It's all about staff and got a very quick service from Prachi Kasare, people have really rated very less for this center may be due to the waiting time
Reduce the waiting time which will enhance your ratings
Also, do not visit during lunch hours as the service will be slower

There are limited number of customer care counters in this center (only two when I visited on 23 Oct 2020). Hence, wait periods are very long (2 hours in my case). Make sure that you take token number from the security guard the moment you reach there.

A good bank to bank with but the only hitch is some of the staff who are not bothered for their clients. Faced similar experiences in couple of their branches. The timings should also be increased so as to be convenient for the common man.
