This restaurant is really far from my home and I have to commute to another end I feel but our heart always takes us to the place we get good food. When I first saw the menu I was so happy to see finally a dining place opening up in the city where we get non-veg parathas.
I am really not a fan of ordering food at home. It's a cute outdoor seating and one should avoid going there in the afternoon but the evenings are the best. I am just dreaming of going there in monsoons when it will rains. Imaging eating piping hot parathas and kebabs on a cold rainy day.
Okay so too much about me and what I dream of, let's talk about their food. What did I try? Honestly, till now I have been here several times and never wrote about it.
Kebabs - First we ordered the Chicken Potli Kebab which was soft made of minced chicken and stuffed with cheese in the centre which became my favourite go-to starters. Then was Murg Pahadi kebab cooked in tandoor with spices and Adraki Paneer tikka. Their paneer almost melted in my mouth.
Next was Kulchas and parathas. Double stuffed chicken paratha with cheese or without cheese both was so good. Yaar Sachi Dilli ki Yaad Dila di. Kulchas had good stuffing served with the regular chole, curd and chutney.
Mains: They have butter chicken close to the asli north wala taste. I know so much food right? But it's heaven for non-vegetarian parathas.
Dessert - Their in-house Gulab Jamun which was the only option when I went there which was quite soft and satisfying.
They also have chat and chai but I am always so stuffed eating other varieties.
Verdict:
Overall a good experience but would keep repeating this place for sure. I recommend trying the kebabs and nonveg parathas for sure. Nice family place. Remember the rainy day, I guess good for couples too... Hehehehe!
A place close by recommended by K. In the last 3 odd months must have tried a lot of stuff from the menu but have come back to the following.
Aloo/Aloo cheese/Egg paratha and mostly with the mini meal which includes raita, black dal and chole.
Chole and chicken with plain kulcha have been tried and found to be very good. Latest try was Dahi Bhalla. Again excellent
Consistent in terms of quality, quantity, delivery, service recovery. Definitely on our regular list.
Great food. Good portions. Friendly staff. Perfect late night eating joint. Reasonably priced. Worth every buck spent. Definitely would visit again.
Today i went here with my family for Christmas dinner, staff is so humble and courteous and food is also good, i tried chicken tikka masala (just the way a punjabi would love it, with soft tender chicken on request), prawns tawa masala (this could have been better but still it wasn’t bad at all, jumbo prawns), chicken biryani (very aromatic and mild with raita and papad, chicken was fine, it could have been little more tender) gulab jamun with rabadi (little expensive but worth every bite), my over all experience was good, one can visit for parathas, they were looking yummy on other tables.
Small place outside sitting in buzzing andheri lokhandwala... Ambience is ok but food is excellent... Chat items like dahi puri etc is good.. service quite fast... staff is kind.... Must try Paratha quantity is sufficient... recommended
Best place for some deliciously made parathas. Not just any ordinary joint. The taste of each paratha is distinct and beautiful. They make a combo with some really good curries. Butter chicken paratha is a must. It comes with butter chicken gravy which is finger-licking delicious
Called for Aloo Paratha and they nailed it with the taste and quality of the meal. The cholay and raita sent along with the Parathas were just perfect. I would keep coming back for more.
Ordered butter chicken and roomali roti for dinner. It was delivered on time within 20mins and the packaging was good. The good was steaming hot and fresh. Satisfied my craving of butter chicken. Really nice. But the roomali roti has to be better. In all a nice dinner and food was good. Lucky to have a restaurant that serves good north Indian food close by.
This place I have visited very often the they open always worth to try, we have with family so ordered many dishes like parathas, tandoori starter, north Indian, roll, sliders and chaat, chef special parathas like butter chicken explosion, fish
Ajwani tikka, mutton seek kebab roll and papdi chat, all the dishes was awesome and amazing, even there sevice was also excellent.

To start with I'm not a regular reviewer of restaurant but the love for this place made me review it.
Food : ordered for paneer methi paratha served with black dal chole raita.... yummy
After that called for Afghani chaap ....being a vegetarian I ordered for veg food but luking at ppl around who were relishing the non veg food it seems that even non veg would have been equally good.
Gulab jamun with rabdi which was made in house unlike several other restaurants nowadays who outsource it.
Service: nothing much to complain here in terms of service.
Ambience: patio dinning space with monsoon shed but the staff told us that they will remove the shed after monsoon....now that will be an amazing sight to dine out in the open.
Quality n price: this goes hand in hand as lokhandwala being a price n quality sensitive market. Very good pricing... infact a suggestion (management can afford to increase 20-30 rs to their menu).
Verdict: A hit place for me ...being a Punjabi boy and craving for Delhi food this one will surely satiate my need for authentic Delhi food.

Its a good food to eat, its an haven who loves north indian food, Here parathas are served with black dal, chole & raita, It was my first time here i came to have parathas Its was amazing, Even they have delhi street chaat, chaat quality was fabulous, This kind of chaat i never had before. Awesome service very quick, with a minute order comes to your table, staff was well trained.
Good place to eat. One can njoy mouth watering veg and non veg starters and main course, especially this butter chicken paratha. Staff is polite and courteous.
Authentic taste of North India in heart d of mumbai. Tried chaap masala with tandoori roti. Also nawabi paratha made in asli desi ghee was super yummy. A combination of curries, parathas, chaaps n tikkas makes this place a foodies delight. A must must visit.

Its diificult to find plac's in mumbai that serve authentic paratha's and this place takes the word.. Paratha to a complete different level...just think of a filling ..and they already have it...loved the butter chicken and chicken keema cheese paratha...the gravies that come along with it are amazing too..loved the chicken patiala gravy..definately a go to place ....for that authentic delhi paratha experience
Nice place, awesome food and courteous staff. I had been with a group of friends and had ordered a variety of veg and non veg parathas all of it were gr8. The starters were good and the gulab jamun is worth a try. Will surely visit again.

this is my second visit to mumbai......n I'm a fan of this restaurant....basically from delhi I'd the best parathas outside delhi for the first time....ordered for a nawabi paratha and paneer with methi paratha...along with the paratha was served sufficient amount of black dal chole and raita which we ordered extra but weren't charged for it..special mention to our server Mr. Ravi for the excellent service provided by him. must visit place I'm surely gonna try the rest of the stuff on my next visit to mumbai.

Recently visited this place and found the food really delicious and hygienic. I ordered the butter chicken, chicken kheema paratha and prawns with pudina amongst a few as I went there with family. I highly recommend the food and the service. More importantly, the food is not overpriced like many other places going around in the area. My message to the owner is to keep dishing out the already amazing food and service as I will be definitely be a regular diner now! Cheers!

Rarely you'll find a restaurant in mumbai with authentic north Indian Taste..... Tried the yummiest chicken kalimirch and chicken chatni anardana. Right mix of spices.... great outdoor dining experience specially during rains. Economical and budget place.
Went with my family a couple of days ago....had the best paratha in town.....chicken cheese paratha was the best along with butter chicken explosion paratha......one of the creamist butter chicken.....a unit of only parathas as mentioned by the owner Mr. Naval Arora...this restaurant definitely on my repeat list for North Indian cuisine....thanks for such an sumptious meal.

I love this place nd food. The only thing which disappointed me that being a sikhs place .and keeping Guru Nanak dev ji's pic outside nd lighting jyot daily . Customers sit thr and smoke. Which is v shameful. As This place belongs to sikh family nd its eating family place as well.. and i think the owner Puppy shld understand it being sikh himself nd shld look into this matter seriously as i found staff vv childish thr . They are nice but need to be strickt to maintain sentiments and name of this place..
Well you must try their parathas and its best combination with rainy weather.. Awesome and tasty parathas.. Highly recommended paneer and cheese paratha.. It comes with accompaniment of black dal, curd, pickle and chole..

Must visit this place. I had a chicken Tikka as a starter and which was very nicely cooked and juicy and in main course I had a chicken dum biryani with raita and roasted papad...the grain of rice was very flavorful and the chicken was nicely cooked in dum and it was too yummy. I ll surely visit this place again.

Honestly, I was never a big fan of Parathas until I had the Chicken and Cheese Parathas at this Punjabi place. I was so intrigued about the Keema Parathas they had in the menu that I really wanted to watch the chef preparing these and get a quick recipe too. If you are a paratha lover then do check out this place at Lokhandwala, Andheri West.
Must try their lahori paratha and paneer mushroom paratha. The filling is absolutely amazing. Give their slider naan a try and you would love it.
Finally only Partha version is back with parathas n tikkas for Andheri people, you just don’t have to think if you are foodie and want to have yummie parathas and tandoor item for lunch n dinner this place is Best with the quality and quantity, finger licking parathas.

Ordered a lasooni tandoori soya chaap. It was delicious! The pieces were soft and creamy with the correct amount of garlic. It was like having chicken tikka. Even the chutney served along was very good. One of the best soya chaap I've had in Mumbai.
A must visit for North Indian food lovers . There tikkas are very soft and melt in the mouth . Chicken chutneywala is a must try . Coureous staff and good food

I have literally been to 80% of Mumbai’s most famed Punjabi food hangouts. They also include the sister concerns of ParathasNTikkas, such as OnlyParathas. However, the baby cousin exceeds the others. The Punjabi meal served here is severed from heart- that’s Punjabi for you! I actually felt that I’m eating in purani dilwali dilli and punjab’s local dhaba. Although, it suits the classy Lokhandwala neighbourhood and uber Mumbai lifestyle, it gives taste of north India.
I’ve been missing tasty Punjabi food that I tasted at my dad’s friend’s home. No one can replace a Punjabi aunty when she decides to serve you from the heart, the flavors of love are there in the food. The same flavors I tasted in ParathasNTikkas for the dinner outing. I ate my heart out. For a two days, I’m on half of my regular meal. I am not sick, I’m just too happy. Now, without wasting your time and doing any further suspense. Here are the delicacies that I ate with my soul loving every bit of it.
I ate both veg and non-veg food because I was with my cousins. Some of them are vegetarians and being Indian we taste each other’s food with proper hygiene and table manners.
So, here are some of them.
Vegetarian dishes of Punjabi Meal
Starters
Paneer Adraki Tikka: I like paneer, but this one was really fresh and tender. The flavors were nice and not too spicy. However, I would have preferred a bit more of a marinated flavor.
Parathas
Paneer with Spring Onion Paratha : I liked this one as it had more flavor and tasted juicy. The taste of spring onions was little less. But this one was full of flavor.
Non-Vegetarian dishes at ParathasNTikkas
Starters
Chicken Barra: I can call this a must eat. The chicken is tender although on the bone. It is juicy and the tastes spicy. It gives taste of punjabi masala more specifically Delhi masala. It has good marination and authentic taste.
Mutton Seekh Kabab: I liked the spices and marination. It was fragrant and delicious. However, it was dry and hard. I think they should work on the texture as seekh kababs are supposed to be tender and soft.
Parathas
Prawns, Onion, Pudina Paratha: This one was another of the delectable dishes that I enjoyed at ParathasNTikkas, the prawns were well-cooked, taste of onion and pudina was prevalent. I loved the spicy mixture and paratha was soft and not too chewy.
Mains
Butter Chicken: The butter chicken that you get at ParathasNTikkas is Delhi style. It is less sweeter than we get in Mumbai. In fact, it is spicier. The masalas that they used in this one were hot red chilli powder and garam masala.
Chicken Chatni Anardana: The five star dish of the evening was this one. It was hardcore Punjabi meal. There is no comparison to this Palak, spicy, anardana and tender chicken dish. I preferred this over Butter Chicken. The taste was simply incredible.
Overall, I would recommend ParathasNTikkas if you are looking out for a hearty meal made from a Punjabi heart with Punjabi hospitality. I give them a five star rating hands down!

D parathas n kulchas are the must try from this place .. Also the tikkaass n kebabs are lip smashing .. The open area to sit n enjoy d food is refreshing..

Parathas n Tikkas is a must visit place for all paratha and punjabi food lovers. It is located in Lokhandwala , Andheri west. This is a good restaurant for people living in and around Andheri who love to devour on authentic Punjabi cuisine. Parathas n Tikkas is sister concern of Only Parathas. It is an open restaurant, so you can enjoy your parathas while watching the rainfall of Mumbai.
Ambiance review
It is an open restaurant with comfy seating arrangements.The lightings are good although they can increase a bit. The service is quick and the staff is courteous.
Food review
The food that we had was a mix of veg and non veg.The quality of food is excellent.
For Veggies,I recommend
Afghani Chaap : This is a good option for Vegetarians mainly because it tastes heavenly. It is consists of soya beans and is dressed with fresh cheese. It is soft and juicy. Even, old people can easily chew it. I definitely recommend.
Paneer Spring Paratha: The paratha was soft and chewable, so that is definitely a plus point. It comprises of minced paneer which is fresh and nicely cooked with the other ingredients like spring onions etc.
Kulchas : The Kulchas are not at all hard , they are easily chewable and taste also very nice.
IN Non Veg ,I recommend
Chicken Potli Kabab : It is chicken wrapped in a coating of egg. It is very well cooked . The chicken is soft and juicy. This dish is very tasty. I had it as starter. I definitely recommend it .
Mutton Seekh Kabab : It was a bit hard to chew. The mutton was perfectly cooked and the flavours were nice. This dish needs a bit improvement on the texture.
For the Main course we had Chicken Chatni Anardana and Butter Chicken with Kulchas.
Chicken Chatni Anardana : I think this is the Best dish of this restaurant. I mean I likes most of the dishes but this one is definitely extraordinary. It comprises of fresh chicken perfectly cooked in the gravy of minced spinach,minced pomegranate.This dish is green in color, so it is quite soothing to the eyes. The taste is very very yummy. I loved it . I definitely recommend it.
A great selection of non veg parathas. Chicken potli kebab is a must try for every chicken lover. Great service and quick food. From the house of only parathas this place is a must visit.

Visited this new place in Andheri Lokhandwala last Thursday. So if you want to try out some delicious north indian food, You can try out this place. It has only outdoor seating arrangement, Comfortable chairs and not at all congested like most of the places.
About food, They have so many variations in Parathas as well as the options to make your own paratha by choosing 3 or 4 stuffings.
We tried few, One being "Paneer with Spring Onion Paratha" & Other one was "Nawabi Paratha". Parathas are served with Raita, Black Dal & Chole. Both the Parathas tasted awesome. Nawabi Paratha consists the stuffings of Cheese, Paneer, Green Chilli, Aloo & Onions, Which was the best one for me. Chole & Black Dal's were good in taste as well. Paneer with spring onion felt a little dry, But goes well with the Raita.
In starters, we had "Veg Afghani Chaap" & "Paneer Adraki Tikka", Both the dishes were served with some salad and green chutney. In Chaap they provide options too to choose from haryali, Kalimirch, Lasooni. This was only the 2nd time i had chaap, The previous experience was not a good one as it was too chewy. But this place has done great job with this dish here. Paneer Adraki Tikka were good too, Not much of a Paneer Person so was skeptical about it. I would be very tempted to try the Lasooni version in any of this starters in future.
Moving on to Main course, Veg Lavish and some kulchas. This was a perfect choice as it had a lots of cheese (Which is always a plus for me). Tasted a bit more saltier, But went well with soft and well made kulchas.
Ended a dinner with some yummy Gulab Jamuns, Which are made in the kitchen itself and were soft from the center as well.
Overall enjoyed being here, Perfect place to be with some friends/family. The place's origin lies in "nly Parathas which is unlike this place is a Veg only place. So If you couldn't visit Only Parathas because of your Non-veg friends, You can bring them here :P.

Parathas N Tikkas is a newly opened outlet in Lokhandwala. It has outdoor seating. North Indian food is their speciality. The service and food was great. Parathas N Tikkas and Only Parathas are of the same family. Only Parathas is veg whereas Parathas N Tikkas is non veg.

Being a chicken lover, I liked the chicken starters. But the veg starters were also very good. The masalas used made a wonderful taste. Veg Afgani Chaap was juicy and tasty. The Paneer Adraki Tikka had a light flavour of Garlic.

The curries are prepared in North Indian style. Chicken Chatni Anardana was something unique. Its green in colour.A bit spicy. The Butter Chicken was not the regular sweet one, it's a lil spicey. But both of the Non veg gravies were superb in taste. The veg gravy was also good. A lot of different masalas are used to give the best flavour 👌
The above dishes were accompanied with Kulchas.
The Kulchas were nicely garnished and soft.

The Gulab Jamun is freshly prepared in the kitchen.
Final Thoughts -
Parathas N Tikkas will be a good choice for some Delicious North Indian Parathas and Gravies. The Tikkas were also good. I liked the Veg as well the Non veg dishes. Do give it a try! 👍

Parathas N tikka is cousin of Only parathas which has more variety and unique diahes. Here at parathas n tikka they make their own flavours which are ultimate to try. Some of the dishes which I tried were,
Afgani Chaap- Its heaven for vegetarian. So basically veg afgani chaap is made up of soya and dressed with cheese. It is not very rubbery or chewy and it a perfect starter. Recommended for vegetarians.
Paneer Adraki tikka- The best part about this dish is it has a very subtle taste of ginger and is also flavoured with pudina. The paneer was fresh and juicy to taste.
Paneer spring paratha - It had minced paneer which was nice to taste but somewhere I couldnt get the taste of spring onion. So it was a normal paneer paratha which had nice favours. They can improve on the taste here.
Navabi Paratha- its the ultimate veg paratha which has patoto, cheese,paneer. The best part is all the favours are subtle and equivalent in proportion Recommended for vegetarians
Must visit place if you are foodie
Its an open restaurant with comfortable seatings. You can enjoy food with rain.
We had chicken potli kabab which was a chicken wrapped in a coating. It tasted good.
Chicken patiyala is something that i would recommend. It is chicken wrapped in an omlet with red gravy. It goes well with naan or roti.
This place has variety of non veg parathas wihch is not found at many places. We had prawn paratha. It had chopped prawns which tasted so good.
The best part about this place is, as compared to the location food offered here is at very cheap price and quantity they serve is more than enough. This is definitely a value for money place.
Newly opened place in Andheri.. Great place.. Even tough it's open sitting, it's well maintained. It's mainly for north Indian cuisine. We ordered the below dishes.

Visited this new place in Andheri Lokhandwala last Thursday. So if you want to try out some delicious north indian food, You can try out this place. It has only outdoor seating arrangement, Comfortable chairs and not at all congested like most of the places.
About food, They have so many variations in Parathas as well as the options to make your own paratha by choosing 3 or 4 stuffings.
We tried few, One being "Paneer with Spring Onion Paratha" & Other one was "Nawabi Paratha". Parathas are served with Raita, Black Dal & Chole. Both the Parathas tasted awesome. Nawabi Paratha consists the stuffings of Cheese, Paneer, Green Chilli, Aloo & Onions, Which was the best one for me. Chole & Black Dal's were good in taste as well. Paneer with spring onion felt a little dry, But goes well with the Raita.
In starters, we had "Veg Afghani Chaap" & "Paneer Adraki Tikka", Both the dishes were served with some salad and green chutney. In Chaap they provide options too to choose from haryali, Kalimirch, Lasooni. This was only the 2nd time i had chaap, The previous experience was not a good one as it was too chewy. But this place has done great job with this dish here. Paneer Adraki Tikka were good too, Not much of a Paneer Person so was skeptical about it. I would be very tempted to try the Lasooni version in any of this starters in future.
Moving on to Main course, Veg Lavish and some kulchas. This was a perfect choice as it had a lots of cheese (Which is always a plus for me). Tasted a bit more saltier, But went well with soft and well made kulchas.
Ended a dinner with some yummy Gulab Jamuns, Which are made in the kitchen itself and were soft from the center as well.
Overall enjoyed being here, Perfect place to be with some friends/family. The place's origin lies in "nly Parathas which is unlike this place is a Veg only place. So If you couldn't visit Only Parathas because of your Non-veg friends, You can bring them here :P.

A In the last 3 odd months must have tried a lot of stuff from the menu but have come back to the following.
Aloo/Aloo cheese/Egg paratha and mostly with the mini meal which includes raita, black dal and chole.
Chole and chicken with plain kulcha have been tried and found to be very good. Latest try was Dahi Bhalla. Again excellent
Consistent in terms of quality, quantity, delivery, service recovery. Definitely on our regular list.
One of the best dinner place in Mumbai. Great ambience great service. Outdoor sitting. Varieties of paratha and tikka serve here with raita , Chole and chatni. Both veg and non veg. Specially panir paratha is awesome. Sweet is also serve here. You can enjoy dinner with family and friends. Having outdoor sitting magnifies the taste of delicious food particularly north indian food. Try atleast once and make a memorable moment.
Lunch thaali is great and just at 150 Rs., remember it's not dinner.. other food are little expensive but parathas fair and are very heavy but taste appropriate, someone may full with in the range of 150-300..
They have open sitting place an loads of varieties of parathas and tikkas in veg and non veg both.
They serve it with rayeta, chatni and chole.
Taste is yum... You should give it a try and they also have sweets i tried chilled Rabdi and it was awesome.
Open air restaurant. Awesome ambience. Not very crowded. Atleast when I went. Service very good. Courteous staff. Food was awesome. Paratha as well as starters. Lassi too. Loved the place.
Good restaurants to have your lunch.. it's good to skip your tiffin and choose thaali ranging 150...
Good parathas and tikkas available... Good variety..place is basic and does the job
