaka and offerring an excellent ambience, a warm hospitality and an efficient service- This deserves a 5.0 rating.
Went here for lunch. It was not crowded.
It was Leela, so of course the staff was very cooperative and very polite. The level of hospitality here is amazing.
We opted for the buffet.
The items in buffet could have been more.
The continental starters were great. The tang that should be there in North Indian food wasn't there.
Desserts were limited too.
The breakfast was really good. From cheese grilled tomatoes to Epigamia yoghurt, they had it.
They had healthy options as well like lot of sprouts and veggies . The fresh juices were good too. Also they had other options for desserts like danish, croissants 🥐 and muffins.
South Indian food was also served .
Amazing place for a getaway and amazing buffet dinner at the citrus. The pics say it all from the starters to the desserts. A mixed blend of Indian, Italian, Chinese, Mediterranean and what not.
It’s got an awesome setting in terms of botanical gardens and a beautiful fountain on the outside that’s also visible from the inside too
What makes this place work beyond the beauty of the place is the massive spread that they put out and the large spreads of food too
The weekend brunch with the live counters and the hot piping Indian food is always on the menu but it’s the other choices right from your choice of authentic Japanese sushi to say the Thai curry in the spread that also makes for good treat too!
Personally love the South Indian spread in the buffet too!
Indulgence to be done with friends and family!
Spent Saturday dinner with family, wonderful buffet spread consisting of Indian, Thai and continental cuisine. The salad spreads were well made especially the buffalo salad the meat was tender and melted in your mouth the sea food salad, prawn cocktail and the squid salad defined the word seafood beautifully.

I visited this restaurant with my friends this is an awesome place for tasty food and great hospitality. was here few weeks ago and a special note for Manager Basu ..Thank you for the wonderful service and kind attention to our table, your team and service keeps up to the Leela Standard!! Cheers !
First morning at the Leela hotel, it was very nice to wake up to a hearty breakfast, freshly made omelette, potato masala dosa and all. The food tasted great. Coffee was nice as well. Staff was friendly and attentive. I liked their chickpea curry and cheesy spinach omelette. Their almond croissants and coconut danishes were very delicious! All in all it was a good start of the day.
Celebrating Regional Eastern Cuisine over brunch @Citrus, The Leela
Leela has always kept it simple, limited and standardised with its brunches.
We recently tried the Sunday brunch @Citrus, The Leela.
Firstly what we love about this place is the greens surrounding the restaurant visible from its long glass panes. It has a very soothing effect.
Our table was right by the mini waterfall and the lush green plants .
India has such varied cuisines that itself is a celebration. We tried their Eastern Regional themed brunch and were stunned by their delicacies.
They had picked up dishes from Himachal, Bengal, Assam and more.
We tried the following :
Thukpa soup
Bengali style vegetable soup
Laksa is a typical delicacie .
And not to forget the delicious spicy momos.
For mains we tried ,
Phed Nor Mai wok fried bamboo shoot with string
Kaow Phad Pak - vegetable fried rice .
They had great fish like sarson diya mach .
Lets talk about my favourite part. Desserts.
And oh they had sugar free Rosgulla . I absolutely had no guilt then.
They had others too :
Pithe
Nariyal ladoo
Kesar chum chim
Sondesh .
Barring this, they also had the regular
Chat
Salads
Cheese spread
Live pasta and pizza counter
And the best of all, lovely fresh popcorn popping in front of you.
They also served Hummus , Fattoush and more.
Their dessert spread was limited but good. We loved the fondue .
We also liked the innovation to the simple dishes.
We tried :
Thandai Breton
Chocolate mousse with apple cardamom compote
Pistachio crepe brulle crumble - I loved how the pistachio flavour dwelled .
Saffron baked yoghurt
Boondi baked lemon cheese cake - I genuinely liked the way soft boondi and cheesecake went together.
Staff :
They say more than the food, what matters is the how they feed you.
The staff was genuinely so warm and fed us like we were family.
I was not well. Mr Ravi, served me some amazing black tea with ginger and honey .
Further, Ravi was recommending us some wonderful dishes to try on.
Mr Kaustabh took care of us extremely well.
Further, all the staff whose names I might have missed were warm.
Overall :
We sat there for good 3 hours enjoying the weather from inside and gorging onto delicious food.
Deets :
Every Sunday of this month is regional themed brunch.
Further , till 14th August on Dineout they do have 50% off on brunch .

We started our meal with the chef's special appetizers, which were beautifully presented and tasted as good as they looked. The main course was equally impressive, with the perfectly cooked meat and vegetables bursting with flavor.
The restaurant's knowledgeable and attentive staff made the entire meal even more enjoyable. Lastly, the dessert selection was simply fantastic. The chocolate mousse was a standout among the sweet dishes we tried.

One of the standout thing was the buffet spread for lunch & dinner - completely unique experience.
Overall, it is an excellent choice for a special occasion or a casual night out. The food, service, and atmosphere are all top-notch, and you won't be disappointed.
This was the best food experience of my week in Mumbai! And we were lucky that the food buffet could be coupled to a Indian wine buffet for an extra fee! Wow, I will definitely go back next time I have the chance to visit Mumbai.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at this incredible 5-star hotel, and I must say it was truly an unforgettable experience. From start to finish, every detail was carefully considered to create a memorable and enjoyable dining experience.
The restaurant itself was beautifully decorated with a sophisticated and elegant ambiance that immediately set the tone for a luxurious evening. The tables were set with pristine white linens, beautiful china, and gleaming silverware, which added to the overall sense of refinement and sophistication.
The menu was carefully crafted and featured a wide range of dishes to suit every taste. The chefs at this hotel are clearly experts in their craft, as every dish that we ordered was impeccably presented and tasted absolutely divine. From appetizers to entrees to desserts, each dish was a work of art that showcased the chef's talent and creativity.
Overall, I can wholeheartedly recommend this 5-star hotel dining experience to anyone looking for a special and memorable evening. From the exquisite food to the impeccable service to the beautiful setting, it truly is an experience that is not to be missed.
I am unable to use Indian spicy food, so I ordered “Kaiseki Zen” Rs2750. It’s good choice to have healthy salad, excellent sashimi of tuna, salmon and scalop and natural wasabi. The tempura is superb like made from a master Tokyo, and salmon taste with sweet sauce like unagi. Miso soup with tofu and nori, the steam rice with sweet japanese curry. Perfect! I almost forget that I am actually in Mumbai! I thank Tushar’s service and the great cook maters. Go-gi-so-san!
