Stayed here for around 3 months. Lifts are well maintained and parking is abundant. Basketball court near the park is a great pastime. Shops can be accessed from the back door and wonderful chat and panipuri stall is near the front entrance. Almost all restaurant delivers here and magnificent view of Bridge in the evening is soothing.

Nice place. You don't need an aircon if you are staying in 1204 as the high speed air blowing from the window is cool enough for you. And it blows 24*7
