Its a pretty small place to eat ice cream. However that doesnt have to anything with what they have to offer.
They have a wide range of flavours to choose from.
We tried the Nutella and Belgian chocolate and man they were so tatsy rich and filled with chocolate.
Being a person who doesnt like chocolates at all found the flavours to be rather interesting.
The extra liquid chocloate provided in the injection adds to the flavour.
Would consider going again and recommend my friends as well to definetly try this place

This place has a subtle menu. Although you can't expect any nitrogen in the presentation, one can see the nitrogen being added while being prepped. If you want the whole "nitrogen experience" make sure to buy the dragon's breath.
Quite a fine place, I've never seen nitrogen based ice-cream made right in front of me. It was as if I've entered some sort of laboratory😂😂. I ordered nutella and red velvet ice-cream which came along with a dark chocolate and white chocolate syringe. Again, the syringe was something unique. A highly recommended place for ice-cream lovers who wish to try something new.

3.decide the vital Energizers in the form of Snickers , choco chips , Oreo etc
4 decide the toppings in the form of peanut butter , raisins , almonds , Nutella etc
5 finally inject some sauce to your ice cream with orange , strawberry etc which happens to be complimentary

We have tried making our own flavor here. We asked for a waffle based cone along with a creamy base and Dark Belgian Chocolate flavor. We add brownie as the mix and the topping was Nutella along with Caramel injected. Overall this ice-cream was really good, the flavors blended well and were topped with pieces of nitrogen infused wafer biscuits.
Want to experience a different new level of ice cream? Thats the place for you! The one we tried was nutella, with a brownie mix in, orange bubbles as a topping and a caramel syringe, i wanted the Belgian chocolate syringe but it wasn't available.
The ice cream had small chunks of brownie mixed in and which tasted really yumm and the orange bubbles had a citrusy punch to it.
Ambience is nothing great but i like the theme of turquoise and white colour going on.
A good innovative ice cream concept whilst using Liquid nitrogen.
Tried their seasonal special tender coconut which was marvelous and churned to perfection with bits of tender coconut melting in the mouth.
Also tried the erstwhile popular sea salt caramel with M&M's and was good as well though hardly had any salt in it.
Overall a unique and trustworthy ice-cream parlour where the taste is not lost in the gimmick of production.
Beating all it's compitetors at the Carter road,this ice cream parlor stand out for it's unique way of making ice creams using nitrogen gas.
The ambience is great and the place is easy to find.
I ordered the smoked waffle- this dish sounds tempting but it's not at all value for money. Around four small cuboids of waffle biscuit is immerised in liqufied nitrogen and served.
Next up is chocogasm- A huge variety of ice creams are available over there and it becomes really difficult to choose among them. Chocogasm tasted really good with a great presentation but I didn't find it value for money (as a small portion costed rs. 180)

Cute and attractive decor. They have an interesting menu to craft your own ice creams. Also tried the Dragon's Breathe over here which is nothing but bite sized pieces of cream wafers tossed in some liquid nitrogen which is so simple yet unique and fun.

This was a very random but promising visit. The place has an uniqueness to itself but was disappointed that their AC was not working. For a ice cream store that's really an off, as the area to sit around is small and with other restaurants by its sides with open kitchen ones need the cooling.
This place is been here for a while but I never got a chance to drop by before. So I tried it's "crunchy special flavour" and I was blown away. I liked it so much that I wanted to take some home but they did not have special ice cream packaging like dry ice etc. :(
Anyways I also tried their "Angel hickie" but it was not as good as the first one I tried.
Would sure visit fewer times to try the other options.

Good place to visit...It has a unique n nice concept of making your one ice cream, toppings etc. It also has a wide variety of pre designed ice cream combination...I tried Townie brownie and it was perfect!
Had chocogasm(that's what its called),was good and must have for chocolate lovers.They make the ice cream in nitrogen so there is no water crystals and you get good flavour and texture of the icecream for ₹150.
Had an awesome experience.it was my first time and I was confused what flavour should I go with one of the guy name Mario was Polite and helpful he suggested me the best one named Chocogasm it was awesome.he gave me a complimentary dragon's breath which amazing never had before. Will Recommend my friend's to try this place.

One more newly opened joint at Carter road,small joint,nicely decorated with the theme color of their logo..the seat and the table was broken so no place to sit...they have one menu where one can choose from ice cream,toppings,add onns,etc and other menu which was already made up with few options...all are nitrogen based ice creams...

They have a add onn the menu ...which is very popular ....Dragon breath- Its a ice cream cube dipped in nitrogen liquid...four cubes which are super cold...cannot be handled by the customer..so the guy directly puts the cubes in the mouth...after eating it super cold breath comes out from ones mouth...

There's something oddly satisfying when you see ice cream being prepared with liquid nitrogen.
I believe Nice Kream has achieved that feat or skill by providing nitrogen ice cream with a twist.
First of all Nice Kream ensures that they prepare the ice cream in front of the customers and secondly they serve it with a unique injection tube containing a flavored sauce which adds on to the flavor of the ice cream.
For me personally it was a phenomenal experience.
Especially the Chocogasm a combination of chocolate ice cream and a delicious chocolate sauce and the Berrylicious which had a strong flavor of berries making it tangy as well as sweet at the same time.
I would also like to add that liquid nitrogen is very very cold so there's a high chance of you getting ' cold teeth' :p

These people are basically mad scientists when it comes to ice cream. You can choose check of your ingredients and the ice is made in front of you with liquid nitrogen. Good place to chill in a sunny day
Ambiance: This joint is on the Food Street that is Carter Road, and is done up in pretty white and turquoise hues. There is one couch and table, so basically not much seating space.
Desserts: The USP of Nice Kream is the ambiance of the nitrogen based sauce that you get. We tried making one that had layers of chocolate, Nutella and strawberries. You can pick a base, creamy base is preferred over high protein for me. Go in a for a flavour choice, whisky misty is an unusual flavour, but the Nutella and dark Belgian chocolate ones are better though! Throw in your mixes and toppings (roasted almonds and brownies are my favourite). The best thing to do here is get personalized ice cream with a syringe injected sauce.
The service: Quick and courteous. And they give you good suggestions for complimentary flavours.
Value for money: INR 400 for 2.
Recommended for: Personalized ice creams.

They have nice variety of flavors and you also have the option to customize your ice cream so who's complaining!?
The only downside is the seating arrangement, which is very tiny. But overall this place is definitely a must try.

Chose and get your flavour just how you want ! Great concept from the usual , it can turn you down if the tastes are not chosen correctly for what flavour goes best with what ! Pairing and combinations of the right ingredients is the trick to hack here.

•Nutella with peanut butter, oreo's and M&M's , it was decent, not that great id say !
•Second, was the belgium chocolate ice cream with nutella M&M's ,injected with Chocolate sauce. this tasted great though since it was dark chocolate and wasnt jaw throbbing sweet !
•Also, the smoky biscuits are pretty fancy ! Worth trying once for fun for sure !

Smoking cubes are their uniqueness, even non smokers can fake out smoke... Best concept using liquid nitrogen to prepare freshly prepared flavors, good presentation (specially injecting syrups inside).. To much freezing makes flavour dilute.. Uniqueness at its best
It's a small joint with cloud smoke and nitrogen cylinders and gastronomic blue. The icecreams are different, just as in how they're made. But the taste is just the same! So no hype really

A Greece Blue lab-style stall. Nitrogen cylinders. Clouds of smoke. A large cup of velvety goodness on the busy Carter Road strip. The owner took inspiration from Europe and South America and brought the scientifically edible concept to Mumbai. While Rony loves to experiment with culinary innovations, especially of the ice-cream family, I have never been a huge fan of cold confections. I’m more of an ‘English hot beverages’ person but this DIY ice-cream had me at the additional letter N – Liquid nitrogen eliminated those pesky ice crystals. Smoother texture, less icy and not overpoweringly sweet, Nice Kream was made right in front of us.
Since we opted for a combo suggested by the outlet, our waiting time was less – Passion Fruit, Rainbow Strings, Blueberry filling & the Strawberry syringe. Oh ya…almost forgot to mention the syringe gimmick. You can choose from four sauces like caramel, orange, strawberry or Belgian chocolate, served in the syringe. The DIY process includes picking a base – Cream or High Protein, picking a favour – the likes of Sea Salt, Dark Begian Chocolate, Whisky Misty and Cheesecake; throwing your mix-ins like Oreos, Cookie Dough, Granola and M&Ms; picking fillings like peanut butter, raspberry; and injecting a sauce.

This place has the Most unique and exotic nitro ice creams to offer! We love their strawberry ice cream. The chocolate syrup when injected on to it makes it even more sinfully divine. Also their mint flavor is something we love.

Nice kream is place where you will get many varieties to taste. The concept of 'make your own ice cream' was nice.👍 Could pick the best favorite flavours and the output was yummmyy!! We had selected waffle with Belgium cream along with red velvet on the top plus the nutella injection which was like the cherry on the cake.😋 Then there's this nitrogen biscuit which they make, that's something unique and attractive which I saw for the first time.👌

This is DIY ice cream at its best. Set among the row of eateries on Carter Road, Nice Kream has an outdoor ordering area and a kitchen-cum-lab where their team works their magic with kitchenaid mixers and liquid nitrogen. The ordering itself is pretty fun to start with. You choose a base flavour, all the mix-ins you want plus anything you want as a topping to your ice cream. They have some suggested combinations but you can go really crazy here with the flavour mixes. The order then gets passed on to mad scientists who create instant magic ice cream with liquid nitrogen, blending in whatever chocolates, nutella and nuts you asked for. The final flourish is a syringe full of chocolate or caramel that sits atop your ice cream and can be added as you like.
It was a totally different experience. The icecream was made right in front of us. We could choose from variety of bases,add-ons,sauces and what not. And if you don't want to do all the process of making your own icecream,they have some combos as well. Liquid nitrogen is used for making your icecream,and the best part is that they allow you to see all the process of icecream preparation. Highly recommended.

Well, while trying to stop my craving i somehow stopped at nice kream and try their icecream. They have a lab kinda thing where they mix nitrogen and make the icecream in front of your eyes.. N I believe that's what they charge you for!
The taste was good, something different i tried their combo no 1 which had strawberry icecream with oreo mixed in it.. Nutella on top.. (Attached is the picture)

Never thought of eating ice cream like that. Great texture, prefect taste, lovely color, & freshly made!! Another thing we liked are smoky / nitrogen biscuits. It was fun eating this. Definitely recommend this place. Everybody should visit this place. You'll never regret it.

Nice kream located on the bylanes of carter road is the new blockbuster in town with liquid nitrogen being used to prepare their ice cream. It has always fascinated me and i have been waiting to try it and watch the process live.
Finally got the opportunity tonight to try it and the first thing we had was smoke biscuit which essentially is pickwik cream waffers dipped in liquid nitrogen. It tastes the same but seems frozen and i got the smoke to come out of my mouth which was really interesting. It costs 50 bucks for 4 small pieces. Worth it for an experience and theatre. Loved the idea.
We finally ordered the combo 4 which had belgian chocolate, penguin choco chips, choco dip and syringe having belgian chocolate liquid and combo 2 having whiskey ice cream with oreo/brownie base and chocolate syringe and peanut butter topping. We switched peanut butter with choco dip. Both were amazing but the chocolate one was better in a way the combination of flavours was brilliant. It costs 160 for a large cup and it was decent in taste expensive to say but it has some theatre value to it which raises the price factor.
I liked the whiskey ice cream also but wasnt awwstruck by the flavours..it was normal and satisfying ice cream. It costs 180 bucks.
All in all i would go for the belgian choc ice cream again some day soon.
Its currently a joint which creates the fascination to attract customers. But eventually its not Value for Money place. its a good place to be once in a while for some ice cream for sure.

However it was a bit crowded and the guy on the counter goofed up our order. This place deserves 5 stars only if that mistake in the order wouldn't have happened.

Its a tiny place on Carters Road, but their offerings are Amazing! Please try one of their combos.. totally yummy and worth every penny!! We had the coffee combo and it was better than expected! All icecreams come with a syringe full of chocolate syrup. Ice cream = Superb. Experience = Even more so.

It's a small outlet that serves you nitrogen based ice cream ! They are really good with their ice creams. I always wanted to go to this place but never went. Yesterday when I tried it I really really loved! I chose a perfect combination of ice cream ! And it was little expensive but I was satisfied with them ! Keep it up !

I was curious to visit this place from a long time since I got to know about its opening .
If you are going to Carter road for the first time you definitely can't find this place in the first try . It's a very tiny place located in the busiest lane where almost everything is located .
There is hardly any place to sit as half of the place is where the staff makes the ice cream and 2 small tables where people can sit and have it , Mostly people have it standing outside the shop
The concept is brilliant ice cream with nitrogen , amazing toppings to choose from and super tasty . The manager or I think the owner of the place is a very sweet guy . He gives you the suitable flavours and toppings to choose what you want to have according to the flavour you have taken . He gives the best suggestions so it's better to ask him what to have . It's little heavy on the pocket but it all depends on what toppings, flavours you choose . But in all it ranges from 160 to 230 approx . The Belgium chocolate with Nutella was amazing . Their service takes little time as depending on the crowd you will get your ice cream but it will be worth it .
In all a must visit place for everyone just for the brilliant concept (I know it's not new but still have it), little high on cost and not a place to sit and talk . I will go again for sure because they have a lot of variety to choose from .

We ordered for a combo 3 which was displayed on their board..which comprised of strawberry cranberry with xtra cranberry and strawberry sauce and topped with blueberry sauce too.
It was heavenly...truly...very sweet and sugary xactly how I like my desserts to be..

Hazelnut with why's chocolate - ice cream was made right in front of me. Though a lot of people find it cool, to me it was nothing exciting.. What mattered was the taste.. And yes, it tasted BrIlLianT! The texture was perfect, there were no icicle, and I could taste nutella.. It was spot on truly..
Also took smokey biscuits! Try it for fun and the experience. This is like the joy ride in an amusement park you'll have fun for sure, but there is no value to it. Two slices of water biscuits cut into 4 parts, soaked in liquid nitrogen as you but into it, you have smoke running through your nose and mouth..
Overall good I've creams and definitely works!

The concept is really interesting and they let you see them making your ice cream. The flavours are OK but the creamy consistency is just really good. Also worth trying once are the smoking biscuits. The host and staff is very welcoming. Thumbs up!
This is a new joint which has just opened on Carter Road. I was craving for some nice cold dessert when I found this place. They make fresh ice creams in front of you starting from scratch (milk). The flavors and combinations are really delicious, I had their Combo 1 which was amazing. You can even make your own custom ice cream.
But the best bit is the liquid nitrogen cooled wafers; you have to eat to believe it. It is a must try for food experience lovers if you are passing by the shop.
Walking down Carter road you'll come across this small little blue store which won't really seem all that noticeable at first. But once you make your selection and choose what flavour of ice cream you want, that's when the magic begins!
I chose a creamy base whiskey misty ice cream with white choco chips and chocolate covered raisins covered with caramel sauce filled inside a syringe!
If that doesn't impress you then the nitrogen cooling process most definitely will. All that smoke that comes out when they cool it to -150 degrees really makes it kind of cool.

The address of Nice Kream on zomato is not too specific. So it was a little tricky to locate the place. Nice Kream is on the parallel side of the carter express outlet.
Tip: The place where you can see the penguin logo is Nice Kream :-p
Coming to the main thing.. The on the spot "Live" ice cream using nitrogen concept. A new concept for mumbai. Its the concept that bought us to this place.
The manager/owner was really welcoming and helped us in picking a flavour and combo. We had the mixed berry ice cream with blueberry topping and strawberry sauce which was given in a syringe. It tasted like a normal freshly made ice cream but the texture was smoother. The entire concept of adding toppings and sauces makes it totally different.
The outlet is small and doesn't have any proper seating arrangement. I guess there was only one table and chair pair.
I think they can work on the seating arrangement aspect. :)

A unique concept for ice cream lovers, they make ice creams fresh in front of you,without any preservatives added. They can however improve upon the taste, it was good but can be better.
A different place for the icecream lovers. The icecreams are served with the concept of molecular gastronomy. The taste is mind blowing. Moreover the presentation is lovely. A different concept so is a must try for the mumbaikars.

It was the first time I had ice cream made with liquid nitrogen. It was indeed as fascinating as it used to sound to me. We picked a creamy base with French vanilla, mixed in some brownies, got red velvet for toppings and Belgium chocolate injected for sauce. So we made our own. One can also choose from their suggested combos. The ice cream was literally very creamy. It just melted in our mouths. It should definitely be given a shot by all the dessert lovers in town. The health conscious can gain some advantage by choosing a high protein base too!
Well the ice creams r good... Specially the whisky & the choco crunch.... But I guess they could still get some improvement in the texture of the ice-cream . Though love the injection concept

Upgrading to a waffle cone cost 25 more and it comes along with a syringe full of chocolate. They also have combos available ranging somewhere from Rs. 180 to 300.
Value for money : 3/5 but definitely a good place to try for a foodie.

Ice creams were like normal ice cream but the way they make it is awesome and worth seeing. It is like watching some cool science stuff going on. Good for the price
