Laxmi chaya is located in andheri its an decent place u can go with family and friend its best part is full bar is available here they had an good interor and staff memebers they are good in chinese, northindian and etc u should go there

Descent place to have fast food in this area. Ordered for paneer makhani and butter roti and chhass. Paneer was nice but chhas was ultimate. Clean and hygienic place and service was quick as well.
Well I have been here twice. Good cheap place. Fatima biryani is a thing to go for and yes kori roti if you know and crave for it.
We ordered their bread and gravy wasn't that to the mark.
Amazing Poori Bhaji....... SImply loved it... proper nourishment to my cravings.... Recommend everyone to at least order Poori bhaji once from here and you stop afterwards...

Had medu wada from here. Delivery was quick and the food surpassed my expectations! The wada was fresh and crispy and the sambhar a little sweet but quite good. The coconut chutney was the star of the show, probably the best I've ever had. Going to order again just for the chutney.
When you work in Andheri especially Laxmi, it is difficult to miss the only restaurant in the compound. Yep, it does enjoy it's lil monopoly when people like us need a quick snack or are getting late and need food super fast. It's a pure veg restaurant and does a fine job. My working days in Laxmi would be incomplete if this restaurant wasn't there for my rescue.
Dishes I have thoroughly enjoyed: Dahi Puri, Sev Puri, Grilled Sandwich, Mysore Masala Dosa and Rava Dosa. The sambhar is beautiful and the chutney has the perfect spice.
Avoid the vadas and samosas if you plan for an evening snack as they are always and I mean it always cold. They don't remake a new batch after morning breakfast. Overall, a good place to dine in when you're in a rush and need good healthy food.
P.S. The restaurant has a delivery charge and a parcel charge too. So, its best if you have it at the restaurant than asking for a parcel unless you're feeling rich. 😋

My office is in Laxmi industries. Hence, whenever we don't get our lunch.. we rush to laxmi Chhaya. It is one of the well maintained, neat and clean restaurants here.
The food here is tasty.. have tried PAV bhaji, tava pulav, biryani, manchow soup and snacks.
It's a self service zone which is mostly crowded during lunch time.
It enjoys the preference given by the employees of the industrial area since there is almost no restaurant in the vicinity with such infrastructure.
Not a value for money restaurant. But once in a while it's a good place to treat yourself.

Wow! One visit and I'm a fan, I'm definitely going to make it a point to go out of my way to visit this place again...
The way to this place is a wee bit tricky, it's inside Laxmi estate, a good 3-5 mins walk and totally worth the effort of searching it... Very easy to miss in the busy roads of andheri especially since the whole area is so posh...
In a background of trees and clean beautiful streets with very few shops and lack of humans this place is so serene.. And once you've reached you'll be shocked by the number of people, yet service is very good..
The entire place is open from one end, the place only has 3 walls, simple décor, white walls, few tables simple yet classy especially thanks to how well are maintained. This place is a very simple upidi place with work force in mind so it's super cheap and serves some of the most tasty food. They advertise self service however they have a few waiters who ensure to service you if they notice you're new or else they are focused on helping women and old people, that's respect for this place!
Once i went in, the place was crowded like a mall during a one day flash sale at malls, that's coz it was lunch time. I was still able to quickly grab hold of a table with my mother. If you're alone be ready to share tables. Once i sat, I went in checked the menu and ordered food the reception inside, the staff was decently helpful albeit the crowd. Then I returned to the table to update my mom on the progress to realise a waiter had offered her assistance, he took care of bringing all the food to us. You need to serve your own food. Good quantity and quality, absolutely fresh! Now coming to the food, here's what i ordered...
Palak Paneer: absolutely fresh, super low oil and healthy, little chopped chillies and what I'd like to crown the most succulent pieces of paneer I've ever eaten at any restaurant for just 140 rupees along with 2 Tandoori Rotis.
Roti: OK now mentioning Rotis separately is crazy but the tandoori roti here is amazing. Fresh, hot, soft and crisp.
Fruit salad: now after such an amazing meal I realised dessert is must and so fruit salad. Nothing special about it, but it was perfect just how it should be.
Gulab Jamuns: now I'm out of words, Teri or for yourself and experience heaven.. super light and tasty.
All this for just 340 bucks is heaven. I highly recommend this place... Amazing food, nice service, top notch cleanliness, what else does anyone want!

This place had been my saviour for almost 8 months now as I work nearby and Laxmi people deliver one small item as well, no minimum order basically. Say you are hungry at around 5pm and you call Laxmi and order any any south Indian food, they will deliver within 10 mins as per my observation.

Its always a bonus to have a low cost udipi style restaurant around your office. On a day when you seek a quick cheap meal, you must have a place like Laxmi Chaya number.
You will rarely find such places in any of the food ordering app. But one can define them as a hidden gem. A small non AC shop in the middle of a commercial estate. I have ordered meals from here most times but on a day with a fairly good weather, a meal there too is welcoming.
Must have dishes include its dal khichdi, samosa Pav, rava dosa and the best of all the misal Pav. They have also combo meals for lunch but which aren't available for delivery.
Super cheap place only thing they couldn't improve upon is a better customer friendly person taking the order but I guess udipis will always remain udipis.
I have always been a constant visitor at Laxmi Chhaya hotel whenever I am at Andheri Lokhandwala. I have always enjoyed Samosa Chaat served by them.
The name of this place makes it sound like a local bar. But it's not a local bar, or maybe it is; but it's a bit classier than that. We went here with the sole intent of having their legendary Hari Machchi. Have it with a roti or a pao, it tastes just as delicious. It's mildly spiced and the flavours are perfectly balanced. The quantity is easily enough for two. It's totally worth a try!
Very good economical place!! Malvani chicken starter was awesome to say the least. Even the Fish Tikka is great. The kind of food and booze for the price you get here is commendable. Its a go to everyday place for cheap booze and food!!
The food is good and as simple as it gets. The place is reasonably priced but isn't air conditioned so you have to brace yourself for the heat. We ordered a puri bhaji which tasted like it was homemade. We also ordered lassi and fresh lime juice, which were decent too. You must try for those hunger pangs for simple and decent food at great prices.

Pretty open space, and a nice place for a quick meal if you're visiting Laxmi Industrial Estate for work. Good food, pretty reasonable too and self service is the way!
I would recommend their Chhole Samosa MINI MEAL, which will fill you up to the brim for just about ₹ 80/-!
Simply amazing food and prompt delivery too (avg 15-20 mins) . I Usually order a Paneer Pulao or Paneer biryani. Love the serving size, more than enough for one person and loaded with paneer.
The Pulao is just perfect. They serve it with a usal like gravy (chana gravy) which is great for those who need gravy with their rice.
Biryani is accompanied with the usual papad and raita. Nothing special (regular-tasting raita)
I've eaten the dosas here too. love their sambhar and chutney :)
We have being eating that this place for a long period of time and have ordered from this outlet many a times to our office. Very good South Indian food and Punjabi too. Quick delivery. Reasonable pricing. Good service.
LAXMI CHAYA- A Humble Vegetarian Restaurant
After reviewing so many sea food and non vegetarian restaurants and joints in Mumbai, I wanted to cover some good veg restaurant.
My search led me to the Laxmi Ind. Estate, Lokhandwala. Andheri West, to the LAXMI CHAYA restaurant. The Veg food served here is very fresh; tasty and above all pocket friendly.
This place is always crowed specially on lunch time, with many film technicians, as there are no. of studios are located nearby. Nothing fancy about this joint expect good veg food.

Located just opposite my office, I'm forced to go there almost twice a week. But this is one of the few places which serves thalis on a regular basis but still maintains some taste and quality. They also have good pav bhaji and south Indian dishes. You'd consider yourself lucky if you get to sit there at peak hours. Only complain would be, they don't have any customizations or changes that they make to their dishes. For example if they serve something with gulab jamun, they wouldn't replace that with anything else.
Rice restro. A self service outlet. The service is quick and d food tastes good. Just has to b more hygienic. Flies were all over d place...
As its very near to my office we generaly prefer to head towrds LC.! Btwn LC is the short form we people use :D . About taste , awesum food, very testy & best quality i can say!! Veg Meal -Thali is also goood with very freshhh food served. bt i prefer to hav masala dosa with fresh lime juice . (y) WIth resanable amt you can hav a quality food there!!! Cheersss!!!
Its one of my favorite to order when I hve mu training sessions in andheri..their veg kheema and pav is a must try..the quantity is good enough and its good value for money..reasonably priced ..the food is good and hygienic. ...

Treat your taste buds to the delightful flavors of purely vegetarian Chinese, South Indian and Punjabi cuisines at Laxmi Chhaya Restaurant. A family style eatery located at Laxmi Industrial Estate in New Link Road.
I entered this restaurant around 8:30pm, tried to ask the guy about what all is available, came to know that Much options on menu were not available, because most items are available between 11pm to 4 pm. So finally ordered for Paneer Makhni with Roti Combo (Rs.120/-).
Paneer Makhni was yummy and decent in size and taste both and Roti's were soft. (Pictures Attached)
Have seen generally people coming here for Tea and Vada Pav and all, as it the best in quality and price, for all the offices in Laxmi Industrial Estate.
The average price for two here is a decent Rs. 250 to Rs. 500.

PS: Its a normal lunch home kind of food joint you can only expect food here nothing else like music or ambiance or such things.
