Welcome restaurant provides fast service. You will get your order within few minutes. Food quality is also good. However, you need to wait for your number, as during working time / days restaurant are much crowded. Located is at walking distance from Court. Yes, parking is a big issue here. So it is advised not to come here by Car, just go by walk.
Satisfied with the service as well as quality, that is why, I gave 5 star rating to welcome restaurant. 😊
I was here on 25.09.2019
Food is good and premise is clean. A nice place for having lunch or snacks...
Clean, cool (in the AC room), sharp waiters, good pure veg menu. Very easy to reach from Flora Fountain and HSBC
Good place to grab quick bite near High Court. Closest Restaurant from Bombay High Court. Mostly Clean. Food quality is decent. Good taste. Special Tea and toast butter is too good. Tea, Coffee are Little expensive but considering the value of space in business hub, it's fair deal. It's clear that Owner actually don't want customers to occopy space and order tea, coffee. 1pm to 3pm it doesn't serve tea, coffee.
The typical South Indian veg snacks and Thali joint. You get good punjabi dishes as well. Pav bhaji and lassi are their best sellers. Prices are moderate. Staff are polite and prompt. Would recommend this place for a veg meal near to Fountain and the High Court.
Good South Indian Udipi fast food, lunch and dinner options. It is the local favourite in the locality due to offices and commercial buildings all around. My advice to not visit during lunch hours on weekdays as it very crowded and you may have to wait. On the weekends, it is a bit empty due to non-working of offices. It also has a a/c room. Good food and service, has excellent puri bhaji option too.
Good food but the place is always crowded especially during the office lunch hour so be prepared to share the table with a bunch of strangers. A bit costly compared to the options found around this place. Try the Pav Bhaji, one of my favourite places in Mumbai.
Super Awesome, great food choices around Bombay High Court. Try curd iddi here too. My favourite is the daal tadaka. The staff is always eager to help. And off course you should try the Green coconut chatney severed with Indian dishes
Location : near flora fountain
Closest railway stations: churchgate (wr), cst (cr)
Welcome is one of the oldest restaurants in this area and well known for its pav bhaji, south Indian food and a good place for lunch . office goers look upto this place on a regular basis for food.
I personally like d vegetable toast sandwich with d chutney..worth trying..
Hotel is partly Air conditioned ..
Over all quality is well maintained ..worth a visit..
The paav bhaaji is to die for. Also the toast butter is fantastic. I just don't approve of their misal paav. But all the south indian food items and Chaat including sandwiches one must try. I recommend their paav bhaaji. One doesn't get mobile phone network in here. I also want them to include filter coffee in their menu
Good clean food vegetarian food provided from Monday to Saturday for lunch. Excellent taste and a wide variety of dishes. North and south indian vegetarian food at very reasonable prices. Complete value for money.
Good Vegetarian food even though it was past 2.30 in the Afternoon the Ac sitting area was not available. Even non AC area I had to wait . Food was good .20 yrs Back was a regular Lunch or Dinner patron was working in the Area.
Strongly recommend as a vegetarian restaurant.
Good food, south indian food is best. Has a common section as well an Air Conditioned seating. Walking distance from High Court, Flora Fountain and BSE.
