Definitely 5/5. And the reason is it’s nachos and pastas. There are only few places where I have enjoyed eating pastas and nachos. And this place is now one of them. And I can be a very critic person but this place had won my heart. Absolutely Amazing!!

As it's pure veg, my family loves to order from here.
Manchow Soup - The soup was still hot when it arrived. Spicy, garlicky flavor, just how I like it. Not too thick, not too thin. Loved it.
Veg Manchurian Dry - Crispy Veg Manchurian tossed in little sauce and chillies. The crispiness was less but tasted really nice.
Hakka Noodles - The Hakka Noodles here are the best I have ever had. They are very very thin noodles, not at all sticky. The flavor is really nice.
Pot Rice - Loved loved loved this. Rice and gravy mix, along with veggies. The veggies were crispy, rice quality was really nice.
Thr quantity of each and every dish is more than enough for 2 people. The pricing is total value for money.

I have been to this place with my sister,we didn't like the place much when we entered the place.But when we have ordered the food and had the very first bite of the food it was mind blowing.Every dish has its own significant flavor and texture.We have ordered peri peri paneer,red sauce pasta, Nacho's and garlic bread.I have become a fan of these beautiful dishes from this place.The only suggestion to this restaurant is to focus on cleaning and ambiance.

While coming back from grocery shopping from D-mart,Mahavir Nagar,I and my sister had decided to sit somewhere to eat something.There are many restaurants in the same lane and in the same area.But we have decided to eat something in veg,so we went to Tulsi.Since I entered the place I didn't liked it much.May be it was all watery and soggy due to heavy rain.Even I asked my sister to go and sit somewhere else but it was against our etiquettes to leave the place after entering in.So then we have decided to order some food and we have ordered peri-peri paneer,Nachos,Pasta Grande and Garlic Bread .We were speechless to see our first dish on the table that was nachos,I can still feel the very crispy texture of those beautiful nachos,I was like this is it man.I still remember few lines from my father,"Beta kabhi bhi dikhaawe par nahi Jana chahiye" Yes he was right,after seeing the that soggy and watery situation if we had returned home,we would have never discovered this amazing place which has such amazing dishes . Every dish has its own significant taste and texture.I will give it 10/10 for taste .A lil suggestion is that if they could make it more cleaner with good ambiance like lights, sitting and crocery.It would become one of the bestest eating point in that area.
I visited this place yesterday it's exactly opposite to mahavir nagar's demart. Very small place but serving tasty food we had Alfredo pasta and shezwan rice both were yummy. Do visit this place when around mahavir nagar.
Today, I ordered from this place Tulsi which is very famous for it's Chinese and Italian cuisine. Many of my friends told me to try variety of Chinese dishes they serve. So I tried voi pizza, Alfredo pasta, triple schezwan rice, fried rice. Voi pizza contained so many fresh veggies it was just delicious. Pasta was so creamy and cheese you won't stop eating it. Triple schezwan rice and fried rice were just perfect. This place is worth spending your money. Quantity, quantity and everything was good. My ratings are as follows:

Visited this chinese and Italian outlet in kandivali west for some quick bites we had ordered A big Sicilian rice , Grande pasta , Garlic bread ,Peri Peri panner and Big nachos . Overall my favourite was big nachos really loved it you must it if you are here .The ambience of this outlet is not so nice but as they say na Don't judge a book by its cover .The food is very much delicious and yummy and the price is also affordable

Food Quantity Is Better But Management Is Not Good .They Don't Provide Water To Drink .We have Order Today Pasta Then Garlic Bread After that Nacho's We Like The Nacho's Yummy So We Enjoyed Alot There Nice Place But Cleaness Is Not Good Only One Request Is That Just Serve Water For Public

Tulsi - It a pure veg place where they serve chinese and Italian cuisine.. The ambience is not that much well made but the food they make is dam delicious.. You must try their Machurian , Noodles and rice, its mouth watering... Creamy Peri Peri sauce :- Hot pipping fries were served with creamy sauce topped in it.
Peri Peri Garlic Bread - The breads were very soft, tasty and have peri peri spicy taste.😋

Schezwan Masala Noodles - The noodles were very good you must try this for sure.. The quantity is good enough for two of them.. RECOMMENDED

One of the finest outlet I have ever discovered for Chinese food is this and we are amazed that we are here to experience the best of this outlet . We tried Chinese item of paneer chilly , Manchurian and triple schewzan rice. All of these three items we awesome and tastes amazing. And yeah don't forget the burger section they are to dope and you can definitely try those. So the best delivery kitchen is Tulsi they serve a perfect quantity all of the mentioned food is sufficient for 3-4 people so guys make it worth.
I asked for home delivery,my order included of :
Hakka noodles : The noodles were cooked nice they were soft and thin and were not much sticky,the veggies were in proper amount and well cooked.
Paneer chilly noodles: It comes with the gravy or you can also ask to serve it dry. The noodles were same as as hakka noodles with added cottage cheese in it, the gravy was flavourful and it also had huge chunks of paneer and veggies were cooked perfectly.
Chilly cheese burger: The patty tasted nice the veggies in it were less and sauses were abit more but it truned out nice as they didn't let the mouth go dry,and the bun became total soggy.
*tip: The real taste or texture or the crunch of any dish with bread comes when you eat at the restaurant itself because when they are packed to get delivered the steam stays inside and makes them soggy and hard to chew and it will stick in our mouth.*
Overall the food was good would definitely visit the place for dinner or something.
Good food good portion size and affordable too, just if they could improve the ambience it would be great. Mostly packed on weekends

The place is located in Mahavir Nagar. The place is really great with nice ambience. I ordered triple Schezwan rice. I really love the Schezwan rice as it was spicy and perfectly fried. If you visit this place do give it a try.

Big Sicillian Noodles - 5/5 The quality of this is massive. It can suffice 3 people at a time. They serve 3 different types of noodles with manchurian gravy. It is definitely value for money and it was lovely

Awesome place for cheese lovers😍
We visited this outlet yesterday & we're amazed by the taste that these people serve.
It's a small outlet with around 10-12 people ka total seating space.
Ambience is not that great but it's an ideal choice if you order at your doorstep.
There were literally 10 Zomato guys standing outside the outlet to pick their order, this makes it clear that the place is doing better on the delivery side.
What we tried -
Peri peri Paneer
Penne pasta in white sauce
Big Sicilian Rice
The food was mind blowing & full of flavour.
Peri Peri paneer was a semi gravy dish with superb taste.
Pasta was done is creamy sauce & was served with garlic bread.
Finally The Big Sicilian Rice was a combination of 3 different types of Rice served with machurian gravy, this was awesome too.
