The food which I ordered was very mouth watering and great in taste as well as reasonable too.

I gave a try to the kitchen named as Roshan Bakery which is located at Mazgaon and trust me as i heard about their positive response from my friends it was all true.
They stick to their cleanliness with the good packaging as well every dishes which order was tasty and reasonable.
One dessert i would like to address will be the mawa cakes which are soft and crispy in the right proportions.

Dishes which i ordered The burra kebab-Comes wrapped with rumali rotis or served just as kebabs were on next level.trust me this dish is mouthwatering give it a try❤️

Absolutely stunning and delicisous kebab rolls, the chicken burra roll and kebab is to die for!! Superb. Vue for money. Haven't tasted better rolls ever. 5 star with a bullet.
When only a bakery, Roshan was doing quite good for himself. But oh boy! Bringing nihari paya to mazgaon has been a total game changer!
Though not as good as the one you get in the bylanes of bhendi Bazar, the nihari paya here is so goooooodddd... Also, the savoury items that they have. Do try the chicken puffs. It's very very reasonably priced and literally something that you will end up gobbling in two's when you're waiting there for your parcel!

1. The mawa cake was very soft, buttery and sweat. It was the right amount of sweat where as some over do it.

I had ordered the chicken spring roll,chicken biryani,chocolate walnut brownie, chikcen mayo roll.
Chicken biryani-The birani was really good.the rice was non sticky and it had the right flavours to it.
Walnut brownie- Loveddd the brownie. It had crumbs of walnut which totally enhanced the taste of the chocolaty brownie.
It serves some really good snacks too.I has some amaizng authentic parsi dishes which are made authentically.

I had a fantastic experience with Roshan Bakery. I had ordered a couple of things.
The paneer and veggies patties. The paneer patty was crispy and had a very nice taste where as the veggies patty was a bit spicy.
They also have one of the finest mawa cakes.
The kheema are also good, being a veg never tried it. As my friends had it it was fantastic and worth every penny.
All together a great place to order breakfast.

Chicken shangai- Delicous chicken served with sweet chilli sauce.
Veg spring rolls- If you are a fan of chinese food and especially spring rolls you should definitely try Roshan Bakery. It had the perfect amount of crispness that will make your day.
Chicken dum biryani- here the chicken biryani is yum and totally worth the money.
Gajar halwa- definitely worth the money. The best dish you'd ever order

A scrumptious experience.... Good food.... Good packing.... Mawa cake was a delight..... Took me back to my childhood experience of yummy authentic culinary treats!
I ordered coconut makhroons from the bakery.I got 4 pieces big enough.The kharis from the menu is expensive compared to other bakery.I have never tasted this type of biscuit before.It was soft a but crisp on the outside and sweet and soft on the inside.A drop of jelly put on top of it and coconut filling filled inside and baked.
Maska(Butter)Khari is amazing.
Cheese khari is ok ok.
Cake Toast is mesmerizing and melts in mouth with the first bite.
Kheema was also ok ok.
The tandoori pomfret is an absolute must have ! Very well cooked and served. The service is good and the ambience feels like an old true Parsi restaurant. Will definitely recommend even for a quick snack and tea ! Only stepping there for dessert to eat some firni, rabdi or the scrumptious mawa cakes would make anyone very happy !:)

Butter chicken pattice won my heart and the chicken white sauce pattice kinda triggers your altered state of consciousness.The place is good for a change. It is one of the most authentic parsi irani places located in mazgoan. I have tried literally everything from this bakery. Their nihari and butter chicken are my favourites. The nihari is the most authentic in taste unlike other places in south mumbai. Above all their bread is the best!!! The owner is a cute parsi uncle who brings smiles with his lovely food

Butter chicken had lot of chicken and flavor was good.
Mughal roti was huge. More than a 12 inch pizza. Taste was decent and difficult to bite.
Paratha was like 10 inch pizza. Taste was good and comparatively softer.
This one is a gem to order from.
I recommend their mutton Puff, butter cookies and cake rusks. Wine biscuits are worth a try too.
What takes the crown is their BANANA WALNUT CAKE. It’s one of the best I have had. And all this without much dent to the pocket.
If you are in a mood for some main course order butter chicken and the large sized rotis. You won’t regret it.
The smell of fresh bread, fresh roti is what welcomes you when you visit here, gets you hooked immediately. I had the butter chicken, roti, butter chicken patty and chicken mayo sandwich...The Patty was amazing, really loved it, the interesting thing about the butter chicken was that this is the first place I've seen that uses shredded chicken instead of small pieces, it was lacking a bit of flavor but still pretty good. Mayo Chicken was a big disappointment.
This is supposedly a 100 year old Bakery. So how do their products stack up ?. Well here goes:
1. Mutton Puff - generous puff size and tasty with tangy Mutton filling. A bit oily though.
2. Butter Chicken Puff - Amazing puff with tangy Chicken filling.
3. Paneer puff - again a generously sized puff with excellent paneer filling.
4. Chicken Mayo Sandwich - Made with fresh and soft bread and a rich filling of Shreaded Chicken and Mayonnaise.
5. Sliced white Bread - Fresh and soft. Amazing for making sandwiches or having buttered bread.
Amazing bakery in my neighborhood I enjoy having confectionery items from this bakery they serves you the best white sauce chicken Pattice and butter chicken pattice and even the chicken sandwiches are pretty good I last tried mayo chicken sandwich which was just so divine Iooking to try some more sandwiches in their menu as they have various varieties.Mawa cake from here are my personal favorites and its always there for my rescue ,whenever I travel gulf I just carry along with me because I miss this item a lot ,Eating their mawa cake since my childhood as the taste is just so same and evergreen. One must always try their tandoori roti which is freshly made as per your choice

Have Visited this place late in the evening, they have the best breads and the most amazing puffs, they their mutton puffs of you are lucky enough in the evening(sells out by 6 in most days) their roties are nice and love the new addition of mutton Nihari which is served in the evenings.

I tried their Chicken Burra Roll in Rumali Roti Which cost around 130/- if you take normal Maida Paratha it is for 120/- so tried with Rumali roti. You can check the pics attached. It was really very temptimg and the taste was very very delicious. Its very Famous here in the locality. Its located just opposite Hathibaug. Area is called Love Lane. I have also attached pictures of their menu so if you come nearby this location you can decide and give it a try. Also they have Veg options which veg lovers would want to try. So as i have tried their chicken roll so would recommend it to anyone who loves Rolls. Highly recommended.

Went here for dinner, delicious food prepared in ghee/butter. I frequently order chicken tikka biryani from here but the other food on their menu was also tastier.
Go for chicken turkey it was creamy and yummy.
Also we ordered chicken mandi their speciality , chicken afgani tangdi, chicken kheema.

We went for breakfast here. Had the kheema and bhurji. The kheema was amazing and one of the best we have tasted and was well flavoured. It didnt leave you feeling sluggish. We also had bun maska and irani chai which was mint infused. Again a very refreshing drink!! Will surely visit again. Service was good too but we were the first ones at the cafe.

One of them is Roshan bakery and restaurant situated near dongri police station and nearby JJ hospital area. This place offers blends of cuisine. Love the vibe, has a nice ambiance. Food is reasonable with enough quantity.

I personally liked the staff very much. As there was an incident when i forgot my wallet at home accidentally and went there to take a loaf of bread. I ordered the bread and started searching for my wallet and unfortunately realised that i had forgotten it at home and asked them that do they accepted payment from gpay or paytm. The staff named MR TRIPATI was soo kind that he gave me the bread and told to pay me the money afterwards even without knowing me or taking my cell phone number . ! This is humanity and he told me “Seth baadmein de dena koi baat nahi aap bhul gaye ho”
This reflects the staff members and this also reflects how good the owners might be. #RESPECT !

While they do deliver, try visiting the place for a personal experience of being transported to Mumbai of the 70s.

Place for authentic Parsi food at reasonable rates! It is near to Sandhurst Road Station and you can easily go by walking. Food quality is good and hygienic. But the staff is lazy, and most of the time they don't listen to you. Professional training of staff is needed. Overall a very nice option for Parsi food lovers.
