Had visited the outlet sometime back. As the name suggests, all the natural flavours tastes delicious. Our personal favourite is Tender Coconut, Mango and Anjeer. Chocolate is average and most people won't like it that much since it's not that Chocolatey. Try the Waffle Cone, it adds good sweetness to the overall taste. Good place to visit for having seasonal flavours.
This place is local and pocket friendly.there service is good.ambiance is great. I will suggest you to try almond roast ice cream and cheese cake

I ordered one butterscotch and two choco cheeps. Quality of ice cream was good. Workers are polite. But there's one thing I would really like to mention. Customers who ate ice creams on those seats. If they spill it or if there is mess, it Should be clean immidiately as other person who seats over there shouldn't get nervous.

Well, you just say can’t say no to natural ice. Rich fruits taste with lovely seating arrangement. Always been a fan of mango, Sitaphal, almond and choco chip.
The level of ice creams here is brilliant. Amazing flavours . The mango and tender coconut one is yum licking. Specially the seasonal ones. It’s actually natural .

The Sitafal and Chickoo flavour are by far the best...! Even the Mango Flavour is creamy, delicious and tasty. I believe unlike many other frozen desserts, NATURALS is an authentic ice cream made from Milk and Cream. Other such brand would be Amul ice-creams.
The activity at the shop floor is busy only in the evenings, past dinner is when the crowd really start coming in.

Just like any other naturals. The ice creams are top notch. Love their Sitaphal and lychee. Although you get these only during their season. Their all timers are tender coconut,chocolate chip for chocolate lovers. (They have other good flavours as well.) one could not go wrong with their ice creams. The ambiance is good. They offer seating and one can smell the freshly made waffle cone (which is amazing). The staff is friendly. They offer delivery services as well to the nearby locations (an added plus point).

This might have been a lovely place to lounge in, only if it were not for Natural's trademark clinical white ambiance. Maybe that goes with the 'healthy' and 'hygienic' image of the brand, but it also makes sure you don't stay there for long after you have picked up your first scoop. Though this specific outlet has provided a cosy sofa and benches where you can make yourselves comfortable, Natural Ice creams should in general look for an image makeover.
The ice-cream flavours are all lovely. Unusual flavours are Gajar Halwa, Coconut, Musk Melon and Guava. Never miss their seasonal fresh fruit with Malai ice cream offering. I've been frequenting this outlet since years and can vouch for a fact that they source the choicest of alphonso mangoes and strawberries for their fresh fruit dishes.
Their annual Berry Festival in winter is something to look forward to every year. Mulberry is the best of all.
As the name suggests, all ice creams have real fruits in them. And when you order a milkshake, they will spin the same ice cream in the grinder and serve it with all fruit chunks homogenised in the process. Always prefer ice cream over their milkshakes!
Reception at Goregaon West is as casual as at any other Natural's outlet. Most of the time you may be put off by the loud conversations between the staff talking, yelling and calling out from one end of the shop to another, totally unaffected by how the consumers seated in between the space might be feeling about it. Also disturbing are the visuals when they clean the dustbin, sweep and mop floors right in front of you as you are gulping your favourite flavour.
It's an achievement already that a shop which prided in calling itself 'Ice cream of Juhu scheme' should have come this far through franchise model. A little more sophistication and etiquette could take it far much higher from here.

The review is specific to th recent experience at Naturals . We often have naturals but the one which we had on 25th June . The scoop tasted like having ice rather than flavours or smooth texture which normally is... so request the franchise owner to have a look at it and improve on temperature regulation..

Amazing quality of ice creams, also the variety of flavors throughout various seasons. Jackfruit flavor is worth having in summer months. The staff there is helpful and friendly,amazing ambience. Only thing as usual is it'll burn holes in your pocket when April comes. The price keeps on increasing every year which makes it tough to have it frequently. Earlier they used to give free sugar cones with half litre pack now nothing exists since past 2-3 years.
Overall 4, and the place they miss on its the increasing price every year.

Located in a street full of ice cream parlours ,naturals still stands out. Very well maintained also a big huge sitting area. Probably one of the biggest I have seen. Luv the coffee walnut and sitaphal ice cream which comes at a mere 60 rs. (50 for ice cream and 10 for cone...)
Located just opposite my Frds house so when ever we are at his place the ice cream is order from here .. The quality is fabulous , the location is also quite easy to find for new people , the staff is great , good collections of flavours .

Great taste. Something that is unique to Mumbai. Try their tender coconut and anjeer. Have some super seasonal flavours as well like jack fruit. The vanilla with fresh mango during the mango season is also world class.

Kaju Kismis icecream is a treasure of my childhood.
As I child, I barely ate any flavours in icecreams except vanilla. During summer holidays, while I was at my Mama's place, he treated me to a different Vanilla icecream.. one with kaju and kismis..

Classic Naturals Ice Cream! This branch just got renovated and it's clean, neat and has a fresh bright look. The ice cream was frozen well.. They have shakes too.. But need more innovation to it.. I prefer the ice creams any time over the shakes. The Waffle cones are kept warm and fresh in a heating device. Polite staff.
