Have been going to this chain of bakery since childhood almost. Has been part of multiple birthday and anniversaries of the house. Taste has always remained the same and quality has been top notch. Nostalgia effect is extreme ! Do try their pineapple and fresh strawberry pastries too !

There are many varieties of chocolate cakes and also there are some good veg as well as non veg snacks. Taste is really good. The lady Asma is friendly and serves customers well. I have been here twice.

A friend had brought a chocolate cake for my birthday and it was the tastiest cake I had in a long time. It just so tender and fudgy and not all artificial tasting. We guys went full Matilda on that cake😆. This is coming from a person who is not a fan of chocolate cakes.

Had ordered chocolate Truffle cake from Birdys at my office for a colleagues birthday. We had ordered half kg chocolate truffle cake from. The cake was very soft chocolaty and yummy. The person who's birthday was there and other colleagues very liked the caked. Will order again. Thanks birdys for a wonderful cake.......

Their pastries are delight and the staff is courteous. They serve some old school pastries which are rich in flavor. They are bit priced for the quantity served however it's all worth the money spend.
This store offers variety of cakes, croissants, muffins n so on.. The cakes available here are good to get for small gatherings especially, The Red Velvet which is very unique here and also the Dutch Truffle. Yet to try the croissants and muffins! 😊
Birdy's has been our old time fav since college days cake cutting! We do drop by for a munch in whenever possible..recent try out was chocochip muffin..made sure to save some n reheat and try with vanilla ice cream!! Yumminess overload

Birdy's!!! Yes yet another place introduces cake and dessert's after monginis and basket ribbons and lot more. Although got boring going to these outlets because their were no options.
But thankyou new outlet come into race in Dadar West which is the main heart of Mumbai. Had been to these outlet to have chocolate mousse which was so good and amazing dam dam tasty. Along with quality quantity rates were ok.

It was my Brother's birthday yesterday, and he himself surpirsed us with an unplanned visit and a delicious Birdys cake. As soon as I got my eyes on that Red cake box, I was only waiting for the time when I get my hands on it! BIRDY'S may be one of the least famous cake brands and may have lost it names amongst many other new and upcoming Cake shops and Bakeries, but still it has one of the best and tastiest Cakes in town.
The cake he brought was Chocolate Truffle cake. It was a really good and smooth texture of the cream ,and the under layers and soft and really spongy as well. The chocolaty taste is evenly distrubuted and it also had a melt in the mouth effect.
I cant say anything about the ambiance or the service of this outlet as I personallt havent visited it, But one thing is for sure ,that Birdy's Cakes and Pastries are second to none. I would prefer them over any other brand, any day hands down. Its definately worth the extra 40-50 bucks you pay for a half kilogram Birdys cake than the other cake shops charge you for the same.

Best for cakes. They have everything- croissants to samosas to muffins. Blueberry muffin was really good. Best know for cakes , Chocolate Truffle Cage was good enough. You can try out Sandwiches and Croissants also.
The thing I like most there is Choclate Eclairs. Pastries are good too. Nothing to write home about.

Contrary to the reviews here, we had an awesome bday cake. The chocolate cake was soft,gooey and juicy. The cakes here are little expensive compared to the other cake shops, but VFM.

Amazing place for desserts. Cakes are always available. Chocolate eclairs are a must try. Cookie rates are a bit on the higher side but overall never disappointed with Birdy's.

Birdy's is the best place for outsourcing service. Recently We gave them 6,000 cupcakes orders that too customized. They pulled of everything in just two days which was amazing. Everyone asked me from where i got them safe to say it was "Birdy's". No compromisation on quality and taste. The staff is very helpful and responsive especially Mrs. Darshana and Vishwa they helped me throughout the process. Highly recommended. You should definitely try their chocolate, vanilla and red velvet cupcakes ❤

Just wanted to give my feedback as I had visited your Birdy cafe at Dadar branch it was a wonderful experience as I was looking to buy a red velvet cake but was disappointed cause that particular cake was not available in that outlet but thanks to Shubhangi who works at the cafe as she was busy setting up the cafe she was so helpful towards me and she made sure that she would get that cake from the other outlet if she wanted she could told me that she doesn't have that cake but she made sure that she doesn't loose the valuable guest and plus make the guest meet his needs thank you for the hard working Employee you have I give her 10out of 10 because she made my day by going out of the way to get that particular cake May you become the manager of that outlet Shubhangi from Birdys the Best Employee keep it up

Rewriting my review after an excellent customer service experience. I bought an alpine chocolate cake which I was told by the sales person that it would have mousse in it. When we cut the cake it did not have mousse and the store manager told me it would only have a thin layer of mousse but not significant quantity. The store manager agreed to refund me the amount accepted a return of the leftover cake. The Birdys customer care team then reached out to me and sent me some complimentary pastries and assured me that they would provide the necessary training to the sales staff to ensure this does not happen again. It is rare to see this level of customer care and therefore it was a pleasant experience.
Happened to visit this Birdys because we were very hungry. Were surprised to find that it now has seating facilities. Ordered a chicken quiche which was heavenly. The kheema puffs were equally good. The chicken junglee sandwich was good but not great as compared to the above mentioned items.
