Jagruti Sweets and Farsan is very famous outlet for sweets and Farhan.
Their sweets are renowned not only in quality but very reasonable price.
Outlet is located in the Andheri West in the market area in between Andheri station and Azad Nagar Metro station; you can say closer to Navrang Cinema hall.
Their Vadapav and Samosa are equally famous. There is lot of crowd lined up to take Vadapav.
As usual we have been there to have sweets and then we can’t resist their Vadapav.
They stock varieties of snacks as well plus dey fruits.
You can go there to have their quality sweets.
Have been eating from this place since childhood, and love all the things that they have to offer. Definitely love their bhajjis and their Dahi Kachori which they have also they have a variety of sweets rasmalai and Rasgulla have been my favourite also they are having packets of Idli and fafda which are Gujarati famous dishes we also love to take alot of sweets from them during Diwali and festive season so I would definitely recommend this place.

If you love dahhi kachori they have one of the best ones in Andheri West the taste has been constant since years now and definitely try their sabudana vada and their idli packets , They have amazing variety of stuff and alot of stuff to offer ,we also send stuff for my family and relatives in Dubai from this place , you can definitely try them out , totally worth it.
This place is always crowded. You get freshly made sweets as well as snacks. There is no seating available though.
I totally love their dahi kachori, khandvi and kothmir wadi in snacks and you should definitely give it a try.
For any occasion or festival, we mostly buy sweets from here since the prices are pretty reasonable and they taste delicious.

This place is pocket friendly and it remains crowded when you visit here. I have been eating here for a long time.

If you visit here at snacks time do try their Dali Kachori and Samosas.

The size of laddoo were little big than those are available in Lucknow.
I just love the taste of laddoo.

Jagrut is a famous sweet shop around Ram Mandir, near Andheri West station. More than its sweet, it lure a large crowd because of its farsan Counter - where they serve some fresh & lipsmacking samosa, Kachori's and a variety of small bites - like different Bhaji's, dokla, masala Idli, kotmir vadi, Chinese samosa etc. Not only this, the prices are very friendly - Rs.160 for any quick bites/ farsan items.
Also, Dahi wada is another highlight, which is must have from jagrut.
The sweets are exceptionally good, our recommendation is to try their different pedas, dry fruit chikki and kaju katli
Ps - there are many vendors around Andheri station that serves vadapav and other fasan item, the factor that differentiate JAGRUT from those roadside vendors is their amazing taste and hygienic preparations.
Its pouring heavily and here i am enjoying these smoking hot samosas from Jagrut. Its very famous around the area. And its always crowded. The freshly frying samosas and kachoris lure you inside. Its a shop so no seating area. You have to either pack it or eat it on the road. Kachori and samosas are great here! The sweets are good too. The pedas are exceptionally good. You might want you stop here for a snack the next time you're near andheri market. Okay bye for now, my samosa is waiting 🔥

This place is always crowded mainly because of factual reason of providing quality fresh food at reasonable price. They have all the various items like farsan, mawa mithai, Bengali mithai, jalebi, samosa, vada, kachori etc. etc. and the list goes on. My experience with Jagrut till date has been pleasant.
My favorite items here are samosa, kachori and Bengali mithai. Anything bought any time was fresh and tasty.
It’s little far from main Andheri station however can be tried if you are fond of the food they sell.

Jagrut is located on J P Road in Andheri West and is our THE place for best farsan, snacks and sweets...
Among snacks, it has one of the best Samosa and Raj Kachori... Among farsan, it has a wide variety including Khakhra, Kachori, Gathiya, Boondi, Mix, Wafers, Fafda etc which are all great...
Also the sweets are very good, be it Bombay Halwa, Kaju Katli, Boondi Laddu, Milk Cake, Chikki or Peda...

We are currently staying in this hotel and we are overwhelmed by how wonderful we are finding it. It is not a super fancy hotel but it has the most 5 star staff. It feels like you are staying in a 5 star hotel. The helpfulness, friendliness and incredible service provided by those who work in reception, in the restaurant, and housekeeping makes one feel so valued as a customer. The room is very clean and has all that you need including a small fridge,safe, kettle and complementary coffee and tea. The bathrooms are small but come with quality shampoo, wash gel, conditioner and hand soap. The breakfasts are outstanding and so varied to satisfy most tastes.
We are loving it and wish we can stay longer. I would not hesitate to recommend and want to thank the staff for making a last couple of days in India so memorable.
Pay a bit more to get a larger room is worth the money for comfort. The staff is amazing and helpful. Breakfast is great with plenty of choice. Enjoy the evening with masala chai on the house. The service is fantastic, you just feel pampered.
The location was great and the staff were all so friendly and helpful. Upon check in, we were upgraded to the "Indigo Suite." The room was slightly outdated and the sheets / curtains were stained in some places. The bed itself was comfortable and the AC worked well.
Great staff and location! Rooms however, are quite small and dated. For instance the AC face fell off one night and the laminate doors in the bathroom are peeling from poor airflow and high humidity. The front desk is most helpful and able to exchange USD to rupees without fee. They offer great restaurant recommendations as well and will even walk with you to suggested locations. Again, staff was amazing overall.
Only major issue I had was when they recommended a nearby tailor they trusted that charged 3x local prices because I was a tourist after confirming with my local friend.
This hotel has a great location to go and explore the Fort and Southern area of Mumbai. We were able to walk everywhere very easily and felt right in the heart of where everything is happening. Also the breakfast buffet is great with enough choices and changing warm meals. Overall our room was okay, the room we initially booked got super hot at night because the AC stopped working so we were moved to the opposite room. This room was fine but I think for the price you pay there are some small upkeep things that should be fixed. The desk drawers were stuck down with celetape and in our previous room the handle for the shower kept coming off when we put the shower on. Other than that the stay was lovely.
I regularly stay at this hotel due its close and easy proximity to the Bombay High Court.
The rooms are good enough. Clean, convenient and functional. The best part about this hotel is its staff who are extremely polite, well behaved, very welcoming and always eager to help.
The breakfast spread is good.
I would recommend this hotel in Fort area in Mumbai.
Amazing experience at the hotel! The staff was very kind and did everything they could to help me. My bedroom was a true haven of peace in this hectic city. Amazing internet connection (I also came here to work) and full breakfast included in the price. The location is very central and is at a walking distance from major places here in Mumbai. My bedroom was located in one separated building from the main one so I wasn't annoyed with the metro's construction site.
I recently had the pleasure of staying at Residency Hotel Port in Mumbai, and I must say it was an excellent experience. The residency Ford is an excellent hotel with a very friendly staff. The staff gave us good advice and helped us with good price in booking our tours. The location is on a very good spot but on the time we were there the subway was under construction in front of the hotel.
The staff at this hotel made this one of the best hotels we’v ever stayed at. Also the bed is so comfortable! Thank you for a wonderful experience.
