My friend and i had a dinner at this place we odered pasta and hummus platter with some cocktail . service was good and food was vary nice i love the ambience is quite nice too with interesting decor

Car oh bar has recently opened their new outlet which is car themed restaurant serving mughlai,tandoori,chinese and Italian cuisine....they have separate bar section and dance floor also some delicacies we tried were
Sparkling blue mocktail -mixture of litchi juice and blue syrup combined with soda tasted really very good

Themed restaurants can be hit or miss. Sometimes they're a little too niche, and sometimes they're a little too tacky. Drawing the line between too subtle and too over the top is tough.
We recently visited this car themed restaurant and bar named Car Oh Bar!
Here as you enter one can spot various number plates. Also the seating area includes car seats instead of the typical chairs or sofa.
Talking about the dishes we tried.
• Malai chicken tandoori - very different from our usual Masala tandoori ,not at all spicy but slightly on the sweeter side with loads of butter.
• Chicken Juicy- Steamed chicken bao's topped with cheese.
• Pardha Chicken Tikka biryani- packed with Hyderabadi flavours this was by far the best biryani that we have come across in the recent times
• Sizzling brownie -walnut brownie served with Mango icecream ,an unusual combo but a delicious one.

A local restaurant bar turned into a nice lounge with good lights and ambience in Chembur called car oh bar. The name comes with their theme which has car type seats to sit. Tried the Chinese starters here which was good. They also have happy hour now. And also they seem to have stand up comedy shows coming up which is new in Chembur
Car oh bar is the place where one can drink in a car legally. The ambience and interiors is made of a garage them with seating options just like your car so basically you are actually sitting on the car seats which also reclines. There's also a dance floor with club like lights for you to tap on the house special dj's songs. They offer a range of North Indian and Chinese food which we had a good experience with. Try this place with your gang soon in Chembur.

After an impromptu visit at my cousins in Chembur, decided to drop in at Car Oh Bar for sometime.
Located near Ashish Theatre, on the outside it looks like a small place but once you enter, you get a different feeling altogether.
The ground floor has regular seating while the main lounge seating is upstairs. The whole upstairs looks like you are in a car. On the way upstairs, the stairs have different number plates from different places. There are literally car seats for sitting and the decor is related to car.
Its been a few months since its opened and they are starting with happy hours soon. But they do have a few discounts going on now which you should check out.
They have a long ramge of cocktails and mocktails but we stuck to beers.
For the food, we could just try one item because of lack of time.
Dry Manchurian :
Very nicely prepared, I had asked for it to be spicy and it was. Manchurian was cooked well and the gravy was semi dry. If you are craving for typical chinese, this is the place to go.
Drinks and chinese food are best combinations.
The service is very quick, staff is good and attentive.
Parking can be a bit risky so check before parking. 2 wheeler is alright but no place for a 4 wheeler near the pub.
Surely a place I'm gona visit if I'm in Chembur again..
A themed lounge & fine dine based on cars with a unique style of seating arrangement. Their walls are decorated with stuffs related to cars. Their cuisine has a variety of food items starting from Indian, Italian & on & on. Their cocktail are LIT.😍

Ambience - Ambience is attractive with car seat seating arrangement. Walls are equally decorated. Perfect lightings which gives you a good lounge feel. Great to chill. They also have a fine dine area. Dj' plays some foot tapping numbers.☺️
Food- quality & quantity wise I would definitely rate it 5/5. Menu is reasonably priced. Loved their mocktails & cocktail, which have a proper proportion of alcohol & juices.😋😍
Service - polite & supportive staff. Service was good.
All in all, I would say it's fun to be there once again.☺️☺️

Their food is just awesome . I been ordering form this place for years . The taste hasn't changed a bit . It doesn't have the greatest of the ambience but it's very good for ordering at your place . Staff is very good . Their delivery service is also good .

A lil shady place in Chembur for some drinks. Used to go there when we were broke during college days. Booze is cheap and so is the food. Has a ac section above and a non ac below. Serves good variety on Chakna and the non veg starters are yum. Staff is good and service is quick. Mostly filled with college guys who come to drink.
If you are running low and u need some alcohol with chalu ambiance , this place is no less than Kashmir 😂😂. I have lot of memories here from Vesp to Vesit. If you want to complete your engineering in peace do visit this place with your best friends. You can also find some rat type Pokemon too. Catch em all 😂😂
Salt N Pepper the go to bar for most VESITians , this is the typical shady college londo ki bar kinda place. I Have the best memories with friends in this very place ,The food is superb here although you don't get tandoori stuff from 3-7. Rice items are always available .Some of the staff members are disinterested to serve but you don't really expect royal treatment here. The rates are very economical and you usually find a seat here quickly. Dishes that I recommend are kaju paneer masal , butter chicken , murg masalam , paneer kadai . Their biryanis are mouth watering and so is the dalkichdi . Starters the usual Chinese starters are cheap and come in good quantity . You're not a VESITian if you haven't had alcohol here :p
This place never disappoints me.. I m talking about the food though. Tandoori Chicken is Kickass.. murgh massalam super yummy.. Butter chicken.. a gr8 substitute to GC Chembur.. only chinese food doesnt do the justice.
Salt n pepper is the place for butter chicken, trust me I have never tasted something like this the quantity can blow your mind just order for half of it and you get 1kg box of butter chicken and if you'd order full you get 2 boxes of 1kg each. Its the place for ordering and they are never late with the services their chicken dragon is an amazing Chinese starter you can call out for chicken tikka biryani too. Don't miss the butter chicken but.DONT PREFER VISITING THERE AS ITS SHIFTED AND HAVE BECOME SHADY AND SHABY NOW, BUT YOU CAN ALWAYS CALL OUT FOR DELIVERY.
Best thing about them is they take orders post 12 am and when you're having a booze party and you're really hungry this is the place ! Chicken Saathe one of many dishes ! Life saver for those midnight snacking moments :D
Recommended Butter chicken, they give great quantity and quality food, Ambience is dim, dark and kind of shady, A 3 star for price 4 star for food 2 star for ambience and 4 star for service. The service is fast. Staff is polite and helping. They also provide home delivery free of cost over 200 order. Overall it is good choice if you are too lazy on weekends and want to enjoy food and drink at your place.
