Joseph Bapista Garden is one of the best places to hang out, spend time with family, breathe fresh air, walk, and enjoy leisure and recreational activities for kids. Located in Mazgaon, the best way to reach it is by getting down at Dockyard Railway Station, which is 5 minutes walkable distance from there. Once you get down from the station, you can ask anyone there about the garden, and they will guide you. The garden is spacious, and it's on top of the hill. So reaching requires you to walk a little. The garden has games for kids, statues of the seven wonders of the world, and open space for people to sit and relax. Outside the garden, you have food eateries where you can eat tasty street food too. This garden is totally one of the best gardens because it is hard to believe a spacious place like this is in the heart of Mumbai. So, I would suggest that you all visit with your family and spend a good time here.
One of the best free of cost garden in South Mumbai region in Mazgaon area. Best place for morning walk and exercise. Youll feel relaxed, peaceful and calm once you enter inside. Best place for the patient to whom doctor asked to walk on grass. Besides these, you will get beautiful flowers and plants to see and children play area where small kids can take joy of different swings and slides. The garden also have dedicated seperate study corner where you can study in peace. It is Just 5 mins walking distance from Dockyard Road Railway station of Harbour line.
Clean and well maintained, it's a garden that few know about. Worth taking the kids. The garden has 7 wonders of the world replicas, animal faces carved in stone, an open gym, a shrub maze, a children's play area and loads of places to sit. Also very breezy being atop a hill
A beautiful garden with miniatures or Seven wonders and beautiful scenery and grass.
A bit steep to walk up to the garden but it's totally worth it.
A great place for kids to enjoy the slides and swings. Also for adults there are exercise machines.
Nice to see Joseph Baptista Garden at Mazgaon. BMC has maintained very well. All kids should go and see this garden and enjoy seven wonders of the world.
One of the best gardens in the vicinity... The mini seven wonders of the world are superb... It has been so great to explore something as such in local Mumbai.
Let me just explain to you a few things about the garden... It closes in the morning 11 then directly opens at 4:00 pm so if you are planning to visit before 4 pm you might have to wait. After entering kindly make sure you do not carry any eatables as it is not allowed in the garden... You will have to keep it back... Rest anything you can take along with you such as water, books, gadgets, etc.
The only thing which I believe could be better was the timing... Just like someone like me who gets free at 3 pm from work needs to wait to enter the garden. But the best part is that once you enter the garden, it's a nice peaceful atmosphere, calm environment, and a huge place to explore. The view it holds is brilliant. Also, few new swings have been installed which are honestly the best. I usually try to enter early and enjoy the swing (cause it's my favourite). Hygiene and cleanliness is well taken care of. A really nice garden
Must appreciate the system and management.
Basically and commonly known as Mazgaon Garden. It's renovated some 2-3 years back and boss maza aa gaya dekh ke new garden. You can have walk, meditate, exercise, gossip and much more. Kids can learn about 7 wonders of the world here.
Note: Outside food is not allowed as Security personnel's check you before entering the Garden.
Great place for walking, jogging and exercising.
Nice place for morning and evening walks.
One can experience the miniatures of 7 wonders of the world.
Nice garden and very well maintained.
One can also get a beautiful view of the Arabian sea.
A decent place to hang out with kids. Has dedicated kids play area. Only water bottles allowed inside. No dustbins.
Best place to visit in Mumbai. It is free of cost and you can visit all days in the week. The timings are 5am- 11am in the morning and 3pm-9pm in the evening.
Beautiful hilltop garden in Mazgaon with impressive flora. Replicas of the modern seven wonders of the world have been installed here. The passage leading to the top of the garden might not seem like well-maintained, but once we reach the garden we certainly like the overall set-up. They also have a dedicated children's park area, exercise equipments and senior citizens.
Good for kids. Either the maintenance or people visiting here is the cause of bad condition of the garden. It was renovated not long time ago but now it's devastated. Some of the maintenance works were being carried out for wonder's mini creatures during our visit
It's feel like we're somewhere in hill lovely the garden they very well maintain nicely neat and clean.
No tickets it's free of cost😊

A creatively planned but moderately maintained garden over the mazagaon hilltop overlooking the dense Mumbai neighborhood. It is suitable for walking, relaxing and hanging out. It also has playing and recreation facility for kids with a nice scenic panoramic views of the area.
Has models of the 7 wonders of the world. Well maintained garden with a walking track. Great place for morning walkers and yoga. Children playground.
A great place to hangout with family and friends. It also good for loners to spend an ample self time. Maintained well. Clean and tidy environment. The best part about this garden is there are lot of benches in the shady areas so you can rest well. Also this garden has miniatures of all the 7 wonders of the world. Make sure to see the timings before you visit this garden. I went at around 2pm and the garden opened at 3pm. So I had to wait alot.
One of the best Garden in Mumbai. Not that popular as compared to the hanging gardens (Walkeshwar). But make sure you visit this place once. Also there's a Gaondevi mata temple situated atop the Mazgaon hill.
A hidden gem indeed. Lots of open space in an area most unexpected. Clean garden and not too crowded on a Saturday evening.
Just two concerns, has a rather steep climb and sadly no parking space around.
