Great food and good service. The also pack the food properly since it's not a restaurant but a kitchen. Definitely a must try for Punjabi food lovers.
We were surfing to check the available options and happened to see this one. Varieties of options and pork being one of them, doesn't need a second thought . We ordered for a Bbq pork fried rice. Though the delivery time was long, but it was worth the wait. We loved the food. Genuorus amount of pork pieces, loved it. It was worth money wise as well as quantity wiseđ.

Whenever I order, I am certain to get " fuss free", quality food, on time, in full.
More often than not, we have tried their signature " Murg Makhani with variety of Nans, a favourite with my children & off late we have also tried the " Dehati Chicken" & Thai curries. Each time we have ordered the Starters also, chicken & the Veg ones, Jaipur Bhindi Fry, Crackling Spinach, Mushrooms etc that has been generously savored by everyone alike.

I have been ordering food from here since quite sometime now. This is a delivery kitchen. I am strictly against ordering food from delivery kitchens, mainly coz you never know how clean their kitchen is and how fresh/stale your food would be, but this one is an exception. They serve pretty awesome butter chicken, and your day is made if you eat it with their butter naan.
Best for ordering north indian food. I did try their chinese once and was not at all dissapointed. I find it slightly expensive though, but they make it up for the price in the quantity that they serve.

Express Dine stands true to its name. It is amazingly fast with its service and delivers delicious food at your doorstep.
This one is a family favourite! We have called for food from here on various occasions. Yesterday we called for the following:
1) Paneer tikka
Fresh, soft, medium sized cubes of paneer done up in indian spices is a classic starter. 8 pieces in one. Served with the regular mint and coriander chutney. Must have for paneer lovers.
2) Lasooni palak
Most restaurants have their entire focus on paneer variants in their main course. However, Express Dine's lasooni palak is a game changer! Mildly spicy, thick and smooth, this one is a must try. It is a much needed break from all the kadai paneer, mutter paneer, etc.
3) Butter chicken
Butter chicken with naan is the shortest trip to heaven! :) Their gravy has a lovely texture and colour. Sufficient pieces of chicken in it. Serves 2-3. This one is my all time favourite preparation here.
4) Veg hakka noodles
These are sans any gravy. They provide a spicy red sauce along with though. Pretty decent on the taste front. Serves 3-4 if you have already stuffed yourself with food.
5) Veg pulao
This is a meal in itself. Serves 3-4. Average on the taste front.
6) Roti basket
Perfect for a family of 5-6. Their assortment has all types of Indian bread. Call for it for a hassle free meal.
We paid âč1,670 for this. Absolute value for money. Portion sizes are sufficient. Service is impeccable. Packing is neat plus reusable!

Amazing amazing amazing food!!! We ordered through the app and it arrived almost immediately so our first thought was âoh dear itâs all pre-made just heated n sent kinda foodâ but boy were we wrong!!! The paneer makhani was to die for!!! Such succulent, moist, melt in the mouth, long, square cut, thick, fresh pieces of paneer oh my gosh đź it was heaven!! The gravy was super smooth and so creamy, we just couldnât stop eating it! The kulcha was again, so moist, fluffy, soft and lovely.....sprinkled with black sesame seeds what an excellent touch! The roomali was great just like all roomalis almost always are. And both went superbly with the paneer makhani. All this coming from hardcore non-vegetarians is not just a buttering up. Itâs our most honest review. We were so busy unpacking it and diving right in that we forgot to take pictures. Next time!! :)
Forever favourite place when it comes to ordering food! Their service is prompt, delivery is always on time and packing is on point! Though they charge more for the containers, food is served in microwave-proof containers that make it easy to store, reheat and reuse!
The quantity is genuinely good for 2 super hungry tummies! One unique part is that their veg treats are equally scrumptious! That just sorts the menu during Indian festivities!

When it comes to biryani, it is always nonveg biryani but, here at Express dine, the veg one was equally delectable, infact even more delicious compared to the nonveg biryani (yes, a nonveg fan saying this đđ).
We Ordered Paneer tikka and Murgh tikka Biryani and let me tell you, both were scrumptious af. I believe quantity is the issue, also the complimentary raita was not served. Service was quick, the biryani reached within half an hour.:)

I had egg biryani , reshmi chicken tikka biryani, main course is good too with the thin crisp naan's. The quantity is really good and 1 portion of a biryani is enough for 3 people! 4.0 because I feel the price of some items is on the higher side.

Great place to order food from...we had ordered dal makhni , naan and some rice...they serve one of the best dal makhnis in Mumbai at a reasonable price....quantity is more than enough ....Dum biryani is also worth a try...specially if u having an office party or so ...:)
This is a good option if you want to order out (they also handle catering at the MIG Club in Bandra). Mainly Indian and Chinese cuisine, with appropriate quantities and fairly quick delivery times. Please note they charge taxi fare for home delivery.
They are usually consistent in quality, though the last time we ordered the snapper (their recommendation) was not fresh and the accompanying onions were stale. They were good enough to replace the fish, so no major complaints there.
Something meat lovers should try is their lamb roast which is amazing. The lamb is done correctly and the consistency of the masala and the roast is perfect. Their chicken and prawn biryani is good too - slightly different preparation style than the regular biryanis available.
Overall a useful dining option especially if you are feeling too lazy to trudge to a nearby restaurant.

I have been eating/ordering from here for a very long time. The food used to be a lot better and friendlier on the wallet. Today is food to s very good, but not as good as it used to be. Amazing packaging, delivery on time as promised. The quantity is also very good. Quality of food could have been better. We ordered Veg Dum Biryani for 5 people two plates. Amazing taste, huge quantity. Neither too spicy or greasy. Just perfect. Loads of vegetables. They serve in Marla. Looks very authentic. One cannot stop eating. Wow.
Read about this place on zomato many positive reviews and it didn't know it was a home delivery service only. Ordered food on a Monday evening from zomato online food ordering and the delivery time showed as 45mins but they came 25mins and I felt it was superfast delivery. Coming to the food i ordered aloo paratha which came with green chutney and mango pickle and it was super tasty with the right amount of filling. Quantity wise huge and tasty.
Next i ordered paneer butter masala half portion but the quantity was sufficient fir two people. It was simply yum yum yummy. The gravy was thick and buttery and it with came lots of onions and lemons.
Packing was very good nothing spilled out and the containers were packed in white packets.
Pricing too was fine for the quantity and quality they serve.
Surely will try their non veg items next time and this place is definitely recommended for its good food and service. Cheersđ

This place is situated in shivaji park we had ordered murgh dehati ,murgh masala and murgh tikka.all the food we ordered was really to taste this was a parcel order it arrived very hot and quantity also was really we had ordered full plates and was enough for 5 ppl and that was really great. Express dine is the delivery arm of Gypsy & Nebula at Shivaji Park. The menu has a lot to choose from, but I often stick to the tried and the tested items. Veg Manchurian Dry, Chicken Roast Chilly, Prawns on Sesame Toast, Chicken Lollipop (the lollipops here are different and green in colour), Fish Fingers, Chicken Tikka Masala, Prawns in Green Garlic Sauce, Chicken Basil Chilly Fried Rice, Fried Prawn Wantons. A meal for two should be between 1000 to 1400.

Their biryani is huge in quantity, sufficient for 2 portions. Have also had their dum biryani earlier which was super awesome right from packaging to taste.
Butter chicken was extremely nice.
After a long time I got to have a heavenly Dal Makhani. It had all the flavors + dollops of ghee in it. Again, generous quantity that at least 2-3 people can share it. Dal Makhani was certainly above all.
Chinese & Thai are of course Indianised versions & best suited to our palette.
Most recommended dishes : Dal Makhani- Plain Rice; Dum Biryani.

They should keep sticky rice here. It would have gone beautifully with the pork!!

This is regarding the order placed on 31 Dec for dinner. As most of the restaurants were crowded due to New Year celebration we had decided to order food home and enjoy together. So we thought of ordering from express dine which only delivers food and from our past experience, it serves delicious food. When we had called for ordering food, we were told that there won't be any half plate system which they give. As we have tried the food and knew the quantity we were a bit sceptical but we knew that the food is worth it. So we order their chicken tikka dildaar, paneer kadhai and chicken tikka biryani with rotis and garlic naan. As it was to crowded with orders we were told that the food will b delivered in 1.45 hrs. But the food was delivered early and to my astonishment the manager himself was on delivery to take care of the customers. Now coming to the food, we tried the chicken tikka dildaar, it was as per the name. There were a lot many chicken tikka pieces in there which were well marinated and cooked to perfection. The gravy was very rich, filled with cream n cashew paste, all and all a great dish.
Now coming to the biryani, it was a dum style biryani where the chicken tikka pieces along with gravy was at the bottom topped with rice. The rice had long grains and the gravy also was nicely spiced. It also had good amount of chicken pieces in it. The rotis n naan were soft and nice.
The only thing which I didn't like was the paneer kadhai. It was rich n creamy gravy but there were too many veggies in it. The paneer was soft but we could make out that it was not cooked with the gravy but added on top later.
Altogether a great experience and appreciation to the staff for going out of the way for customers. Would definitely suggest this place for non vegetarians and sceptical about veg food.
As its just a takeaway corner, we can rate it solely for their food and rate it high. As suggested by fellow zomato reviewers, i had to try their famous chicken dum biryani which is served in a clay pot. It was delicious indeed but i still prefer the chicken tikka biryani over that! Chicken was soft and tender and tasted of tandoor. In gravy we tried chicken akbari and chicken kadhai. Chicken akbari was heavenly and definitely a must try. Kadhai was a bit of disappointment as it had too much of onion and capsicum. Spicy chicken crispy was good too. Their rotis were soft and not very chewy. I would go for the indian, moghlai food anytime over their chinese or thai dishes. I was amused by their portions of each item.

This place is a take away/delivery joint only. Run by the guys who own several other joints in Dadar-Shivaji park neighbourhood...Gypsy, Home chef, Open house. The curries taste good. But what i like the most is that they have an option of ordering half or full plate for every entree'. You can have more variety even when you are ordering for 1-2 persons an option not provided by any other joint.This (half plate) is an old mumbai concept which just vanished after the 90's. You pay about 400 bucks when you order 2 half plate entrees and rotis for 2. Real value. An extra half a point for just that.
This is just a take-away, home delivery restaurant in Shivaji Park Dadar. Hence, the rating is purely based on its food rather than anything else.

I had ordered the veg. Chilli milli and tandoori roti and the dum biryani from here. The vegetable was very good in taste and rotis were fresh.
The dum biryani was exceptional. It was served in a clay pot with a dough covered on it. This kept the biryani hot for even an hour. The quantity was huge that served four of us.
I definitely recommend if you are in that area you should try their food once.
Diwali is certainly a time one tends to order in a lot when friends and families come over un expectedly. Express dine is a very good option for ordering in if you live in the Dadar/ Shivaji park area. The food is reliable and the sanity of your stomach is ensured the next day! Having said that even though their menu offers the world most of their loyal customers would agree with me that they do Indian food the best! Especially items like chicken tandoori, butter chicken and chicken tikka masala. Two days ago I ordered Chinese along with my standard Indian fare and boy was I disappointed!
So stick to the Indian tandoor items and you should do great!
No pictures people as I don't think packaged food photographs well! The oil floats to the top and the white delivery containers are almost clinical and laboratory like :-)

I see they exceed expectations in both the areas, very well spoken people answer the calls and deliver in time and then the food is superb always.

Was a rainy , Sunday afternoon so we decided to order food from here. Pop came the cell phone out of my pocket and fired up the browser to look at the menu courtesy Zomato :)
Decided to order [after a lot of haggling as usual] the following :
1. Panner Malai Tikka - which were superb with a beer [cheers]
2. Veg Makhanwala - all time classicÂ
3. Kaju Mutter curry - good make sure you order in red gravy , a little more cashews would make it tastier though
4. Mix of rotis and Nan
5. Kali Daal Makhani - was superb
6. Jeera Rice - well done
The food was tasty, and most important warm. Of course the lead time for delivery is 30-45 minutes but then that is ok as long as you budget for it.

This is our go-to choice literally every weekend (or sometimes even during the week ;-)) when you just can't get yourself to turn on the gas and whip something up. My husband and I have some favourites that cannot be left out of our order. We are mostly in the mood for Indian food whenever we order from Express Dine and the Butter Chicken Biryani is an absolute must-have!!!! Succulent pieces of shredded chicken find pride of place amidst mouth-watering red semi-gravy dunked in saffron rice with some caramelised onion, coriander and pure magic!! If rice is too much for you (but if you aren't a rice eater like me, this biryani will turn you into one for sure, like me!) the Butter Chicken gravy with Garlic Naan is heaven personified. The Naans are soft and somehow remain soft and my husband is oft seen licking the gravy container clean :-) A really wonderful creation is their Murgh Hari Mirch starter - chicken supreme encased in a whole green chilly! Leaves your tongue zinging for more. There is a paneer version of this as well.
The Chicken Bhuna gravy is another favourite - spicy, zesty and rich! Whether Indian or Chinese of Thai, the one starter that is always on our list and it is absolute can't-do-without-able is their version of Chicken Lollypops. They are meaty, green (yes. green!) Â and don't drip oil in an unhealthy fashion! We always order two portions - one for the rest of the family and one for me!!!Â
Moving on to Chinese and Thai, their fare is pretty straight-forward yet quality and my recommendation would be their Korean Noodles, Red Dragon Chicken and Roasted Lamb Chilli Dry.Â
All this served with some really deelish Kimchi (their szechuan sauce is too die for) if you call for the Oriental fare or onion, lemon, pickle and the perfect green chutney if you go for the Indian.Â
Their packaging is top-notch and food stays piping hot for quite a bit while you feast on the Lollypops and prep yourself to a tastebud extravaganza! Prices are perfect for the quality of food that they bestow you with! Since the two years that I have been a regular with them, not once have they proved disappointing, that's how good Express Dine is!

Nebula Restaurant used to be a very nice place. They then turned this into a takeaway & delivery kitchen. I guess this was set to be temporary arrangement until the building where Nebula Restaurant was reconstructed. But the when the Kitchen idea ran so well, I guess they decided to continue with it and I must say it was a great idea. The location of the place is quite hidden but it is acceptable as it's only a kitchen. The reputation of this kitchen around the vicinity is quite good. I've visited this place and as far as I've seen, the kitchen looks quite clean and sophisticated. They have great variety of dishes from different cuisines. My favorites are Chinese & Moughlai. It's always delivered hot. Non-vegetarian is also fresh and tender. And yes, the food is delicious. And they offer large portions of food. I'd recommend if you are ordering a 2-person meal, go for half portions of dishes. Quite a few dishes in their menu are available in half portions. According to me, the taste is little different from the ordinary, but different is good. These guys offer free delivery in the vicinity and also offer paid delivery for places not covered in the free delivery range. Two things due to which the rating lost 1.0 point were; 1) A little late delivery. For a 3-dish meal they took 45-50mins. 2) Prices may seem a bit too high sometimes for just a kitchen place but then sometimes it seems that those are compensated by the delicious food and filing quantity. Concluding, I'd definitely recommend this place for a home delivery/takeway.

Once upon a time in Shivaji Park, Dadar, an establishment named Nebula took the entire vicinity by storm. Sadly the management downed its shutters and it was my misfortune to not have dined at Nebula, but my mother, a âpakka dadarkarâ always revered this particular restaurant.
So I absolutely had to tick this place off my âbeen thereâ list when I learned from Sandeep Nadkarni and Vidyadheesh Upadhye's reviews that Nebula has been rebranded into Express Dine, a home delivery/ take-away joint from the management of Gypsy Chinese & Gypsy Corner, Shivaji Park.Â
The menu runs into 9 pages and embodies a major chunk of North Indian, Chinese & Thai cuisine. The Chinese & Thai fare is Gypsyâs menu verbatim and I donât fancy their food either ways, so placed my order for Chicken Kalimiri Kebabs, Garlic Naan,& Chicken Dum Biryani.
The order was taken swiftly and delivery took around 1 hour.Â
The immaculate packaging wowed me completely. Small containers of chutney, raita & pickle along with sliced onions as well as onion shallots were placed together in one paper bag and were not dumped like all other delivery joints.
CHICKEN KALIMRI KEBABS (INR 265): - Tender & juicy chunks of chicken subsumed the heat of pepper, though they deceptively looked low on heat. Comparatively pricey for a portion of 6, the kebabs especially the robust kick of the pepper brought immense joy to my taste buds & a vial of tears to my eyes.
BUTTER GARLIC NAAN (INR 65): - I subjected the Naan to test of time and it made me proud and how! The naan remained soft and thankfully wasnât reduced to an insipid chewy papad. The naan was brushed rather abundantly with a spicy concoction of butter, red chilli & garlic. I could eat this by itself, it was that flavorsome.Â
I must mention that my sole intention was to sample the âMatka Dum Biryaniâ as I have  failed miserably, time and again in my search of a perfect âHyderabadiâ Dum Biryani in Mumbai. Though the biryani was not affixed with the most abused affixation to any biryani served in Mumbai â Hyderabadi, I was more intrigued with the âmatkaâ & âdumâ part of it.
So read further on to know if this Biryani actually possesses any âDumâ!Â
CHICKEN DUM BIRYANI (INR 315): - The matka (more like a spooky urn used to store the ashes of a cremated person :P ) containing the biryani was wrapped in a newspaper enclosure and it was almost like unwrapping a birthday present, which I seldom receive on my birthdays or otherwise. The matka was intact and its lid was sealed with dough, this alone is the testimony to the fact it is indeed âdumâ biryani. The idea of serving the biryani in the matka works wonders. Firstly the biryani remains warm and it also enhances the taste. However, Dum-A-Dum,Pune was where I first saw the matka containing the biryani being home delivered.Â
Anyhow, unsealing the matka let out an alluring smokey aroma, a by-product of the Dum process. Long grained flavourful rice was garnished with barista (fried browned onion) and from the looks of it appeared to be sans masala or grease ,this formed the first layer. After serving the initial layer of rice in my supercilious hyderabadi fellow dinerâs plate, I discovered this fiery looking blood red onion & tomato masala staring right back at me, much to the hyderabadi dinerâs chagrin. Hyderabadi biryani is essentially a drier biryani and this was in no way dry. I hurriedly stuffed the biryani in my mouth to save my face and I was totally blown away by the taste. Though it was a typical Bombay biryani just served in a different avatar, the taste was appetising. Huge boneless chunks of chicken were succulent and toothsome. Hopefully, they can reduce the amount of masala next time. While, the fellow diner kept cribbing and crying, I savoured the whole biryani to myself. The quantity is sufficient for 3 people with small/ medium appetites.Â
 A special mention to the raita given as an accompaniment, the curd used was fresh and had not gone sour & was creamy though tad bit low on salt.
FINAL VERDICT: - Express Dine is an impressive new find and doesnât have defined delivery proximities. They deliver right from Colaba to Andheri for a certain delivery charge. Good quality of food at competitive prices with reasonable delivery time is how I would like to sum up my experience and yes, the biryani passed the dum test ;-)

When Nebula downed shutters on its restaurant business, they smartly decided to keep their kitchen working and convert the business into a delivery-only model. Their food was always popular and had quite a few ardent fans; I am glad that has continued as well.
Their order taking is quick and if in case you are spoilt for choice and donât know what to order, they help you as well with dishes and portions as well. Their portions are lavish and hence you can place order in full or half quantity. I found that the half is good enough for 2 people. Delivery takes 45-50 minutes depending upon where you stay. Packaging is very neat and their expertise is exhibited in it.
I ordered from them on 2 occasions and wasnât disappointed on both times, on count of food and delivery.
I have ordered the following:
Veg Kofta Curry â Soft Kofta made from french beans, carrots and potatoes dunked in a mild spicy tomato based gravy. We generally expect this dish to a sweet to mild tasting dish but this one was a jumble of bit sourness, sweet and spicy. Only let down was that the Kofta had soaked completely and hence the moment it was placed on the plate, they broke into halves.Can you please deliver the Kofta separately, we can dunk them in the gravy after being delivered.
Paneer Kadhai â Umm-so-soft Paneer cooked in mild gravy with capsicum and onion julienne's. This dish will count among the best Paneer dishes I have ever had. It was so nice that my 2 year old niece polished off a couple of Paneer pieces. RECOMMENDED!
Veg Dum Biryani â This one was delivered in an earthen pot complete with the sealing off the lid by dough. It was indeed a revelation. Never before have I seen Biryani being delivered like this and mind you it was decently warm when delivered.Open the pot and you will find nicely fried onions garnished on top; proceed to remove it aside and also some of the rice on the top. Dig your spoon deep into the sides of the pot and serve the aromatic rice. The gravy consists of onions, green peas, cauliflower and Paneer. It may seem oily on first sight but when you mix it well with the plain rice, it hardly seems oily. The spicing is very well balanced. RECOMMENDED WITHOUT A SECOND THOUGHT!
There are many more goodies on that menu card and I canât wait to order again.

Tried only the butter chicken and chilli chicken fried rice...rice was good...butter chicken is one of the best butter chicken I have had...simply in love with it!!!
When Nebula closed down (building renovation), they moved to the concept of delivery only - Express Dine. Same good Indian food delivered. Their quantities are generous. Order Mughlai and Seafood, avoid Chinese and Thai. Great stuff - Pomfret Tandoori, Butter Chicken, Chicken Tikka Masala, Veg Kabab Masala, all Paneer dishes, Dals. Given delivery only model, lower pricing would be value for money.
We called for a home delivery from Express Dine and were delighted with the quality and quantity of the dishes. The gallimaufry of dishes included a chicken kalimiri kebab (well done, tender, sufficiently spiced and a bit burnt at the edges on purpose), veg kofta curry (deceptively sweetish tomato base well balanced by the spicy koftas, paneer kadhai (soft panner, mildly flavoured) and the vegetable dum biryani ( simply outstanding ).
They allow you to call for halves which by themselves are quiet copious, the full dum biryani came stuffed in a sealed pot (and a pot of gold it was ).
They have loads and loads more of mughlai and chinese dishes to be tried and I'm itching to dail their number again.
Have ordered chicken dum biryani from here. Usually my experience is that biryani prepared by almost all the hotels is dry. I personally like biryani with more masala and this hotel was the best one for my liking. Biryani over here is amazing in taste. I will try tasting other dishes soon and will post its reviews.
