I recently had an exceptional experience at Wockhardt Hospital, Mumbai Central, and wanted to share my thoughts. The ICU and patient care facilities are commendable, ensuring top-notch care and attention. ICU patients are kept well and comfortable, with all their needs met with ease. The doctors at Wockhardt are truly amazing, demonstrating expertise and professionalism that places them among the best in the field. However, the lack of proper facilities for attendants is a concern. It's mandatory for attendants to be present at night for ICU patients, and the current arrangements fall short. I suggest the hospital consider introducing sleeping pods or similar amenities for attendants, enhancing the overall experience for both patients and their families.

Our experience at the Workhards Hospital Mumbai, when my husband had a spine surgery was very excellent. The nurses and the entire medical crew was mind blowing, they exhibited the highest level of professionalism. Thank you Workhards great Nurses, keep up the good work of serving humanity.

I have visited here with my father for knee replacement and a spine surgery both the surgery was successful and now he’s feeling much better staff here is excellent they took care of everything also doctors here are very experienced and expert Special thanks to Dr Mazda and Dr Mudit

Excellent service provided by everyone at Wockhardt throughout my father's stay especially Arjun, Sangita, Luxmi, Alina and Richy in ICU! Such care and professionalism from everyone in the hospital. Thank you for making this experience less stressful and easier to go through. Amay and Priyanka were tireless in ensuring we had absolutely everything we needed and more. They are so friendly and personable and such a pleasure to deal with. Lastly, thank you to Dr Gupta and his team for their outstanding professionalism and expertise. Dr Gupta took the time to clearly explain the results and procedure, not only to my father, but also to the family. Thank you to everyone from the housekeeping staff who keep everything spotless, the catering teams who provide great food and all the caring and attentive nurses, coordinators and doctors.

It was a really good experience to be treated in this hospital. The staff has been really kind and warm. Huge respect for didi and the nurses .The cleaning staff has been very nice. 🙂Thankyou for the beautiful smile

Wockhard Hospital Mumbai Central is the Best hospital on earth with humanity. Doctors, RMO's, Sisters and Ward boys/girls and even security staff are very polite. Treatment is really with very care taking. O.T. staff is also very supportive. Iam very much thankful for my treating Dr. Mehdi who was very very polite since my first day of OPD. He is very co-operative towards all patients also. I won't forget the wordings of lady Anesthesia Doctor who made me strong saying, don't worry, iam with you in OT, I will give you anesthesia and again after operation, I will again recall you. Secondly Jr Doctor of Dr. Mehdi's , Miss Shreya ingawale who was also polite during my treatment. Overall my experience is very very good. Other hospitals should take lessons from this Wockhard Hospital, Mumbai Central so that patients are mentally free with polite staff, polite language with patient and their relatives. I thank to Directors and Dr. Behram Pardiwala who has given a good network to his hospital staff for maintaining polite and sweet languages with patients and their relatives. Today iam proud of Wockhard Hospital's staff.

wockhardt doctors r very helpful, dietician is good,anshu n mimi nurses r very good caring helpful,housekeeping Ganesh was good too Customer care Ms.Gauri went out of d way to resolve few things.A big thanks to u. A brilliant caring hospital with wonderful and professional staff and Doctors . They work around the clock looking after you and making sure you are comfortable. I would recommend them to everyone you will not be disappointed. Special thanks must go to our international coordinating officer Amay Nevrekar for all the running around and help, and looking after us , he definitely made the process very smooth.
