This small hotel is just next to the Grisham house and it serves authentic South Indian cuisine. I recently tried their Chapati thali, puri thali and dosa. The food was fingerlicking good! And the place is quite pocketfriendly. For a family of 3 it costs anywhere between 250-450

We relished the rava onion dosa and idlies. A clean and well maintained restaurant. Excellent service. Happy to find an authentic Udupi hotel in Mumbai

Very nice restaurant. Last Saturday, it was my first visit to this restaurant because I wanted to try its food and experience the quality maintenance. And, it didn't let me down. The food (my order was Mini Thali @ Rs. 98 plus 1 glass of Buttermilk @ Rs. 20 and Sheera @ Rs. 20) served here is really very tasty. It mesmerized me a typical South Indian taste, which I had been eating there for 4 years. I must say that this place is good have lunch at. The quality of food items have remarkably kept upto the mark.

Its a small restaurant at a prime location (CST) with moderate ambience that serves tasty south indian dishes at surprisingly fair price. Service was quick and prompt.

The dishes were good but the one of the weakness of this restaurant is it doesn't accept payment in any mode other than cash. The dishes are having authentic taste particularly for the dishes having origin to udupi. Buns and golli bajji are quite famous of this restaurant.

Went early in the morning, 8 AM. The steam idlis were piping hot, the chutney was fresh, and the sambhar was 'rasam-ish' and the waiter hovered around to ask if I wanted a refill. Sure did! Good food, good service, and a nice ambience.

The place is best for veg food including your breakfast & lunch. I tried medu vada, idli, dosa, sambhar rice and chaas. The taste was really good and the rates are also affordable. In case you are at Fort or Ballard Estate in CSMT, please visit Special Anand Bhuvan and enjoy your meal.

While searching for new food joint for breakfast (in this area) found this place. The handwritten board caught the attention on which one of the menu item was 'bun puri'. Ordered and tasted the dish. Nice (bit sweet) ! Breakfast Buffet .. a different concept .. seen here. Other couple of dishes tried. Neat and clean ambience. At counter ready paan was available.

This used to be my everyday lunch place when I was working in the Fort area. This is by far one of the most affordable, good in taste, quick service and well located places to eat at at Fort side. Not a typical Udupi restaurant being an Udupi restaurant. P.S. You can have food 365 days a year here without upsetting your stomach.

Takes me back to Udupi, food, cost, quality of service and location is excellent! If they renovated, they could attract a higher price but it's always going to be a question. Worth a regular visit.
