CCD prepares standard preparation every where and this place is no big different. Staff is helping location is very good and relaxing , generally not much crowded so it's soothing and refreshing and you can be done quickly too. Cafe Coffee Day out lets are common sight on Commercial places and High ways.
A good place to spend time and do your work you can send time as much as you wont at this place no one will disturb you this is the good thing about this place
Ambience is simple and good. Staff was polite and had a nice experience. But I observed that service was not much fast because I've waited around more than 25mins to get my order.
Staffs are friendly , good ambience , good music along with a cup of King cappuccino and that too a rainy day , what else you need , lovely evening.

If you could use one word to define this establishment, it would be 'clueless'. Nobody has any idea what's on display, what's available and what can be provided. There are huge posters advertising half kilo cakes for a princely price of Rs.325/- but when you inquire with the staff, they are absolutely confused. To top it, you have an annoying manager publicly berating the staff in front of prospective customers and whining about the quality of the staff provided by the management. Management please take note!!
A majority of the walk-ins are for the hygienic washrooms (including moi!!) Then after having second thoughts the walk-ins sheepishly decide to buy something as compensation for using the washrooms (Yes, me again!!)
So I purchased a half kilo Pineapple Bliss cake with an inscription of "Happy Birthday" which they totally messed up. The inscription covered the whole cake and was written in white while the cake was light yellow. So yeah a total waste which the four month old baby customer could neither decipher nor taste so no harm done!! But yes do refrain from buying birthday cakes from here until the management decides to groom the staff on how to inscribe cakes.
If you're wondering why the 4 star rating, it's for the conscientious staff who returned my credit card which I had accidentally forgotten after being distracted by the manager's bickering. So, thank you!!

its always a nice place ... went here with my friends at around 12 in night. ... its a decent place with decent crowd .
I always liked this place to chit chat with friends over coffee . ambience is also pretty good .
we had my all time favourite cafe frappe , toffee cappuccino and cocoalatte ,
toffee cappuccino was bit on a sweeter side .
but overall it was a good experience. being at this place always cheers up my mood .🙂

Used to go here alot.. Loved the location of this outlet.. Just next to Regal where I have spent alot of my college days.. Just love the Devils Own and Chocolate Fantasy!! A bit on the expensive side but when you are in Colaba its kinda difficult to get a cheap place to chill.. This outlet will always be very close to my heart.. Would definitely recommend it to all..
Coffee hub, good interior, poor service, poor attendance. Good location. Devil's Own and Tropical iceberg shakes were a waste of money. Devil's own tasted bad and dark while Tropical iceberg is 1/4th milk+coffee with 3/4th ice as the name suggests gives you a brain freeze ice pick headache. Big crunch veg classic burger was at par.

Cool place to hang out, laze around or have a meeting. Located on the main Colaba area close to the shopping area, it has an indoor and outdoor place (smoking area).
Good service.
Clean toilets(, but cud be better) with a range of snacks and coffees, juices, cakes available.
You can encounter lots of tourists in this place who come to use wifi and chill out.
This coffee chain is an excellent alternative to the overpriced Starbucks although you can't always be guaranteed good AC here. And the staff are often very indifferent and slow - but you get that at Starbucks as well. The coffee is good and their limited food range is still likely to offer something that will appeal.
This is relatively a bigger CCD. Ample space. Gesture of staff is good. Menu is almost the same as in other CCD. Easy to notice while driving. Parking is a little problem. If you are driving park your vehicle on the main road and go walking. Overall a satisfactory visit.
The place is good for the occasional snack or perhaps when you have to wait out an hour or two (in a new area for instance). The food quality is just ok so it's a little hard to recommend it for food. Overall I think you stick to coffee (or perhaps shakes) if you are coming here. Anyway it's a cafe not a restaurant, so in my opinion it's good
Nice cosy place with good interiors.
I enquired about few new vegetarian-combos launched by CCD but they were not available. Thus choices for vegetarians was less. Those available were unnecessary costly. I had NearBuy vouchers that didn't work too. I had to settle for coffee.
Smoking in public is not allowed unless designated and the designated smoking in this restaurant is complete front entry, so people have to cross smokers to reach for order or non-smoking zone. Otherwise, you will like this place.
I guess at some point everyone realises that you go to CCD not so much for the coffee, but for the ambience. And for the company of people that you go there with. Decent place, decent coffee. There's an AC section and a non AC section for smokers.
Environment is good. Very close the radio club and gateway of India. But some the combos that we find in other CCD are not available here. I don't know why this is so. But overall a good experience.
Place is peaceful a good time pass place with your near and dear. Tge taste of food is awesome but may be quantity will not be as per expetation. For a very little qty of evening snacks you have to pay at least 600 for 2 person.
