The place is very good.... Friendly staff and handicap friendly restaurant.... It lets handicap people in and helps them too.... The restaurant near them do not let handicap people in.... If u r yight in budget one should visit this place
If you go alone 500 to 700 bugs is more then enough for food and drinks.

it is exctaly located down to western Express higway metro station. I visited this restaurant with my family. The food is great it serves all the veg and non veg food with Chinese cusines tooo. the amibance is good. the services are also great . the food preparing is really quick lyk uh can revice your oder in juz few minutes after odersing. less lights cool and pleaseant ambaince. Do visit.

This is very old restaurant in Andheri East near to weh metro station.
It's a good place to dine in along with family, friends to cherish some good times over a couple of drinks. The ambience is okayish with a dim light bulbs with multiple seating arrangements which we found very untidy.
So we begin with some appetizers
•Chicken Kalimiri kebab- chicken was tender and soft. black pepper was overly used.very spicy
•Bombil fry - bomil was perfectly fried and crispy. Quantity was good compare to price.
In the mains I ordered
•Chicken fried rice - perfectly cooked rice quantity was enough for two people.
Service was prompt ,staff was very helpful.
Overall it's a nice experience.

So,coming towards food first in starters we ordered prawns koliwada its was the best prawns I ever had since I m also a koli I never had prawns like this it was amazing. Then in main course we move towards chicken tika it was awesome. Then also tried chicken lolipop and pomfret they were amazing . Presentation was also good.
The staff over here is excellent they are too quick and polite.Everything over here is good so I am going to vist this place again.

This place serves some of the best Moghulai food that I've had.
Chicken Nawabi is the most recommended dish here.
You'll surely have to wait around 30 minutes to get your hands on this dish but it's worthwhile. Chicken Nawabi is chicken breast stuffed with Chicken Kheema. This tastes the best with Butter Naan.
Also, one of my other favourites would be Chicken Nawabi Seekh. It's like normal seekh kebab but better.

One of my go to places for lunch. The restaurant has been around for a pretty long time and serves North Indian and seafood. Known for its seafood, however I have eaten only the North Indian fare that they have to offer since I am a vegetarian. The Paneer Tikka Masala is really good here and the naans are to die for!
Service is quick, the staff is polite. The ambience is also great and very comfortable. We’ve had numerous team lunches here. The location of the restaurant serves to its advantage as well. Worth a visit!

On a short trip to Mumbai, I dined at this family restaurant, at Andheri East. This diner is located at a 5 minutes walk from the HUL crossing towards Chakala. The interiors were decent, and waiters were cordial. The food was good and at affordable price.
The chciken biryani was of Konkan style. Bhatti-ka-murgh was enjoyed with butter & garlic naan. They served free pastries for dessert in the end, which was unexpected but highly appreciated !

This is one of the very old family bar and restaurants of the area. The exterior doesn't look much. But once you get inside, you will find all kinds of audience- families, large and small groups, couples etc.
Food is good. They have buy 2, get 1 offers on alcohol.

Good place, and very decent location, it’s difficult to access because of construction going on. But easy on pocket, serving drinks by nips(180ml) and a bit expensive then other joints doing the same near by. But a place where you can get your girlfriend and feel secure. Food decent not a lot to write for food as I did not try sea food because of the rains. Would be back soon.

Ordered surmai fry and prawns curry with Neer Dosa. Normally I don't eat fish outside my home but I would say the surmai and prawns was very tasty. Enjoyed it very much. Might go there once again to taste some Chicken dishes.

The veg manchurian starter and the cheesy paneer was out of the world.
And the best of all was the dal khichdi which was mind blowing... for the first time, I left all the non- veg dishes on one side because nothing was better than Dal khichdi. The staff was courteous and the ambience was great.

One day before Diwali went there with office colleagues. Place was too crowded and noisy as it is present near Andheri MIDC and below WEH metro. Waited for half an hour to get a seat and another half an hour for order as suddenly all crowd came there and they were unable to handle it. They mainly serve Konkani and manglorean food. I ordered neer dosa, something in fish which contained three types of fishes and chicken ghee roast. Food tastes good, staffs are also behaving well. If will get a chance to go there it a 👍

Located just below western express highway metro station, this place is popular among the office crowd in this area. They have happy hours available all throughout the week (buy 2 get one free). This place is popular for its Mangalorean cuisine but they also have Chinese and the usual Indian dishes available as well.
For starters, we ordered for the prawns koliwada and chicken chilli. The service was a little laid back and they took quite some time to give us our order. The prawns had the authentic taste and the quantity was quite good. For main course we ordered for the neer dosa (one portion has three) and chicken sukka. Good taste and serves up to three people easily.
For drinks we had ordered for 2 vodka, 2 bira strong (bottle) and 2 rum and the total bill came up to Rs. 2500 (inclusive of taxes) which is quite good and not a hole in your pocket. This place would not promise of a great ambience but I would recommend this place if you're looking to have good food and alcohol (at "not" sky rocketing prices).

One of the best places for South Indian manglorean food. Had ordered few wiskey a virgin mojito with veg crispy. Virgin mojito came with masala in it unlike our regular ones. A good change. Veg crispy was one of the best I have ever had.

They claim it to be home style ghee but ghee flavor didn't quite suit our palatte. Surely returning here for their other MANGLOREAN food variety.
Parking/valet still remains a question.

Very conveniently located just beside the escalator which leads to WEH Metro Station. The place remains full almost all the time. And, it won't take you long to solve the mystery behind this. The food here is quite yummy. We ordered a lot of items. They were :-

My office is bang opposite this place and it's our go to place for unwinding after work. From farewells to birthdays to random plans of having just one drink which ended up being a 5hour long session. The food is really goood and service also quiet well.

The best thing about Maharaja is its food. The worst is that its too noisy with the piped music played loud to drown the din by the crowd. So if you want to have meaningful conversations on weekday evenings, it may not be the best place to visit.
Location-wise Maharaja is just so rightly placed on the WEH, below the Metro station.
Since the place is known for coastal cuisine, we stuck to sea food. Ordered prawns butter garlic and prawns koliwada for starters. The prawns butter garlic were so super. Juicy tender, almost melt in the mouth types. Perfect. The prawns koliwada were deep fried in batter that made it hard and crunchy. If you like the crunch, you may try. But for me the essence of prawns is in the tenderness, so I will not reorder them the next time.
We also ordered for Ravas Tandoori. The entire fish was grilled with masala. Quality of fish: Good. Taste: Good. Amount of masala: too much. Grilled meats should be spiced just right to compliment the flavour of the meat. Never overpowering. The masala was tasty but in amounts that you could have a roti along with it.
The main course was again prawns - Pulimunchi and masala. Both outstanding. Had them with neer dosa and kulcha.
Overall, the food is better than most of the places. So the next time you want to relish some good coastal cuisine with or without your tipple, do visit Maharaja for the good food.
When entered in to hotel, I came to know why maharaja name is given. The space ample & music is electrifying. The sound was at proper level. One of the good place to have meal. The taste is also super, I tried paneer lawabdar, Neel Dosa, roti & jeera rice. All were awsome.

Authentic Manglorian sea food preparations and chilled beer are the best that they serve. Having said this, I've never really tried anything apart from the Manglorian sea food at this place. Though it may appear slightly shady from the outside, the upper section of this place is a descent dine-in area.
My recommendations: Sea food soup, shippi masala, bombil fry, surmai masala, any pulimunchi with neer dosa
Overall, turns out to be pretty light on the pocket and tickles your tastebuds.

Sea food beer and a not so light a pocket... this is your place. Crab butter garlic, clams (sippi) and seafood pulimunchi with neer dosa is what u should order. The ambience is so so, considering it's a bar/restaurant it was expected. The service is quick. Staff isn't so friendly, but then you pay for what you get. The only issue was that the crab that w@e ordered was cold and had to get it reheated, but then staff wouldn't agree to it, we literally had to make them touch it and then they believed us. Overall decent place if you're looking for good manglorian seafood and don't want to spend too much. We had two starters comprising of crab and clams, a main course and a couple of beers and we ended up spending just a little over a thousand.
Superb food and great location. It is right below metro station and on the western express highway. Service is impeccable as any other shetty restaurant has. Ambience, hygiene is good. Stairs only issue that I can think of.

Don't let the stretch it is located on fool you... This is a bar alright, but the food can put any fine dining restaurant to shame... Especially the Manglorean / South Indian options such as the Appams, Pulli Munchi, Gassi, Neer Dosas and more. All their food is prepared fresh, pretty much on lines of your local udipi restaurant.
If ordering the Chicken Sukka, I ask them to stack the Neer Dosas and spread the meat & gravy between layers. Simply amazing, especially if you have a chilled beer for company.
The chinese / continental options are ok I guess, but I don't come here for them. Among those options the Fish Butter Garlic is really good. Bar staples like Chicken Lollipops and Chicken 65 can be reliable.
Service is iffy at best, more bouncer like in attitude than steward.

We recently faced a conundrum for a place to hog at on a Friday night without proper reservations and ended up in Maharaja at almost 11 p.m. What followed was a pleasant meal with a quick service at the hands of responsive staff who knew their customers well.Apart from the paltry quantity, I have no qualms about the place. The food at this place was quite a surprise !! Superb manglorean fare...The place is known for its non vegeterian fare and truly lives upto that. The chicken pulimunchy is a must have !!. Other tried dishes are the sukha chicken, surmai tawa fry etc. The ambience is decent.
Decided to go here with friends on a rainy day. Went for lunch. The interiors are simple and nice. Liked the lighting. We ordered a veg Sandwich, Chicken Malai Tikka, a half Butter Chicken, Tandoori Rotis and Neer Dosas. The veg Sandwich was okay. The Chicken Malai Tikkas and the Fish Tikkas were nice, soft and juicy. Loved it. The Butter Chicken came with some coriander garnishing and the quantity startled us. Half portion looked like full and we struggled to finish it off. It was also very tasty and one of the best Butter Chicken I had in a long time. The Rotis and Neer Dosas were nice and even the service was pretty good. Would love to come back.
