Had a good dining experience when I recently was here with my family. There's a bit of space constraint and the place was too noisy as it was a weekend dinner. Overlooking all of that, pav bhaji, garlic chutney and tawa pulao were finger licking good. However, portion sizes are fairly less.

Best place to have pav bhaji in girgaon. One of the famous and the oldest pav bhaji center in Girgaon. This place is located in Prathana Samaj. They are specially famous for the fast food items. Many people visit nityanand to have their famous pav bhaji with lots of butter. Should also try their paper dosa and masala dosa. They are also very tasty, their idli is also too soft and tasty. It is also famous for the south indian items as well. Nice place do visit once and try their Pav bhaji and dosa's
Just an random visit with one of the friend as they said it is good veg restaurant. Actually, they are right but overpriced restaurant.
The quality of food is good, we tasted some of dishes, Paneer Chilly, Roti, Kaju Masala, Veg Fried Rice. For balance & refreshment I order buttermilk which is too overpriced. Paying βΉ55 for buttermilk don't make any sense. For dessert it was fruit salad which is good in taste & fair enough price.
Ambiance is good & services is moderately low which is ok.

The first thing that grabs your attention as you enter the restaurant is the aroma of butterly Paav Bhaaaji right at the entrance. As you make your way through to the sitting area you realise the restaurant stand out for it's rich spices and intriguing tastes. The serving staff happens to be extremely friendly and they attend you with grace as well as professionalism. We decided to taste food which is not mainstream in Nityanand to see whether how it performs on this front. To our amaze it was quite brilliant .
Starter we ordered was Veg Crispy. It had the right level of spice n hint of Chinese food.
Naan and Paneer Butter Masala were like the authentic Punjabi Cuisine which can't resist our taste buds. The taste of Veg Crispy still loitering on our tongue we had to come back to Chinese dishe which happened to be Shezwan Rice. To end our lunch there was no better way than Royal Falooda which had a certain level of richness with a hind of rose to it. Certainly standing true to it's meaning 'Nityanand' is the true happiness for food lovers.

Idli was soft and properly steamed. Mendu vada was crispy and properly cooked. Coconut chutney was up to the mark whereas sambhar was good-tasting. A light and satisfying dish to have when you're hungry but not too hungry.
Good place to visit with family and friends. North Indian and fast food are suggested. Pav bhaji and tawa pulao are must try. Service is a little slow and it gets very crowded over weekends. But if you have some patience then do visit it. Ask for the extra spicy garlic chutney served with the bhaji for an extra charge.
A small nice place with good seating arrangement and polite staff is famous for its pav bhaji. It serves North Indian, South Indian and Chinese too. Try their Indian breads. Recommended for a quick bite.

Nityanand is located near Charni Road. The food is delicious and pocket friendly. They serve Chinese, North Indian, South Indian and some local Mumbai snacks. Fast (upvaas) food are also available. Their Tawa Pulao and Veg Crispy is worth ordering.

The place is quiet good and people who like Indian food can visit this place definitely.I would have rate them 4.5 but their is no option for rating it like that & service was really awesome with management but the reason for cutting their 0.5 point was because they had used normal tomato sauce instead of pizza sauce in pizza and other things which we had tried was awesome.
According to me this place doesn't need any zomato ratings to be visited. The pav bhaji, Masala pulao and garlic chutney happen to be my favorite. Quite crowded and sometimes slow on service at times, but I tend to overlook that because the food is amazing.
For all pav bhaji lovers, this is the place to satisfy your craving for pav bhaji.. Have visited this place many times and i must say, this place serves the best pav bhaji and masala pav.. Masala pav is not what other places serve i.e. Normal bhaji

This place is located near Reliance hospital/Harkisandas Hospital. It's a small food doing which servers typical fast food. Pav bhaji is the best and most famous dish here. This has been a legendary restaurant since the past so many years. I've grown up eating their Pav Bhaji and Tawa Pulao. The service is average but the food is ultra delicious. You certainly need to try their Pav Bhaji and Garlic chutney. Also south indian and North Indian food is good. The only thing which I find a little surprising is that most of the North Indian gravies taste the same. Apart from that, it's a value for money restaurant.

One of the best Jain pav bhaji we had until now. Chatpatta, Masaledar, appetizing bhaji is served with two utterly butterly pav. It is so delicious to taste that all you want is having more & more.

Ordered a Cheese Butter Pav Bhaji (minus the Pav) and really enjoyed the whole plate and since dint have the butter loaded pavs at all, was quite satisfied and not bloated after the end of the meal. A strong nescafe to end with was a nice and satisfying experience.Β

I just love this place. I am a big big fan of their Pav bhaji, it's simply awesome. For years together it was my dinner for Sunday after movie. Over many many years their taste has not changed even a bit.
I have had their pizza, dosa, faluda, different vegetables and roties / naan and many more dishes and all of their awesome.
Can't stop talking of their Pav bhaji and it's the best I had till now. Rating went from 4 to 5 because of their delicious Pav bhaji

Nityanand is a fast food restaurant located at Prarthana Samaj, a 5 minute walk from Charni road station. It serves a variety of food right from pav bhaji to dosas.
I've visited this place quite a few times and love their rawa dosa and pav bhaji. The Pav Bhaji is especially a must have here, extremely buttery and flavorful.
The service, as expected, is really quick and there's a good amount of seating with both an AC and non AC section.
Overall, Nityananad is a nice restaurant where you can relish the typical Indian fast food.

Good place for daily town travellers and fam. Pau bhaji and dosas are worth ordering for sure. No music gets played and also you would not find rich public.

Will this place is right in heart of Girgaum, place is quite old and famous for its fast food.
Pav bhaji is dish it's famous for, unlike others bhaji prepared is mild on spice and butter dripping from Pav makes it even more milder. So don't forget to mention extra spicy. Also Punjabi thali was great. Ample quantity with good quality food. Also Chinese is decent.
Don't forget to try Falooda, has special Falooda and man it was yum! Place is average priced but no cards accepted which is Lil put down. Don't forget to carry cash in handy.
Nice south Indian food but the service is really slow! They have everything from sandwiches, pizzas, pav bhaji to juices. The prices are nominal!
Been going to this place since my school days. It has different sections. My favourite place here is the air-conditioned seating on the first floor to the right side.
Have always liked the pavbhaji and pizza served here. North Indian food is decent. The cheese nan served here is amongst the best of the few places I have come across.

Outstanding Dishes with Quick Service.
I visit often and have tried all their dishes and i must say they all are simply superb. A good place to satisfy anyone. Interiors could have been better.
I like their Palak PaneerΒ & Tava Paratha with Buttemilk is Heavenly. Cold Masala Milk/ Special Falooda are my personal favorites there.
Good food. Achcha sasta and tikau. Pav bhaji, pizza a must have. Punjabi and Chinese also are tasty.

We've been frequenting Nityanand for as long as I can remember.
And despite it's tiny cramped interiors, the buttery Pav Bhajis, Masala Pavs and smiling staff who knew our customised orders by heart always ensured another visit.
I tasted my first ever Paper Dosa here. And since I love endless Sambhar to dip it into, I was much delighted.
Today, the staff has been replaced and the old taste, compromised.
Although Dad has since discovered a better Pav Bhaji joint; we still drop in for old time's sake hoping to revive the old favourite we loved so dearly!

A small but a very popular restaurant of its area,always crowded on weekends and attracts crowd purely on the basis of the delicious and plentiful food.
Got nothing when it comes to interiors, just like a normal two star restaurant and it lets it food do all the talking for them .
They serve Punjabi,Chinese,south Indian and few other fast food items and every dish is bang on!
My personal favourite is their paneer butter masala in punjabi for that soft paneer and fingerlicking flavorsome spices .
In Chinese, that crispy Manchurian and the fried rice#yum yum.
The pizza might not be the authentic Italian pizza but for people who like that indianized version of pizza ,with ketchup as the base sauce and vegetable filling ,this pizza is what will bring you back to this .
In south Indian.
That cheese mysore masala dosa is what you would want to order always and forever for that perfect crisp and ample cheese stuffed in tasty masala.
Even their home delivery is pretty quick and good tastes fresh.
So it's a definite thumbs up from my side.

The service was fast. The head waiter was hardworking, had presence of mind and was polite. We ordered 2 Pav bhaji and extra pavs and buttermilk. Since it was a Sunday, this place was crowded. We did not get seating inside but outside open space. The cost came to around Rs 350-400 for 2. It is a little expensive than normal fast food joint but worth a try

Veg Paneer Kathi Roll This is amazing, Kathi Roll is originally from Kolkata, but I am not sure about how it tastes, but I definitely liked the taste of Nityananda Kathi Roll in Mumbai.
