Surprisingly superb place. Ambience and service was the best. Specially Sushant helped us in everything we ordered and made are choices very satisfying. Tried strawberry shake, cold coffee and latte along with choux pastries, burger, Danish pastry and banana muffins. All cuisine selected was very satisfying in taste and proportion. Healthy and diet options too are available as per choices. Overall a very good place and a must try if you’r in Grand hyatt Santacruz.
Really enjoyed the food and the ambience. The staff was so courteous especially Sushant Suryavanshi and Rajesh More at the place who gave me really good recommendations. I’d definitely visit the place again sometime.
One of the place where I go often and I really like the ambiance and aura of gourmet store, I always come here with my friends to chill and They have nice pastries and sandwiches with the milkshakes which we like the most. This time when I went I had cappuccino with the savory and later when my friend joined me we had chocolate milk shakes and then we got this really yummy sandwich. They have one of the best pastries as well one should visit them if you come grand hyaat.

We love this place. They have the best bakery and the best cakes we have eaten in Mumbai. We love nearly everything there be it the chocolate chip cookies, the Florida, custard filling donut, florentine, chocolates, banana bread and tart, Date Tart and the list can just go on. We would love to thank the Chefs Chef Tushar and Chef Sameer for their valuable effort, expertise and service. They have excellent talent and knowledge of their respective work and If I were an authority to give awards then, they would definitely win one for the taste, freshness and creaminess of all their desserts and bakery items as the Bestest in Mumbai. U guys rock and did make us always feel very happy and always craving for more and more of the yummy gourmet spread. We love this place and compared to the bakeries in Mumbai like Taj La patisserie, itc grand Maratha Fabelle, Oberoi patisserie, Taj Santacruz and many many more. We just had some service issues with the staff here but otherwise we always have a very good time. This little known gem tucked in a corner of basement shopping arcade is perfect for meetings. I love that they do fresh fruit juices and they have a wide variety of breads to take away. These might be pretty much the only crusty baguettes in town.
Tucked away in the shopping area of the hotel at the lower level is this very delightful place. You might even miss it!
And trust me you would sure miss something good

I have repeatedly visited The Gourmet Store only just to tuck in, their cappuccino brownie and it is unfailingly good.
Also it's a great place to catch up and hang out for hours with a coffee, undisturbed and far from noisy crowded coffee shops!
This was my first experience in Grand Hyatt and let me tell you that the experience was one of the most irreplaceable memory of my life!
Starting with the ambience; each corner of the cafe amazes you with the variety the cater! whether it's a shelf with donuts or biscuits and so on!
I had a variety of food and each were delicious in their own way! Since I went on the Easter Sunday, I could see small glass jars filled with Easter egg chocolates.
First, I had sweet lime juice which had a flavor of mint! It was really cool & refreshing.
2) It was followed by soup & cheese pasta which were delicious.
3) Ended with a chocolate and coffee pastry ( I forgot the name) along with chocolates of different tastes and textures.

Well, it's worth spending to experience one of the best luxury restaurants in life.
Went there for a lazy Saturday brunch. Loved the choice of Salads that they offer. Ordered waffles with Nutella, but they were disappointing
I don’t understand why the food isn’t marked as veg or not. Staff is unsure and it takes them forever to get back with details. Also though the food is great do check your bill as they have a tendency to overcharge.
The Gourmet Store is my favourite catch up place for work meetings in and around BKC. Its nestled in a nook near the shopping area and the store lives up to its name. Normally I meet there for a sandwich or a quiche and a soup and though the selection is limited, the taste more than make up for it. The fresh smoothies and the hot chocolate are my favourites. The desserts are tempting and they do have some smashing ones but almost always avoid the temptation during a work day! Its pricey for sure but not exorbitant given its gourmet food! Has been my favourite for a while!
I have been visiting this patisserie since 2007. This place has maintained its standard ever since. I simply love everything that this place offers - Cakes, pastries, salads, donuts, chocolates, puffs, sandwiches and a good collection of various tea and coffee (from the menu).

- Mango Ginger cake/pastry (sadly discontinued)

- Chocolate donut

- Salads (always fresh)
- Bite size chocolates (each flavour is unique)
The ambiance is quaint and comfortable. People have changed over the years but they've always been courteous and helpful.

The Gourmet Shop at the Grand Hyatt...located at quite an aloof place within the hotel, this cafe/patisserie is certainly a must visit irrespective.
We were at the Grand Hyatt for our lunch at the China House. We thought of having dessert at a place other than China House and thus we began our search for a patisserie. To our delight, we came across The Gourmet Shop. From a venue point of view, it has a classic cafe feel, with cakes, pastries, chocolates, and many types of rolls/croissants up for display. The place for us came across to be the perfect venue for having a quick breakfast as the spread of sausages, yoghurts, salads, mini pizzas, etc. seemed really good.
We ordered a chocolate and banana Danish roll, a cinnamon roll, and an American pie stuffed with mix berries. All of them tasted as good as they appeared...the cinnamon roll was huge and full of flavor (and raisins). The pie was full of flavor too and the mix of berries was a burst of flavors in the first bite itself. The pastry was soft and chewy...we would have liked the pie to be a bit warm, an option offered to us when we bought the pie but regretted not opting for it later. Overall, super experience and our craving was satisfied in the end.
Surprisingly, the place isn't too expensive either. We spent around 400 bucks on the three rolls. So do visit. Highly recommended!

The Gourmet shop is located at the Shopping Centre inside the Grand Hyatt Mumbai. After a meal at China House we were looking for some Gourmet desserts and it was berries which we we're craving for.
You need to go down the escalator to reach the Gourmet store and once you enter it you are quite sure that its time for some foodie fun.
Croissants, pretzels, bagels, sourdough, brie, focaccia, doughnut, exotic chocolates, coffee, cookies, salads, Cinnamon roll, Danishes, pizza, puffs, rolls, bread rolls, bread loaf, wraps, pies, muffins etc.
We earlier planned to take a take way only which included
Banana and chocolate Danish
Cinnamon Roll
Both were amazing.
We had an English Pie
And caramel Raspberry Chocolate there. Both were fabulous. The pie had a crusty tart like outer and filled with a triple berry filling.
There was a section selling exotic ingredients as well.
The surprising fact about this place is the pricing considering the location. The bakery products are very fairly priced. About ( Rs 60-120).
The pastries are around Rs 210 each.
The salads and savoury products are all of the upward side.
Great place we will revisit soon.
The Hummus at this place was ordered and eaten by Friends who stay in Gulf region.. Wow and Authentic were the words uttered.. the best place for coffee and sandwiches

Happened to visit The Gourmet Shop on a whim and so glad we did. A beautiful place located in Grand Hyatt. They have some amazing pastries. On display were Bagels, Pretzels and even Salads and Puffs.
We tried:
Danish of the Day : Danish pastry with bananas and chocolate. Yummy!
Tiramisu Pastry : Dark chocolate and strong coffee flavoured layers. Not too sweet and perfect.
Cappuccino Belgian Chocolate Pastry : Soft, melt in the mouth cake and layers of dark chocolate and cappuccino flavoured cream with a bottom layer of walnuts. Loved this!!

I just got to try this place , it's my dad's birthday , so my brother got a cake , which tastes really good .
The cake looks really nice and has a unique texture.
We all had the cake , and we all loved it.
The price is bit high , but can be ignored.
Last week we had office Diwali party and we got cake from here (HR got cake from here and we pounced on it :D) It was dark chocolate truffle cake if I am not mistaken, easily one of the best we have ever eaten, with dense and dark (not bitter, sinfully dark) chocolate, no sogginess, no excess sugariness, absolute bliss. Haven't been here yet but now would definitely make a round soon to sample everything they have to offer :)
I cant explain how much i love this place .. been visiting it since 2007... was my lunch place for 3 years... love the menu perfectly baked bread to make your own sandwitch to the pastries to last but not the least honey shaken iced tea... the since is a bit slow but it is still worth a visit.

The Most Amazing Custard filled Donuts. They are so perfect and worth every penny. The truffles and chocolate selection very good. Great ambience and a very helpful staff.

The highlight of my visit was the chocolate doughnut... At just ₹90, you'd be reluctant to purchasing it, but it's absolutely to die for...
Loved this Cozy Little Cafe at the ground floor of the Shopping Arcade in Grand Hyatt... We ordered a Mochaccino and it was one the best i have had till date... we also ordered Paneer Tikka wrap and it was really fresh & Yum... They also have collection of American dried fruits, an excellent collection of cheese, some chips and creme biscuits with polite and friendly staff... a must visit!!!
This is in the shopping complex at grand Hyatt. It's more like a deli....very good desserts wraps snacks and coffee. Price is on the higher side. Slightly lower than what you pay at the lounge cafe at the Hyatt. Else I would have given a 4.5
I love the fruit cake. It's very yammy will recommend for veg lovers. The cheese cake and rest of them contain egg. They should have more variety of cakes for veg lovers who don't eat egg.

Though everything is good at this place but my favorite is Pannini Grilled Sandwich with Cold coffee.

Technically it's in the lower level of the shopping annexe and has some of the best bakery products and cakes in town.Also a lot of imported stuff like sauces etc.
They have good seating arrangements and a coffee here with a chocolate pastry is something I always look forward to when I'm around like today.
The service can just go up by two notches.

One of the best place for breads and passtries in town I personal love their quiche too. It makes me fall in love with it the each time I have it. It's a bit on a pricy side but it is totally worth the money! Should visit.
One of the best breads and pastries!! Almond croissants were perfect! Light and crisp. We ordered for one and ended up eating 4 croissants. Sandwiches are fresh.
So deep inside Hyatt , on the lower ground floor there is a bakery which you wouldn't notice unless you go to that area.
I had gone here early morning and hence the bakery had opened just a while ago.
We had the desserts and the pineapple pastry was yum. The products were fresh and tasty however the only sad part was they had only 1option for Eggless. The staff was exceptionally sweet.

Amazing ambience, perfect place to be if you just want to get away from crowds. Courteous staff, not a lot of choices but just right enough for that perfect moment.
Had Greek Salad, Mango Custard Tart. Pricey but excellent and most noteworthy is the ambiance which is a dash of American air. It so much resembles USA and Yankee styled.

Absolutely love this place... Gorgeous cakes that are so sinfully delicious, you keep coming back for more. Love their Florida cake and the chocolate mousse cake. Have made many a memories here with friends and family.
The staff deserve a special mention. Very friendly and helpful. I recently called and booked a Florida cake for my mother's birthday, but couldn't manage to collect it before 9pm... Thanks to Jagriti and other staff for holding on to it for me till I got there.
Only one suggestion... Pls make it a 24*7 outlet or at least keep it open till midnight.... Would love to drop by for a late night indulgence or even for a nice coffee n dessert with friends after dinner.

Its feels home to see bakeries in these big posh hotels. The spread here is humunguous. It just lures one in to eating here. And so we did the obvious ofcourse. We ordered the capuccino chocolate pastry. It was yummmmyy. Just the right amt of coffee, and filled with mousse type filling it was sinful. Next we had ciabatta bread with mayo,,cheese, mustard sauce. Like the old timers loved a warm slice of bread. They had a whole lot of takeaways here from cookies, multigrain breads, cold meats. Its just such a wonderful sight to see.
Caviar in the mud cake! The ambiance is brilliant.. Good place to pass time while biting on their brilliant pastries.. For its location and quality it's a very economical place.. Lack of space is one drawback.. Rest is mostly good. They need to have a better variety

Most definitely one of my favourite cafes. It is an oasis in our chaotic city. The team is fantastic. The coffee is good. The chicken tikka here is simply the best and the sandwiches are always good. There is a great choice of food and breads. The desserts are also very very good. Every birthday cake that we have got from here has been fantastic.
